Hachikō Square

A meeting spot guarded by a bronze statue of an Akita Inu dog. Legend has it that the dog in question was so faithful to his master, that he continuously waited in the exact same spot for years on end for him to come back—even after he had long since died. Ever since then, this place has become a popular meeting grounds, and is the host of a popular festival called the "Hachifest", where people play, eat, and pray upon Hachikō's statue.
