Alexander and Clair looked over the shade covered park from a Bench. The sun had almost set over the horizon, giving the entire park an orange hue. "Say Clair, is it just me, or has the world...changed somehow? Like, more high tech, but more buggy?" Alexander asked, looking at the sky, confused.
"No more expresso in the morning. Everything's the same as it's always been. Well, the colors seem a bit more vivid." Clair replied, her eyes half lidded.
"Eh. I've stopped caring. Let us never speak of it again." Alexander replied, a small grin on his face. Clair simply flipped through her book on magic. For the first time in a long while, the two were at peace. They had absolutely no idea how long it would last, but it was happening.
"Alexander stop messing around with that burn." Clair said. Not even having to look up to know that Alexander was messing around with the rather nasty burn on his arm that he had recieved.
"It's not my fault that Guilmon didn't want to be Civil. He burnt my favorite hoodie!" Alexander said, glaring at Clair. The disguised Witchmon simply scoffed, and continued reading.

Labramon had been walking around aimlessly, hoping to find some sort of entertainment. Before long the dog digimon had discovered a park, but he didn't notice much. He didn't expect to see much here, but it was a good spot to rest. After all, it seemed like his last nap was a thousand years ago.
The Digimon searched for the perfect place to rest, but settled with a tree. Labramon ran up to the tree, and jumped up onto a branch. He caught it with his claws, but quickly met the ground with a loud thud. "Ow!" he howled as he stood back up. Underneath him had been a concrete sidewalk, which wasn't pleasant to land on.
The dog eventually decided to lay at the base of the tree, and hope nothing disturbed him. The worst that could happen would be getting attacked, but he didn't find that likely.

I lay strung across the branches of the tree my cloak having extra padding which acted to comfort me while I slept in the human world. Watching over me in my sleep are my rookie and champion level mercenaries. Even though they are Digimon and technically require no rest apparently they were both dozing off at the time. With them being bound to me as workers if I was snotty I could have probably scolded them for that if I knew but honestly, I wouldn’t have minded.
All of a sudden one of the branches that were holding me up just snapped with a loud crack not loud enough to make me up but enough to wake up my mercenaries. With one of my supports gone I began to fall head first from the tree with my legs holding myself on at first but soon straightening out. Thankfully my mercenaries rushed to my aid and Maimon was able to grab onto my legs with Servairmon grabbing hers and holding us both up.
With the discomfort of being hung upside down I eventually woke up only to find myself face to face with Alexander and Clair. Not being able to find words that fit the situation I merely hung there as my mercenaries held me up.

Alexander and Clair both flinched. A large snapping sound filled the air, the sound of a Branch breaking. A mere three seconds later, the two were face to face Reame. An ally of theirs, also in the organization Vexus. The way they were face to face with him was interesting, as he was hanging upside down from a now broken branch, with only his Mercenaries holding him up. Alexander slowly broke into a large grin. Clair knew exactly what he was doing, trying to figure out the best pun for the situation.
"Hey Reame, didn't you hear? Fall has already passed!" Alexander said, maintaining his grin. Clair just groaned and face palmed. Alexander sighed a few seconds later. "So, what brings you around these parts? Just hanging around?" Alexander asked, momentarily forgetting about the burn on his arm.
"I must apologize for my 'Tamer's' behavior. He is being his normal self. But I do not doubt you know that by now." Clair said, brushing a few stay leaf's off her dress.

The young Labramon perked his head up, noticing a broken branch, some people, and some digimon. He wasn't sure if they were the type to be friendly, or if their intentions were to fight.
Out of curiosity, the dog went towards the bench, hoping to make a new friend. When he thought he was close enough, the digimon let out a bark, hoping to grab their attention.
The Labramon was slightly nervous about meeting the strangers. Usually when he ran into digimon, it didn't end well for him. However, there is some moments when it turns out okay.

I sighed as I had to hear Alexander’s attempts to make a joke. Lifting my arms and body up I gripped onto Maimon’s arms and told her to let go which she did and I swung down and let go myself allowing myself to land on the sidewalk infront of but facing away of the two sitting on the bench. Behind me I heard Maimon and Servairmon both drop behind me which I expected of them considering their superior physical abilities.
I turned around and both of my mercenaries stood beside me in positions of respect toward Alexander and Clair, the two sitting on the bench. Seeing as I was standing in front of Clair myself and that I had yet to talk to her much I placed my hands to my sides and lowered my body in a bow to her out of respect.
“It is truly nice to see you, both of you,” I spoke rising out of my bow. “Alexander, I hope you don’t mind if I talk to Clair for now, there are a few things that I am curious about. Clair, if you don’t mind the intrusive nature of my question, might I know more about you? You and I have had little time to talk as of now and I am wondering if we can become better acquainted seeing as we keep bumping into each other.”

Alexander giggled a bit a the bow, while Clair smiled. "Finally, someone with manners. I am Clair. A Witchmon of the highest caliber." Clair said. Alexander was still undergoing a giggle fit. Until a bark rang through the air. Alexander looked over in the direction the bark came from.
"You two talk. I'll go see what that was." Alexander said, jumping up from the bench. And walking towards the direction of the sound. Which was a few steps away from the bench. A few seconds later he was face to face with a dog. Alexander grinned widely and kneeled down.
"Hey boy! What's wrong?" Alexander asked, as if the dog could talk. Stranger things had happened, just last night he was fighting a red dinosaur that could spew fire from her mouth.
Meanwhile Clair was thinking of a topic to talk about.
"What do you wish to talk about? I don't care, personally."

The Labramon was excited to hear that she had noticed him. Also, slightly insulted by the fact she treated him like any other dog, even though he looked like one. He got over it pretty quick though, so he went on to reply.
"Hi, and I was curious about your group over there." the dog digimon lifted his paw at the others. He was curious mostly because of the ongoing boredom he had been experiencing in this world. The most exciting thing for him so far was chasing leaves and barking at other noises.
Labramon wasn't exactly sure how this would end, but he did need help finding a place to rest in peacefully without feeling endangered.

“Thank you for speaking with me.” I politely responded bowing once more though this time much shallower.
“I wish to possibly know more about your history and how you came to exist as a set of spirit totems.” I questioned Clair. “I find the fact that a sprit totem is able to hold the mind of a Digimon alongside its body interesting though, I am unsure how your body was able to be reformed into a form differing from the form of your totem’s. If I am correct the totems hold only a singular form.”
“I too have a question.” Maimon spoke for the first time of my knowledge to someone other than me. She bowed lowly and raised herself up avoiding eye contact with Clair as if she was truly a servant and she was ashamed of talking to someone. “I wish to know of the origin of your magic. Most witchmon are born with an innate magical ability that is formed into a limited list of spells that may only be found, not learned. You, on the other hand, seem to be able to learn new spells unlike the rest of your race, why, or how, is that?”

Alexander fell over backwards when the dog started talking. "I shoulda known. You're a Digimon!" Alexander said, lying flat on his back. Alexander sat up quickly and pushed his Glasses up his nose.
"My group over there? Well, the girl dressed like she came out of a Horror movie is Clair. My Digimon partner disguised as a human. The human Boy is Reame. A friend of mine, he can turn into Digimon. Those other Digimon are his Mercenaries. That brings me to you, don't get worried or anything, but do you plan on causing any trouble?" Alexander asked
Clair looked at Reame, then made sure Alexander was out of Earshot.
"Spirit Totems are a Digimon's soul given physical form. Simply put, if a Digimon has a strong enough will to live, they can decide not to become an egg, and seal their soul in said Totems. My death is a long and boring tale, one you wouldn't be interested in." Clair said, her eyes half lidded.
"As for why I seem untrained in the Magical arts...Wouldn't you be out of practice after being confined to a small Trinket for several boring years?

[ ENTER ] The human world, it always seemed so dull after being in the new world for so long. So boring. So grey, so colorless, so boring. Yes, that was the overarching term that could be used to describe this filth ridden world. Maybe eventually some new decor could be strung here as well, but that was not today's goal. With all the recent business, sometimes people just needed to relax. Especially after reading all those logs and those files and those dreadful yet interesting books. What was this, college, high school? Sometimes it was nice to just do something spontaneous. It was a glorious day. A beautiful one to say, if Vira would ever even use that world in her vocabulary. It wasn't anything special compared to the Digital World, a concept already touched up on, but you couldn't do what she was about to do in the park in that world, oh no. " The wind is perfect, G-Man! The sun is shining!" The slender female spun around with her arms spread out at full length in a playful manner, " Isn't this great? Isn't this such a utopia?" Her mouth smiled at the sarcastic comment, her sharp canines in full view, " I wish everyday could be like this." She was apparently talking to a green haired gentleman, an accomplice that followed closely behind her. They both hard items that fluttered in the wind, small flying devices, or much more simply put: kites. Vira's was orange! It had a little sun on it, and she made it herself. She was really quite proud of it. Giygas probably made his too, but she didn't really pay too much attention to that, for all she knew it could've been picked up on the foreign owned carryout down the street on the way here. A red shoe planted into the grass, her coat flowing in the wind, " Though, there is something missing in all this. Or rather, there's something in the equation that doesn't need to be there." A couple fingers came to her chin as she looked towards a group of people and what appeared to be a dog in the distance, and then at a small group of trees. " There's too much in the way. These people and trees are blocking the sunlight." Her tone changed to one more sadistic, and then once more, it became full of itself and sarcastic, " Not to mention the problems it brings up with wind resistance." She looked towards a cloaked figure; her Digimon who lacked the luxury of a holosuit, Otto. He wasn't permitted to talk in the human world, due to the obvious reason that he didn't sound very human, but he didn't need to hide for very much longer. " I don't think this should be too much of a problem, however. We can just remove them." The teenaged super-villain pulled out her black Digivice, as her Keramon threw off his disguise. This wasn't very classy, but this was exactly what she needed to fuel her ego: picking on the weak. Just like her playground days. " Let's show them...hmmm...yeah, let's just wing this Digivolution actually." The jellyfish nodded and began engulfed in a blue light, emerging as a six legged armored spider like creature, something known as an Infermon. The evolution was painless and quick, this was the second or third time it had been performed now, so Otto was finally starting to get a hang of the whole process...again, anyway. The abomination's mouth opened up, revealing it's inner canon, which immediately started to charge with a dark colored psionic energy. Without even saying two words, the Digimon fired it's weapon towards a group of trees, setting them ablaze from the heat of the mental electricity. " Such a wonderful day to fly a kite."

(OOC: I can practically feel the jimmies rustling. People are reading my post though. I am happy. Go Envy! Number one!)
It was a beautiful day indeed, or at least that's the Vandermon was told it was. In all honesty, the mechanized chimera couldn't see what was so hot about this. He was supposed to hand craft some of flying contraction using wood, clothe and string, something he did just fine, but due to his endless "fine tuning" he was now left with an remote controlled helicopter. Giygas looked down upon his creation and then looked at the kite Vira had. "How could I have possibly messed this up so much?" He thought, a metallic claw fiddling with the buttons on his controller.
"You call zis a Utopia!?!?" He spat out in feign shock before a sly grin stretching across his face as he brought a hand against his chin. "But! I am sure zat your inferior construct will not look too bad next to mine." The chimera added hastily, sniper eye focusing in the distance with an odd, clicking sound. "Hmm... vat are zose?" The Vandermon was about to suggest that a preferable alternative to flying kites would be a fair game of human hunting, but he could already see that they had wasted no time. "Vell, technically ve aren't allowed to do zis in ze human vorld, but rules are made to be broken. Like buildings, or people." The scientist paused to chuckle at his own muse for a moment.
At this point any passer by's days was starting to rapidly accelerate to the worse possible scenario unless something could out do an female with abandonment issues, a giant spider and the king of the freaking metal empire attacking you during your daily jog. Giygas didn't particularly care about the backlash this might have. He did manage to blow up a mall and fight off the entire DATS with Otto before after all. The Vandermon paused for a moment, pondering. As true as that was, Otto was with Alastor back then and not even a Keramon. Thing were certainly different, but why let that spoil the fun?
"Alright! I bet I can blow zis place up faster zan you, Otto." The researched hissed, the blue lighting that seemed to spark around his body turning red for a moment. "UPGRADE!" That word seemed to have a massive effect on Giygas, a small bell ringing from inside his body and if anyone could he his code, they could see that something was defiantly very wrong. It was almost like his power has spiked to unimaginable levels for a brief moment."Have you ever watched that film the Armageddon? Personally I'm a huge fan." The Vandermon commented as the earth below him would rumble. Suddenly he would have his arm downwards, the grass around him going flat for a moment as cracks appeared below him. "Meteor Storm!" It wasn't long until a black dot appeared on the sky, gradually getting bigger as it's shadow covered the park below. Nothing said classy like dropping a massive hunk of space on to some unsuspecting children and a dog or something similar, all while remolediling the park to a crater. The scientist felt ready to receive his humanities Nobel and tried to imagine it, but he was too distracted by the hissing sound the massive meteorite made as it ignited from friction. "Ach, vell."

OOC: OK, clearly this thread has just had the equivalent of a bus driven through it, with half the participants not really expecting it. So with all that considered, I’d like to ask for the immediate board damage/destruction to go away. It’s not particularly fair on those who didn’t want/expect it.
That said, expect evil characters to be evil. Let this be a lesson to you all. They’re going to be evil and they’re going to try and kill you, and you probably won't get the same help if this happens again.
EDIT: You can continue the thread however you want, but the board has to remain intact (this time).
Sci Edit: In purely open threads, such destruction would be considered sniping and strictly not allowed. We do get that permission was given for this, but definitely not to this extent.

“Oh, I wish no disrespect to you Mistress Clair,” Maimon spoke quickly and apologetically. “I only wish to know more as to how you, unlike other Witchmons can learn new spells.”
“That should be enough, Maimon.” I spoke to her stopping her from asking any more for now. “I’m sure we can ask her more about her abilities later. For no-“
I ended my speech as I suddenly noticed the ground around us become covered in a dense shade. Becoming distracted from the conversation I looked up through he leaves of the tree. I froze in my place as I laid eyes on the meteor heading for us.
“I do believe we have a problem.” I spoke cautiously as I pointed up at the sky to the ever-enlarging rock hurling towards us.
Holding out two computer chips from my pocket my mercenaries turned into energy and transported themselves into the chips for safety.
“I think we should get out of here soon. That is, unless we want to be crushed by a giant meteorite that will soon destroy the park and maybe some of the surrounding area.” I looked expectantly at Clair hoping that she could do something, I could maybe digivolve and fly away quick enough but I didn’t want to risk people finding out about me.

Alexander looked up. Dumbstruck. A meteor? Why was there a meteor?! This was all happening too fast. Clair jumped into Action quickly. She deactivated her Holosuit, and glared at the sky.
"Alexander, I do believe a Modify card is called for." Clair said, eyes narrowed.
"Right! Let's see...Impmon...Dokugumon...Warp Digivolution...Rapidmo-WARP DIGIVOLUTION?!" Alexander, asked, staring at the card. His choices were limited, so...he pulled out his D-Arc, and slashed the card.
"Card Slash! Warp Digivolution activate" Alexander yelled.
D.I.G.I.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N._
"Witchmon Warp Digivolve to...MAGNADRAMON!" Clair moved quickly with her new Pink dragon form, they didn't have much time.
"Hyper Beam!" Clair yelled out, firing an extremely high power beam at the meteor, Hoping it would destroy the meteor, or at least degrade it enough to do minor damage to the park. Then again, she had no idea how this meteor had come into being. She could take a few stabs in the dark, however.
"Well that's new." Alexander said.
