Strolling into the club was the great NiseAgumon Hakase. He stepped inside and took a look at his surroundings. He noticed that there weren't many people here, which is what he would prefer. Never in a million years would he find himself in a club, much less Whitewater City. Still, he couldn't help but to celebrate his recent victory. Time and time again, he quest for total conquest of the Digital World had all been foiled. But his most biggest plan was still moving steadily along. After narrowing escaping a collapsing ruin, he managed to get an ancient power source that can help fuel his most powerful robot yet. Right now, his Gaomon assistant, Girl, is maintaining one of the main labs and extracting the energy from the artifact. He sat down at one of the booths, waiting for his meal to be ordered.

The club did, indeed, have a few people in it, being close to it opening for the night. It might be a relatively calm night for Caritas. Someone was about to see to the Agumon, but someone stopped them... she wanted to talk to him herself.
Eventually, there was a tall, beige Impmon with a hood that sat across from Nise, chuckling.
"Well, well, if it isn't Nise, hee hee... you've technically never met me before, but I know who you are."

As he was waiting for his order to be taken, a taller than normal Impmon started to speak to him. It seemed that this Impmon recognized him. This didn't surprised the Hakase one bit. His evil has certainly spread recently. It won't be long until this whole world would be fear his very name. He gave out a rather smug smirk over at the Impmon. "Hmph. Well of course you would know me, my dear. I am greatest evil genius in the entire Digital World. Oh, and I would appricate it if you address me as Hakase."

"Oh, you are a piece of work indeed Professor Evil, just as Mistress told me. So, what are you doing here? Just here to say hello? Or are you going to use Beverly for your own means?"
The last bit was said more seriously. What Tweek tried to do with Beverly was something she would never forget. The last thing she needed was some pretentious Agumon trying to do the same thing.
Frankly, she would have took Nise out right then and there, but she looked and saw a Shoutmon variant walk over to them.
"Now, now, Ghost, be nice to Hakase. As I said, he's an old friend... he's certainly no Tweek."

It seems that this Impmon has some sort of animosity towards the Hakase. Not that it matter to him at all. This digimon was only a speck compared to him. He just wanted to do his short celebration here and get back to work on his ultimate robot. “Now now, my dear. All I came in here for is a drink and I’ll be on my—Wait just a second? Did you just say Beverly?” The Hakase asked astonishingly.
The Agumon scratched under his chin. That name does sound a bit familiar. Then he came to him. Beverly used to be one of his most promising students. He hasn’t seen her for so long, but he was sure that she went off to be successful. Of course, she would do well to have a servant that would give her superiors more respect. Just then a Shoutmon came over to them and by her voice, it was no doubt that it was her. The Hakase got up from her chair, facing her.
“Why it is you, Beverly. I see that you been doing well. Though, honestly, I thought that you would be ruling over a small nation by now…or have a much more respectable servent.” Said the Hakase, giving the Impmon a short glance during that last statement.

Beverly chuckled. After all the changes that has occurred in her life, it's funny to see how Nise hadn't changed at all since they last met.
"I admit, she was a bit out of line, but not unreasonably so. We've had some issues in the and seeing you caused her to be a bit jumpy.
In any case, let's go to the back where it's quieter. Ghost, you come along with me."
Beverly would take Nise to the back area of her nightclub, where acted as a storage area for various instruments and some shelves of various items. It was dimly lit, although that was just the lights on low settings, and it wasn't so poor that most of the area couldn't be seen.
The Shoutmon crossed her arms as she leaned against a wall.
"Now, before we continue with this little reunion, just so you know I'm no longer pursuing life as a villain. Things have happened in my past and in the end I'd just rather be a neutral party.
Caritas is also a neutral area. You don't cause trouble, and you'll be fine. I will have Ghost respect you, but only if you promise me similar respect towards me and my club. Is this doable, Hakase?"

The Hakase had to admit, it was nice to see one of his students rise up so much in power. Though he was confused as to why she would find place like this. Perhaps she needed a rest from her evil deeds that she commited. Also, he didn’t really care about her servant’s concerns about him. He just hope that Bev can keep her in line. Bev then insisted on finding a quieter place to talk. He would much rather prefer that, getting away from all of the annoying chatter. He followed over to the back area and listen to Bev speak.
After she was finished, he scratched under his chin inquisitively, taking in everything that she said. “Hmm..Well, first of all, I am quite disappointed that you wasted your evil potential. You were quite a promising student. Though I suppose that I’ll just have to accept this as long as you don’t get in my way of my plans for world domination.” The Hakase started to pace in front of Bev. “Now as for your little club…When I do finally achieve my goal, I might consider leaving it be. Even an evil genius such as myself need a place to relax for a little while. I do have one condition though. I would like to have some entertainment while I’m being served my drink. I’m sure that would be reasonable, don’t you think, Beverly? ”

Beverly was unfazed with Nise's disappointment, although not disrespectfully so. She simply moved on from villainy due to some events that happened in her life... one major one being that she had -mostly- died.
But she was surprised that Nise remembered that she liked to sing. He said he would consider leaving her club be... fair enough. She just hoped he wouldn't blow the place up. Despite his 'flaws' Beverly could never discount that Nise could end up doing something big. He was a genius, after all, and it was probably lack of resources and lack of his own power for fighting that prevented him from actually ruling the digital world.
"Of course I take requests, heh heh. But before we get to that, there is another reason I came back here.
I may have settled down in owning a nightclub, but don't think that's all I've done. I also want to ask you to not destroy Rustport... if you've heard of the rebuilding project, I was the one who started it. The mayor there, Burst the MechaImpmon... was placed by yours truly. He may run the place but if need be he will answer to me. But only a few digimon know of this, and I'd appreciate it if you didn't spread the word either.
Not only that, but I have blueprints to most of the areas within this city... estimated at roughly 95% of the town, including sewer and electrical systems. You know... for just in case. With the attack some time ago things might be a bit different, but it won't be a major change. Even without that, I have many connections here, and some reaching beyond the city as well.
You can have a copy of the blueprints if you want them."

“Hmph. Well, I’ll let you pick the song. I’m not really up for request.” The Hakase said to Bev. She gave him another request for him to not destroy Rustport. Apparently she has some control over Rustport. He felt a bit impressed that she can claim a hold of that dirt poor town. It seems that she truly haven’t lost her touch. He scratch under his chin. “Hmm..You’re asking for quite a lot, aren’t you? Well…I’ll consider not destroying Rustport. I am impressed on your ability to manipulate a political figure. I guess I have taught you well.” Then he thought about the electrical systems that are below the city. It could prove useful to the Agumon someday. “Yes. I would very much like the blueprints. ”

"It's not political manipulation... Think of it as having connections. Burst is a good friend of mine. Know the right digimon in the right places and you can get a lot done. Anyway... "
Bev motioned to Ghost towards the floor before she faded through it. Moments later, a panel opened up by Beverly's feet. Reaching down, she pulled out a few discs that were in a metal container.
"This is one set of copies I have. There's a lot of stuff there, though, and I don't want this leading back to me, so do be careful with that, okay?"
Thinking about it, she might as well not threaten Nise, and instead help him out. Surely he wouldn't want to face the wrath of one of his students that has the power to destroy him 100 times over. And Burst wouldn't allow a mad genius to wreck Rustport... Burst having been one himself, Nise would so easily beat him either.
But, who knows... Nise was one more potential connection she could make use of. And it was, indeed, making use of connections and not "manipulation". At least, that's what she told herself.

It was a slightly amused that Bev would downplay her manipulation and confusing it with friendship. The Hakase didn’t feel to address it though. Soon, Bev’s servant faded through the floor, freaking out the Agumon a bit. Then Bev pulled out some disc. The Hakase quickly took the disc from her.
“Yes yes. Fine. I’ll do just that.” He told her almost dismissively as he put the disc in the pocket inside his cloak. He didn’t care about ratting out Bev nor her relationship with this Burst. Still, even though he doesn’t have any plans for Rustport now, it would be nice to keep it in mind for another occasion.
“Now that we have that out of the way. I’m a quite curious to see how the food and drink in this establishment taste. I truly hope that they can meet my standards.” He said confidently to her.

Ghost and Beverly looked at each other when Nise mentioned that he hoped that the food was of good quality.
"This isn't a restaurant. This is a nightclub."
"We do serve food here, but if you want an actual meal you've come to the wrong place. We serve various snacks and sides; nachos, fries, salads, and the like.
We do have a fair amount of 'drink', though. And designated vomit spots in the bathrooms if you so... desire."

The Hakase crossed his arm and rolled eyes a bit. He suppose that he expected a bit much from a place like this. It also doesn’t help that he hasn’t been to a night club before. He wasn’t really sure what else this place would have. “Oh very well then. I suppose I shouldn’t judge this place by the food. I’ll just be trying these so called drink and my entertainment.” He told Bev, not really sure if he should even get the drinks.

"Anyway, make yourself comfortable. I'm going to set things up. Ghost will take care of your drink, as well as any particular kind of song you want to hear."
As said, Ghost will take care of Nise's drink, and Beverly would get ready to perform on stage. However, when the time came, she went on in her Lilithmon form, all the while other digimon, her usual workers Fishy, Saibot, and Garm, stood behind her. Some of the regular patrons had cheered her on, prompting a smile from her.
"Welcome to Caritas, my lovely patrons. Judging from the crowd I can see a lot of you are enjoying yourselves..."
Beverly would continue to work the crowd a bit before starting.

After their talk, NiseAgumon Hakase went back over to main area of the club and saw that people were being seated for Bev’s show. The Hakase managed to find his seat. When, Ghost gave him his drink, he took a few sips of it. It has a rather strange taste to it. He told not to expect much for the food or drinks here, and it seem that he was correct. He just hope that they could make up of it with the entertainment. He grumbled a bit when the loud, happy-go-lucky idiots around him started cheering for Bev. He, too, would like to hear his former student sing, but he wasn’t going to stoop to levels of the lowly fools around him. He crossed his arms over his chest, waiting with interest for Bev to start.
