-Vexus-

Team Name: Vexus
Team Ability: Dominion
Any member of Vexus has a compelling touch, capable of 'binding' an individual for a set amount of time, depending on the member's level of power. A crimson tinge spreads along the individual, at which time the victim may make an attempt to resist it if stronger than the user. Once spread, the victim unwillingly follows the user's orders - however, one cannot order for the victim to one-hit kill itself. Once used on a specific individual, the victim cannot be 'bound' by this same member for the remainder of the thread. Mainly used on NPCs, useable on PCs with prior approval of the member. Fellow Vexus members are immune, provided they wear the uniform.

Description:
"If an individual knew they couldn't die, or be punished for anything they ever did, what do you think would happen?"
"Absolute evil."
"Strip away the concept of retribution, bring down the walls of fear, and their true evil nature will gush forth."
Vexus seeks to establish order through control. To safeguard the Digital World from evil, so that future generations can venture forth without any more bloodshed or loss.
This has been a task ineptly handled by the Digital World's governments, but no more. We will take matters upon our own hands, and together, we shall bring a new golden age. An age were our worries will not be centered around looming evils. Instead, our resources could be used to further our understanding of the Digital World. To explore. To grow as a society. The times of building cities, having them destroyed by random attacks, then rebuilding them to continue the cycle will be long gone. Corruption will be rooted out, and the governments will work for the people, not wasting away with their petty bureaucracy.
In order to accomplish this, Vexus will seek out lines of communication with the Digital World's powers. Hopefully, some Government Officials will sympathize with our cause, and potential negotiations could be held. We don't seek war with our own, after all. If and when negotiations fail, Vexus will act accordingly.
- Key areas in the Digital World will be seized.
- A Dark Network-like system will be deployed on seized areas. This system will be expanded further out as we progress. It will serve as our eyes throughout the region.
- We will establish a police state upon the Digital World. Checkpoints will be set up on the cities to maintain tabs on individuals coming in and out.
- Special bracelets will be handed out to the population, these will be able to locate them outside of the Network's boundaries as well as act as a Digivolution Inhibiter if the individual is found to have committed a crime, though they must remain within limits for it to have any effect. These devices are modified versions of ones previously used on Terminus. Made of a special Digizoid Alloy, these bracelets use the wearer's own energy while digivolving or any equivalent and expand or shrink in order to accommodate the new form's size. They will not allow such manipulation otherwise. Of course, they are not fail-proof.
- The outskirts of cities will be patrolled in order to keep them safe.
- Criminals will have their Digivolution inhibited and sent to do manual labor in reconstruction efforts, like the rebuilding of Rustport, or other similar things. We believe in reform. Everyone can change. If for some reason someone cannot, and they are deemed a threat to the Digital World, then they shall be deleted and absorbed - ensuring their data will never again resurface.
- Individuals without bracelets will not be allowed into the cities. If they sneak in, the system will alert us of their trespassing, and they will be punished accordingly. Likewise, breaking off a bracelet will be a punishable action.
This may seem like a bitter, hard to swallow pill, but we will also encourage good things. Not only will citizens be safer.
- Talks of how to lessen or eradicate discrimination against Virus types will be held.
- A survey will be taken of the Dark Area. We believe there may be good digimon there, and they too deserve a good life. The city will undergo renovations, their habitants will be checked up on, and a sizable amount of our efforts will hopefully be dedicated on 'cleaning up' the area of it's evil inhabitants. So perhaps one day, the sun could shine there, too.
- Rebuilding efforts throughout the world will be aided, either through our own workforce, or criminal manual labor.
- Counsel and training will be offered for Tamer's and Digimon new to the game. So perhaps they may avoid falling into dark places as we once may have, and become better than us.
- Trailmon trails will be kept secure by our soldiers, not only ensuring safe travel for live cargo, but ensuring prompt and safe passage of needed goods to remote areas.
- Ensure a healthy relationship/coexistence between humans and digimon.
- When evil surfaces, our forces will attempt to eliminate it as quickly and safely as possible.
Our Base - The Floating Fortress, Aestyr
The base, a completely mobile flying fortress, currently floats silently on the edge of the Digital World - the Everfalls, thanks to a combination of both Magic and Science. It is able to stay aloft indefinitely and also possesses a spatial displacement barrier around it, rendering any teleportation into or out of it aside from the official source useless.
It also comes with its own defensive system - the immediate area around the base is in constant surveillance with the aid of sensors, all monitored by the central computer network set up by Datamon and ChibiMachinedramon. Should anything be detected and not readily identified, an arsenal of weaponry reveals itself in key positions around the armored castle. Champion-strength turrets spread rapid fire, Ultimate-strength explosive cannons are slower, but deadlier, and a Mega-strength beam is able to be charged and fired from the top of the armored structure to deliver a constant and destructive attack.
The base is large enough to support a dining area, the entrance halls, the member's quarters, the central network room, a courtyard on the middle complete with greenery, as well as a area where fruits and vegetables are planted, a water reserve, and a basement where all the machinery and artifacts keeping it all together are located. More might be added later as the base is in constant improvement via missions/quests.
-Equipment-
Vexus Cloak - A usually black cloak with silver decorations and a silver zipper from top to bottom. The cloak itself could vary from member to member as it is able to costumize itself according to the user's psyche. While worn, the Vexus Cloak renders the user undetectable by any supernatural, technological or even natural way EXCEPT sight. This effect is activated/deactivated by donning the hood or putting it back.
More equipment will become available as our research progresses.
Members: Strongest to Weakest - A more appropiate hierarchy will be improvised upon at a later time.
