It was first noticed by us when it was time for my routinely patrol of the time stream. This normally consists of traveling backwards through the time stream, merely skimming though, and recording any influxes. However, during the usual patrol... An unusual event occurred. When traveling backwards, we were halted at this specific year and were unable to continue on any farther into the past. It truly was a strange occurrence, so we attributed it to machine failure combined with a simple influx... However, that wasn't the case. When the occurrence was indepthly analysed, we could only come to one explanation why the past was no longer accessible to us any more...
There is no past any more. That is to say; we know that there was a time before this year, but as far as we can detect, it is as if this entire universe was created roughly 17 weeks, 2 days, 13 hours, 47 minutes, and 45 seconds ago and counting. Shocking isn't it? Well that isn't even the worst of it; but more on that later. The good news is, we have identified the force that we believe to be responsible for this incident. A Clockmon that has some how mutated it's code; we have referred to it as Subject Chron-11. It is at the strength that is most likely leagues above it's champion form, so caution has been advised when around it. Due to some unknown instance, it's power over the time stream has multiplied tenfold. It also unknown whether it knows the harm it is causing, or simply is playing god. Either way, we have in fact been able to locate it; it has taken residence some where inside the human world. Not a surprise seeing as how that world is the closest connected to the threads of time out of all observed world instances. We have tried disposing of it ourselves, but obviously have failed.
That is where you Tamers shall come in. In all of recorded history, the best combatants to threats towards the digital and human worlds has always been found in the friends and allies of the digital world itself. You all serve as bridges between the worlds, so it only makes sense for you to save it in its time of need. It will not be easy, and there is no guarantee that you will succeed unharmed, or succeed at all. Many of you might die, or none at all. It all depends on your ability to work together to combat a threat absolutely non of you could defeat alone.
Mission Description: In this mission, you must travel to Subject Chron-11's location in the human world and incapacitate it; be it through capture or deletion. It will be difficult and there is no doubt that Subject Chron-11 will send enemy forces once it discovers your actions against it.
While we are accepting any and all able willing bodies, it is advised that this foe is unpredictably stronger than the rest of its kind. Before you may encounter Subject Chron-11 though, you will need to collect the pieces of the split time-stream that have been scattered across Shibuya, aptly named "Chrono Shards"; these must all be collected and assembled to reveal the exact location of Subject Chron-11 and weaken it considerably so that it may be possible to stand a fighting chance against it. You will be briefed on their locations upon agreeing to assist.

- Fraction Chrono Break: Draws on the far reaches of its sealed magic power to stop time for 1 second. This ability is only useful for either a quick defensive maneuver for retreating, blocking, or evading; nothing fancy. (This skill can either extend a post with one quick action, such as an evasion/block that takes place before or after your initial post actions that would normally be in response to an attack. Projectile attacks launched during the period of frozen time or right before are also frozen in place until time resumes, or they are acted on by a force moving during the paused time. Cooldown is 2 posts + 1 for every usage in that thread [Cooldown resets at beginning of every thread].)
