"Come on guys it's this way!" The Hackmon said to the group as they went over near the Marco ocean, after their adventure in the desert the Hackmon seemed to like the Luna and Dust, so much he invited them to a large new looking ship hung near the dock leading into the ocean. "Yeah my sister said I can borrow her ship, maybe who you're looking for is around one of the places in the ocean, doesn't hurt to look right?" He said with a smile hoping he did good for the Impmon and Lekismon. "Are you sure she's ok with us borrowing it?" Dust felt he should ask seeing as they had little to no idea who this sister was. "Yeah I borrow it all the time, though I normally have to find someone to work the sail and the wheel since I can't reach, but we have you and Luna for that." Maybe he just wanted to go on the ocean and they just so happened to be perfect to help him do so, but if did fit their needs also so who were they to judge.
"Alright then lets go, I'm sure we'll find all sorta cool stuff out there, maybe we'll then have stuff not depressing to tell Maia next time we eat pizza." Why did Luna just assume there was going to be pizza next time also? What a weird Lekismon but hey who was Dust to judge. "Well maybe we should take some others just in case, who knows maybe we'll need some help." Dust said, the more the merrier but there were few people around the group, who would just randomly come along.

"See? This is so much better than the tundra." It had been over a week since Elliot and Isaac went on their last random adventure. Since their encounter with Shi they had been busy investigating the Northern Prominence and becoming more used to their new workloads as students. There just wasn't enough time to throw themselves onto a random Trailmon and follow the rails as far as possible. This weekend had been a change for the better in that regard, and when Elliot found out that this Trailmon was going to the ocean shore he knew that he had made the right decision. The bright sun and pounding waves were comforts for the boy that reminded him of summers long and a home long gone. That mix of longing and recollection was one of the most bittersweet feelings in the world, but after such a tiring day it was far more sweet than bitter.
"You bet!" the boy cheered, Isaac smiling in response. They both needed this, after the adventure before this nearly ended in a permanent wound and the adventure prior was primarily the two fighting about the move. Now that things were settled all around, it was time to do some wandering like in the good old days. There was only one major problem with that idea. Neither Elliot nor Isaac was sure where to go! The shoreline may have been nice, but it drastically cut their avenues of exploration down. They could go left or they could go right, especially when none of their forms were suited for swimming. Looking back and forth and weighing their options, the two shrugged and decided to go left.
Who knows? Maybe they'd bump into a ship in need of some crew.

Hackmon seemed a little less then pleased with what Dust was asking. "But you two can turn Ultimate, why would we need help from anyone else?" Dust just shook his head silently, Hackmon did know that Dust didn't like turning into his Ultimate form, and Luna was always a step behind normal Ultimate, maybe because of that contract she wasn't able to go full power since Dust was here, but still that was a huge problem. "I know but the more the merrier? We should at least look for one or two more just in case we run into something while we are there." Hackmon had more to say but then he recalled he was supposed to borrow the ship to share with others, he sighed in defeat remembering his sisters words well and deciding that Dust was right in this instance. "Fine, but we shouldn't wait long, I can only borrow this for a day or two, max." He said max quite sternly so Dust assumed that was the literally max or else something would happen to his friend.
Luna had heard some of the conversation and decided to be looking for other people, she did this by climbing on top of the ships large part that held some flag up, she liked this place since it was high up and she could see, and she thought she saw two humans that seemed to be close to one another, one or two great. Luna then backed up and jumped towards them landed a significant distance away but hopefully still in ear shot. "Hey you two over there, want to board a ship and ride around the ocean? My boyfriend said we need one or two more just in case something happens." The Lekismon stated waiting for the humans to respond, she hoped her jump didn't make her look threatening.

Well, that was certainly a thing which happened. One second Elliot and Isaac were just walking along the shore and minding their own business. The next, a rabbit jumped out of nowhere and asked if they wanted to go sailing. Even compared to some of the offers that they had received before, this was really abrupt. Usually when they stumbled upon cooperative strangers it was so that they could help them out with problems and dilemmas, not just randomly going sailing. Still, the brothers had to admit that this possibility was really appealing. Elliot's eyes seemed to light up at the Leiksmon's offer, while Isaac continued to look a little pensive and suspicious.
"That'd be really cool! What do you think, Isaac?" Elliot asked, promptly dropping the ball in his brother's court. Normally this was when Isaac would back away from a situation, but the enthusiasm in his brother's voice was really hard to quash. Perhaps if he knew that these Digimon were on the level and didn't mean any harm, he'd be comfortable enough to let Elliot travel with them. The Lekismon didn't seem to mean harm, but with Digimon looks could be very deceiving. Isaac had seen some really adorable Digimon cause others surprising amounts of harm.
"Where are you guys going?" Isaac asked, trying to see if there was a plan in mind or just aimless wandering. These could be bonafide adventurers, or they could simply be a bunch of Digimon out to have a good time. A few quick questions like this would ideally tell Isaac everything he needed to know before he could judge his comfort levels.

Luna was glad she didn't seem like she jumped to try and attack them, that was a good thing. But they did ask a question, why should they it's just some harmless going on the ocean with complete strangers, though that's Dust's normal life in a nutshell. "Where are we going? Well that's a bit of a problem, we aren't going anywhere in particular we're actually looking for someone." Luna said pointing over to Dust, who was to busy talking to Hackmon to notice Luna talking to someone else. "We're looking for his friend, you see he somehow got amnesia so we're looking for the last digimon he remembers, we've been nearly everywhere else so narrowing it down we decided to look around the ocean." Luna explained deciding the full truth was the best way to get them through this.
"Though if you have anywhere in specific I don't think Dust or Hackmon would mind us going there, provided you come with us in the first place." Was there something in the ocean they wanted to see? Or maybe they were pirates out to go get stuff and break the hearts of companions after they betray and steal the treasures they find. But thye didn't look like pirates, no eye patch or wooden leg.
Dust just now noticed Luna's apsence and looked around finding her after a moment of looking. She seemed to be talking to someone? Best just see how this plays out.

So the question wasn't where they were going, but instead who they were going. Very interesting. It seemed that Elliot and Isaac had stumbled upon another group of friends in need after all. Perfect! It helped that forgetting someone really close to you was quite the sympathetic cause. Togetherness meant everything to the two brothers, and the idea of losing friends or even each other to the ravages of lost memory was horrifying to them. For that reason, it didn't even take the full explanation for Isaac to grin, assuring the Lekismon "We'll help you out no problem. Just point us in the right direction and we'll do anything we can to look for your friend." Elliot beamed, seeing the heroic spark relighting in his brother. The two were getting back on track now!
"We're good. My bro just likes to double-check everything to make sure we don't do anything dumb," Elliot pointed out, Isaac blushing a bit in response. Elliot didn't need to be so blunt about it! "Anyway, my name's Elliot. It's really nice to meet you!"
"And I'm Isaac" the older added. He hadn't really met many Digimon that were just Digimon before. The ones that had, like Ociomon, just called themselves by their species name. The ones with human-style names of their own like Yasuo, Kuu, and Iko all seemed to have them picked out by their human partners. Would the trend hold up here? Or did older, more mature ones like the Lekismon tend to select their own names anyway? After so much contact with humans and humans alone, more meetings with specifically-Digimon Digimon was quite the interesting possibility to the two brothers.

"Sweet, I'm sure we'll find him, wherever he is." Though Luna forgot it wasn't just the digimon they were looking for, Dust never mentioned it but there was a girl also but that shouldn't matter right now anyway, a digimon stood out more then anything. "Oh yeah Dust does that for me all the time, though most of the time we still end up doing pretty stupid things. I'm not that bright." Luna admitted, she was always doing something that ended in something weird, random or something just all around not the best option. "But I won't do anything this time, at least I'll try not to." Luna reassured them she wasn't going to do her normal thing, she was going to be smarter this time. "I'm Lekismon, but most just call me Luna, though considering I can't go back to my rookie form maybe that should change." Luna said tapping the side of her head in thought. "Anyway they are over there, follow me."
Dust and Hackmon had walked over and were coming up behind the Lekismon, Dust stopped just behind her, his broken pendent moved as he stopped. "What's going on?" Dust asked looking at the two humans, why were they here. "Oh, Dust I found some people to help us out, like you said one or two more right?" Luna said excited she did something good. "Human? My sister said the term is tamers but." Hackmon said looking around the two humans. "Are your partners hiding or something?" He asked not knowing about spirit tamers, Dust wasn't sure on that subject himself but if the reasoning came these would be the first Spirit tamers he met.

"I know that pain. Stuff goes wrong for Isaac and I all the time," Elliot said. "Sometimes it's just something we can laugh about later, so that's nice at least." Judging by the slight worry creeping into his voice, Elliot had a good deal of concern about the ones that they couldn't just laugh off. Only about a month into their stay in the Digital World, and already the brothers had seen so many things. Adventures wrapped around friendships, which wrapped around tragedies, which wrapped around successes, which all intertwined to form lives forever changed. Who knows what the future would hold when its whims seemed to change on a dime?
Elliot waved cheerfully to the duo as the group stepped onto the ship, Isaac favoring a more reserved nod. Regardless, they were no longer caught off guard by the question of where their partners were. By now it was a question they had answered almost five times, its shock value exponentially decreasing each time. Besides, these were Digimon they were talking to. A human might find such a sudden transformation disturbing, but Digimon were practically built for shifting forms. Their response to the emergence of Elliot and Isaac's spirits would likely be uncaring shrugs. "We don't have any. Instead, we can do this," Isaac said, he and Elliot lifting their Digivices high into the air. Cocoons of light enveloped them, and as they passed a Yasyamon and a Strikedramon stood where the duo was before.
"We've been on a lot of adventures before, so don't worry. You guys have some good pairs of eyes looking over you," Isaac said, grinning behind his mask. Even counting solely nautical adventures, they had been on at least one prior. How hard could one more be?

Dust wasn't quite as amazed at this, he had heard about this type of evolution before and slightly expected it given the fact these two were alone in the digital world without partners, however this didn't stop Luna and Hackmon from being amazed by this development. "Wait so you were in Holo-suits, you don't have to fool us we're in the digital world." Apparently not realizing the fact that they were using digivices, Luna shook her head apparently the only other one realizing it. "Nah I've seen the way that Dust can cancel out his Holo-suit and that wasn't the same, plus they had digivices so it couldn't be that." Luna corrected her Hackmon friend. "Oh really? Wonder if sis knew about this?" He asked but got a shrug from Luna, she wasn't that sure.
"I think it was something called a spirit evolution Luna, Maia told me about it once the first time we met, she actually thought I was one who just forgot he changed." Dust said recalling that far back, that was the first time he met her actually, quite the bad time. "Anyway Luna was the one who found you, it wasn't our eyes/" Dust said as Luna picked up the Impmon. "Aw thanks for the compliment Dust." She said pulling the Impmon into a hug despite his complains. "L-Lets just get going, Hackmon set it up." Dust said obviously embaressed by Luna's sudden show of affection, he still wasn't used to that.

At hearing Maia's name, the still-watchful Isaac immediately relaxed his stance. Okay, good. A friend of Maia's was a friend of his. Elliot couldn't help but smirk a little as he realized what the reason was for Isaac dropping his guard. Meeting the right girl really changed a person, didn't it? It was so good seeing Isaac open up for a change, instead of always being so tense and guarded! "Yep! We're spirit users," Elliot clarified. "We generally like to keep to human form, but when we're on adventures? Never a bad idea to stay like this. Who knows when we'll need to fight?" That didn't change that taking the forms was still a little awkward, but slowly Elliot and Isaac were adapting to them. Elliot still had no idea how to react to the fact that he had a tail, for instance, even if he was becoming great at controlling its movement. It was far more natural for Isaac, whose form was the more humanlike of the two nonetheless.
"Sounds good to me," Isaac added as Dust decided it was time to sail. It was going to be a little weird leaving the shore so far behind. Generally Isaac and Elliot liked to keep their adventures more terrestrial, so that they at least had an idea of where they were going. What fun was life if you never spiced in a bit of variety, though? Sometimes you just had to jump off and take a chance. Otherwise the world would move right past you. Besides, even if this wasn't the preferred place for an adventure, Isaac knew that Elliot still desperately needed this chance to get away. He hoped it'd boost his bro's flagging spirits and help give him something fun to talk about on the way back to Japan. It'd certainly be more interesting than school, at the very least.

Luna was a bit excited to hear that. "Yeah I agree using your stronger form when walking around makes things much easier, cept Dust won't let me do that." Luna complained crossing her arms. "You can't hold it for long Luna, what if you use all your energy when we need you the most." Dust reminded and Luna gave a defeated sigh, but this was mostly because she liked using her moves for fun or just when she was bored. "Or you could Dust, you are the strongest of us." Hackmon reminded wondering why he wasn't saying why he didn't. Dust crossed his arms looking away from the Hackmon sighing. "Lets just go." Not giving the reason or anything, he just didn't want to.
Hackmon shrugged before rushing off to prep the ship, why he didn't do it before was anyone's guess, mostly might of been due to time constraints. "Alright then, I'll just be the navigator, since out of all of us I think I'm the only one who knows where they're going." No argument there Dust hadn't even been on a ship before. "Dust help me set this up please, Isaac, Elliot could one of you check down below while the other checks the cabin, I kinda have to make sure my sisters friend isn't on the ship again. Cause that'd be bad if they woke up again." Hackon asked the others as Dust and Luna went to help with the sail thing, Dust silently activated his Holo-suit giving him a height advantage messing with the sail, Luna helped also while Hackmon just checked everything. Luckily for Isaac and Elliot the bottom of the ship would be empty as would the cabin, which would be a relief off Hackmon's shoulders.

"He's got a point. It's always important to try and pace yourself," Isaac said. Strikedramon and Yasyamon were probably the group's most stable forms, around that of very strong humans in energy expenditure. So long as they didn't get into a fight, they could keep those bodies active for significant portions of the day. On the other hand, their beast fragment forms were hugely energy inefficient, powered with the roaring intensity of monsters. Not only would it be incredibly difficult transversing cities and subway systems in those forms, but they would also burn out way too quickly if they tried to persist them. Judging by the Lekismon taking her champion form as well, it seemed that such a level was sort of a sweet spot for Digimon. Helpful to know.
Then came orders from the captain. Isaac nodded, his brother happily adding "We'll be right on it!" With that the two split up, checking the cabinet and below-decks and finding nothing of value. Judging by what the Hackmon said, if they stumbled upon something they would've ended up accidental kidnapping accomplices. That was just one of the risks of borrowing a boat when other people are often using it, it seemed. Still, there was something strangely hilarious about the idea of drifting off to sea while a sleepy straggler started loudly protesting and complaining. It would certainly be an entertaining wrinkle to such a voyage. Both brothers returned to the top of the ship, turning up empty handed. "Nothing out of the ordinary, as far as I can tell. Certainly no Digimon," Elliot promised, the two now just waiting for their voyage to begin.

"At least someone agrees." Dust said happy at least one person out of all he met agreed with his thought, using higher forms just attracted others, if they be thouse wanting to test their strength or just those who wanted to fight to absorb another were all reasons that could happen, though could that happen with Spirit users? That was a good question. Dust and Luna managed to figure out how to make the sail work, which was good since Luna tied her hand to it for a moment, luckily more fingers made Dust more able to help with stuff like that, Hackmon finished his overview checking everything so he could ask what happened if something exploded.
Looking back he saw the two come back up reporting that nothing was below or in the cabin. "Good, wouldn't want him waking up on me, again." Hackmon said having accidently done that before, it was kinda funny since how big the friend was missing them was really hard to do, but still it was easy enough to do if you were small like him. "Anyway everything it set, just need to pull in the weight and we'll be off." He said looking over at Luna who was now holding said weight. "Got it lets go already." Luna said as the sail caught wind and started moving out to sea, Hackmon was already at the wheel making sure they don't, you know crash. "Well then, now time for adventure." He stated wondering what they'd find. Dust looked around for a bit forgetting to turn off his Holo-suit, but still it gave him a height advantage over his Impmon form so he wasn't complaining.

As the ship took off, the brothers took to separate corners at the front of the ship to try and get a look around. Judging by the Impmon scrambling for a height advantage, and Lekismon mentioning that they were in search for an important friend of his, the brothers had a feeling that they should be keeping an eye out. Briefly Isaac considered shifting to Orochimon for a massive height advantage, but it likely wouldn't pay off. Firstly, it would be very hypocritical after his earlier concerns about energy usage. He'd also take up too much room on the ship for too little benefit. Orochimon's main head was really the only one with vision, so the others would just be hanging around uselessly. It was far better to just conserve his energy in case they got into a fight.
Really, the main question here would be what the brothers would be looking for. Elliot figured he'd take the journey easy, and point it out if he noticed anything out of order. Sure, he didn't know what Dust's friend looked like, but that wasn't too much to worry about. Dust or Luna would surely know it when they saw it. Isaac, on the other hand, decided to keep vigilant for suspicious activity. The best case scenario was that he'd find something important and let everyone else know, after which Dust could properly check to see if it was the object of their search. As for the worst case scenario? Maybe he'd be able to point out incoming pirates or storms before they could even be a threat.

Dust glanced over to Luna, since she was the one who told the two of them what they were looking for he had to wonder exactly what she told them, and if she told them the right thing instead of just saying a friend, but in the end did it matter? Dust would know him when he saw him. Dust looked over out towards the large ocean now wondering what was out here, and if he had been out here before, it was possibly right? Considering Dust had no idea who he was could he of been a pirate or something? Nah at first people pegged him as a knight or something, then as a hero and lastly as just a plain arse. Maybe he should get his facts straight instead of just thinking about it all the time.
Luna on the other hand was the first to get a bit stir crazy from no one talking despite it being not that long, it was weird how that happened to her so easily even when others seemed content with just being silent. "So, what have you two done in the digital world?" Luna asked the two spirit tamers, she was a little curious since they said that things tend to go wrong, when stuff goes wrong that normally means stuff happens and stuff is a good thing to happen.
