So yeah, from experience, it can be pretty hard coming up with ideas for MPC's, let alone at least 3 per month. So on Bone's suggestion, I've made this thread as a way for people to put on the forum their suggestions for topics in the future.
I'll start things off with a few ideas of my own.
MPC Subject: Detective Mystery
- A "Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson" style of mystery, in which your characters act as detective and assistant (or just detective) in solving a mystery of some kind.
MPC Subject: Bounty Hunters
- Your characters have been noted for their skills and a client has decided to employ them to hunt down a rascally rapscallion of some kind.
MPC Subject: Hatching Season
- It seems that your characters have stumbled across an egg of some kind, which promptly hatches and the baby digimon within thinks that you're its parent. How will they deal with such a thing? (Suggested topic for the Easter MPC).
MPC Subject: Saving Private Frimon
- Your characters become caught up in the middle of a conflict in the digital world. Guns are blazing, it's hell out there, and one of your friends is caught behind enemy lines. Of course you want to save them, just a bunch of powerful enemy soldiers are standing in your way. How will you get to them?
MPC Subject: Real Housewives of Terminus City
- Can be set in either the digital world or the real world. Your characters have just moved in to a new house, trouble is, they have the worst possible neighbors. How will they deal with them?
MPC Subject: "I Will be a Part of You."
- Whether you intended to or not, after your digimon defeated another in battle, they were then absorbed. However, inside the victorious digimon, they have a few words to say to you before they disappear. How will your character react to what they have done? And are they strong enough to not lose control of themselves as the enemy data is added to their own?

MPC Subject: Tribute See, a year ago, Wada-san passed away, so I've been thinking... is there is someone your char want to give their tribute to? Is there is someone that changed their life so much? The Tribute thing is all about that =3

A ton of ideas I churned out of my useless imagination factory, use them or not if it fits~ (Also, I have no idea if they've been done before)
Videogame Nightmare: your character somehow gets stuck in a videogame! The other characters all seem to think you're meant to be there, but the question is, how do you leave!? And do you even want to? It could be any videogame you like, from Pacman to Call of Duty.
Aliens! : A super mysterious UFO flies above you... and abducts you! What do you do? What do they want with you? What even are they?
Surprise! It's me! : Either you (the author!) or your character gets chucked into the other's world! How would you react to your own character? What would they think of you? If you want to be yourself, this would be a fabulous exercise in 1st person.
Just Got Schooled: Your character goes back to school! What subjects do they have to learn? What do they think of it? Are they the class clown, a loner, the bully, a nerd, a goth? It's entirely up to you.
Nation's Secretary: Your character must give a speech to their whole nation. What happened to lead up to this, how do they deliver, what do they say?
Questionnaire, please?: Your character finds themselves in an uncanny situation... where a mysterious otherworldly being has decided to ask them some very personal questions. And there seems to be no clear way out of this, either.
Theme Song: your character finds that they've been cursed, very strangely - everyone they enter a room or new area, a certain song plays! And nobody seems to know where it's coming from. It can be any song you like.
Dyed to Death: your character accidentally gets their hair/fur/feathers/scales dyed a completely different colour. And nobody seems to recognise them. What do they do, when no one believes who they are?
Snail of Doom: A classic - a snail has honed in on your character, an extremely slow snail, with the catch being if it touches you, you die. The snail appears to be immortal, invincible, and unstoppable. How do you get out of this one?
Internet Challenge: your character has heard about an infamous internet challenge, and seeks to try it out. Which one is it? Do they succeed, or fail terribly?
Jury Duty: Oh no... it's time for Jury duty. What's the crime this time?
Animal Adoption: Your character finds themselves temporarily caring for an animal. The animal can be any choice you like, and it can be a voluntary or involuntary adoption.
128 hours: Your character becomes trapped for 128 hours... in an elevator. Every time they call for the service, it's someone with a strange accent they can't understand, and no one knows why the elevator has stopped. Madness looms.
It's all in the mind: Your character, in an effort to prove a point, pretends to have a mental affliction (e.g. sociopathy, psychopathy, hallucinations) and successfully gets placed in an asylum. However, when trying to prove their sanity, no one believes them. This, in turn, may drive your character crazy.
The Next Best Thing to Immortality: Are those mini you's? Miniature clones? Miniscule doppelgangers? Nope! It seems as if your character has children! You also seem to have a partner that insists this is reality, but you have no idea or memory of how you got here. Digimon reproduction might not be canon, but theoretically your character's digimon partner could also have children as well (or your solo digimon).
Skip Advertisement: Your character is in an advert for a company! They're offering quite the sum, so you'd best do as they ask... even if it's a little cheesy.
Time Waits for No One...: Time has stopped. Rain drops are suspended in mid air, the wind does not blow, clouds do not move. Everyone else is frozen in the position they were in before, as well. Except for your character, of course. But is this a good thing, or a bad thing? Will time ever resume it's normal course again?
Bloody 'Mary'?: Your character turns off the lights, lights a candle, and speaks 'bloody (x)' three times into the mirror. 'X' can be replaced with whatever you like, but what happens afterwards is your responsibility!
Time is Relative: Getting thrown into the past... or the future. Where does your character end up? What do they do? (This one's probably been done before but just in case...)
If I come up with anymore.. I'll add them c:

- Hanami: During early spring in Japan, it's custom to view the Chery Trees blossom. A lengthy article about this holiday can be read Here. Since the setting is Japan, how do your characters celebrate this holiday? -April fools: It's the 1st of April once again. How do YOUR characters handle the day? Are they out pranking everyone? Perhaps someone sets them up? - Pass the pen: This time your character gets to write, your character is tasked with writing a story. It can be anything your character wants. Remember, you are not the author this time, your character is.
While Japan doesn't celebrate Easter (apparently they don't understand when it's Easter and only 1% are Christian) they have so many holidays on almost the same time that it forms The Golden Week

- Journey Unto Witchelny - What many people do not realize about the Digital World is that many countless variants exist. One of these variants is "Witchelny", the homeland of Digimon species such as Wizardmon or Witchmon. Witchelny is a land of myth and magic where programming is none other than a channel for magic, the laws of the Digital World we are used to not being quite as familiar here! How would such a different Digital World fare for you characters if this had been the norm?
