Aeron was not one to become fearful so easily, it took a lot to cause her to become afraid, so it was no surprise when she walked thru the vally of dragons with no hesitation or fear. Her ever loyal partner was beside her, alert and ready to fight, so far he had proven himself to Aeron, defeating every digimon they had encountered and downloading their data. It didnt matter to her if the digimon was looking for a fight or not, she made sure that bones finished it.
Aeron today was sporting one of her favorite Dresses , complete with black knee high socks and black Boots , in her right hand she was holding a purple and black Umbrella , in her left she was holding Bones digivice. Her digimon would take a whiff of the air every once and a while, checking for any digimon or humans.
Aeron keep her face stone cold as she looked ahead, today was rather boring in her opinion, there was no one in sight and she wanted her digimon to get strong now. Maybe if they kept walking they would eventually find something worth downloading.

Enter NPC: Commandramon The Valley of Dragons indeed was not a place where the weak thrived. The wild dragon digimon that lived here could be counted on to respect only one thing - strength. Yes there were those that valued philosophy and the arts, but they were secondary to the rowdy arm wrestles and headbutting that went on in the various caves of the area. Those that were too weak to survive, well, they usually had their data loaded into the strong. Not a very pleasant place to be... unless you were also strong. A lone Commandramon was patrolling a section of the Valley that was his home. Somewhat of an outcast, filled with militaristic pride but unable to back that up with raw power, Commandramon had left his home behind, now seeking the life of a bandit. He disliked this life, thinking he was much better than this. However, given that the brains of his fellow dragon digimon back in the village were made out of bone, they could never understand the virtues of his ideals. Leadership through merit, not strength alone. Unfortunately, as much as Commandramon tried that day, his tactics and strategy were not enough to overcome the raw power of the Strikedramon 'boss' of his village, and he had barely escaped his challenge that day with his life. Now here he was, on his own. Oh well. Perhaps if he succeeded in loading a few more digimon by ambushing them, maybe he could evolve and return for round two? Commandramon saw two figures approaching down the canyon. "Hmm... what's this?" he asked quietly, looking through the scope of his rifle (comprised of data from the H&K G36 rather than the M-16). He saw them. A BlackAgumon... and a human. "Ugh, those vermin are everywhere these days..." he muttered with disgust. Commandramon resented the fact that humans were swarming all over the digital world - corrupting the digimon with their influence. They should stay in their own world. Heck, some digimon were giving themselves names like Humans were. Disgusting. But, he smirked. He wouldn't mind taking a look up close at a digivice. And so Commandramon lay ready in waiting, hiding behind a rock in the canyon above them. However... while he thought of himself as a pretty skilled operator, the reality was otherwise. For instance, he failed to compensate for his tail, which could be seen from below if one looked carefully, swishing a little with anticipation of the fight to come. But for now, he took the safety off his rifle, ready to fire.

Aeron narrowed her eyes, this place was suppose to be crawling with many strong digimon, or at lest thats what she had heard from the digimon that Bones had previously defeated. Then again they were desperate for their lives to be spared, so she wouldn't be surprised that this information was false, she sighed it was to late now might as well go thru with this.
Bones on the other hand was watching the surrounding area with minor interest, this was boring he wanted to fight now. However he looked up as if sensing his maters irritation, he gulped, and looked back up ahead, if they didn't find something soon his master will be in a bad mood for the rest of the day. This was something that the digimon prayed did not happen. Suddenly almost as if someone from above had heard Bones prayer, as they walked down the canyon Aeron noticed another canyon above them. However the canyon was not the thing that had caught her eyes, it was the tail tip that was slight visible from bellow were they were standing.
Aeron stopped abruptly causing her partner digimon to skid to a stop, he looked at her "Master is something wrong?" he asked. Aeron merely stared at him before closing her eyes in frustration before looking back up were the tail was at. "Bones for once in your life use your head and smell" she hissed, the BAgumon was not phased by this and merely did he was told. As soon as he caught the scent of the digimon above them, his eyes turned to slits and he growled. Aeron sighed and closed her eyes once more, after a bit of debating she decided to speak "theirs no point in ambushing someone if your not well hidden you know" She hissed at the hidden digimon, her emerald green eyes hollowed and cold glared at the rock that was hiding the digimon.

Commandramon observed as the human and digimon seemingly halted before his firing zone. A pulse of panic shot through his system as he seemed to be detected by them. How could this be possible? He thought he was perfectly hidden. Ahh, yes, this could be the workings of the human's digivice. That was why humans seemed to be so much more durable than they ought to be in the digital world. Their digivices could sense other digimon. That was the only reason why Commandramon thought his ambush could fail. As the human had the temerity to attempt to call out his tactics, Commandramon made a small 'heh' noise. "Heh, alright, you got me" he shouted. "How about you take five steps forward and we can discuss the terms of my surrender, eh?" he offered, making sure there was nothing that could affect the aim of his attack. For now, Commandramon was assured of his own defense. The canyon rock he was hiding behind was a solid redstone-granite. Any attack from the BlackAgumon would be impervious against the hard rock. And in return, if they proceeded any further, well, Commandramon's rifle could take them out easily. However, that was as far as Commandramon felt. If his opponents took a closer look, they might perhaps find a better strategy from the land that they could use to their advantage.

Aeron was not impressed, did the digimon really think she was gonna do what it said just because of the predicament they were in. She huffed, this was starting to become a drag, never the less she looked around for anyway to get to the well hidden digimon. She was no fool, one look at the rock were the digimon was hiding and she knew that her digimons attack was not going to be able to do damage. Nor was Bones able to hit the other digimon head on because of how well it was hiding behind the rock.
she had to hand it to the wild digimon, it knew how to strategies and plan, now this was a fresh challenge up until now all the other digimon had attacked them head on. Aeron looked around with cold calculating green eyes, she noticed the area under the canyon, were she assumed was under the digimon didn't seem that thick, however a closer inspection showed that a bit of red rock lined the canyon. She had to guess that possibly two pepper breaths from her digimon would be able to destroy it, however since she had no idea what digimon she was up agents she had no way of knowing how fast or agile it was.
Aeron decided to keep this plan in mind and looked around to her left, the wall next to the canyon was made of a much less stronger rock and it stretched all the way up to the canyon were the digimon was at, the problem with this plan however was that if her BAgumon were to scale the wall, he would have to do it under a certain amount of time before the other digimon could catch on and try to intercept. not to mention that some digimon had certain weapons that they could throw at a long range, she thought for a while trying to decide with route would be more effective. After a moment she had decided , "Bone scale the wall" she simply said and snapped her fingers. Immediately the dragon digimons eyes turned to slits, and he charged to the left wall His claws glowed with a blue aura before he jumped and impaled them into the wall.
His feet found foot holds and he began to climb, dead set on getting to the level of the wild digimon.

Commandramon continued to watch the human and her partner after he had called out to them. He disliked the annoyed expression on the human's face. Just who did she think she was? Strutting around his world, challenging digimon like him? For sure, she was at least clever enough to not fall for his invitation. But how would she respond to his challenge? Ah, so she was a thinker. Out of range from accurate fire from his rifle, he watched as she looked at the canyon ahead. She seemed to recognize that the red rock was softer than the grey hardstone, meaning that it was climbable by digimon that had the right claws that enabled climbing. He then saw that she ordered her partner to climb up the canyon wall to fight him. Commandramon grinned, having the exact thing that would counter this. The camoflaged dragon digimon unhooked a grenade from his combat belt. Knowing he had just seconds, judging by how fast the BlackAgumon was climbing, he waited a few key seconds. Then, judging when the moment was right, he held his claw over the ledge where the BlackAgumon was approaching, and dropped the bomb, eager to see the results.
Commandramon drops a DCD bomb downward toward Bones. Unless he's fast enough, and is able to dodge it while climbing, it will explode around where he is and deal lots of damage.

Aeron located a near by rock, away from the dangers of the battle. She cleaned a bit of dust off of it, before gracefully sitting on the rock, and crossing her legs. She watched as her partner charged up the wall, serprised ayt how fast he was moving, well fast for a agumon. It seemed that the digimon was growing somewhat stronger, this was reassuring to the young girl, she would not accept any less.
As Aeron watched, her eyes slightly widened in surprise when she saw the other digimon drop a grenade. Her eyes narrowed, it only took here a few seconds to think of a counter. She knew that Bones would literally meet the attack head on, however she had limited choices, she doubted that Bones was fast enough to doge sideways. She couldn't tell him to shoot the grenade with a pepper breath because it would end up exploding in his face, she bit her lip, this was going to be a gamble, but if done right it might be able to help them.
"Bones, doge the grenade by going over it" She said, as she watched her partner with cold calculating eyes. Bones growled hearing his master, he bunched up his legs and using his strong arms to propel himself over the grenade at the last moment. He barley made it and was about to dig his claws into the wall until the grenade detonated below him. the explosion propelled him forward enough to hook his claws onto the top, he hissed, trying to ignore the stinging pain from the bombs propulsion. He climes up and turns the the digimon, he charges, both claws behind him for maximum speed. He snarled and his claws started to glow white, they slightly elongated.
Aeron watched in silence, so far this unknown digimon was starting to seem like a challange, its data was certainly going to be worth all this trouble.

Commandramon watched and saw what happened. The BlackAgumon seemingly jumped from the wall as his grenade fell past. His yellow eyes widened with surprise at this, but, he wouldn't be vanquished like this just yet. Since the canyon wall was at a slope that was sufficient for Bones to jump off and re-attach himself without any rope or assistance other than gravity, then the canyon wall would be sufficient to jump down without falling out of control. And so when Bones climbed up to where Commandramon was and aimed to strike with his claws, Commandramon did not linger. Instead, he jumped down the slope of the other side of his ambush hideout, gripping a rope he had installed earlier. He carefully slid down the canyon side, using his claws to keep himself from falling out of control. The slope was at an angle of about 60°, meaning he could keep his fall under control. After all, Commandramon had planned a quick escape route at this ambush point if he was ever attacked by a flying enemy. Landing on the canyon floor, he then looked to see that the human was sitting cross-legged on a rock, seemingly oblivious to the dangers of a digimon battle. He grinned, teeth bared. This was the perfect opportunity! Commandramon then ran toward Aeron, raising his rifle. In seconds, he would be close enough to give a burst of fire. That cocky brat, sitting down on a rock like that. Humans were so pathetic. Proud of themselves, yet weak, pink pieces of flesh. Unless Bones had a means to combat this, then she would be in trouble.

Bones had thought he had the commandramon on the ropes, but it seemed that the dragon commando had planed and escape route. Bones growled in frustration when his claws only hit rock, he looked up and watched as the digimon claimed down, he immediately followed however in a more clumsier manner. Bones had ended up landing on his back, groaned in pain, the impact on the ground reminding him of the stinging that the bomb had caused on his back. However his green eyes widened when he saw were the commandramon was running to. He sprang up with renewed vigor and ran after the wild digimon, despraet to get with in firing rang before the other digimon.
Aeron sighed when she realized that her partner had hit nothing but rock , she had seen the tail disappear just as her partner had reached the spot were the hidden digimon was at, and saw dust and rock fall. Aeron then watched as the unknown digimon climed down, now able to see it, it kinda reminded her of a little solider. However her eyes widened noticeably when the digimon made a break for her. This had never happened before so she of course didn't know what to do, she had pepper spray in her backpack but she had no idea if it would work on digimon. Furthermore for all she knew it probably had a long range attack of could throw another one of those grenades if he had another one. So the whole pepper spray thing was not going to work, she watched frozen as the digimon got closer.
Bones green eyes hardened "dont you dare touch her!!" He shouted outraged before powering up an attack. He opened his mouth "PEPPER BREATH!" he shouted and shot a fire ball aiming for the digimons back.

Commandramon's yellow eyes widened with excitement as he saw the smug human begin to lose her composure. Just what the heck did she think this was? An amusing sideshow? A spectacle for her entertainment? Contempt grew within him. Before, Commandramon didn't think he would have it in him to shoot her, but, now that he thought about it, he felt an itch on his trigger finger. Then, Commandramon was hit square in the back by the Pepper Breath attack. He yelled in shock and pain, being knocked to the ground by the explosion. Damn, this was bad, he wasn't expecting that the BlackAgumon would catch up with him so fast or make such an accurate shot. And here he was, wounded and in the open. But. he was still alive, still breathing, and still capable of firing his weapon. Instead of pursuing the human, Commandramon decided to make one last stand, here and now. He crouched on one knee, raised his weapon to his eyes, aimed at Bones, and fired. "G36 Assassin!" he shouted, sending a burst of rapid gunfire at the BlackAgumon. If he wanted to take him down, here he was, just at the other side of the volley of metal bullets flying at him.
The attack may be gunfire, but it's no stronger than any other rookie attack.

Bones smirked in satisfaction and relief, he managed to save his master and for once was able to do something right. He snarled when he saw the the other rookie digimon was down, thinking he had won he sped up ready to deliver the finishing blow. However his green eyes widened when he watched the digimon get up, and point the gun at him, he stopped which was a big mistake on his part. The rookie level digimons attack was headed stright for him, bones couldn't escape in time and crossed his arms as the attack hit him head on. The Virus dragon digimon was hit hard and tumbled back words a few feet from the attack, gaining new bruises and scratches all over his body from the unforgiving rocky floor.
Aeron was still in shock, she could believe she was about to die, if it hadn't been for Bones she would have had more holes then Swiss cheese. She blinked a few times as the shock slowly drained away and she saw her partner get blown back from the other digimons attack. She grit her teeth, she messed up, she froze up when she should have given her clumsy oaf of a digimon directions. This was not going her way, and if she didn't do something fast they were going to have to retreat, so she took matters into her own hands. She grabbed her umbrella, closed it and held it up like a bat, just in case the digimon tried to attack her again she was going to be ready this time. If looks could kill the glare she was giving the digimon would have killed him twice.

Commandramon's lizardlike lips curled with a smile as the bullets he fired thudded into the BlackAgumon. And to his satisfaction, it seemed like it was almost the end of the line for the digimon. He glanced toward the human, now brandishing her umbrella like a weapon... then he scoffed. That weak pile of flesh, what could she possibly do to hurt him? No. Commandramon thought he could deal with her pathetic display later. After he had dealt with her 'partner'. Yes, the Pepper Breath attack he had sustained still hurt, and had turned most of the equipment in his backpack into a useless melted pile of plastic sludge, but, he wasn't out yet. Heh. 'partner', that was an insult. From what Commandramon had seen, this BlackAgumon was merely an animal that was trained to obey this pathetic human in whatever whim she had. His very existence was an offense to all proud digimon, in his opinion. And so the camo-blue hided dragon digimon decided to have this point pierced into his foe before he finished him off. "So then" he said, approaching, gun raised, ready to fire again if a move was made. He didn't think the human behind him was capable of doing more than lightly scratch him. "You thought this would be an easy win, BlackAgumon? That because you got a human to take hold of your leash that it makes you better than other digimon?" his yellow eyes narrowed with dislike. "That may be how it is in the weak cities, but, out here, in the Valley of Dragons, we don't take too kindly to opinions like that".Deciding he wanted to make these two suffer, he raised his leg and kicked the BlackAgumon as he laid on the ground. By now, he had completely disregarded Aeron as a possible hostile force on the battlefield and was revelling in his triumph over the digimon.
(OOC: While things look bleak, please notice where Commandramon's back is turned. If, say, he were attacked from behind by Aeron, he would have no chance to react to such an attack. That would be the key in this particular dilemma.)

Aerons fear was replaced by anger after she watched the digimon turn away from her, she couldn't hear it but she guessed that she had scoffed. Aerons blood boiled, this was not going to stand in her book, with an internal war cry she charged at the digimons turned back. As she neared the digimon, she slammed the umbrellas handle into the digimons eye
Bones growled at the digimons words "Shut up! " he yelled completely ignoring the other digimons words, he yelped in pain when the other had kicked him, on a sore spot too. Bones growled and prepared for another blow that would eventually come from the other digimon. He had accepted his fate and faintly mentally apologized to his master for being so weak. What he hadn't expected was for his master to take action and attack the digimon. This digimon had made the mistake of angering his master.
(sorry for the short reply XD)

Before Commandramon could make the finishing blow, he screamed with shock and pain as the human had the tenacity to attack him! He yelled and covered his eye with his paw. It took several key moments before he sufficiently recovered, growling menacingly. "YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT YOU LITTLE WRETCH!" he snarled, ignoring the fact that the human was bigger than him. How could this be? The stupid humans... how could they be so strong? Commandramon raised his gun and was so angry it nearly jammed as he prepared to fire a burst of bullets at the both of them. This was not Commandramon's finest moment. He had underestimated the power of a bond. He had turned his back on his family and friends and was here alone. As his eye throbbed with sharp pain, he kind of regretted the way he treated the other digimon in his life.

Aeron watched with miner satisfaction that she had cause the dragon digimon pain, however with out the element of surprise she would no longer be able to harm the wild digimon, and she also made her self a target for the wild digimon. She growled and turned to her digimon, she had to get him up or they were both going to be laying in an unmarked grave. Aeron quickly walked over to her digimon "Bones! get up! did I say you could rest!" she shouted anger seeping to ever word she spoke. " get up! don't let your penitential be ruined just because of your stupidity" with that she delivered a kick to his uninjured side.
Much to aerons satisfaction bones started to force himself up, it seemed that her words didn't affect him negatively, it did the opposite. Her words had ignited a feral fire with in the black aguman, slowly feeding it until it reflected in the digimons emerald green eyes. It felt like aerons anger was being pumped into bones, Bones gave a feral roar much to his masters satisfaction, and he charged the wild digimon, his right claw glowing with blue power. "you dont get it!, do you know how it feels to be paired up with a human!" he shouted a crazed grin grew on his face "the power that is given to you thru a human is intoxicating!, it feels like I could level villages, valleys, even cities!"
