"Well, for me, I can say it was quite the out of body experience... still, I kind of felt SkullSatamon's movements. Definitely not as efficient as I would like."
"Oh please," Luke chuckled. "You just wanted him to try and get one point on me."
"Hm." Iko rolled his eyes in an attempt to ignore that, as he heard Isaac's question. How would NeoDevimon feel more comfortable? "You saw how calm he was by the ocean, right? What he needs are long sight-lines. Doesn't necessarily need to be isolated, just enough so that he can see everyone around him. Heck, maybe you should use his form in the farmland. He probably won't make friends, but with you at the helm he'll get more comfortable around other Digimon. It'll help if he meets the same ones several times, too."
"Huh. Not a bad idea, but a farm?" Luke blinked. "You just don't seem the type, Iko." Still, that was just a general idea: surely Isaac could think of something. And to his question: "Yeah, Digi Wednesday. We use Whitewater as a central area for missions and everything, especially with Iko's little political stint, so we're not even changing that much on this end.
And as far as the band went, the item itself seemed useful enough to Isaac. For the bits though, Iko gave a sigh. "Going to be honest, that's just half of what we had left. Still, its enough for a Trailmon pass to last you quite a while, and whatever else you'd need for a few days. And I think you'll find it won't be too hard to find odd-jobs around the city. Just, er, stay away from those asking you to go to dark temples for a while."
"Well, unless its related to your spirit, I guess?" Luke gave a shrug! But yes, it did seem like 'goodbye', Isaac seeming more than a little hesitant. "Guess so... well, we still want you to keep in touch."
"And though I'd like for you to be able to get along on your own... well, don't feel bad if you have to bug me for help. I'm sure I can make time."

"Yeah. Might feel more natural the more we try it," Isaac said. It was weird. He was aware of the moves being made. He was capable of, to a slight extent, influencing them. He certainly felt the burn afterwards. His legs and arms were killing him now! However, the movements themselves seemed to exist in another space entirely, as if performed by an entirely different entity. Maybe the more they fused the more natural it would seem, and soon acting as "us" would become just as comfortable to Isaac as acting as "I" did. Or maybe it'd never reach that point, and the two would just have to trust SkullSatamon to take the wheel.
Frankly, there was something a little exciting about facing such an unknown, even if it was also terrifying.
All of Iko's points were surprisingly sensible. It was almost as if he had experience in dealing with the Dark Area. "Yeah. Yeah, line of sight's real helpful. NeoDevimon does not like surprises," he agreed, remembering how anyone even walking behind the demon lead to him jumping out of his skin. "Consistency's gonna be real important too, you're right on that. Sooner NeoDevimon realizes who is a friend and who isn't, sooner he can let up at least a bit of his guard. Doubt he'll ever drop it entirely, but it might as well be a comfier guard, right?"
He was a little skeptical about the farm idea, but it was probably the most tranquil place not named the Village of Beginnings. And Isaac was not bringing NeoDevimon anywhere near the Village of Beginnings. No way. No how. "I'll keep that in mind," he said, wondering what the heck even happened on a Digimon farm. Didn't they grow meat or something?
Upon hearing who the bits were from, Isaac immediately felt the urge to give them back. However, he knew Iko would never accept that. Maybe Elliot would've dug his heel in the ground on that fight, but Isaac knew better. Instead he just smiled gratefully at Iko. "You'll see this paid back in double. I promise," he said, determination flickering in his eyes. "I'll make sure to keep in touch as much as possible. For sure, popping in every Wednesday. And if I need a hand, I'll be sure to let you guys know.
Thanks a ton for all this. Wish me luck!" With that said Isaac began making his way out of town, shooting Iko and Luke a quick wave and a confident smile.
