Once Apollomon made it back to Daedalus, the Biomerge broke, leaving Marshal and Coronamon gasping on the floor of the airship. They hadn't really realized how much power they had used since they had arrived on the scene, but it was more than they seemed to be able to handle at the present time. That was the first time they had been fully synchronized when Biomerging, and while it had been entirely more powerful than they thought it would be, it had also been more taxing than ever.
The battle between Ryu and Igtelos raged on for over a half hour. It was truly a sight to behold; a battle on a scale previously unseen. However, the conclusion was not what Marshal expected. This was supposed to be the time where the hero overcame impossible odds and defeated the bad guy, wasn't it? He wanted to get back out there and help finish the fight, but he and Coronamon were too wiped to even speak, let alone Biomerge once more.

BlackJupitermon kept his promise and observed without interference. He thought that Ryu might just prevail if only he could go just a little bit further, but, that was simply his own internal bias making him think that all would be fine when it was not. Ryu was outclassed and outmatched, and it culminated in his ultimate defeat.
"Ryu..." he said, his voice in a state of disbelief. Ryu... had lost his trial?! The consequences... BlackJupitermon wanted to intervene, but, that would only make things worse for everyone. This was the reality of things. The digital world had means of justice he had no idea about. His black armor rattled by the sound of his trembling with shock, anger and sadness.
Ryu then tossed his weapon to him. BlackJupitermon caught it more from reflex than anything, holding it in his hands; his thunder hammers sheathed on his back.
"Ryu..." BlackJupitermon replied, tears rolling out of his eye down on the metal of his helmet. "This is wrong... is there truly no other way?".
Then, all of a sudden, everything went wrong. Another joined the battle, another who simply struck Ryu down where he stood. The tears stopped as BlackJupitermon stared with shock at the intruder. If he was hearing right, this new judge... simply chose to intervene and execute Ryu anyway regardless of the outcome. Igtelos was understandably outraged at this impediment of justice. But, this new arrival... simply banished him. Ryu tried to fight back, but, the new digimon, Cligma, easily overcame the weakened digimon and defeated him in a quick, decisive blow.
There was utter silence as they witnessed the beheading. Ryu... no... not like this. He did not deserve to die in this perverted twist of justice.
Within BlackJupitermon, the three souls that had formed the biomerged Super Ultimate's form began to fall out of synchronization. Colin and Luke were simply stunned, but, Bellamy, he only grew angrier and angrier.
It was too late by the time Colin and Luke figured out what was going on. Bellamy was so furious, so outraged, that a hitherto dormant part of him grew stronger with rage. Yes he had always tried to be a good Impmon, docile, friendly, but... this injustice in front of him. It made the Virus attribute within him grow wild with a primal anger.
This was all too much for BlackJupitermon's form. His data grew unstable. The three souls could not be synchronized any longer. "Bellamy! Stop! Please!" Colin pleaded, but it was no use. At once, BlackJupitermon's form glowed, split, and separated - forming Colin, an Elecmon and an Impmon, gravity pulling them toward the sea. But, the digivice in Colin's hand was reacting strongly to the event that had just occurred. Bellamy was so enraged that he seemed to activate it on his own. And, at once, the consequences played out.
"Impmon... Warp-digivolve... TO!!!"
This evolution was different. Not to the funny looking fire wizard, the snazzy looking mobster, the serious fallen angel, no, this form was different. His eyes glowed yellow with malice. His form became clad with black cowboy leathers. Guns of all calibers formed on his person. And in his new form, he faced the deceitful judge.
"...AvengeKidmon" he growled. He aimed his guns at Cligma.
"I promise you... you will pay for this" he breathed, then launched himself at the judge, aiming the gun that formed his leg. "Destruction Trigger!!" he snarled.
Colin and Luke meanwhile had fell into the sea. As they were underwater, Colin quickly used his D-Arc to evolve Luke back to Adult level, the Teslamon a better swimmer than the Elecmon. He grabbed Colin and brought him back to the surface, the two only able to tread water as they witnessed their partner and brother fighting with utter desperation, out of control.

The presence of the newly evolved Digimon was welcome, or at least, that how it felt to Igtelos. Those who wanted to enact justice must be helped. The judge thus has demanded his former cohort, Cligma, to be the one in side of wrong and the Avenge Kidmon to be the one at the right. Because of this, the judge can support the once opponent with his skill.
At that moment, Bellamy's power magnified greatly, having support from the judge, enough to go toe on toe with the judge. However at the same time, Igtelos cannot do anything more than supporting. Igtelos need to protect the swirl of data behind him, one that trying so hard to form Digitama. If the process is undisturbed, then without doubt, the bonding between the young human and the Digimon might be reenstablished. By overruling his own judgement, Igtelos has made it possible for Ryu to be reborn as another Digimon, another that might be strong enough to turn the tide one day.
Bellamy's attack was met with Cligma's own attack, Corroder Round, which made the attack cancels each other. However, the judge was tossed backward.
"Aiya, such a fierce fellow... yet at the same time, don't you need your twin? Fufufu..."
...the mist from the explosion suddenly thickened. It doesn't even need to be inhaled for it to slowly deal damage. Cligma's passive field effect is that he damages opponent, very slowly, very exruciatingly. It might sounds very weak of a passive, but at the same time, it also build up toxin inside the body.
"DON'T LINGER INSIDE THE FIELD! THE LONGER YOU AFFECTED BY IT, THE WORSE DAMAGE HE'LL DEAL TO YOU!"
"Ara, Igtelos, trying to side with the criminals are we? Then is it fine if I judge you too, hmmm?"
It's such a twisted battle. Meanwhile, Ryu's egg is 10% reformed.

Marshal and Coronamon were both shocked at the sudden appearance of Cligma, and angered by the unceremonious way he finished off Ryu. Marshal attempted to stand up, but was quickly back on his knees, coughing and sputtering. "We...have to...get back out there."
Coronamon could barely move, either, but he slowly stood up. "We can't," he said. "You're too wiped out, and we gave all our energy to Ryu."
"Colin's still out there!" Marshal gasped, speaking between coughs. "We have to help!" He forced himself onto his feet, a look of primal rage burning in his eyes. He looked out upon the battlefield, and his eyes immediately went wide with shock as the color drained from his face. BlackJupitermon had vanished. Igtelos was fighting alongside a Digimon Marshal didn't quite recognize, and Colin and Luke were treading water down on the ocean's surface.
Coronamon looked out as well and gasped. "Bellamy... that's Bellamy?" He couldn't quite believe that form that his beloved Impmon had taken. It looked quite powerful, but he was still all alone fighting an enemy of unknown magnitude. He turned around to look at Marshal, and nodded with understanding. No matter the cost, they couldn't stand idly by and watch another friend get killed. The two jumped out of Daedalus and fist bumped, transforming back into their completed version of Apollomon. The Super Mega quickly took Igtelos' side, preparing himself for combat.
"Igtelos, I have a plan," Apollomon whispered to the judge. "Can I trust you to help me?"

Colin gasped as he looked up at his partner, horrified at the sight. For the moment, Colin felt relatively personally safe, mainly because here on the ocean's surface he was held in place by Luke, but, this sight of Bellamy... why had he broken the biomerge? What had happened? He wanted answers.
"Luke... what happened?" he asked his partner. The Teslamon wished he could answer, but, he honestly didn't know. All he felt was a raging tempest that had split apart their biomerge when Ryu had been beheaded. And all he could rationalize from that was that Bellamy had been much harder hit by that than them, even if both he and Colin had been utterly shocked by it.
They looked at the emanating black-violet darkness from Bellamy, still flying in the sky, still seemingly itching to take out his anger on the new false judge.
Bellamy meanwhile gave a low rumble in response to Cligma's taunt. Ordinarily, yes, he would need his brother, but at the moment, he didn't care. His anger was so intense that he disregarded such thoughts. That the gentle compassionate Luke would be worth nothing in resolving this, so Bellamy simply shoved him out of his mind for the time being. This problem needed nothing but tenacity to eliminate. Thoughts that would have been unthinkable normally, but, Bellamy wasn't currently in his right mind, the virus within taking control.
Bellamy then heard that he needed to get out of the field around Cligma. Well then. He'd do so. And then use his long range attacks.
"MISERY BULLET RAIN!" Bellamy snarled, and rained down utter hell on the rogue judge. The bullets that missed fell into the sea, but for the most part, it was like a full strength meteor storm of lead and iron, all of Bellamy's guns raining down a storm of bullets.
"Bells..." Luke whimpered, horrified at his brother and the primal rage that seemed to have consumed him.
