While Skye may come from a different background than the Skullbusters, they had similar opinions on right and wrong. Willis and Domon have done some bad things, but only when they felt it necessary to survive. Phelesmon had threatened their family if they didn't comply with his selfish demands. Now, it was all about survival, and morality would have to come second when push comes to shove.
The trio travels down main street, or at least the closest thing Fragment Village has to a main street. Skye was right to be cautious about sneaking around in the alleyways, as any number of corrupt Digimon could be waiting to pounce. They manage to keep a low profile, not drawing any unnecessary attention. As they are approaching their destination, Skye suggests to Willis that he take a fly around to check if the coast is clear. The Tsukaimon nods at Skye.
"Ya, alright. Here, hop down, brother."
Domon hops off of Willis' back, then hops over and leans on Skye's leg. Willis starts flapping his ears, slowly lifting off the ground. The little runt with a big mouth flies high and circles around, careful to avoid detection. Willis returns, landing somewhat awkwardly on the ground.
"Looks like you need to work on your landing there, little brother."
"You can't call me your little brother when you still look like that. I guess I'm not used to flying on a full stomach. The area checks out. Let's go inside."
After Willis gives the go ahead, a rather large Virus type Digimon exits from the building. An XV-mon Black walks out, and he doesn't look happy. The Champion level notices the trio, glances towards them, snarls, then walks past them and continues on his way. Domon is trembling, and clenches Skye's leg tightly with his little ear flaps.
"Wow, that guy is scary. What's the matter, Domon? I thought you were brave."
"Not when I'm still practically an infant Digimon. I'd rather get back into fighting shape before I cross paths with big, terrifying Digimon."
The funny thing about Domon's reaction is that he probably made a lot of Digimon scared when he went on a rampage in the forest. Karma isn't fun. Once XV-mon Black is far enough away, and they can no longer hear his massive feet stomping on the ground, the brothers regain their composure, and prepare themselves to enter the building.
"Okay, let's hope there's no more big scary Digimon in there. Are you ready to go inside, Skye?"
