In CQC Angemon utilizes unique type of martial arts that relies heavily rely on the staff, so all in all he is a good digimon to have in your team especially if there is a fully fledged damage dealer Team up with him.

Medic : Ryu's knowledge of Medicine and Angemon's visor combined help Angemon somewhat accurately pinpoint the injuries in both human and Digimon. He can still make mistakes.
Combat Passive :
A knight's Vow : If Takeshi or Ken are targeted and hit by an enemy's attack Ryu gets an additional 30% more Attack power for the next move.
Guardian Angel : Angemon can resurrect himself at 30% health (once per thread)
Techniques :
Palm of Justice : Angemon gathers a large amount of Light energy in his hand before releasing it out of his palm. This move while having no tracking abilities is extremely fast and powerful. (1 turn cool down).
Holy order : Angemon slams the end of his staff in the ground creating a large golden magic circle, the words Digimon can be seen written multiple times in the circle. Up to 5 digimon in the circle are healed by 10% percent of their full health and also have both of their speed and attack increased by 10% (2 turn cool down) (the buff lasts for 2 turns)
Heaven's Wrath : A melee attack using the rod, yellow lightning envelop his rod. Angemon then strike his opponent with it using alot of force.
Almighty wave : a large AoE blast that circles Angemon in a 15 meter radiua that deals heavy damage and sends opponents flying

Fighting Style: A ruthless brawler Who is all about unleashing a world of hurt against anyone who is brave enough to face him. His main game plan is close the distance and unleash a flurry of kicks and punches and overwhelm his opponents with amazing speed and power. But he is not Perfect his major weakness is ranged battle, other Than Heavy metal fire he has no other meaningful way of dealing with ranged fighters other than trying to dodge and close the distance. Something that is unique about Ken is that a couple of his moves transitions into his Raging Asura mode, which increases both of his speed and attack by 20% while decreasing his defence by 10%.
Abilities: Non combat passives.
Heat Sensory : Agunimon can detect body heat in an around 30 mile radius. While he can differentiate between humans and digimon he can not tell what stage a digimon is in or the details of the human other than its a human.
Minor Flight : while Agunimon can't fly as well as Angemon, he can still use his gauntlets to glide and elevate himself to amazing heights, he can't do for too long.
Combat passives : A knight's vow : if Takeshi or Ryu are hurt via an enemy's attack Agunimons body gets covered with violent flames and his next attack is 30% more powerful.
Demonic decree : this passive only activates when Agunimon is defeated. Agunimon unconsciously stands up and raises his hand in the air realising 4 dragons made from flames, Agunimon reverts back to an unconscious Shoutmon. The flame dragons fly at the one who defeated Agunimon and each one explode on contact with anything. The dragons have some tracking ability.
Techniques :
Diable Jambe : A close range Kick that Agnimon spins around and sits his foot in flames, the kick is so powerful it sends most people flying. Transitions into raging asura
Duration : 2 post (can stack with hellfire tackle )
Cool down : 2 post
Heavy metal Flame : Shoots a powerful beam of fire from both of his hands (1 post cool down)
Erupting volcano : a powerful uppercut move that sends the opponent flying upwards.
Hellfire Tackle : Agnimon lights up and gets covered with ultra violent flames, he then zooms by so quickly its hard to keep up with him. Once he tackles the target a large explosion happens, dealing massive damage. He suffers 5% recoil damage. Transitions to Raging Asura.

Extreme jihad : his ultimate move, the extreme jihad is special in that it can borrow power from other people and get stronger. In its base form it is as strong as a regular ultimate powerful attack but at the drawback of returning Ryu to his veemon form for the entirety of the thread
Effects.
2+ ult or mega : if any one of those give magnamon power the move elevates to mega level but he goes back his demiveemon form.
