Some rules before you join: - Anyone can join, from Rookie to Super Mega and equivalent, but be warned, circumstances may put you at a disadvantage. - Evolution is limited to Rookie and Armor Champion only. Any evolutions above this level will fail [Tamers/Solos]. - For Spirit Wielders, evolution is limited to Sprite and Human Fragment forms. - For Xros Generals, you may not fuse your digimon in any way. - I will be posting every 5 days. Please make sure that you post before the deadline, or you risk your turn being skipped. - Combat is highly likely, so come prepared. - Participants will be capped at 5 players. Positions will only be open to players who did not participate in the previous Tower Plot for the first 3 days. After that, anyone can join.
Reserved members are Takeshi, Ryu and Ken; and another member that I don't currently remember. If you remind me, you're in. If not, the position will become vacant.
Ready? Let's go.
The Cipher Jungle was a relatively peaceful part of the digital world these days. Probably for good reason. The humid, hot area with its thick, often hazardous plantlife smothering the paths; full of dangers such as poisonous plants, hidden pits of quicksand, territorial digimon and other standard perils of a tropical jungle, well, there wasn't much fun adventure to happen here.
Well, perhaps that would change, thanks in part to the strange edifice that had appeared in the centre of the jungle quite suddenly one morning?
A tall obelisk - black lined with gold, was standing in a prominent part of the jungle. 200ft tall - 50ft higher than the canopy that it pierced. While its appearance on its own was looming, well, its effects were quite terrible on the local digimon population.
Its effect was that digimon that had gone to sleep as champions had woken up as Rookies. And this particular effect on two digimon had completely ruined their day thus far. One had rested as a Kabuterimon and was now a Tentomon; the other, an Apemon that was now a Koemon.
"...Oh dear" the Tentomon remarked when he realized what was happening. "Either it was something we ate in that party last night, or..."
"It's clearly something to do with that tower there" Koemon said, pointing toward the mysterious structure. Even though they were over a mile from it, it could be seen clearly through the trees. "I have heard of such a structure before - one in the valley of dragons" he continued. "That problem was only solved by the intervention of humans as I recall. I expect we will have to rely on the same in order to overcome this issue".
Tentomon was used to Koemon's somewhat robotic way of speaking, probably less so now that they were both back to rookie. But sure, what he said made sense.
"Er, right. So... I guess we should call on humans, right?" he asked. Koemon affirmed, and so the distress signal was released.
["MESSAGE TO ANY HUMAN OR ABLE DIGIMON IN THE SOUTHERN TROPICS. UNKNOWN TOWER THAT SUPPRESSES EVOLUTION HAS APPEARED IN THE CIPHER JUNGLE. ANY ASSISTANCE APPRECIATED. SIGNED KOEMON AND TENTOMON"].
Anyone in the area with a D-Terminal would receive that message.

Takeshi, Ryu and Ken entered cipher Jungle for the first time, and it was hotter than they prepared for. The trio were planing on exploring multiple areas in the digital world and the map from earlier led them to the southern tropics. As they carefully explore the dense jungle Ken who is now in his champion form an Agunimon lets out a loud sigh "why do we need to be in our champion form? I prefer my rookie form its much more convenient than this."
"Stop complaining Ken we talked about this. We are not constantly training so the next best thing is for you two to use this form a lot. That way you can get used to it, but if we reach an inn or a town you can go back to rookie" Takeshi said, clearly breathless and panting heavily the heat got to him somewhat, he then takes a bottle of cold water from his bag and immediately gulping it down.
"Nicely put, I gotta say Takeshi you began to have a handle on the situation after that practice session with Colin, Luke and Bellamy. I am glad that it was not us who benefited from that" Ryu said flying slightly off the ground as an Angemon.
"Yeah I am thankful that happened. I figured that right now, all I could do is instruct you guys. So I decided to read books about strategy."
"You mean the book of five rings and the shinsengumi story ? Yeah I saw you staying up night reading them, I browsed through them while you were asleep and it is very interesting, miyamoto Musashi is a geniu-"
Ryu was not able to finish his sentence before a vibrant and bright light covered both him and his brother. The light was so bright that Takeshi had to take his eyes away from them, when he looked back he saw...............both Ryu and Ken back to Veemon and Shoutmon respectively.
"What is going on? This has never happened before has it? I mean I was kinda tired but not to the point of de-evolving." Ken said as he slightly panicked at the bizarre situation, he looked around as Ryu and Takeshi try to figure out the reason.
"Check your digivice, there must be a reason."
"I already did and I can not evolve you two back to champion, no matter what I do. Let me check my D-terminal" Takeshi said as he opened his bag and took out his D-terminal flipping the screen open.
"G-g-guys, I believe I found the reason. Look up there" Ken said as he pointed at a giant black tower in the middle of the forest. Takeshi and Ryu are shocked, and speechless they stand there comprehending this weird situation as a message appears on his D-terminal he reads it out loud.
"A call for help? Koemon and Tentomon ? Suppresses evolution ?" Too many questions went through the trio's heads
"I guess our only option is to seek out these two in order to get our answers. So are you guys in ?" With a quick and firm nod both Ryu and Ken were ready to seek out answers. The trio now explore the jungle as they move closer to the tower searching for Koemon and Tentomon.

What was she doing here in the first place anyways? There was very little reason for any digimon that didn't live her or have any family members to really come this way. Which is why she thought it'd be perfect for some good alone time; or rather just some time to think.
But she didn't really expect to get turned around in the Jungle as it was. it had taken her less than an hour to find herself turned around and no where near where she had entered much to her irritation. Sure she could digivolve and go above the canopy but that'd just ruin things.
What she wasn't expecting was as she got closer to the heart of the jungle that there weren't any champion tier digimon around. In fact there was a complete absence of anything higher than rookie.
The digimon had encountered something similar before in the valley of dragons; though it didn't affect her very much then it most certainly would now. She'd check over with a few of the digimon who were grumpily sitting in places to see how long this tower had been there. None of them seemed to think it had been there for very long; a few of them commented that there was already a signal sent out by some others deeper in. A particular Koemon and Tentomon in fact.
The renamon blinked and huffed; figuring that whatever help that would arrive would likely desire someone that knew how to deal with these in a fashion. So she'd head in deeper into the jungle in hopes of finding the pair that had sent out the signal.
"So much for some alone time..."

The human and the small digimon wandered through the jungle. The boy had removed his jacket, a rare move for him, but the humidity of the jungle was virtually unbearable. His little creature strolling along and hopping from tree to tree, swinging like a monkey, but falling down a lot due to the poor grip of it's boxing gloves. Fortunately, this didn't bring him down, and he just rolled to his feet and resumed his progress.
"Are you... sure we're heading the right way?" the boy asked, glancing around, while wiping his brow. The bouncy ball being paused, before turning around, staring the human in the eyes, with it's own, blank and emotionless. "I dunno. Where do you want to go?" Prompting his companion to whisper-yell, "You don't know where we're going!?" "Sure I do." the ball said, turning and continuing into the jungle, "You said you wanted to go to the digital world, right? Here we are." "I thought you had a specific place to show me!" "You just assumed that, you never told me to take you anywhere, so I wandered around until we found this jungle." It explained, glancing around, "hey, look at that thing, looks kinda interesting. I wonder if I can break it." It remarked, staring at the odd pillar jutting out of the ground.
Coincidentally, Nelson checked his xros loader, the name he assumed it to be called from others, not his partner, oddly enough, who had less of a clue than he did on the matter, at that very same time. Anyways, his loader was seemingly more on the fritz than usual, but he had no clue how it worked,"Is it broken or is this normal..." he muttered, to himself as he managed to follow Smamemon passively. "was that a few dragons...? Who knows..." he muttered to himself, as he spotted a few dragon type creatures, but he was a bit lost in thought, at the moment.

Renaissancemon sighed, it was nice to feel the wind in his face or smell the scents that the jungle had, heck he was even happy to feel the humidity and heat of the jungle. All in all, it was nice to breathe again, to feel alive. Feliciano had suggested that they visit the digital world since he was already done with his school work and they haven't visited that world for a while now. There was another reason they were here though, specifically in this Jungle, the reason being was because the spirit had been having odd dreams involving this place. The moment that they had stepped into the area Renaissanceman felt a connection to it like he had been here before. After he had told this to his human partner, feli had spirit evolved allowing his spirit to take over, they both had been walking around for a few hours, Renaissancemon had been following his instincts.
After a few hours of walking, Renaissancemon had come upon a cluster of trees surrounding an old path, he had almost missed it because of the greenery growing around it almost concealing the path. His silvery eyes widened, this path, it felt familiar somehow. He began walking towards the path, stopping in front of it debating whether if he should continue on the path or explore it another time. Just as he was about to unsheath one of his swords there was a ding, he was surprised, the sound was coming from their D-Techtor. The warrior of light took out the device and read the message he had gotten. It was a distress signal, the warrior looked at the path than at the device, it was easy to decide which one was the more important thing to do. With one last glance at the path, the warrior made sure to remember were he had found it before putting the device away and running deeper into cipher jungle. Feli seems we have a problem the spirit thought. Not a second later his human partners voice spoke up from somewhere deep in Renaissancemons mind.
Ve~ do you think its bad? he asked the warrior was able to feel uneasiness from somewhere in him. when either one was in control the other was able to see, feel, or touch. Renaissancemon knew that feli had seen the message through his eyes, but he still wanted to make sure that his partner was ok with rushing into battle like this. I'm not sure, but if they need a group to help then it has to be pretty dire the warrior thought. There were a few beats of silence before his partner spoke up again alright let's go help, I just hope we're not too late. Renaissancemon smiled. He was about to respond when a wave of dizziness hit him, it caused the warrior to stumble, something was wrong, he felt like something was pushing him, he was barely aware of black creeping into his eyesight, finally the warrior tripped and fell face first into the ground the warrior was vaguely aware of his human partners voice screaming his name.
The warrior was then surrounded by data and he shrunk, dedigivolving into Patamon. Feliciano blinked rapidly before widening his eyes when he noticed that he had control again "Renaissancemon are you ok!?" he shouted in concern he didn't care if the Digimon near him thought he was crazy, his partner was more important. after a few scary minutes passed by feliciano heard his spirits voice weakly but still there im fine amigo, just a bit sick the spirit said somewhere in felis mind. The young man let out a sigh of relief, he flexed his little bat winged ears and looked around. they were close, feli contuined on all the while mentally fussing over his partner who asured him every time he was alright.

OOC: Given that it's been about a month since I started this, I'm just going to go ahead and pop my characters in for the 5th spot. It's about time we got started. I will be posting as the GM with this account now.
Flying in the skies above the Southern Tropics was a sleek red and white machine digimon. Over 30 meters in length, he resembled a giant mecha dragon. This was Daedalus the Heliodramon, and aboard him in his living cabin quarters were four individuals. A young tamer by the name of Colin James, an Impmon named Bellamy, an Elecmon named Luke, and a Gazimon named Gaz. The four of them were mostly relaxing for the moment, in one of those rare moments where they weren't on a job for PROFIT, when a curious message gained Luke's attention on Colin's D-Terminal.
"Huh... it's a distress call" he remarked. This gained Colin's attention. Colin read it, then frowned.
"I've heard of those dark towers..." he said. "They de-digivolve all digimon around them to Rookie".
"Yeah, I know, Coronamon told me about them" Bellamy said. "He helped take one down in the Valley of Dragons the other week".
"Well, we're already rookies, so, won't affect us right?" Gaz asked.
"Well... I am not" Daedalus reminded her. The airship digimon was in fact a Mega level. "And this could be dangerous, Colin. If I were to fly too close, I would de-digivolve to my Rookie form too and you would all fall out of me".
That was a scary prospect. A dark tower was a hazard to flying digimon everywhere. So for this PROFIT squad, there was nothing else to do but to join in!
"I will land ten miles away" Daedalus advised. "Will that be close enough?"
"Yep, sure will be" Colin said. "Luke and Bellamy can go the rest of the way in the air, until they reach the boundary. Best fly low to the ground".
"Okay..." Luke said, hesitantly. He didn't really like the idea of flying until he was forcibly de-digivolved, but, given the terrain of the Cipher Jungle, that would be a better option than going the whole way on foot as rookies. And so, Daedalus landed ten miles from a large, tall black spire standing high above the canopy. And from there, Colin and his partners disembarked.
"Gaz, you stay here and keep Daedalus company" Bellamy told his daughter.
"Aww... but I wanna go with you" she complained. "And I can fight too ya know..."
"Yeah, but it could be dangerous, I don't want your first combat experience to be one where Luke and I might not be able to help you" the Impmon said. And besides, if she came too that would be way too many characters to control in one post.
So with that, Gaz stayed on Daedalus, Colin evolved his partners to Mega, and they sped through the tangled undergrowth of the jungle toward the signal that Tentomon and Koemon had given them.
They arrived in the area shortly after, and there they felt it. A sudden electrifying feeling, sapping their power.
"Colin! It's happening!" Luke advised, the Fulminomon (a Magnamon variant) carrying his partner. At once, he and Bellamy came in to land, letting Colin down before they fell to their knees, de-digivolving back to their Impmon and Elecmon forms.
"Ugh... that was freakin' horrible" Bellamy complained, shaking a little from the experience. But he recovered soon after. So, it seemed, the effect of the dark tower was real. He glared up at it. Colin made sure that they were okay, they nodded. Then they would proceed deeper into the jungle toward the clearing where the others were gathered.
(OOC: Now then, it's time for all of us to meet up. We'll do so in a clearing.
NOTE: Since we have not met up yet, you can post in any order this round).

What was it that her father had said all those years ago? That every effort you would make would always double your reward? That every physical action had a plausible and obvious outcome? So of course as she headed in deeper into the jungle, she eventually stumbled across a clearing.
The dark tower was still a bit off from where she was... But that mattered little to her. She couldn't do much against the tower and whatever guardian that it had picked this time around; she had to have allies and those willing to use force to resolve this particular incident. A nervous hand came up to her muzzle and she'd give it a rub. Staring up at the dark tower while she waited.
Those that interacted with these things still didn't have a clue how they worked, who they worked for or what they ultimately were supposed to be for. It was a problem and one that would likely never get solved if they didn't have the resources to handle these.
A huge problem was the lack of understanding and the unrestricted nature of the towers for the most part. They seemed to crop up in the worst possible places and made all sorts of havoc to the local digital wild life.
She'd lean against a tree and sigh softly; closing her eyes so that she could run through how they took care of the last tower...

Feliciano panted as he ran through the jungle on tiny legs, maybe running around in his rookie form wasn't such a good idea. The spirit wielder nearly sighed in relief when his device let out a beep, the meeting place was close. The Patamon skidded to a stop as he burst through the tree line and into the clearing, he slid a little and collapsed on to his belly panting "ve~, we made it!" he said between pants.
Within his head, Feli heard his partners laughter you should have changed back amigo he said after his fit of laughter. Feliciano pouted "I just thought I should be prepared," Feliciano said or more like grumbled. His spirit partner started to laugh again, feli, in order to tune him out, preoccupied himself with looking around the clearing. That's when he spotted a Renamon, with a smile the Patamon stood up on all 4s and trotted over to her
"Ciao~," he said with a cheery tone

The two continued along wandering through the forest. Nelson found himself wondering why he even started following this little creature as far as he did, honestly, walking into a jungle of all things was a definite failure of his better judgement. The little guy had this bizarre charisma that forced Nelson into following him into these ridiculous scenarios. Well, at the very least, it seemed rather peaceful here, and he hadn't spotted any of those massive monsters they had been avoiding until now, so maybe things would turn around for them!
Well whatever, they should find a place to rest, they've been walking for quite a while. "Hey... Smamemon? We should take a rest." He suggested, to his 'partner', who was currently snapping a branch in two, for no real reason. "Huh? You tired or something?" It asked, in it's childish, if apathetic voice turning to look at him, which Nelson had not been expecting, and SMamemon's staggering aura overwhelmed him, making him fumble his words, "Ah... Well... We've been walking for a while and-" He stuttered, to which Smamemon just shrugged, somehow, despite his tiny body. "Sure. Why not?" "Wait, really?" He asked, unsure if he heard the little creature correctly. "You can't fight if you're tired, right? Then we should stop." It stated, showing off a new trait that Nelson hadn't believed it to possess, and this trait is known as "Logical Thought" "W-well, okay... We should find a clearing or something, where We're not surrounded by trees, it's making me feel claustrophobic." Nelson nodded, thinking about his next move in the area he was in. He was way over his head, in this place, so the sooner he could get back to the human world, the better.
Smamemon noticed a clearing, but oddly enough, a tree was in his way. Only one way to solve that, it concluded, as it started punching the tree several times, shaking it all over the place, and blasting bark aside with the consecutive force. Nelson walked past Smamemon, and couldn't help but wonder if it was some sort of itch the short creature had to scratch regularly, or maybe he'd get extra aggressive. He looked away from his partner of sorts, noticing a tall fox-like humanoid and a small creature that resembled a massive orange gerbil of some sort with bat wings instead of ears. He tensed up, slowly backing away from the small scene he had obviously intruded on, "Ah... Sorry... Wrong clearing..." He mumbled, before Smamemon appeared behind him, staring straight at the Renamon, "Hey, he looks tough, should I punch him?" It asked, it's expression showing no clear emotion, with the blank stare and the basic shape of his mouth. "No! No, you shouldn't fight him, he looks way too tough!" Nelson said, getting between the two, desperately trying to push him back into the jungle. It was obvious the both of them thought K was a male digimon, from first appearance. Smamemon responded to Nelson's attempts by jumping up and pushed down on the boy's weak shoulders, knocking him over, "You wanted to rest, so we're resting here." It stated, firmly. Nelson sighed, he didn't want a confrontation of any kind, so he sat down, "Well... you have to rest too." He said, reasonably. "Okay." Smamemon replied, passively, allowing itself to fell backwards, and just lie there, staring up at the sky. Nelson sighed, in relief, and tried to relax, himself, as it was obvious Smamemon didn't want either of them going anywhere, despite the present company.

Takeshi, Ryu and Ken all walked around carefully. They did not understand what just happened to them, or what is tower in general. The three of them were on guard.
"Man this sucks, Just when I got used to my Agunimon form too. If I was champion we would've cleared this place a long while ago" Ken whined.
With a sigh from Ryu, "come on Ken, stop whinning and focus. For all we know some bad guy set up the tower in order to mess us up, we need to find tentomon and koemon first."
"Yeah, you are right." Ken said slightly annoyed.
After a while the three of them reached a clearing, they quickly spotted a patamon. A kid with a mamemon and a renamon.
"HEY!! K. How are you doing !?" Shoutmon yelled loudly.
Ryu then hit him in the head "you idiot, first of all do not just randomly yell. Second what if that is not K ?"
"Oh, I did not think about that. This might get awkward "
Takeshi sighed, as he did not see a kid his age around yet again.

As they proceeded through the forest, Colin had his D-Power out, trying to discern exactly what was going on. He tried using his Evolution card, but it seemed to be non-functional. The digivice read 'error' when he did so. He randomly tried other cards, but anything over the power of Rookie would not work. This would be a problem, but not unforseen.
For now, Colin relied on the radar while Luke and Bellamy walked ahead of him, the twins not liking the feel of the jungle. Bellamy for one feared quicksand the most and forced his brother and partner away from suspicious mud puddles in the path ahead. Even though Colin knew that it wasn't a hazard like it was in the movies, Bellamy still hated the idea of being swallowed by the earth and took no chances.
Eventually, they came across a clearing and saw a gathering of other digimon and humans. Colin immediately recognized several of them.
"Ah! Heya, K!" he called out to the Renamon. And there were more familiar faces.
"Ken! Ryu! Hiya!" Bellamy said, cheerfully approaching the Shoutmon and Veemon, as did Luke. Colin waved to Takeshi as well.
The others... Colin didn't recognize. A Patamon and a digimon he hadn't seen before. Apparently it was a variation of Mamemon. And there was another human. But for the moment, he paid attention to the Tentomon and Koemon that had also joined the gathering.
"Awesome! You showed up!" Tentomon exclaimed, counting seven other rookie digimon and three humans. That should be enough! "So, I take it you received my message about the dark tower?"
Before they could answer, the Koemon began his explanation in a formal monotone. "The obelisk is half a mile from here. Initial scouting has indicated that there are two Champion level digimon defending it - a Kabuterimon and Kuwagamon. They appear to have little control of their own actions, and will attack anyone who approaches the tower. It is unknown how they are able to maintain their forms despite proximity to the tower".
"Yeesh, go straight into it why don't you?" Tentomon asked his companion, sweatdropping at his robotic delivery.
"If you choose to proceed, your objective would be to neutralize the tower while keeping the guardians at bay" the monkey digimon continued. "We will assist how we can, but care is advised".
"Kuwagamon and Kabuterimon, huh?" Bellamy asked, the Impmon grinning. "Fire beats bugs last I checked, should be a piece of cake!"
"But they're a full level higher than you, Bellamy, be careful" Luke advised. "And that dark tower might have additional effects..."
Bellamy then remembered the full story from Coronamon. Apparently K had been present at the last tower. "Yo, K. You've been near one of these things, right? What do we gotta look out for?" he asked the Renamon. Tentomon and Koemon glanced at her as well, eager for her input.
OOC: Now that we're all gathered, we'll resume a turn order. However, once combat begins, turn order will be free, so I'm just letting you know now.

It wasn't long before a human and their partner arrived. K hadn't seen a Patamon for a very long time; so much so her brows rose in surprise as it approached her. She'd dip her head in a nod when greeted by the individual.
"Hello there, what's your name?"
Not even a couple moments later did another pair arrive. Ones that she didn't recognize still. She could generally overhear what the others were saying and with a flick of her ears she'd shake her head. Sometimes younger digimon were fairly foolish; wanting to fight everything. What could she really say to that.?
"Were you looking for a more specific clearing or something?"
She'd find her face dipping in a small frown. Though before anyone could really respond to her she had the blessing of being greeted by someone she knew. In a fashion she wasn't really too keen on being greeted like. Wincing and rubbing her ears before glaring at the shoutmon; wondering silently if he did this to every renamon he came across. Even though she had only run into two others she couldn't imagine Ken getting her mixed up with them.
"First off, I'm fine. Second off. I'm standing right here you don't need to yell. It's good seeing you again. Are you here to address the tower?"
Then, once again she was greeted by someone she hadn't anticipated running into. The last time they had met was... back far before she had even left her inn properly; back in a time when things were still fairly simple. Back when she was foolish and naive about her lot in things.
"Hey! Fancy running into you here, it's been quite some time. What sort of party did I just happen to run into..."
The renamon chuckled lightly and perked up as Tentomon spoke suddenly; she hadn't even seen them. She'd rub her muzzle and looked a little out of sorts when they inquired about reciving their message. She'd shake her head slowly and flick her ears as the Koemon started to explain out what happened. She felt her shoulders droop a little bit.
There was two champions guarding this tower rather than one, was this a tempered response from the last tower getting destroyed and only having a single guardian to deal with the group? She'd gently raise her hand when she was asked by bellamy about her last venture with this tower.
"Last time I was near one of these things they had only one guardian, seemed to make the guardian tougher. It mostly focused on trying to keep us away initially before resorting to attacking us outright."
She'd turn to the koemon and tap her neck; remembering quite firmly the ring that was there on the tyrannomon with the last tower.
"Some kind of control rings that force the digimon to fight for the tower, once the tower breaks or the ring is destroyed the digimon in question is no longer a guardian. The Tyrannomon had a ring around their neck last time; we should keep an eye out for where the rings are. We should be careful about hurting the digimon too badly that are under the control of these.. Spires."
She'd frown after a few moments and shrug.
"Our main focus should be breaking the tower, but if we can destroy the rings we should. Whomever is the one to attack the tower should be careful as it'll no doubt draw the ire of one if not all of the guardians."
There was another brief pause and she'd place a hand to her chest.
"For the ones that don't know. My name is K. I've got a variety of moves in my renamon form that allow me to attack from range or up close. I have a small heal for any of you that get hurt. But please don't go relying on it as it can only deal with minor wounds."

Feliciano smiled at the Renemon when she had asked his name, he stood on his back legs and gave a slightly wobbly bow. It was kinda hard bending at the waste when he was just a small blob, but he managed it. However before he could introduce himself a tamer and his digimon had come into the clearing. Feli looked over at the pair and filched at the digimons question, he really didnt want to fight, he would much rather save physical actions as a last resort. He was relived when the digimon was calmed by his tamer. the human turned patamon stretched his bat like ears, he was just about to introduce himself again when they had picked up sounds headed in their direction.
Feliciano turned his head in the direction of the noise just in time to see another tamer, but much to felis surprise he had two digimon with him. Feliciano had heard of twin tamers but he had never actually seen one, this time feli decided to wait before he introduced himself. Pretty soon another twin tamer appeared, feli tilted his head to the right in a cute manner, this was very interesting he had to guess that they were here for the same reason as him. They had received the stress call and decided to come and help, after the second twin tamer had joined them the Renemon had introduced herself as K. After her introduction Feli perked up and decided to introduce himself as well "ve~, hi K and everyone~, My names feliciano vargues " he said with a smile.
After he introduced himself he sat down on his hunches and waited for the others to introduce themselves.

Nelson jumped, slightly, as the fox-creature spoke, in a calm female voice. Nelson had made a grievous mistake for that digimon, but before her could turn around and apologize, a notable number of others emerged from seemingly nowhere. He jumped, as several loud noises emerged, as digimon and humans alike showed up at the clearing. "Well, I wasn't looking for a clearing like this, at least..." he muttered, responding to K's question, but not loud enough for anyone to hear him.
Was this a support group or something? Everyone was introducing themselves. "I'm Nelson..." He mumbled, in almost a whisper, as Smamemon spoke over him, "Call me Smamemon, that guy's my commander, Nelson." The bouncy gloved digimon stated, quite simply, handling the introductions of the two. The rest assembled, as two digimon relayed information that neither of the boy couldn't really understand, but it sounded like there were some dangerous creatures hanging around that pillar that Smamemon was so affixed on destroying. Speaking of, Smamemon was also processing the information, with a blank expression on it's face, but Nelson had learned to tell that Smamemon was thinking due to the fact he wasn't staring at anything in particular. "So, I can just break those rings and then the big thing?" It asked, summarizing the renamon's explanation, while making sure it's backwards facing baseball cap was indeed facing absolutely backwards. It then realized the Renamon stated her strategic worth, so it decided to explain it's own talents, "Well, I'm smaller than most mamemon, and I punch things pretty hard." It summarized, bopping it's red gloves together, to accentuate it's point.
Nelson was gradually slinking back into the woods, scooting back, slowly, but Smamemon reached back and gripped the boy's shoe, "Hey, let's destroy that thing, it'll be fun! Then we can go!" It reassured him, using it's surprising strength to erase Nelson's progress, "Stop running, I'm the one who's gonna be fighting, you can relax." It explained, surprisingly reasonable, Nelson sighed, he hated when Smamemon became so logical. He had learned the hard way that Smamemon was not dumb, they just had a simple directive; punch anything of interest.

OOC: It pains me to say, but, I'll have to skip Joy. Furthermore, unless he returns next round, he'll be out. The 5th slot would be open to others that want to join, but if not, then the difficulty would be reduced.
Realizing that they hadn't introduced themselves to the strangers, Colin turned to the others. "Heya, I'm Colin James, these are my partners Luke and Bellamy" he said to the Patamon and the tamer with the Mamemon.
They then listened to what K had to say about her last encounter with the dark tower. Apparently the dark ring powered up the Champion level, and its primary aim seemed to be to protect the tower. That there seemed to be two of them now complicated things.
"I see... that's troubling" Luke remarked. "It'll be harder to fend off two of them while trying to go for the tower..."
K then continued, explaining that control rings were responsible for this. Once the rings were removed, it seemed that the digimon were no longer hostile. Koemon listened and understood.
"I see. So it would seem that we have three targets in this situation" he concluded. "The dark rings, and the tower. Personally I think the rings should be targeted first, since once they are neutralized, then the tower is defenceless".
"On the other hand, if we target the tower, then the rings will fail once it falls" Tentomon continued. "One stationary target seems better than two moving ones, but, well, it might be best to agree on something before we get there".
Colin thought hard on that. It would be a difficult thing to achieve either way. Still, he had a thought.
"Maybe... luring them away from the tower might work? That'd give us a chance to strike at it, then when they fire back, we retreat, then start over again?" He wasn't speaking this out of bravery, more of naivety. He hadn't yet been placed in a situation with fighting digimon of a higher level with no backup. He perhaps had an outlook that all would be fine regardless.
K then discussed her capabilities. Luke and Bellamy thought they'd best do the same.
"Yo, so, I'm pretty much what the kids call a 'squishy mage', so, projectiles only for me. I'm pretty agile though" the Impmon said. "And my brother here, he might be a shorty, but he packs a punch, both melee and projectile".
"Also I might take Kabuterimon's projectile attacks a bit better" the Elecmon added. "Ah, right, plus, the both of us can Armor Digivolve, so, if it comes to that, we can add a bit of extra firepower".
Ah, that's right! Even though the dark towers could block evolution to Champion, they couldn't stop a digimental in use. That was another edge they could have here.
"Oh yeah, you can still armor digivolve or access your Human Fragment spirit under the tower, but careful. Coronamon told me that when he armor digivolved, the dark tower had some kind of mechanism that hindered him. It basically shot him with a beam every time he attacked, which meant he couldn't use the same attack twice" Bellamy added.
"I see, that is troubling" Koemon remarked. When the other digimon made their introductions, they seemed to now be well known. "Alright. If there's nothing else to go over, shall we proceed forward?" he asked.
