True - compared to the technology available in the Real World, Wicked's method of healing might have seemed rather rudimentary to the doctor - however, for such low level of infection or even just taking the 'edge' off of infected agents, it was definitely a safe and effective way to go about it. As the Zubamon slipped into the vat, and the Orochimon clambered into his own, they'd feel a faint fizz start around them. By the displacement of saltwater alone, this was a process that slowly 'dehydrated' the scales and plates of the two Digimon, but as the red mass of D-Reaper data slowly exited out, bubbling away into the mixture...
... Well, maybe one could deal with a bit of discomfort. Stepping back inside to check on the Renamon, Wicked saw the fox start to stir, and even gave a careful pat to the back of her head. Her tone sounded much more down to earth, the sorceress giving a nod. "Hey, no-one said fights were always going to look pretty, holy fox. Just lie down and relax, you can mope on your own time." Past that, she turned her attention towards the doctor. "Hm... not bad. You work with acupuncture before?"
Of course, this did leave Carlos and Dio out by the wayside. As Wicked had said before, the two were free to head off at any point, but so long as they stayed out of the way, they could stick around and watch. Seeing the glow in that palm - and the resulting ice - Wicked considered the offer for a moment. Yes, it was easy enough to say that he was being intrusive - but on the other hand? "Hm, compared to Orochimon, I could stand to dilute Dagger's solution a bit... go ahead and throw what you have into the Zubamon's vat. Even though its room temperature, the dragon's squirming over there like we're trying to cook him or something."
A bit offhand, but heck, it worked!

"I've studied Acupuncture as a passing curiosity. Mostly though I've worked with a lot of animals and you need to be quick and neat with a needle with them." Cassandra explained a bit too embarrassed to let on to the fact that she mostly knew varying acupuncture points on animals and humans because most young vets would throw down and stick used needles into the rubber mats of the floors. She being particularly dorky in college had gotten the idea to set up a target with pressure points to use from watching too much cheesy anime.
"You're almost done K. Just let me clean you up." Cas murmured the solution thankfully coming back more or less clear as she cleaned off the needles and set them aside carefully taking a damp cloth to the foxes back and putting pressure on any punctures that might still be weeping till they ceased.
Meanwhile Dagger did his best to keep quiet blinking in surprise at the red solution rising from his armor and glancing over to see the same thing happening to the Orochimon's scales. "Huh...so that's what this does." He muttered quietly.

The stirring was met with that careful pat to the back of her head causing the renamon to shift slightly. Hazy eyes staring quietly at the witchmon for a moment before exhaling and slumping against the frame of the work station. She still couldn't feel anything throughout her body and the small twinges of pain were ploughed over by the earlier administration.
The doctor's address of her was met with a somewhat frustrated nod; she couldn't really feel what they were doing and didn't want to really look. She'd mumble quietly trying not to move as cas continued to work. She knew even with her head being somewhere up in the clouds that messing with doctors while they worked would probably just go about as poorly as you can expect.
"...I'm going to need... some water... and a bucket after this..."
The fox figured that when she came off of this that she likely would be sick to her stomach and would probably need something to drink too. That being said; getting an actual drink after all of this would be really nice.
If the fox even knew what she liked as far as liquor went...
