Name: Honnaka, Aka
Alias: Aka
Age: 10
Gender: Female
Height: 4'2''
Weight: 57 lbs.
Alignment: Lawful Good
Birth Date: October 15th
Western Horoscope: Libra (ironically)
Birth Place: Shibuya, Japan
Skills/Talents:
Studious: Aka is an intense student! She has a drive to succeed like no other and doesn't know the meaning of distraction.
Music: As a serious student, Aka took an instant liking to music, especially classical. The ten year old has been learning how to play the violin since she was four, and she's become quite good at it. She's now working on playing the piano. The one disadvantage she has in this area is that she can't sing. She's completely tone deaf, and can't sing anything on key.
Backpack Contents:
Digivice: The digivice is the D-3 Model. The color of the Digivice is purple and white in color. The only difference from this D-3 Model and any other as far as typical design goes, aside from the purple coloring, is that the buttons are red instead of black.
Personality: Aka is as serious as a child could possibly get. At all times all she can think about is her undying drive to succeed in life. Academically, or otherwise, Aka wants thing but perfection in everything she does. She is aware of her shortcomings in her small size, and young age, but being a ten year old girl doesn't stop her from believing she can do anything anyway.
This young girl doesn't really talk much, but when she does it's generally not pretty. She has a way with words in a sense that Aka will find a way to make sure they cut deep. Not necessarily because she finds pleasure in causing others pain, but because she's easily annoyed by people. She is especially unimpressed with people her age or younger.
Probably the best example of this is her own little brother. Yes, even family members aren't immune to her harsh words. Little Kaito, even as a brother who deeply admires his older sister, is probably the soul person who receives the most abuse from Aka's words. They're parents are almost always there to defend him, but there is little they can say to make Aka care about her actions. Kaito is the one who tries to have a relationship with his sister the most, and this results in some harsh words thrown his way.
For the most part, Aka just doesn't show any emotions. However, on occasion, if she's in a terrible enough mood, she will get seriously angry with people. If she feels distracted enough, she will show frustration and anger. Rarely does she ever do anything drastic about it past giving the person in question a glare, because she knows better. However, she usually vents by working even harder if she doesn't use her harsh words.
As for adults, Aka treats her elders with respect. However, she doesn't always heed their words. The little girl believes she knows better than most people and will ignore their words if she feels like they're wrong. She is solid on her beliefs and thinks that if she works hard enough that success will be at her fingertips.
Aka can be a rather boring person to talk to. She instantly loses interest in topics that have nothing to do with her work, and can get easily distracted by said work. She's not afraid of saying how she feels about a topic she doesn't care about, and is quite selfish in this sense. However, even if the topic is something she's interested in, she has no emotion in her voice. She's as boring as a Professor that puts people to sleep.
The little ten year old does have a good side. She believes in doing what's right, though she isn't reckless while doing so. Though she's not very fond of people, or anyone really, deep down she does care about some people. Like her family. If anyone says anything bad about her little brother, she will make sure they pay for it, someway somehow. She also doesn't like it when people start crying. The normal reaction to her words is anger, but if she causes someone to cry, she will try to rephrase it in a different way.
That being said, Aka is also incredibly arrogant. She thinks she knows better than everyone else, and she will never apologize for anything she says or does. On the contrary, she always finds some sort of excuse to justify her actions in some way, whether through logic or by other means. She can also be very sarcastic, and doesn't at all hide the fact that she looks down on people.
At the very least, Aka is honest, if a bit on the blunt side. She'll tell you how she feels about something whether it's something you like or not. That is, if she feels the need.
Aka's state has become a sort of obsession over the past six years. This obsession is the core to all of her issues, as deep down she's a completely different person. She's convinced herself that she hates fun to keep herself working, but she wasn't always this way. She used to be a sweet and loving girl who loved to play and laugh. She used to smile all the time, so the fact that she's become so... so much like an android, really puzzles a lot of people who care about her. Especially her parents.
Appearance:
Aka is a 4'2'' little girl with pale white skin. She has short, chocolate brown hair that reaches her ears. This young woman tends to wear a blank expression on her face, and carries herself in a rather nonchalant manner. She is neither full of confidence, nor does she lack it. She appears rather indifferent. Her preferred attire tends to have red in it in some way. That's being said, she also dresses like a little professional.
FaceClaim: BOKU DAKE GA INAI MACHI • kayo hinazuki • Aka Honnaka
Personal History: Aka was born in Shubuya Japan to the Honnaka family. She was a bouncy, happy baby girl, whom her father swore smiled as an infant. Eventually, he had brushed it off as his imagination. However, her father often contemplated if he really was just imagining things. After all, Aka turned out to be one of the most joyful children he had ever met. You didn't need to do much to get this girl giggling. If she simply say something as funny, she would laugh.
For a handful of years, Aka and her family gathered joyous moments of fun and cheer. There was never a frown or dry eye in the room from the amount of laughter she would conjure up from her own family. This was typical child behavior, but one thing to note about Aka was just how much she loved to have fun.
One day, when Aka was three, her mother was pregnant with another child. When she was told she would end up with a baby brother or sister, she never felt so happy in her life! Finally, someone to play with who wasn't a grown up! Someone to talk to who was her own age that she didn't have to leave the house to see. She was a little biased, she would admit. She told her parents she hoped she'd get a baby sister, but that's to be expected from that age. She honestly didn't care what gender the baby was, She would love it anyway.
Aka's fourth birthday rolled around and her baby brother, Kaito. It was love at first sight. She absolutely adored her baby brother. She was a little disappointed that she couldn't really play with him right away, but she couldn't help but want to spend every moment with him. It was kind of funny. At some point, Aka was almost sad that the baby was a boy, but when he was there, it hardly mattered at all!
Something that did matter, though, were the days she saw her mother cry.
As a little she didn't understand what her parents were going through. However, what Aka did understand were the talks she would have with her father. "Now listen to me Aka," he would say. "One day, you've got to be someone important."
"But aren't you important, Daddy?"
"Yes, but... I'm important to this family. One day, you have to promise me that you'll be important to all of Japan, no, every nation. Can you do that for me?"
Aka made a big promise that day, and she had every intention to keep it. It was at this moment that Aka's mother... saw a change in her. It was very subtle, but she wasn't as eager to be joyful as she was when she was younger. She would still smile at her parents, but it seemed as though she was taking what her father said to heart. She hardly played anymore, and if she agreed to play it was because she was learning something. Not for the fun.
Aka picked up the violin, trying to channel all her efforts where she couldn't otherwise. She did as well as to be expected at first, but the little girl refused to put the instrument down. This was a facade, a smokescreen of sort. One that made her parents believe that, deep down, their little girl was still the joy that she always had been.
They couldn't be more wrong. It only took a few months for the parents to see a drastic change in their little girl.
She didn't want to play with her little brother anymore. If anything, Aka got annoyed when the little brat cried. After all, who was he to get in her way? If Kaito really wanted to cry so badly, he needed to do it somewhere else. Aka started to become cold to her family. No more did she smile, the laughter she exuded was gone.
The Honnoka family were so distraught that they took their girl to a nearby doctor to see if they could tell them what was wrong. "Nothing," they said. "Nothing we can find, anyway."
To Aka's surprise, her mother started crying worse than before. It was bad enough they were going through hard times, but now it seemed as though Aka was becoming a completely different person. At the age of eight, she started to say harsh things to her little brother, how he wouldn't amount to anything by slacking off. Her parents hated her harsh tone of voice, but Aka had no interest in speaking any other way to him.
In fact, she stopped speaking all together. If she didn't feel the need to waste her energy speaking, then she wouldn't do it. Only harsh words would ever leave the little girl's mouth. It was enough for her parents to dread the moment their daughter opened her mouth to speak, and were thankful that he moments of speech were rare.
Now, two years later, she's worse than ever. They've taken Aka to the doctor, psychiatrist, tried everything, but nothing seems to be working. Now, there's only one thing that drives Aka: the conversation she had with her father six years ago. The cries from her mother, the words of her father, and the utter uselessness of her little brother all drive her to succeed. If they won't fight for it, she will.
Digimon Name: Calumon
Default Form: Calumon
Gender: Female
Alignment: Neutral Good (With a dash of fun)
Skills/Talents:
Calumon are a species of Digimon who are capable of flying with no probable cause. Her ears are almost always larger when she flies, but the thing is she can fly when their smaller, too. It's not caused by her ears flapping, she just sort of floats. Don't know if this counts as a skill or tallent, since all Calumon have this ability.
Inventory: N/A
Personality: Calumon is an innocent, playful, and loving Digimon. This little cute, green eyed Digimon is all about finding the next Digimon to play with, and when she says "Digimon" she does mean humans, too. The little Digimon is brimming with curiosity, but has a short attention span. She can get rather bored easily if the situation in question doesn't interest her. This little Digimon doesn't find fighting fun, mostly because she isn't good at it. Well, to rephrase, she's not good at it yet. Her most powerful attacks are unstable at best, and she'd much rather befriend Digimon anyway.
Calumon finds humans to be the most adorable things in the world, especially the smaller ones. If her green eyes lands on a little baby, she will go over to the baby, ask a lot of questions, and try to play with it. For the most part, quite ironically too, this is one of the reasons she like Aka so much. That being said, she also finds Aka quite boring at times, and has made it her life's mission to make her partner see the value in fun.
Calumon, if one hadn't noticed already, is quite the contradiction to her partner. Their difference also seem so extreme, that it's almost like their companionship wouldn't work. Aka finds Calumon a nuisance, for the most part, Aka can be boring to Calumon and she hates it when her human goes on and on about boring things like school. But Calumon still adores her human despite this. And Aka... well Aka still finds Calumon a nuisance and tries her best to stay away from her.
But Calumon is a persistent Digimon. No matter how hard her Partner may try, she simply can't shake this little Digimon off her heel, or whatever it is she's grabbing onto.
All and all, Calumon is a sweet and innocent Digimon who is loyal as a saint. She knows Aka needs her and she'll be there whenever she needs her. The one thing about Calumon is her obliviousness. The Digimon isn't exactly stupid, but its a mistake easy to make. She can often be slow in catching onto things due to the fact that she may be a tad too relaxed at times. She's also so obsessed with fun that she often doesn't see how her actions may harm others.
Calumon, though incapable of battles, is an independent soul. She may not try it nearly as much in the Digital world, since she wouldn't be able to get away with it as much, but in the human world she has no qualms with being away from her if she feels that she's okay at the time.
Another side to Calumon, perhaps one that some people may not expect, is her jealous side. Mostly because it doesn't really come out often, but in the occurrence that her status as the cutest Digimon in Aka's life , or anyone she cares enough about really, is threatened, then there's war. She's also quite the little devil if she gets to that point. underestimating Calumon's intelligence at this point is a mistake because she can come up with real frightening ways to make your life miserable if she wants to... with mixed results of course. Of course, coming from a Digimon normally so sweet and innocent, Calumon rarely ever delves into this kind of water. Even when she does, at the end of it, she feels like the scum of the Earth for doing it in the first place.
To sum it all up, Calumon is a sweet and innocent Digimon who is quite laid back and independent. She is quite fond of her new partner, and most everyone else, and doesn't like to fight, nor is she very capable of it yet. However, even Calumon has her vengeful moments, and when that happens, watch out!

Species: Yukimi Botamon
Appearance:
Attribute: None
Family/ies: N/A
Type: Slime
Fighting Style: Yukimi Botamon will blow ice at her foe's face and then run away.
Abilities:
Diamond Dust: Yukimi Botamon unleashes a weak flurry of dust at her foes as a fleeing mechanism, or if she's cornered.
Digivolves To: Puttimon
In-Training
Species: Puttimon
Appearance:
Attribute: None
Family/ies: N/A
Type: Small Angel
Fighting Style: Puttimon uses about the same tactic as Yukimi Botamon, but with a twist: she shoots light dust at her foe and she flutters away. This tactic is even less effective because she can barely get herself off the ground and tries to fly too much when she really shouldn't. On the contrary, she is very protective of her partner from this stage on, and will do everything in her power to protect Aka.
Abilities:
Angel Dust: Puttimon blows a stream of angelic dust at her foe's face in an attempt to give herself a chance for escape.
Angel Ring: Puttimon creates a ring of light energy that she unleashes from her mouth.
Digivolves From: Yukimi Botamon
Digivolves To: Calumon
Rookie
Species: Calumon
Appearance:
Attribute: Vaccine
Family/ies: Nature Spirits, Virus Busters
Type: Holy Beast
Fighting Style: Tries to make friends with them. If that doesn't work well... She's not really useful in battles hardly at all. She's capable of healing an ally once, and then maybe using a beam attack if it decides to work and she's mad enough. Basically, Calumon's useless in battle. However, she will still bravely defend her partner with everything she has should it come to that.
Abilities:
Calumon's Prayer: Calumon is capable of healing an injured ally with his power to manipulate holy energy. However, she can only heal one ally at a time, and the Digimon in question must be Champion level or lower to get the best out of this ability. Even Champions can't be healed all the way. Anything higher, and Calumon isn't much help. On top of that, any full heals done with this ability can only happen once per battle.
Cool Down: 1x per thread.
Keter Flare: Calumon unleashes a beam of light at her foe from her forehead. It's a light based attack that is particularly strong against foes with dark hearts. This attack cannot be willed whenever Calumon wants to attack. On the contrary, Keter Flare is an attack that only activates when her emotions are running high. As a result of the unstable nature of this attack, Calumon doesn't like using it much, and it, in fact, can be quite dangerous to Calumon herself if used excessively. It is possible to gain control of this attack, but Calumon's got some growing to do before that. Because this attack is so intense, Keter Flare needs a three post cooling time before it has the chance to be used again.
Cool Down: 3 posts per use. At. Least.
Calumon's Heart: An attack typically used as a distraction. Calumon's Heart is utilized when Calumon's tries to will the fighter into stopping the fight. This may be used by her requesting for the foe to be her friend, or simply by looking at them with her cute eyes. The foe however can easily avoid this technique by simply ignoring Calumon's words. Some tough Digimon simply aren't affected by her cuteness. Even if the attack did work, the effects only last long enough for her and Aka to escape.
Cool Down: 1 post per use.

DIGIMON'S INITIAL EVOLUTION LINE
Fresh
