"From the fight? Or just my experience in general?"
The renamon blinked a few times and let her ears lay back against her head. Unsure what she could really share past the little interactions she had with the wisemon before her marking. Along with what she had done up in luminas that no doubt probably left them in somewhat of a tizzy.
She sighed softly; somewhat looking forward to having full days that wouldn't be fighting and stressing out about things. Well at least life threatening things in comparison to what she was used to. The inn was nice; it really was and she enjoyed it. So getting the chance to do things with her husband and daughter was going to make the world seem a lot less harsh.
"Don't worry, I won't pinch you."
The renamon turned her head to look at the meal before dipping her head in a small somewhat firm nod.
"I will don't worry. Some stuff to write on would be nice, maybe a radio? I wasn't much one for television surprisingly... at least until you wanted to watch stuff."
The renamon let out a small chuckle and gave the mikemon a kiss on the forehead. Her grin spread ear to ear and she'd consider it quietly.
"I'd like that, but I don't know why you'd need to sneak in here~"

"The whole experience. From your first contact with the Wisemon through today - anything you know, anything we can use against him. But... later, of course."
Reasonable enough, right? Even if the information wasn't perfect, well, the wizard couldn't just get away with what he had done - not against K, not against the Library, and not even against Carlos after his run-in with the sorcerer in the mountains. The fight wasn't over yet... but for now? They could put it on the sideline. Chuckling back at her for that quip about a pinch, he gave a nod for her request. "Well, good, there's not really such a thing as a TV out in the Dark Area. A pen and paper should be easy enough... and..."
Feeling that kiss on his forehead, he gave her a chuckle back. "Well, some might say its better for the patient to get some rest. Though, really, just to cuddle." He gave a grin back, and a brief hug around her waist, before moving to slip out of the room.
This time, K would have a bit longer to herself - save Wicked coming in at some point to take away the dirty dishes.

The renamon closed her eyes and sighed.
The whole experience.
She could remember each part in gruesome detail, from the first contact of the wisemon via letter. To the last vestige of her will being pushed aside with the use of that mark. It was a harrowing experience one that she likely would never forget. She looked to him quietly and for a few long moments there was silence; no real expression past the stoic face of a digimon that knew what they were asked and would have no problem delivering.
"It'd be easier for me to write the entire experience down. There's so much of it and... I still recall most if not all of what that document said about the incident to the north."
A soft shake of the head and the renamon would lean back. It was frustrating to her; frustrating that she could remember with clarity what she did. Who she interacted with and how painful it could of been. The renamon gave him a small smile and dipped her head in a nod.
"Really now? I suppose it'd do them better to have the radio then huh?"
The renamon didn't know that much about the dark area itself, after all she had spent her childhood and most of her adulthood in other places. The hug around her waist would be followed with a hug of her own and a simple nod.
"Fair enough I suppose, I'll see you in a bit then.."
K sighed after the mikemon left. Making sure to partake in the meal that he had brought her. There was a few moments where she was reminded of better times from it; but it didn't make her despair like many would. It gave her hope in the idea that she would be able to enjoy those times with others. After she was done eating, she'd lay herself down and sigh. Drifting in and out of sleep to at some point seeing wicked coming in to take the dishes. Hesitantly at that point she would speak; she was somewhat groggy but she had wanted to thank the witchmon for before and for putting herself out of a room now... she had no doubt that she was likely going to see the digimon again sometime in the future.
"Thank you Wicked. This is twice you've helped me."

"Mm, that so? Well aren't you cordial - maybe I'll make some of your precious stew tomorrow."
Giving a chuckle at her jest, the black-robed Witchmon would soon be off, and - for the next day or so, at least - K would largely be made to rest. She had to recover from a sizeable amount of damage, as well as get at least somewhat-used to having an unfamiliar arm. Integrating that into her data made the recovery period somewhat slow, but two days later, the Renamon would likely be able to stand on her feet, largely refreshed and able to handle herself.
More-or-less, at least. At this point, she would have been given the okay to go outside her room, and even out into Fragment Village should she want to try and get some fresh air. When she would finally make her way out, she'd find someone sitting in the room right outside.
Syre! The BlackGatomon had gotten used to the place after the few days that she'd been here, and, currently, she was reading through one of Wicked's books, her face somewhat puzzled as she tried to picture the various elements of whatever potion this book was talking about in her head. "When I asked for something to read, I don't think I was looking for this..." She sighed, largely mumbling to herself as she flicked through the pages, hoping they would become more interesting at some point.

The renamon felt her cheeks turn a small bit of red at the mention of the stew; her ears twitching somewhat as the witchmon left. The next day was spent largely in bed, with her drifting in and out of sleep of course. There were times where she woke up with a start; either from memories pushing their way into her dreams or by vicious nightmares she couldn't really speak of.
When it finally came to the point where she could be able to stand of her own volition and even walk she was rather thrilled with it. In span of effort it would be easier for her to help lighten herself using her cloak. Doing so she'd ease out of the 'bedroom' she'd give a small start at seeing her daughter sitting outside.
Her ears flicked and she'd slowly approach the youth speaking up only after the other did. It started with an easy enough throat clear followed by what was probably the awkwardest greeting she had ever managed.
"Erm... Morning Syre~ Not really up your ally for reading material then?"
The renamon didn't know what the youth was reading but she figured if it was here it likely would be something revolving around wicked's work or perhaps what the witchmon liked to read. She'd scratch the side of her neck and shoot the youth a smile.
"Hope you've been able to keep busy...?"

Syre couldn't get into that book at all - whatever she was reading, the terms and subject were just going way above her head. Straining potions? Centrifuge? Purification through fire? Boredly frustrated more than anything else, her ear gave a twitch as K spoke up.
And, almost immediately, her expression brightened. Closing that book, and setting it right on the table, she gave a chuckle! "Not at all - none of Wicked's books make any sense at all to me. I hoped she had something more like a novel or something, but... heh... guess not in a doctor's office." With a shrug, she'd stand up, looking up towards the Renamon.
Had she been keeping busy? "I've been trying, mom! But, really, I've just been waiting for you to get better - um, how does everything feel? Everything, I dunno, settle in right, I guess?" The BlackGatomon didn't know exactly what to say, but at the very least, she was happy to see her mom. "Oh, right - dad said if you're feeling better, we could take a portal out to Whitewater or Terminus, and actually have a place to relax and take a walk outside!"
Really, that would work much better than the dreary atmosphere of the Dark Area!

The renamon wasn't sure what kind of reading material that wicked have; if she gave them a read she'd be able to understand maybe half of it if she was lucky. She'd smile sweetly as the youth closed the book and set it on the table; maybe she should see what sort of books that her daughter liked to read? She could probably either name a few that they should try or surprise them with something from the human world.
"Not really your style of reading huh? Are you not interested in doctor like stuff?"
K tilted her head and gently reached out giving the BlackGatomon a small but firm pat on the head. Then of course came what the renamon was hoping to hear, she'd brightly smile and dip her head in a small nod.
"I feel good enough to walk, but just to be safe I'm using my cape to make me a touch lighter up until this..."
The renamon would show her rabbit arm looking somewhat uncertain. The fur had already taken the stark white coloration of the renamon. Though progress on the frame itself would take much longer.
"Well. It's starting to settle as you can tell."
She'd let out a small chuckle and lean to give her daughter a small hug perking up slightly as they told her something rather exciting. Wanting to go out to whitewater or terminus to relax and spend some time together! Thinking it over she'd chuckle and gesture briefly in the direction of the door.
"Why not Terminus? It's been a long time since I've been there properly and we can explore around a little bit for that place to relax~ though whitewater would be easier because of the touristy sort of city..."
The renamon did want to stay in the dark area for one reason but considering how weak she was feeling well... It might not be wise to go outside of what was considered 'safe'.

Sheesh, K had a bit too much faith in the BlackGatomon, didn't she? At those first words, Syre gave a bit of a chuckle, shaking her head. "I mean, that's more dad's cup of tea! Besides, even if I was... I can't understand more than a quarter of what I'm reading here. Heck, I've never even heard of any of the plants they're talking about!"
Regardless, the cat gave a light nuzzle to that patting hand. It was good to see her mom actually up and about, and even better that she was starting to feel better. Apparently her cape could act like some sort of, well, 'cane', it sounded like. She gave a blink, looking down at that curious arm - one that looked a touch too big for the fox. But at a glance, most might not even notice it - and heck, it wouldn't be hard to cover it with the cloak without it standing out too much!
As for hearing that K would like to go to Terminus, Syre gave a nod. "Mm... one second, then." Before doing anything else, Syre pulled out a small device, and quickly sent a message over to Dr. Mikemon via Tamernet. Getting a beep back quickly enough, the cat would give a nod, and a moment later, open up a small portal in the room!
"Eheh... dad made sure I'd always have a way to get home. How he framed it, at least." She gave a chuckle, but would let K pass through first, and follow right on after. Through the portal, they'd find themselves...
... In a park, one of the few inside that bustling city! Here, the traffic wasn't quite as dense, the two at least able to keep track of each-other. The weather above was nice and clear, blue skies as far as the eye could see. Heck, the cat had to take a moment to cover her eyes with just how much better the weather was here!
"Eheh... anywhere you want to go in particular? Or just a walk through the park, mom?"

K would tilt her head a little bit; flicking her ears as the other spoke. So it was more for her father of course; it would make sense as they were a doctor. The renamon thoughtfully rubbed her muzzle and leaned to look at the book. The title of which she didn't recognize.
"Likely would be plants that they use more in the dark area... If it's not your cup of tea, then what is if you don't mind me asking?"
A small smile broke the renamon's lips as the other reacted to her gentle pet. The renamon would follow her gaze and settle on the other arm; which as though by mere mention twitched slightly. It was still far too big for her; but it certainly was solid enough to where she didn't have to worry about... problems. She would of course gently shift her cloak so that more of it was covering that particular half before shooting the BlackGatomon a small but somewhat akward smile.
"All right..."
K watched her daughter curiously and raised her eyebrows as syre quickly spoke to her husband which was followed by her nodding... and then opening a small portal in the room. K would pass a hand through the portal carefully and flicked her ears as syre spoke.
"A good way of making sure you can get home... regardless of where you are. Oh dear..."
The renamon let out a soft chuckle and stepped through the portal looking around quietly as they appeared inside the bustling city that was in terminus. She'd flinch a little bit at the sudden change of lighting but would adjust by pulling her hood down over her head. The goggles settling in nicely over her eyes. It was silly really but she had been in a room for a while and before that well... she wasn't sure how long she was resting so bright light was going to do a number on her eyes. Turning her head she'd reach down and hold her hand out as though asking to hold Syre's hand.
"We could walk through the park, maybe go somewhere to get a bite to eat... Last time I came to terminus properly uhm... They just had installed a trailmon to whitewater I think. So I'm not terribly familiar. What about you syre? anywhere you want to go?"

"Oh? Um... games! Like, card games, checkers, chess, that sort of thing!" She was a bit young to have found interest in a career of any sort, but the BlackGatomon did have her interests. And heck, if K would have been able to play any of these games, it would be nice and easy for the two to bond - heck, Syre hadn't even thought of that when she already made the portal!
K seemed a bit concerned that Syre already had something like a portal (something that she caught on with the flick of her own ears), but at the very least, they made their way to a nice, safe spot in Terminus. Taking a hold of K's offered hand, Syre gave a small smile - and a chuckle, seeing K so easily don Hackmon's goggles. "Sorry, you just look like a pilot, like that!" Her tone was innocent, the laugh following coming at no-one's true expense. But the last time she was here was...
... When the Trailmon were installed, to Whitewater? "According to dad, the trains have been going from here to Whitewater, since, like... I dunno, fifty or so years?" She seemed a bit surprised by that declaration! "Heh! You must not come out to the cities, much!"
Though that begged the question - just how old was K?

"Ah! Well I know how to play most card games; have played chess and checkers before! So if you want to play sometime..."
K gave her daughter a small smile looking around in terminus area they were in. It was so unfamiliar; so different than what she remembered. The lofty towers that made up a great deal of the city dwarfed any imagination and she was left breathless for a good few moments. At syre taking her hand the renamon only could feel her nervousness hike a bit.
My daughter.
The renamon however let out a small chuckle; nervous as it was at the joke that she looked like a pilot. Out of everything she doubted it was a good idea to let her pilot something; her feet most of the time were spent planted on the ground! Apparently the trains had been installed roughly about fifty or so years past. Had it really been so long? With a brief shake of the head she'd give her daughter another smile.
"Only a handful of times, I usually let my cooks or hired help get supplies from terminus. I liked my inn too much to leave it alone at the time."
There was a soft somewhat sweet sigh that escaped from her. The problem was that she didn't really know her exact age. In truth the renamon figured at the most she was about a thousand years old. But the only real evidence that she'd be able to find that would argue that was in the core of another digimon.
"It was so peaceful when I first went to it. Reminded me just a touch of Tokyo when I went to the human world."

"Mm! That sounds fun!"
Syre gave a wide grin towards the Renamon, as the two started to make their way down the park. It was true: in practically every direction, they could see buildings that stretched up to the sky, for various reasons, but the park itself was a peaceful bit of land amidst the industrial hustle and bustle. Though K felt nervous, somehow, Syre only felt natural as the fox's hand curled around her paw.
And thankfully, K seemed to work well-enough with her kind of humor! "Mhm... dad did say that you tended an inn for quite a while... and before that, that you were a Renamon from the north. Guess you've just been all around at some point or another, eh?" Honestly, it sounded like she had so many stories to share, and the BlackGatomon's tone suggested that she was easier to listen! Exactly how old K was didn't matter too much to Syre - Digimon could stay around for quite a long while, whether it was between lives or all as 'one being'.
"Mm... and now the place has 'sprouted up' since the last time you saw it? I mean... it can get a bit loud." She gave a small chuckle, briefly looking over at a small planter of flowers on the left side. "And you see a lot of stuff here... 'borrowed' from the 'other world', don't you? I mean, with the portal so close..."

"That it does."
The renamon let out a smooth chuckle and certainly enjoyed the walk that she was partaking in with her daughter. She could enjoy the peace her and it distinctly reminded her of that small glade that she spent so much time in outside of whitewater. She felt nervous if only because of the big city; knowing that even within the park that it's massive stature would overwhelm those not prepared. K however perked up a touch when Syre spoke of what she had learned from her father.
"For a very long time, most of my life in fact! That'd be right too, Fairly close the frozen Mausoleum. Just a mountain or two away in relativity is where I used to live... And yes; I've seen a large chunk of the digital world but there's so much more that I haven't."
The renamon flicked her ears a little bit and gave her daughter a big smile before continuing onward with her daughter. Ever so slowly; even following where the blackgatomon was looking.
"Yes, it was much smaller and much... more compact I guess? The human's certainly have had a marvelous impact on the place. I do see a lot of things that are borrowed from them; say what you want but humans are a very orderly bunch with lots of rules. It's part of the reason why their world is so much more peaceful than ours. The portal the human world you mean?"
The renamon would turn her head a little bit to look down at her daughter; ears flicking and eyes curious. She had tons of stories she could share, of both worlds. Even if the human ones were mostly her learning things about japan and Tokyo...
"Are you curious about their world too?"

Well... that was definitely a long time to be an innkeeper! Syre's expression beamed in response to her, following along with the brief framework of K's history. She'd been around for so long, but hadn't seen all of the Digital World? It made at least a bit of sense, especially considering her devotion to that inn over such a long span...
... But just 'two mountains over'? "Nyah? But then how were you 'close'? Mountains are, well, big, especially out there!" She gave a small tease - but really, for someone as old as K, perhaps the definition of close was quite different between the two of them? Or maybe K was just able to traverse the mountains better with her different forms!
"Mmm..." Leaning over at that planter for a moment - only to bat away some sort of bug that landed on her nose - the cat's ears flicked at K's words. "Well, it seems peaceful enough here! Maybe that's just how it works over there? Hm..." Honestly, Syre didn't know a lot about the topic. But as K asked if she would be curious about 'their world', Syre gave a nervous chuckle.
"Um... a little bit, I guess," she nodded, "but not enough that I've ever thought of going over there. I mean... we'd have to hide and stuff, right? While the humans over here can pretty much walk openly..."

K scratched her head a little bit and realized the scope was probably different between her and her daughter. Reaching down she'd gently pat the top of the BlackGatomon's head with a grin. Thinking to herself she'd look skyward for a few seconds before speaking.
"Well sure it'd take a week or two to traverse them safely back when I lived there but now that seems like so little time to me. And distance when compared with time sometimes doesn't feel like as much when you've lived so long. If I really desired when fully up and at it? I could be in the Dark area within a manner of moments from here."
It was no simple boast, it was a honest truth. Her jesmon form boasted a powerful teleportation technique that wasn't limited by distance when she wasn't fighting. Sure it was draining beyond belief to cross a distance like that and probably would knock her out of super mega just from that but... It was something she could do if she needed to.
"Perhaps, I haven't studied them much past their languages. Which for some reason they seem to have many of them."
The renamon leaned to look at the planter, her eyes sweeping over what was in it with a surprising amount of interest. Frowning slightly she'd note that one of the flowers were wilting. Reaching down with 'her' hand she'd brush across it with a little bit of her aura giving the plant a little more of a chance as it seemed to be neglected.
"We have to hide because not every human is like the ones that walk 'freely' here. If they were not to have a mon of their own or the ability to turn into one as spirit users can boast well... Not every mon likes humans like I do. Though I can guess you probably enjoy their company? As most of the Digital field club are humans after all!"
