—Another Mon's Pleasure: Cooldown of this one should be 1 as a minimum.

Okay, so, following the tournament, I have used what I have learned to rewrite my ENTIRE moveset, save for Fresh and In-Training. I also filled all of the movesets up with RAM Upgrades, for a total of 53 moves, if memory serves. Some of them are either from or inspired by the original movesets, but in the interest of time, you can just replace each one... after checking them, of course. I have no doubt this will be filled with mistakes and imbalances, just asking to be fixed! Take your time, though. I did.
RAM Upgrade Plus: Unbreakable Will [Passive] – Levi’s intense determination and focus allows him to powerfully resist just about any manner of mind-affecting ability. Furthermore, his close bond with his tamer allows him to share this resilience with Alan in times of need.
Ram Upgrade Giga: Controlled Chaos [Passive] – While he is perfectly capable of missing his intended target, Levi’s abilities will never affect anything he does not want them to. This allows him to fight at his fullest strength without needed to worry about friendly fire or collateral damage.
Improved Veemon:
Nails for Breakfast – Levi nullifies damage from a rookie-level attack and heals himself for half of that damage by literally eating the attack. It is a confusing process to behold, but how it is done has no effect on its function. 3 post cooldown.
Slingshot – Levi takes a step back and rockets towards the enemy from wherever he is currently standing, smashing into them. This attack is faster and does more damage the farther from the target Levi is when he uses it. 2 post cooldown.
V Phaser – Levi attacks the enemy powerfully, but the enemy feels the impact and takes damage on the opposite side of their body from where Levi attacked. This can be immensely confusing for many. 1 post cooldown.
Noxious Fumes – Levi breathes a cloud of thick black smoke that gathers around the enemy, making it very hard to see for them, and slowing their movements. From the second post they remain within the cloud onwards, they take light damage from it every turn. Dissipates immediately when Levi takes damage. 4 post cooldown.
RAM Upgrade: V Legion – Levi creates four fakes of himself. They all use the same attacks he does, but only hit for 10% of the damage of the real one, who hits with normal damage. Any fake Levi attacked will explode for medium damage, but all of them will disappear without exploding if the real Levi takes damage. If the fakes are not eliminated within 3 posts, they will all disappear by exploding. 4 post cooldown.
RAM Upgrade: The Levi Special – Levi buffs up severely, enlarging his muscles to become a double-sized Veemon. This doubles his attack and defense, but halves his speed. Turning this move on uses an action, but reverting does not.
Improved Flamedramon:
RAM Upgrade: Skyclad Aegis – Levi uses his armor to completely block an attack of champion level or below, or 50% of an attack of ultimate level. This temporarily destroys his armor. While armorless, Levi is able to levitate, and use the “Skyclad” half of his moveset. After 3 posts of being armorless, he can choose to put his armor back on whenever he wishes without costing a turn. Cooldown: Can be used whenever wearing armor.
USABLE WITH ARMOR:
Solarsault Meteor! – Levi spins in a circle in midair, setting his armor on fire to create a shape similar to a flaming buzzsaw with his body, and launches himself at something to saw at it and burn it. He can extend the cooldown of this move by one to end the attack with a slam into a surface, creating a flaming explosion with a roughly 50-foot radius. Pierces defenses. 2 post cooldown, 3 for “meteor” version.
Fireskate – Levi’s flames glow blue, and he glides with grace and speed over the ground, leaving trails of blue flame where he skates. The resulting trail can be picked up and used as a whip for one mighty lash. 2-post cooldown.
Freezer Burn – The blades on Levi’s gauntlet crackle with ice, and he jabs into the chest of an opponent for medium-to-high damage. If hit by this attack, the target temporarily assumes an aspect of ice, becoming 300% susceptible to the next two fire attacks to hit them. Cooldown: 4 posts.
USABLE WITHOUT ARMOR:
Temperance – Levi breathes blue flames out in a wide arc, and any susceptible targets (i.e, targets who have given permission) standing within them will not take damage, but will instead begin to feel a strong affection for Levi. Levi will never attack those under this ability’s effect, as he enjoys the affection. As this ability can only be effective with permission, it can wear off whenever the affected party wishes. Any non-susceptible targets will instead take minor damage from the flames, and have their attack lowered 30% for 2 posts. Cooldown: 3 posts.
Meteor Shower – Levi unleashes a rapid-fire stream of large fireballs from his hands, making small explosions on impact. Cooldown: 1 post.
Slick – Levi’s form, in its armorless state, has a tendency to ooze lava, which he can harden on command to form beachball-sized rocks to launch magically at enemies.
RAM Upgrade: Absence Makes the Heart Burn Stronger [Passive] – For every turn Levi spends without his armor longer than the required 3, Levi gains another 10% potency to his armor form attacks when he puts his armor back on, maxing out at 40%. This lasts until using Skyclad Aegis again, and he must fulfill the same requirements again to regain the attack buff.
Improved ExVeemon:
Dual Wield – Levi draws pistols of light from the X on his front and rapidly fires both clips at a target.
XV8 – Levi reaches into his chest… and pulls out a CROSSBOW of INTIMIDATING SIZE, launching a bolt as long as he is tall through the air, and into a foe! This move is alarmingly fast. Born from a promise. Pierces defenses. 3 post cooldown.
Dragon Scope – Levi pulls a sniper rifle of light from his chest, takes aim, and fires! The bullet has a light string attached to it, and yanks the opponent over to him when hit successfully. This move can be followed with a basic attack once the opponent is drawn in. 3 post cooldown.
White Hole – Levi opens a glowing portal beneath him and disappears into it, opening another hole anywhere else on the battlefield. This move can be used in conjunction with any targeted ranged attack for a surprise vantage point through the hole. Afterwards, Levi can choose to either exit through the current hole, or return to the original hole he opened. 3 post cooldown.
Crystal Brave – Levi punches the ground, causing many sharp transparent crystals to shoot up from the ground, damaging anyone on top of them. These crystals scatter around in mid-air, and Levi then fires a Vee Laser from his front into a crystal, reflecting it all over the arena, for massive damage wherever it hits. 4 post cooldown.
Bullets for Lunch – Levi opens his jaws wide and eats an attack to nullify its damage and heal himself for 50% of it! 3 post cooldown.
RAM Upgrade: Bouncer – Levi wills a ranged attack aimed at him to turn around and fire back at its user. 3 post cooldown.
RAM Upgrade: Bolas Shot – Levi throws a bolas at the enemy, wrapping around them and restricting their movement. Can stack up to three times on a single target. 2 post cooldown.
First Stack: Restricts movement, lasts for 5 posts.
Second Stack: Further restricts movement, 5 post duration refreshes.
Third Stack: Completely holds the target in place, 5 post duration refreshes.
If the affected target dedicates their turn to using an attack to break free, a basic attack removes one stack, and a named attack removes all stacks.
Improved Raidramon:
Confident Stride [Passive] – No matter what, any humans riding Levi can come to no harm while they remain mounted.
RAM Upgrade: Superconductor – Levi creates an invisible link to an opponent that causes the next attack to hit Levi to also deal the same amount of damage to the attacker. Lasts for up to 5 turns. 2 post cooldown.
Flash and Burn – The lights on the front of Levi’s armor create an obnoxiously-bright flash which lasts only for a single moment. Anyone looking at the flash will have their vision go white and slowly fade back in for two posts as their eyes adjust themselves. 4 post cooldown.
RAM Upgrade: Lightning Fast [Passive] – Levi is lightning fast! He can move twice every three posts!
Electric Slide – Levi blasts forward across the ground, ramming his helmet’s blade into a target, dealing considerable physical and electric damage. Pierces defenses. 2 post cooldown.
Chain Lightning – Levi sends a bolt of lightning straight for a target. If it connects, it can ricochet to a second target at 75% potency, a third target at 50% potency, and a fourth at 25%. If there is only one target, or Levi chooses to strike only one target, they also receive a sudden jolt for minor damage each post for two posts afterwards. 4 post cooldown.
Wireless Battery [Passive] – Levi charges wirelessly, gaining a very minor heal each turn.
Takatakataka – Machine guns extend from Levi’s armor and spray bullets at the enemy. For those who “just can’t appreciate the pain of an electric shock.” 1 post cooldown.
Power Overflow – Levi slams the ground below him, creating a blast of pure energy around him in a dome/sphere of 100 ft. radius. 3 post cooldown.
Improved Magnamon:
RAM Upgrade: Battle Memory – At any time, this move can be replaced with any move from one of Levi’s forms of equal or lower level! The move cannot be changed again until at least 3 posts later.
Lightning Faster! [Passive] – Levi’s sheer determination allows him to reach unprecedented speeds for him to act twice in one turn every other turn. Every time he does this, he squints and concentrates, as if trying to remember something…
Within Limits – Levi protects himself with a barrier of red light, defending against one Ultimate-level attack, or 50% of a Mega-level attack. Upon being hit with an attack, it shatters into hundreds of long, thin shards, which aim at the attacker and fire off like bullets towards them, piercing their own defenses and resistances, if any. 3 post cooldown.
Constant Virtue [Passive] – Levi holds one blade of fire, and one blade of lightning. Any basic attacks made with these weapons have the power of a named attack with no cooldown, and deal both physical and the elemental damage type of their corresponding blades. They even return to him when they’re separated from him! Frankly, Levi saw no reason not to have these all the time.
Complementary Wifi – Levi stabs through the target with both of his swords, but the opponent doesn’t feel anything. If the attack connects, the target suffers colossal damage where they were hit at the beginning of their NEXT turn. Pierces defenses by phasing through them. 4 post cooldown.
Burrowing Mines – Levi throws both of his swords in any directions, lodging them into the ground. Each sword explodes upon hitting the ground, dealing its elemental damage to and knocking away every target within a 50-foot radius, with the damage stacking if the target is in more than one blast zone at once. 3 post cooldown.
Ephemeral Vice – The powers of water and earth gather in Levi’s hands before he reaches to jam them straight into his target, temporarily changing the target’s aspect to both water and earth, thereby providing a 250% weakness to both fire and lightning for two posts. 4 post cooldown.
Fury of Blades – Being made of their respective elements, Levi’s Virtuous Blades have a bit less solidity to their form than most similar weaponry. With this, Levi can attack with a flurry of blades that squash and stretch mid-strike in order to attack within range of the target, maxing out at a range of 100 feet. At this range, viewed from the side, it might look like Levi was poking the opponent rapidly with a very long stick. 2 post cooldown.
RAM Upgrade: The Persistence of Space – With a glint of Levi’s eyes and a flash of light, the immediate surrounding air – nay, the immediate surrounding reality of one target weighs down on them as if it were some kind of dense, heavy goo. This slows their movements and attacks drastically for three turns unless they take some time (one turn) to wipe most of it off of themselves. It feels really, really gross. 4 post cooldown.
Improved UlForceVeedramon:
Preventative Measure 𝛿 - A barrier of red light envelops Levi, completely blocking up to 1 Mega-level attack, or 50% of a Super Mega-level attack. Upon being hit, the barrier shatters into many long, sharp, shining red shards, which focus on the attacker and fire in a straight line in their direction. Cooldown: 2 posts.
Another Mon's Pleasure - Levi glows bright green, and uses a green-colored healing version of any of his named attacks. Instead of taking damage, anyone hit by this attack will be healed the same amount they would otherwise be damaged. However, this will count as having used that attack, so the named attack used for healing will need to cool down before being used again as a damaging attack. Cooldown: Same as move used in conjunction with this one, but with a minimum of one post.
Line Drawn on a Map - Levi uses two immense blue laser beams to draw on any ground or surface for two seconds, leaving glowing blue marks and embers. Moments later, long blue spines sprout suddenly from the markings, impaling whatever is on top of or very near the affected surface. Pierces defenses. Cooldown: 3 posts.
Ultimate Velocity! [Passive] – Levi’s astounding speed makes for equally astounding impatience. Every other turn, he may act twice in the same turn.
Traditional Arts – This ability can be replaced by any of Levi’s abilities from forms of equivalent or lower level. This ability must be kept for at least three posts before switching to another.
Ambidex [Passive] – Levi has both of his laser sword bracelets active at once. Why shouldn’t they be? All sword-based basic attacks have the power level of a named attack with no cooldown.
Roundup – Levi’s swords change into rope-like forms, extending rapidly towards up to two targets, and lassoing them if they hit said target or targets, dealing minor damage. This also immobilizes them and disables any flight abilities for one turn. 4 post cooldown.
Vcapitation – Levi propels himself forward in the blink of an eye, stopping right in front of a target to cross his swords over them as a sort of decapitation move, in whatever way “decapitation” may apply to the target. This move is accompanied by a sonic boom that deals damage and some knockback to targets within 50 feet. 3 post cooldown.
Rifle Barrage – Levi takes aim with both wrists and unleashes a rapid-fire barrage of lasers from each wristband. 2 post cooldown.
Kick Me – Levi uses sleight of hand to stick a time bomb onto a target, usually on their back. It’s perfectly visible, but usually hard to notice, save for the faint beeping noise it makes, which gets louder and more frequent as it nears explosion. The bomb will explode after three turns, unless the target takes damage from any named attack before then, including their own. Explosion pierces defenses. If used as a healing move with Another Mon’s Pleasure, any attack that removes the bomb will heal the target instead of damage them. Cooldown: 3 posts, starting when bomb explodes or is deactivated.
Full Sync – Every time Levi is damaged with a named attack with a cooldown, a number of marks matching the post amount of said cooldown will be added next to this ability, with once-per-thread abilities counting for 5 marks. At 10 marks, he can enter a berserker state, restoring his health by 30% and increasing his attack and speed by 300% for three turns. Following this, the number of marks will be set to 0, and must reach 10 again to re-use the ability.
“I’ve been filled with these strange… feelings, lately. Weird thoughts. Weird cravings. Weird memories. Every other morning I wake up feeling like I could relate to you in detail the day my egg hatched, and that week I spent hobbling around with nary an appendage to my name. I swear to myself that I remember it, and yet it never happened. But every time we use that form, it gets harder to deny. I don’t know what’s happening. Maybe the visual data’s getting sent to the wrong eyes, maybe these memories are being sent to the wrong mind. But there’s something I can definitely tell: every time Levi gets hurt, I can feel it. And he knows it too. With every hit, he turns a little more guilty, and just when he begins to doubt I can take any more, he flies into a rage. He’s… a good pal, to put it lightly.”

Reminder that the previous edit post is to be ignored. I have kept it on the site in order to learn from past mistakes. Now, onto the combat edits!
I would like to replace Veemon's fighting style and abilities completely with the following:
Veemon is a fighter who excels in one-to-one, hand-to-hand combat. When fighting in this form, Levi is often using it for basic combat training, or a friendly spar. He enjoys a good fight, and doesn’t have any desire to use crazy tricks or manipulations in his fighting style. He has to be quick on his feet to make up for his simple approach, as this form isn’t able to tank hits very well.
Abilities:
1. Footwork [Passive] – Levi is proud to say he’s never missed a single leg day! As a result, his ground-based speed and the potency of all leg-based moves are increased by roughly 20% from normal.
2. Vee Headbutt! – Levi kicks off from the ground and dashes towards the opponent, ramming them with the top of his head. This move is 150% effective when used within 25 feet of the target, but can be used at up to about 50. Cooldown: 2 turns.
3. Let’s Have a Clean Fight! [Passive] [Toggleable] – Levi forgoes all sorts of fancy tricks to channel his focus into his basic attacks. This focus further boosts the strength and speed of a basic attack to that of a no-cooldown move of the same level. Cooldown: 2 turns per activation.
4. Superpower – Levi puts all of his strength into delivering a basic attack, empowering it with as much force as he can muster. A punch given this power could likely punch through an enemy, but he’ll need ample time to recharge. Cooldown: 4 turns.
5. Rock Toss – Levi gathers loose dirt and debris in the surrounding area into a hard chunk of earthen stone and punches it, launching it at opponent! Cooldown: 2 turns.
6. V-Aura – Levi aims a sphere of energy from his palm to his target. Levi is able to use this move after Valt the Veemon teaches it to him, so he holds this move very dear! Cooldown: 1 turn.
I would like to replace ExVeemon's fighting style and abilities completely with the following:
ExVeemon is a brawler type, or a berserker type, however you would like to call it. Still not one to employ particularly fanciful features, Levi’s fighting style in this form is also focused on one-on-one combat, but with the added brawn needed to tank hits. With this added defense, Levi can get close and focus on overwhelming his opponents, sacrificing most agility and graceful maneuvering in the process.
Abilities:
Noncombat: Hovering
1. Hard Shell, Hot Core [Passive] – When Levi’s health is at 50% or above, he has 50% boosted defense and 30% weakened strength. When Levi’s health dips below 50%, he has 50% boosted strength and 30% weakened defenses instead.
2. Dragon’s Biding – Levi charges an attack, which gains 50% power for every turn spent charging. If Levi his hit by an enemy attack, the attack will instead gain 100% power that turn. Maximum charge time: 3 turns. Cooldown: 3 turns.
3. ExVee Headbutt – Propelled by a strong flap of his wings, Levi dashes forward with his head’s metal blade out front, colliding with and driving it into the enemy. This move is 150% effective when used within 50 feet of the target, but can be used at up to about 100. Cooldown: 3 turns.
4. Footwork [Passive] – Levi is proud to say he’s never missed a single leg day! As a result, his ground-based speed and the potency of all leg-based moves are increased by roughly 20% from normal.
5. Vee Laser – A universal classic! With a spectacular forward thrusting of the chest, Levi unleashes a brilliant white X-shaped laser beam from the symbol on his front, blasting and burning all in its path. Cooldown: 2 posts.
6. Constitution [Passive] – When Levi puts his mind to it, he can go through a whole turn while ignoring all negative effects and hindrances affecting him. Cooldown: 3 posts.
7. Superpower – Levi puts all of his strength into delivering a basic attack, empowering it with as much force as he can muster. A punch given this power could likely punch through an enemy, but he’ll need ample time to recharge. Cooldown: 4 posts.
8. Tectonic Tantrum – Levi stomps his foot into the ground, kicking up dust and waves of sharp pebbles (no matter the actual biome of the battlefield) that fire off at high speeds 50 feet in every direction, pelting targets in their path. Cooldown: 3 posts.
Both forms have two RAM Upgrades, and are using them both. Thank you!

Reduce Footwork's bonuses to 20%.
Other than that, this seems fine.
