Post by Kazuya and Royland on Oct 7, 2018 4:16:05 GMT
It has been 4 days now since Kazuya entered the forest and became a victim of Void's illusion, that day was a rollercoaster of emotions. But while they became enemy with a very dangerous digimon that Roy believes is still leagues ahead even with help of the digimental, they made a couple of friends who were mostly digimon and a young girl named Katherine. The group fought this Void and were getting beaten and just when an oppurtuinty presented itself and victory was within reach, Void teleported himself to human world. Katherine and Kazuya followed Void through the portal, but sadly Void disappeard and was not found again. This obviously worried both of tamers but everyone headed home since there was no other option, the two headed home feeling dissatisfied.
Katherine been visiting Kazuya to check up on the injury Kazuya recieved on his left hand protecting Katherine from some debris. It was not anything seirous thankfully but the doctor did say to him to avoid putting pressure on it and wrapped it with bandages. The girl was still worried about it so she visted him regulary. But today was different she wanted to go drink coffe like she promised him at the night of the forest. Kazuya waited for her since it was a Wednesday and he had the day off, so he had nothing better to do than sit on the couch and watch movies with Roy, they watched a movie called lone wolf and cub a story about a samurai wanting to exact vengenace for his dead while trying to take care of his 3 year old son, for reasons unknown to Kazuya this movie connected deeply with Royland and even sent him to tears a couple of times. But otherwise the duo kept on eating snacks that Roy made as Kazuya waited for Kazuya to show up, he would have went to her but she did not want to inconvience him.
A couple of minutes later Kazuya got a phone call from a manager. "Hello yes this is Oda, what can I help you with Mister Date ? Oh, I see Sanada cant cover for me tomorrow ? Thats a bit dissapointment, ok but I really want tomorrow off how abou-" before Kazuya heard the doorbell ring and assumed was Katherine, "hold on a second sir" He then went on to the door and opened the door only to see Katherine "oh welcome Jasso, come on in. I gotta finish this phone call and I will be with you." He said as he gestured for he to enter before rushing to his room to continue his phone call.
Once Jasso enters she will be greeted with a fairly large apartment, with multiple rooms and a giant living Room. Filled with decorations such as vases, japanese painting of Kaguya and one of Momotaro, two katanas that are a copy of the famous Shinsengumi vice commander Hijikata Toshizó blades. But ofcourse they are not actual sharp blades, those ones are in his closet. Ofcourse he does not think Katherine will be able to identify any of those, the one thing she might know is the lion setting on a couch waving at her with a smile "Yo there Katherine, hope you been doing well with your studies and all that. We have been doing good relaxing and watching movies." Roy said with a smile on his face. Soon after Kazuya came up out of his room.
"Alright, I am back. Shall we go then, I would have drived us there, but the doctor said I should not drive thanks to my left hand" he said chuckling as he accidently put his phone on his left pocket the same one he puts his digivice in.
Over outside the house a sinister and dark prescence followed Kazuya there, as it was tracking Kazuya down as if it wanted something from him. While Kazuya could feel something following him these past days, but he never no who or rather what was following him. That was presence belonged to strange tall man with long blonde hair and a goate, one of his more recognaizable features were his eyes they were narrow sharp and alluring. There was something very attractive about the person yet no one know who he was.
But that was not it, ever since Kazuya came out of the portal with Katherine another person was following him this time it was a woman, with odd pink long hair and large beautiful blue eyes. The mysterious person knew about her and noticed she also was tracking Kazuya down, although he could not figure out her motives, he did find some info on her mainly her name, the fact that she lives alone and her digimon partner a bushi agumon a rare digimon whom he was suprised to see as a matter this was the only one he ever saw. The blonde man decided to walk up to the girl and introduce himself, perhaps she got something against his target and could be useful to him if he plays his cards right. "Hello there, do not be alarmed lady Tsukiko. I am merely here to help you but to do that I need your help. You see I know you have been following this Kazuya oda, dont you worry tho, I wont tell him neither will I ask on why you did that, unless you want to tell me ofcourse." The man made a playful chuckle.
"Anyways what I really want is information on this man, Kazuya Oda." He said, the man was not clear but he felt convincing maybe its his look and the confident aura he emits. But whatever it was it should be something to be feared.

A cold breeze blew through the streets of Shibuya. These types of winds were very common in autumn and constituted a kind of weather many people across Japan loved. Drinking from a juice bottle, next to a yellow colored tree, a girl which striking features were her light pink hair and her deep blue eyes, was silently standing, enjoying this magnificent weather and temperature. She wore a white, turtleneck sweater, alongside black synthetic leather pants and brown boots. A worried countenance could be seen across her face, even though she was enjoying this day and her juice as much as she was, the reality was that she knew she shouldn’t be there, she had let herself be taken there by an enemy she thought she had defeated years ago: her pride. The same old pride that wasn’t letting her approach the man who lived inside the tall, very elegant building she was staring at, taciturnly. The same pride that had stopped her from speaking to this man during the last four days, even though she knew he had information that could help her unbridle the mess going inside her head.
As hard as it might be to believe, the truth was that last Saturday, after what at first was a very awkward blind date her mother set her up to, she had held the strangest encounter she, Tsukiko Ashikaga, born at Asakusa Tokyo, currently living in Shibuya and of 22 years’ old, had ever experienced. The small red ball, currently resting inside her purse, having a small gap to breathe, was laying alone in the ground of an alley, apparently after hatching from the biggest egg the girl had ever seen. She couldn’t just leave it there, could she? He was all alone, and he seemed to like her, it was just a little thing, after all, right? Well… not quite. He got big, he ‘evolved’ as he himself explained, after acquiring the ability to speak once he turned into this gray colored sort of floating dragon. He also explained he was a digimon, some sort of creature made of data coming from a place called ‘Digital World’, sounds impossible to believe, doesn’t it? Well, when a talking floating dragon is right in front of you explaining this, you pretty much have no choice but to believe. As her mother used to say ‘Sometimes you believe, or you burst’ and this was one of those cases.
Even though all of this seemed complicated and stressful, it got worse; not even because on Monday the dragon had evolved once again, becoming some sort of yellow dinosaur wearing a black kimono and holding a sword or because he, even though respectful, was unable to explain how was he born and how or why was him inside the human world (Could you blame him, really? He had just been born) but because, due to her actually seeing him go out of the same alley just minutes before she found this egg, Tsukiko knew the man living inside that building had some information about all of this. But why? Why did it have to be him? Kazuya Oda, the only person on earth she hated to her guts, her ex-boyfriend who ruined her life 3 years ago and, if you needed any more, the lead worker of a car dealership company who was the main competence of IDOL, the company where she had recently found a job at. The truth was that this armed dinosaur was a Bushi Agumon (a digimon's species) and that she needed to get information soon, somehow. Nevertheless, the man she had to question about this, was someone she didn't even want to have a conversation with, and that didn't make things any easier.
Yet, there she was, continuing the quest she had started since Monday afternoon, following Kazuya as much as she could, to discover what he was up to and try to find any kind of information regarding this creature’s appearance. Luckily, the digimon was able of ‘de-evolving’ to previous stages, after he burnt enough energy, so the small dragon who could fit in her purse, which species’s name was Pukamon, was back and accompanying her. To be honest, more than once she had wanted to go back home and stop doing something as pathetic as following her ex-boyfriend around the city like some sort of psycho; but the desire to get to the bottom of this and discover where Mitsuharu (as Tsukiko decided to name this digimon, just to not having to learn about all of these species' names) had come from were currently stronger.
-For how long are we standing here, Sensei? –The small dragon asked.
-I’m not sure, Mitsuharu. –Tsukiko replied, muttering to her purse. –At first, I wasn’t even sure he would be at home at a time like this, considering it’s 4:30 pm and he should be working. But now that I’ve seen that girl enter the building… -There was no doubt, that young, curly-haired girl, was the same that had gone out of the alley along Kazuya that day. It couldn’t be a coincidence she was there. She had come on a school uniform, so she was definitely underage. -… This is so weird. What could Kazu-chan have to do with a girl that age? There’s definitely something odd going on here. -What do you mean, Sensei, she seems like a perfectly normal human. -Well, she is, but… Let’s say they’re just from different environments. –The pink haired girl replied, still staring at the entrance of the building, making sure she didn’t miss a thing. -Environments, huh? –Mitsuharu muttered, studying what the girl had just say. Suddenly, a deep, dark voice, startled Tsukiko. The girl turned to see a blonde, long haired man. The girl just stared with her eyes wide open to the guy, as she heard how he knew her name. For a minute, she tried to remember if she knew this person, but nothing came to her mind. -W-who are you? –She asked, holding her purse, fairly a little scared. The more this man talked, the more shocked she turned. He knew she had been following Kazuya? How was that even possible? Why did he know that much about her? At first, she considered denying this, but could she, really? The man had only caught leisurely standing in front of Kazuya’s building, staring at the entrance. –I-I don’t know what you’re talking about. –She still would try, though. Worst case scenario, this guy would only give her more information about how he knew she was doing exactly that.
Mitsuharu knew he had to remain quiet while Tsukiko was around other humans, he was a quick learner and a very intelligent creature, so he had catch up on the fact the existence of digimon was not something humans were aware of or even prepared to accept. Nevertheless, he wanted with all of himself to tell Tsukiko there was something odd about this man, something that rose all of his senses.
-You want information about… Kazu-chan? –The girl quirked an eyebrow, still sort of scared about this man knowing so much about her. What was him? Some kind of stalker? There was something very odd about that person. –Well, I’m sorry but if you’re approaching me you’re going to answer my questions first. Who are you? And based on what you say I'm following Kazu-chan?

Kazuya continued with his conversation with his boss in his room, sadly the conversation did not seem to go in his favour. Even though he practically pleaded to his boss and asked if there was no way he could not come to work tomorrow, but the boss did not have any of it he turned down all of Kazuya offers and basically told him to either come tomorrow or suffer the consquences. And that oficially put a dampner on his mood, what was supposed to be a deserved rest using the personal day he saved up, because honestly he had nothing better to do than work before meeting Royland. Now things changed, he had someone in this big empty house who he wanted to spend quality time with. But that sadly wont be possible tomorrow, Kazuya sighed this was not the time to feel sorry for himself he needs to go drink Coffe with Katherine.
Roy on the other hand invited Katherine to sit with him and the two had a long conversation that went on, jumping from topic to topic nothing lingering. Roy comfortably carried the convo as the topic were either something the white lion was really interested in or things he had so much passion he reached the height of his excitement when Jasso asked him about his thoughts on a knight duties, did she ask this question because she knew it would interest him ? If so she was a really a nice and sweet girl for indulging him. Either way Roy went on a tangent, using very formal and eleqouent speech Roy communicated how a knight must honor his duties to the people he holds dear to him.
But then suddenly the topic fell from his control as Jasso asked about Jazz making Roy blush, before telling her its complicated. You see Royland is not the type to tell a lie, atleast he avoids doing such thing. But his feelings towards Jazz where honsetly complicated, he flirts with most women casually but there is something different with her, something he did not understand or rather something he did not want to understand. Whatever it was it bothered him and even though he had a long conversation with Kazuya about it he was not honest with his partner so the amount of help Kazuya could offer was limited and did not go anywhere. But soon enough Roy would be able to dodge the topic and change it into something he was much more comfortable with. Kazuya on the other hand was just about ready to head out, he just needed to make sure some that mail he recevied on behalf on his worker who was out of town at moment stays safe and sound till he returned from having Coffe with Katherine.
Outside of the building the blonde man chuckled at Tsukiko's attempt to deny the truth, he shook his head solemnly "tsk tsk tsk" The man knew that for a fact he followed Kazuya for four days, and he knew she did too. "No need to lie my dear Tsukiko, I am not an enemy I am going to be your ally. So be a dear and co-operate with me." The man said, looking at her eyes before slowly turning it towards her purse, his sharp and intimidating are focusing on what he thinks might be a digimon there. But there is no need to worry about it, does not look it can cause trouble to him nor be a helpful tool. Not that it matters he only needs the girl and her ties with his target Kazuya Oda.
The man nodded at the girl's little request, it wont be bad for him to have her on his side so he needed to feed her the truth and nothing but the truth. "I guess this is acceptable, I need to fill you in if I want you to help me." He said as he looked at his own hand before looking up as his eyes locked with Tsukiko's, he then smirked. "You see, the thing is I am not a mere human. I am sure you are confused so allow me to explain. I am wearing what they call a holo suit, that allows me to disquise myself as one of you humans. I can even modify the suit picking any look I want, I do think I picked a beautiful form don't you agree ?" He said as he gave the girl a confident smirk before continuing on with his explanation. "I am a digimon sent to investigate bad people, this Kazu-Chan is a wanted criminal. So I followed him here. I saw you were following him so I wanted to see if you are a bad person, you aren't bad are you Tsuki ?"
The man explained, now he thought of a way to convince her that he is saying the truth the only problem is the young girl with Kazuya she is now a wild element that might ruin his plan, he needed to find a way to avoid having her ruin everything. "You see he is been accused of theft, stealing an important relic known for its ability to grant the weilder great power, its called a digimental ask your little partner in the purse. What you think I did not notice him ? I bet he noticed I was different as well. " he said chuckling to himself. "Well now you know my story, want to tell me yours miss Tsukiko ? Why are you chasing down Kazu-Chan ?" He said with a deep voice, he wanted to know more about the girl so he can use her effeciently.

-Dear? –This man was definitely a little over the line, even though this wasn’t something Tsukiko was unused to hear, as she was usually raising perverted guy’s attention while she walked through the streets, especially at night. There was something about this man the girl didn’t really like, he was sort of a creep, in all honesty. But was she really the one to talk about creeps? She was spying on her ex-boyfriend like some kind of psycho.
The pink haired girl slowly placed her hand over her purse, covering Mitsuharu with the flap. –An ally? What are you talking about? What the man explained next seemed to be taken out straight out of some science-fiction movie. He declared he was not actually a human being but he was using a thing named a holosuit to make himself look like one. In any other scenario Tsukiko would have just walked away on a crazy person more, but the fact that she was actually carrying a living creature from another world with her right as they spoke, definitely made her stay, thinking what the blonde man said not completely unbelievable. And boy, was she glad she stayed, because the next statement would count as the most shocking declaration the man had thrown so far: He was actually a digimon.
-You’re a digimon!? –She said, unable to pretend like she didn’t know what he was talking about. Mitsuharu pulled his head out of the girl’s purse, staring at the blonde man. –He is, Sensei. I can tell since he approached you. –The Pukamon said, sort of clenching his teeth. Tsukiko tried to stop her digimon from giving his cover away in front of the man, but she really couldn’t at this point; it had been proved the man was not just a regular crazy man if he knew about digimon. –You didn’t tell me there were digimon able to disguise themselves as humans, Mitsuharu. –Tsukiko’s eyes kept gripping on the man. -I didn’t know… -The dragon muttered. It was fair; the digimon had actually been born inside the human world, so anything that was not basic digimon knowledge, he pretty much was oblivious to.
The girl’s eyes widened as she heard the man’s revelation. Kazuya was a wanted criminal? What on earth was this man talking about? The girl couldn’t really discard this was a possibility, after all, she didn’t think of her raven-haired ex-boyfriend as the best man around, probably one of the worst, if that was the case. –If I’m a bad person? I don’t think so. –The girl answered plainly. –Are you? –She asked. –You can’t know someone’s name just by seeing them, can you? So you didn’t ‘just see’ me, how do you know my name? Answer! –The man had to realize it wouldn’t be so easy to put the girl on his side, even though she now wasn’t planning on letting the man go either, since he seemed to have very crucial information for her.
Not only confessing having noticed Mitsuharu’s presence since he arrived, but the man also mentioned something about an old relic Kazuya had stolen. Could it be that Kazuya had a digimon too? That was something she had considered since she started this chasing, but she hadn’t been able to see him during these past days; it was only logical the man was hiding it very well. –A digimental? –She asked, lowering her gaze towards the small dragon resting inside her purse, still staring at the man. –Do you happen to know what’s that?
-I don’t. –Mitsuharu shook his head. –But I assume it’s not impossible for an item with such capacities to exist, Sensei. To be fair, I feel like I can still reach greater stages of power. –One thing was for sure, this man knew things about Tsukiko, but didn’t know much about Mitsuharu, since he was assuming the dragon knew things a regular digimon would know. That was maybe a point on her favor against him, even though she wasn’t completely sure on how that could help her.
-So you’re telling me Kazu-chan stole this object and now he's being chased by you? –The pink haired girl asked. –What are you? Some sort of avenger? Maybe a police digimon? –Granted, she was only throwing wild guesses, but if this man was so interested in Kazuya, it was possible it was his job to stop humans performing evil actions. –I just found this small digimon some days ago in an alley, and I want to return him to his world. –The blue-eyes girl explained. -I know Kazu-chan is somehow involved in this because I saw him going out of that exact same alley and I have noticed he has been acting extremely weird. –She continued. –I still can’t ask him directly, though. –The girl’s pride kept stopping her from doing so, but she decided to not give any more information before she received some proves. –How do you want me to help you? –She asked, in a defying tone. –I am not doing a thing for you until you prove everything you have just said, anyway. I want to see you are in fact a digimon, and I want to know your name. –The girl showed a confident smirk on her face. If this man needed her, she was going to get some information from him too. Nevertheless, even though she was making sure of not showing any weakness whatsoever, she was actually kind of scared, was she about to see another digimon? What would it look like?

The blonde haired man smiled at the girl who seemed confused, can he blame her ? He is a strange man who knows more about her than she wants, but he did not care as long as she he could get her to do what he wants everything will be ok. He shook his head slowly, almost dissapointed at her "What ? Was I not clear ? I want to be your friend, helping each other doesn't that sound like a great thing ?" He said with a somewhat sarcastic tone a sly smile was painted on his face, he felt mysterious. He then was suprised when he learned that Tsuki's partner did not know about the holosuits, there was room for error, what bothered him is why did he not know ? This digimon proved to be an interesting speicemen, perhaps when he is through with Kazuya and his partner he could study him further. "Well now you know Tsuki-chan, its a neat little trick isn't it ?" He said smiling at the girl, her unease and fear while understandable they representend an obstacale, an obstacale he needs to overcome. But you know what they say, Rome was not built in a day, so he would need to slowly gain her trust which did not seem to be a hard task, not if Kazuya is their common enemy.
He then chuckled as she tried to turn the tables and be the person asking the question, that made him chuckle as it was an admirable effort. "Me a bad guy, my lady you wound me with those words. My duty is to capture bad guys and take them to court, so no I am a good guy. As for that I think you should know already Tsuki-chan, I have been doing to you what you are doing to Kazu-chan. I followed you around, I had to make sure you are not his associate. I could risk my noble cause, but I am sure you have your reason to creep on Kazuya, like maybe because its a dirty buisness strategy or mybe its personal ? ." The man said as he smirked "But I suggest you tone down your voice my lady, you should avoid making a scene or we both regret what will happen next." He said as he gave Tsukiko a look that indicated, it wasn't necessary a threatining look but it wont make a person comfortable.
Mitsuharu continued to suprise the man, why did he not know about the digimentals ? Is it possible that the fact that he was born here had anything to do with it ? This did not please the man as he hated the fact that he does not have complete grip over the situation, but it should matter not as Mitsuharu is too weak to really mess up his plan. "Again I am suprised by your lack of knowledge, it might put Tsukiko in danger you sure you are a good partner ? " he then decided to tease Mitsuharu, his reason for this is to have fun with him.
He then nodded at her claims, they were not true but she does not need to know that does she ? "Yes I am a part of an organization that tracks down evil doers, comparing us to the police is fairly accurate. And he did not just steal the object, he also somehow managed to unlock its power which makes him a powerful criminal that needs to be approached carefully. " The man said, trying to feed the girl more reason to fear Kazuya after all if he wants her to work for him he needed for them to have one common enemy didn't he ? He then nodded "oh so that must be why." He said as he placed his hand on his chin, this new nugget of information explained two things, first Mitsuharu's strange lack of knowledge and second it confirms what the Digitamamon said earlier. "I see that must be when he made his escape from the digital world where Mitsuharu is from, you see my colleagues wanted to stop him there but he escaped and never came back and thats why I was sent here. " He said, his tone was so convincing that he believed himself, but then the girl said something that peeked his interest. "Oooh and why is that ? What makes you say that ?" The man said as he possibily found something, something that could help him gain more control over the whole situation.
"Fair enough, I understand what you mean. But if I do that here, it will blow my cover, if you want to see my true form why dont you follow me to that alley over there or are you scared ?" He said teasing the girl, hoping she would follow him.

Usually having trouble to hide how she really felt, Tsukiko could not disguise the fact that this man’s cookery bothered her a notch. Even if this was the case, the fact that this person could help her unveil so many secrets regarding digimon was something she was that interested in to even let pass the blonde gentleman’s attitude; no, truth be told, she not only wanted to discover everything about digimons and to help Mitsuharu go back home, she also wanted to uncover Kazuya for the allegedly criminal he was. She wasn’t about to let that man harm any more people… animals… digital creatures… whatever. It was undeniable that she had an interest in beating her ex-boyfriend in his own game.
Line after line, this mysterious man kept throwing incredible revelations; he had been following her? Apparently, he was creepy far beyond his looks. She supposed this could be justified by the fact that he was, in fact, some sort of form of digimon justice, but it was still weird and awkward he had been following her to even know her name after these two days. In the end, he was right, Tsukiko needed to remain calm if she wanted to get some answers from this person, just like he wanted to get them from her.
-P-Partner? –Mitsuharu seemed confused at the concept. Sure, he and Tsukiko, more than apprentice and master were friends, but did he tried to reflect something else with that ‘partner’ word? Was he supposed to protect Tsukiko? From what? Both the dragon and the pink haired girl were rather confused at the bunch of words used by the man, but tried to keep track of his explanations as well as they could, after all, they didn’t have a choice, and they both had to nourish the more they could from this exchange.
If everything this man-digimon was saying was actually true, then Kazuya was a dangerous man with some sort of ancient source of power that could make him extremely dangerous. –How is he planning on using this power? –Mitsuharu was still peeking from Tsukiko’s purse. –Does he have a digimon helping him? –The situation was clearly worrisome for both peers, and it was slowly starting to make sense inside of the blue-eyed girl’s head. That day, a portal from the Digital World, opened, and Kazuya went through it, back into this world. Somehow, the egg which Mitsuharu hatched from was also brought to this world with him, and that’s when Tsukiko found him. –What about the girl? –Maybe she was giving away information the man didn’t know, but she had to know what was up with this young lady suddenly spending so much time with Kazuya. –He has been spending time with some underage girl, and she came out that alley that day too. Is she some sort of criminal too? Is she helping him? Or maybe he’s tricking her to work for him? –Without even noticing, Tsukiko had started believing the man’s story, and was starting to even commit with the information it gave, even to the point of considering his labor as noble, coming to a completely unknown world disguised to fulfill his mission and continue his duty.
-You know my name and even Mitsuharu’s, but you never told me yours. What’s your name? –If they were going to form some kind of association, then she had to know how to call him, and most importantly, his real form. Nevertheless, there was still some information the girl wasn’t ready to reveal to him, especially about her past with Kazuya. –I… I simply don’t get along with him, so I can’t confront him about this, I just don’t want to talk to him. –A sad countenance escaped Tsukiko, she lowering her gaze and wrinkling her lips. –B-But I can help you! Just tell me what to do and I’ll do it, I want to stop that man too.
-Sensei… -Mitsuharu, inside her purse, could only look at her. He didn’t entirely trust this digimon, but he would act alongside the girl that found him as a baby and saved him from having to face a completely unknown world by himself. In the end, if things went wrong, he could only hope he was strong enough to stop this creature from hurting his master. -I trust you know what you’re doing. –He simply muttered in the end.
-That is, of course. –The girl continued addressing the blonde man, raising two fingers on her right hand. –If you do two things for me. First, you have to prove all of what you’ve just said by showing me your real form. And then, you need to explain to me all you know about this Digital World and these concepts I’m not familiar with.
After walking inside the alley, Mitsuharu and Tsukiko would only wait for the digimon to reveal his true identity.

The blonde man was genuienly suprised by the ignorance displayed by both Tsukiko and Mitsuharu, how little did they know ? Mitsuharu even emitted a strong aura field around himself, was the man wrong in thinking Mitsuharu was a powerful digimon reborn ? Or was Mitsuharu just a new born baby born with more power than he can handle ? Either way, the man wanted to make sure he observe this digimon, after he takes care of another problem that is. He turns towards Tsukiko and looks unamused by her and her partners question, for a second there he thought they were joking " Wait you seirously do not know ? Thats fine I guess, yes he does have a partner. A very strong digimon a lion knight that goes by the name Royland, he is very dangerous and skilled. I honestly don't know who is stronger him or Mitsuharu, but if I have to bet I will have to say him. Unless you have something to prove little Mitsuharu ? Do you think Tsukiko's training was suffecient ? " The man said, his intent is malovelent. He aims to wound the pride of Mitsuharu so he can convince him more easily, surely this should enrange the digimon. He then listens to Tsukiko who seems worried about the girl, and later smiles as he sees her slowly buying what he was selling just now. " Yes, I have investigated the girl as well. She is innocent, Kazuya seems to know his way with words, he tricked her into helping him. Poor girl thinks he is a good person, I simply cant stand watch as he tries to corrupt the youth." The man said all emotional " So thats why I need you to help me stop him, he is too dangerous to let roam free" the man said as he looked like he wanted to achieve a noble goal. "Oh but ofcourse what was I thinking, how rude of me. Allow me to introduce myself, people call me Argus the watcher, but you guys can just call me Argus." He said with a confident smirk on his face, it seemed like his work is near complete. But then something happened that made even Argus confused, Tsukiko face was filled with sorrow when she talked about why she does not talk with Kazuya. He did not understand the complete nature of their relationship but it does not seem like a happy one, which made him happy, whatever negative emotions she felt towards Kazuya can now be used to fuel her to work for him. She couldn't be more perfect for this job, "I see thats good, I am glad you decided to help me Tsukiko." But the only thing stopping her from working for him is her lack of knowledge a symptom he has the cure for. He only nodded his head before going in the alley, after making sure no one was watching them he transformed after a black mist covered his body for a couple of seconds it slowly went away revealing something that was not entirely human. "This is my real form, its also known as Duskmon. But keep calling me Argus. " after 30 seconds Argua decided to quickly go back to his "human" form. " That was long enough, anymore than that and we will risk being caught by a regular human. " he said with a cunning smile on his face " Alright now, I shall teach you about digimon and the home of digimon, the digital world. You see to put it in simple terms the digital world is an alternare world from yours, both cannot coexisit at the same time, yet they can interact with each other. We digimon are digital beings, digital monsters if you will. We unlike you humans who aside from aesthitic changes come in 2 form, male and female, we can come in many different shapes and forms. As you have just seen, my real form is different from any of Mitsuharu's or Kazuya's partner who comes in a shape of a lion, but thats only tip of the iceberg if you will. I honestly don't know how many types of digimon are there to be exact. As for the partner thing, some humans are granted a device and a digimon partner, and it is said that a human can bring out some hidden strength in digimon, although I have not seen the results of a human powered digimon and as you have already guessed by now digimon have will of their own, so if Kazuya's digimon partner is still with him, that means he is also evil. " Argus continued to explain as his talk went on and on, explaining the whole digital world phenomena to Tsukiko, the talk went on for a lot longer than he intially wanted but it proved to be really fun.

During these two days, Tsukiko had not gotten the chance of actually seeing much of Kazuya, she could even consider her search as infructuous, being the most important lead seeing that curly haired girl again just some minutes ago. –I did see him going out to eat yesterday with a blonde guy definitely younger than him after work. –The girl quirked an eyebrow. –Could that be… his partner using a holosuit too!? –How was she supposed to know who was an holosuited digimon or not? Things were getting more and more confusing. –Did you feel something weird about that boy upon seeing him yesterday, Mitsuharu?
-I couldn’t tell, Sensei. We were kind of far away and I didn’t pay much attention. It could be I didn’t feel it with him since he wasn’t that close and addressing you like this guy was doing. –The small dragon didn’t take his eyes off the blonde long-haired gentleman in front of them. He then clenched his teeth upon hearing the man talk. –A swordsman of justice is what I am! I would never lose against some evil creature, much less one that uses his sword for treacherous doings. –Mitsuharu turned at Tsukiko, a determined glance on his face. –I trust in the power passed by Sensei to me.
Just the idea of Kazuya lying to another woman, even though it was an underage girl she didn’t even know, bothered Tsukiko more than she could put into words, but also made her feel very bad for the teenager. –Poor girl… -She then nodded as the man introduced himself as Argus. –Okay then, Argus. You already know my name and Mitsuharu’s, so you know what’s the only thing left.
The two digimon and the pink haired girl walked into a dark alley, barely illuminated by the sunset glow covering Shibuya. Tsukiko looked around, making sure no one was seeing them; the small passage seemed to be between two buildings that, surprisingly, not even had windows pointing towards it, so it seemed like a safe place for Argus’ revelation. -What the…? –The blue-eyed girl could only mutter as some sort of dark fog engulfed the man’s body. She couldn’t even tell where it was coming from, but some shivering took over her whole body; this was not a feeling she was used to having, but she was scared. Her eyes widened as she could see the figure of the man changing behind the mist, her lower lip wrinkled and a terrified expression made its way to her face. It was true, it was happening, it wasn’t a dream and it was very much real, she was about to see how what at first she thought was a human became a digimon.
If at first, Argus' human form startled her, to then pass to give her a feeling of uneasiness, this thing was a whole other deal. A dark aura could actually be felt around the creature; Tsukiko could actually feel the energy coming out of this Digimon. The so-called Duskmon (As Argus explained was the name of its species) had a human-shaped body, like he was some sort of warrior, wearing a pitch black armor that had what seemed to be... Eyes? on its shoulders, knees, and forearms. At first, the sight was disturbing, but the energy it released with its sole presence somehow drawn Tsukiko to keep watching him.
This ended quickly; having proved his point, Argus came back to his human form, after around half a minute. This was enough to convince Tsukiko, honestly, she couldn't ask for more. It didn't become real until this point, but the truth was that a second Digimon, very different from the one she had met only four days ago had appeared in front of her, to ask her to help him stop Kazuya Oda.
The girl then quietly listened to everything Argus had to explain. This had definitely been the best condition she could have asked for. The blonde man's speech helped her understand so many concepts she didn't know about, it did leave her some questions, but it gave her mainly answers. -A device? -Tsukiko muttered. -So Kazuya has one of those to power up his Digimon? What now, then? I think I have told you pretty much everything I know about him that could be relevant for this. What do you want me and Mitsuharu to do next?
Luckily, Tsukiko turned back her gaze at the entrance of the building just in time to see Kazuya Oda, going out of it with that curly haired girl again. -It's them! What should I do now? Follow them or something?

Argus nodded at Tsukiko's statement, she seemed to be quick to adapt at the very least. "You are correct that blonde boy is also a digimon in disquise, a terryfing one at that. Both he and Kazuya felt my presence, I almost got caught and failed to capture them. I will avoid such tragedy." Argus said clenching his fist, slowly getting more and more in character. By now he seemed to be so close to completely convince his new partners that his story is real, the mysterious history between Kazuya and Tsukiko really helped his cause, now all he had to do now is somehow convince Mitsuharu.
And that suprisingly was not as hard as he had imagined it will be, as the prideful digimon took what Argus said with a grain of salt. That was good now he saw Royland as the enemy, which is what he needed to acheive his goal. "Yes I am sure you can do this Mitsuharu, those who tred the path of justice can never be stopped, dont you agree fellow brother of justice ?." Argus said filled with passion or atleast he appeared to be, for now the man will say whatever he needed to get the two of them on his side. He did not enjoy it but it was a necessary act to reach the one thing he desired, his paradise. Argus then nodded at Mitsuharu, the digimon seemed to have faith in whatever training he was give to by his Partner.
Argus then lowered his gaze when Tsukiko expressed sympathy for the young girl, he then succesful made it sound that he was actually sad for her "yes poor girl indeed, she does not know what criminal she is with. That monster Kazuya proved to know his way with words, him convincing her to be on his side was probably an easy task for that monster. We need to stop him and in turn save her." Argus said his hand crossed as he looked at the ground, while it was not clear to her but he smiled but only for a split second, his true personality slipped away for a second.
While at the ally, Argus's real form seemed to have visibly disturbed the young girl. Her stare, her scared body language the lack of words were all thing Argus was long accustomed to. It was not like he was ignorant to how he really looked, he knew what terrifying monster he looks like, yet it was not something he loathed. For all intents and purposes this form was something he thought fits him really well, a true monster with a hideous form, how poetic or atleast thats what he thought.
But then he was back to his holo-suit which was alot more easy on the eyes, he then looked Tsukiko in the eye she seemed convinced enough to help him. This was a glorious moment, now his plan can be sent on motion. "Yes a device they call a digivice, this digivce is also the home of that item Kazuya stole. I need to find a way to seperate it from him." But before Argus could be able to finish his plan to Tsukiko he would then see who else but Kazuya himself to leave the building. "Listen time is of the essence now, I need you to follow him and somehow extract the digivice from him. Once you did that you should be able to find a way to remove the digimental from his digivice and successfully restore it, putting it back to its original place where it can choose a rightful champion. I am sorry, but I am unable to join you in that mission, I know I ask too much from you Tsukiko but the feind Kazuya is smart, if he senses any danger from he might endanger the little girl. So only you can do it, but I believe in you and remember avoid involving the girl. " Argus's last statement would generally be seen as him being scared for the well being of the girl, but was it the truth ? "Anyways I will now go, but do not worry I will be watching you in case you needed help. But I will be far from you or Kazuya's line of sight, good luck." And with that Argus left the alley, only to dissapear within the crowd moments later.
Back to Kazyuya who was dressed fairly casually, he was now looking to stop a taxi. Usually he would have drived them to their destination, using either his personal motor cycle or car but thanks to his injury he could not do that. Luckily it did not take a long while for them to find a taxi, which after negotiating with it the two took to their destination that was a lovely cafe not too far away from Kazuya's house. The two then sit on a table order their drinks and begin to partake in a lovely chat. Not knowing there was a pink haired woman watching them, who if she looked carefully she can find a green device hanging from Kazuya's left pocket.

Luckily, the usually crowded streets of Shibuya at such hour gave Tsukiko the perfect cover she needed for this endeavor. At first, she had used her scooter to follow the cab Kazuya and the girl had taken, trying to always remain at least a couple of blocks away from them to avoid being noticed. She definitely had a hard time following Kazuya, since she was someone he knew and would probably recognize upon sight; considering she had pink hair, it wasn’t like she could really be mistaken by someone else. Nevertheless, Tsukiko’s commitment with this mission was still there, and she was going get a hold of that so-called digivice.
Parking her scooter near the cafe’s entrance not long after seeing Kazuya’s cab stop right there, she decided to wait outside of the place for a minute before making her entrance, while she pulled out a pair of dark glasses from her purse and a baseball hat. –Sensei, that’s a very smart deceiving tactic! –Mitsuharu could only mutter from inside the purse. -Since Kazuya knows me, I really can take no chances, can I? At least I know he’s not with that Royland digimon, because I can’t see that blonde boy anywhere around. -The dragon’s gaze turned into a worried one upon hearing that name. –Brothers of justice, huh? –The reminiscence of Argus’ words made its way through Mitsuharu’s head. -Hey, listen to me. –The Pukamon raised his gaze upon hearing the blue-eyed girl’s voice. –You’re not his 'brother of justice' or anything like that, okay? We don’t even know if he’s actually a warrior of justice. I’ve got my doubts about that guy too but… he gave us some information and the only thing that matters is stopping Kazuya. The only thing I can assure you is that Kazuya Oda is not a good man.
-Yes, Sensei! –A determined Mitsuharu pronounced. -I am sorry for dragging you into all of this. I know I probably wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t about Kazuya but… -Do not say another word, Sensei. -The Pukamon interrupted the girl immediately. -You being willing to go this far to stop such a hideous man is admirable. -Let’s go.
The first thing she noticed upon entering the small coffee shop was that her raven-haired ex-boyfriend was sitting with his back towards the entrance, so he didn’t even see her go in. The curly haired girl, who seemed to be ordering at the moment, looked at Tsukiko for a second as she went through the door, but quickly turned her attention back at the waitress. Upon facing the decision of where should she take a seat at, the girl concluded it was the best to seat at least two tables apart from the duo; and of course, with her back facing Kazuya’s, since she didn’t want him to recognize her in case he decided to turn. Giving that the cafe wasn’t at all crowded, unlike the streets around the place, she even considered that she might have the chance of listening what they were talking about, if she was lucky enough, at least.
The only thought that constantly went through Tsukiko’s mind at the moment was finding the way of not involving the girl in all of this. If she actually was innocent, it was extremely dangerous for her to be around Kazuya, but there was also no way that Tsukiko could take her away from the man, so her best chance was to remove that power from his grasp. Slowly turning her head back at their table, the girl could spot a small green device coming out of Kazuya’s pocket. Could that be what she was looking for? Probably since, just like anything digimon-related, it didn’t look like something she had seen before. It was a bit oval-shaped and had a small screen and an antenna.
–I think I see the digivice. -You do, Sensei? How are you planning on taking it? –A curious Mitsuharu asked. -I am not sure just yet, but I’ll come up with something. –For now, since she wasn’t at all a fan of coffee, the girl just ordered some bottle grape juice and waited for the right moment, while she casually browsed through her cell phone, trying to not raise too much attention.
Occasionally, she just whispered something at Mitsuharu, who replied with a whisper too from inside his purse. –Can you sense another digimon’s presence around here? -I really don’t. –He whispered back. –I think we’re safe for now, Sensei.
-Good. –One less thing to worry about for now, at least!

Kazuya so far had zero suspicion that they were being followed, what with his dissapointing talk with his boss earlier he really wanted nay needed this time to take his mind off of things atleast tonight. So thats why he just enjoyed having a pleasant conversation with the young girl, Kazuya never really had and younger brother or sister even when he really wanted to. So in some way he saw Katherine as his younger sibling and so he cared for her, while in the begining their talk was mostly mundane stuff like her school life and various tips Kazuya had for the girl, it was a simple talk but it was so much fun for both parties involved.
But after they got their drinks the two of them began to talk about the more important topic, the topic that was looming over their heads filling them with fear and unease. The fact that a powerful and terrible digimon by the name of Void is still roaming free, Katherine was visibly more distraught about this whole thing when compared to Kazuya. The older man calmed her down assuring to her that they are both doing their post to make sure he is stopped, the two knew how dangerous that Void can be but Katherine and her partner Jazz had more of a connection to the whole thing, since Void used the power of a gem they have been searching for infact they found a couple of its sister too. And as the talk continued the both of them sadly came to the conclision that none of them knew where the dastard Void is, putting a sour mood over this whole talk.
But soon there after something will happen, something that will have a strange domino effect on the whole day. After Kazuya and the girl finish their talk Kazuya insists on paying for everything as usual and he does so, then they stand up ready to leave. But then Kazuya had a phone call, so the raven haired man decided to reach for his pocket, using his left hand. He accidentaly applies more pressure on his left hand than he should have, hurting him in the process, Kazuya was so distraught that he carelessly dropped his digivice without knowing. The younger girl would have been able to notice the falling digivice if she hadn't be more concerened with the man himself, who only sustained that injury to protect her. After making sure he is fine the girl reminded him of his call, he then took it and heard the good news, he will be able to relax tomorrow as they have found his replacement for that day overjoyed Kazuya arranged for a cab to come pick them taking them back to his home first, so the girl can pick up her digimon partner first. Completely unware of the fact that his digivice fell.
Once they reached home, they found both Roy and Jazz asleep on the couch, with both of them holding hand and Jazz having her head rested on Roy's shoulder. Kazuya and Katherine both decide to take a picture of this to use for later use, and then wake them up. After doing so everyone said there good bye as Kazuya made sure Katherine got on a taxi safely and headed home, today was good day. Or atleast thats what he thought.

The doubtful thoughts the girl held about this man and the mission she had been entrusted with were long gone for now inside her head; right now, she was completely focused on the work at hand, and was going to give her best to fulfill it. While the conversation between Kazuya and this girl continued, Tsukiko could only go through her head thinking of any possible ways of getting her grip into this digivice. It was right there, she could see it, but couldn’t think of a way of somehow getting a grasp on it; if she wasn't someone that the man could recognize at simple view, this would have been as easy as getting close to the table as a random stranger asking for a favor or something of the sorts. But even though she thought very poorly of him, Kazuya and she had history, they had been together for around three years, of course he would remember her; he was evil, just not stupid. And again, the pink hair didn’t help at all to avoid being recognized. The crazy idea of offering money to a waitress to get closer to the man and snatch the object was quickly dismissed too, it was very unlikely a waitress accepted to do such a thing.
The truth was that, due to all of these factors, whatever plan she came up with, had to work on a first attempt. If she blew her cover and Kazuya actually saw her, she wouldn’t be able to follow him anymore; not to mention the devastating effect that would have on her pride. No, Kazuya couldn’t see her, there was no way that was going to happen! the simple thought of having to engage any kind of conversation with him made her shake and feel extremely awkward. Nope, the plan had to be PERFECT for him to not notice her presence.
As she thought, Tsukiko couldn’t really listen to what they were saying, nothing but a couple of words that barely managed to reach her ears. –Can you hear them? –Taking a sip of her juice, the girl simply whispered in a very low tone. –M-Me? Not at all, Sensei. –At first, startled by the question, Mitsuharu firmly responded. –Well, you’re some kind of a dragon-walrus or a seal or something like that aren’t you? You should be able to detect vibration and that kind of… -The girl lowered her gaze in a sly manner to catch a glance of Mitsuharu’s face, but she interrupted herself as she could almost see a giant question mark over his head. He had no idea of what she was talking about; then again, her fault for expecting any different, she had to remember that, for some effects, she was basically speaking with a creature born 4 days ago.
-I’m sorry, Sensei! –He still had an answer for everything, didn’t he? The Pukamon whispered intensively bowing his head. –Silly…
Argus never said she had to get the digivice in her first attempt, right? Just making sure the girl was not endangered for today was good enough, maybe. Of course, it felt like a very lame consolation prize, but stealing an ancient piece of power out of a between-two-worlds wanted criminal without him being able to even look at her, wasn’t going to be easy, and she should have known this. The chat seemed to be over and both the man and the girl headed for the exit, while Tsukiko’s deep blue eyes were fixed on both of them; the man seemed to be receiving a phone call and as he went to pick it up, he seemingly felt the pain of an injury he had sustained on his hand.
“Chance!?” Tsukiko thought, as she saw the digivice fall into the ground. No, not yet; if she ran there to get it and the man turned it would be over. She had to wait for both of them to leave the cafe. Even though she never thought she would be that incredibly lucky for that to happen, it did; they both left the building leaving the gadget resting on the floor. Now was time, before anyone noticed that thing was there, before Kazuya himself noticed he did not have it and came back to the coffee shop, she had to act quickly.
The orange color of the sunset made its way through the curtains as Tsukiko entered her apartment, dropping the keys on the table. Mitsuharu would immediately come out, and evolve to his Bushi Agumon form. –I can’t believe we made it. –The girl said in a flat tone, placing some sort of small, egg-shaped totem of a light blue color over the table, at her living room. You are never as thankful to live alone as when you enter your house with an ancient piece of digital power and a talking dragon that transforms into a yellow dinosaur with a kimono as soon as you go in. The girl reached for the remote on her couch and turned on the TV, the news seemed to be on.
-And just like that, under very odd circumstances, the food robbery that kept occurring during nights at this old restaurant just in front of Miyashita Park, stopped last night.
-In other news, power outages keep occurring at several pl-
The girl simply lowered the volume, took off her sneakers and laid on her couch, slowly falling asleep. There was pretty much nothing she could do to make Argus appear, so she would only wait for him to show up.
Suddenly, a knock on her door woke her up, she pulled out her cell phone to see the time: 10:16 pm.

Kazuya was now chilling and relaxing on the couch, while a holo suited Roy wore an apron was cleaning up the house, at first glance you would think he was forced to do that but if you look closely Roy really enjoyed doing that. "Hey Kazuya can we go later get ice cream after dinner ? I really want chocolate, I love chocolate." Roy said innocently with a wide smile on his face, Kazuya's mind immediatelt thought of asking if thats why he goes gaga over Jazz, but honestly he was too tired to mess with his partner. "Yeah sure, we can do that. I want to take a little nap right now, we should talk after I do that ok ?" Kazuya said before yawning, and resting on his couch. Roy was overjoyed and cotinued with his work that he finished way before Kazuya woke up, he spent the rest of his time reverting back to a spadamon and honing his skills, a routine he did daily as he had hoped he wont fall behind Jazz.
Kazuya will later wake up at 10 :00 pm, after stretching his arms Kazuya then took out his phone to see all the messages he recieved, and after being bored with all the messages from people he did not know all too well a message fro Katherine that just said "hope you get will soon mr Oda" really made him genuinely smile, he then got up and turned to his partner who was still training. "Alright I am up now, what do you want to have for dinner before the ice cream, and no do not think about saying Sushi." Kazuya said firmly.
"Aw man, ok ok fair enough, how about we get some empanada? It looks delicious and I want to try it." The real reason he even thought about trying that was because Jazz talked so fondly of it, and to him if he finds Jazz likes he needs to atleast try it.
"Huh I never had that now that I think about it, eh screw it I am in the mood to try something new. Ok let me just check everything is in place." He initially meant the package from earlier, but suddenly he noticed something was missing, something really important. "Crap, Roy. I think I lost the digivice." Kazuya said as he immediately thought of who could have done it, his first thought went to none other than Void.
Roy however was confused and shocked and only managed to utter "What....the......heck"
However back to the theifs house, Argus was able to keep an eye on her but he could not make out what really happened. The only thing he saw was that the little girl did get involved which was good, cause if she had been involved Argus would have had to make a retreat to rethink his plans. But enough thinking about hypotheticals, the current result is the only thing that really matters. So he walked up to her apartment and started to bang on the door, moments later Tsukiko opened the door for him.
Once he entered he was immeditely recognized everything around him, since he was watching her for a while now. He then turned towards with a smile on his face "now, like I said I have been keeping an eye on the mission. But sadly I could'nt see as much as I wanted, but I did see that Kazuya did not hurt the girl, that alone deserved a congratulations. " he said before clapping to Tsukiko "but now tell me how did it go, were you able to get the digimental ?" He said with a seirous face.

Sort of startled at the knocking sound at first, Tsukiko just rubbed her eyes and took a deep breath, slowly walking towards the door. –Coming… -Where was Mitsuharu anyways? She took a glance around the living room but she didn’t see him anywhere close. Maybe he was resting around the window of her room, like he used to do. Before getting the door, the girl turned on the lights of the kitchen and living room, to be able to see, since she had fallen asleep when the sunset light barely illuminated her home.
-You sure took your time, didn’t you? –The girl just looked at Argus quirking an eyebrow at the man. It was logical to assume he wanted to give her time to complete her task and that he probably didn’t expect to have fulfill her mission so quickly. She couldn’t deny she had her share of luck, though, and that she probably couldn’t have managed to finish the job so quickly in other case.
-Why didn’t you follow Kazuya yourself? –She immediately asked after the man went in. It was time to test this man a little. –I mean, I suppose he could recognize you since you say he’s a wanted criminal you’ve been chasing for a while but… that doesn’t change too much regarding me, I was taking the risk of being recognized too. –The girl walked towards the fridge to take out a bottle of water. –Do you want water or something like that? –She asked, before starting to drink hers.
Tsukiko let go a sigh before answering the man’s question. –It wasn’t at all easy but… I managed to get it. –The girl then pointed towards the item over the table at her living room. –It’s that thing, right? I really hope it is. Mitsuharu said he actually could feel some sort of digital energy coming out of it, so I suppose that’s what Kazu-chan was using to power up this Royland digimon. –The girl lowered her gaze, reflectively; for a second, she questioned the fact of Kazuya being capable of doing something like this, but she promptly shook it off her head, of course, he was very much capable… right? –Sadly, I couldn’t get the digivice. I barely took advantage of him getting distracted and managed to fiddle with the thing enough to pull the digimental out, but I immediately had to put it back inside his pocket before he noticed, since I was afraid if he noticed it was gone he would hurt that girl or something like that. –Tsukiko was never very good at lying or deceiving, but she sure hoped it worked this time, because she definitely didn’t want to have Argus as an enemy. –I think I probably can get the digivice for sure next time… in case you need that too.
The blue-eyed girl was not done, though; she still had a bunch of questions more for Argus. –Tell me, what kind of crime did Kazuya commit? Apart from stealing that thing, did he hurt anyone with it? Where did he take that form? –More like a threatening look in her eyes, she couldn’t help but have a worried countenance. Did she want to find a flaw in Argus' story? Why? Did she want to discover Argus was not a good guy? Or did she actually want to discover Kazuya was not a bad guy? The doubts filling her head started to trouble her. –About this girl... how can we help her? I really don’t think she means bad. I would like to get her away from Kazuya, I would like her to see the real evil in him!

Argus looked at Tsukiko who asked a simple question, so he gave her the most simple answer. "I did not expect you to finish so quickly, my apologize for underestimating you and making you wait." He said with a curtious smile on his face, well luckily he only needed to put up this facade for just a little more. Luckily her next question only required an even more simple answer "yeah while your statement is correct, there is a fundemental difference between what would have happened had he noticed me or if he had noticed you. If he knew a digimon was after him he will probably did something reckless and probably makes lose all of our chances. Putting many lives at risk." Argus eleqouently stated as he was sure that such an answer would be more than enough to satisfy her, infact in an ironic twist Argus believed his own lie for a second but luckily for him he did not lose sight of his original goal. He then simply gestured to her that he did not require any water or any sort of drinks "Thanks but I do not want any drink, your gesture is appreciated ms Tsukiko." He said so firm an on point, he really did not care for whats going on as long as he gets close to his goal.
Argus smiled as his eyes were on the prize, Royland's digimental. He honestly did not expect the girl to successed and he thought she would just fail, he was even prepared to use her failure as a distraction a sacrifice for his plan, something he thought was a noble cause. But lo and behold the girl was very successful as the digimental sat there waiting for him, he only assumed that fate had something more in store for this girl than he initially assumed. "Amazing, you did an excellent job handling this mission. You did better than me, you actually managed to acheive what I couldn't." Argus said with a smile on his face as he placed his hand on Tsukikos shoulder "Thank you Tsukiko." He said as he head towards the digimental, grabbing it looking at it before inserting it into his chest a flash light appeared as the digimental made contact with his chest, but it quickly dissapeared. The blonde hair man turned to Tsukiko who could have been justifiably confused if even a little scared, "now its safe, the only way the two of them can get hold of it without my premission is to destroy me." He said in a nonchalant and matter of fact way, it wouldn't be suprisied if Tsukiko was confused.
"Dont worry about it, as long as we have this digimental everything should go our way. " Argus said as he scanned the room once more, something disturbed him. No matter where he looks he cant find Mitsuharu anywhere, this obviously made him feel a lil suspicious, but there was no reason to fear that little digimon, if he actually decided to betray him he can deal with him really easy. The missing Mitsuharu situation got even worse when Tsukiko gave Argus's a weird excuse, he had sensed she might be lying to him. But there was no evidence and he saw no reason to destroy his trust over baseless accusations. "Like I said before, its fine. We would get it next time."
Tsukiko next question however was not as easy to respond to, he was frozen for a couple of seconds as he searched for a way to answer that question "yes sure, like I said before Kazuya is a dangerous man, who managed with the help of his partner search around an ancient ruins and find and steal a powerful artifact almost killing three innocent digimon in the process, but why the sudden question ? Dont tell me you began to doubt the validity of my claims, cause that will make me dissapointed in you Tsuki-chan after we reached an agreement and all that. " Argus said, he suddenly appeared more threatning. His body language was intimidating as he placed his hand on her shoulder again and looked down on her. "Dont you worry about her she will be safe, because after I am done dealing with Kazuya, he wont be able to hurt anyone again." The tone of the man was eerie.
Kazuya and Royland who now wore a holo suit, searched everywhere for the digivice but found no such luck there. After a long search the duo began to feel desperate as they decided to head back home, tell Katherine and Jazz about this and ask them to help search for it. But if only they knew that wont be necessary.
