(This a direct sequel to this digimonforumrp.freeforums.net/thread/5480/souji?page=2#scrollTo=59319)Souji nodded at Ooi statement, it was true he was fairly new at this and truth be told he doesn't even know how to propely fight while in his spirit form, he just allows the spirit to do it for him. " I hope you are right, I really want to have my spirit regain all his memories as soon as possible. But that does not make it okay for me to be careless and rush through, the spirit die tell me that finding all the pieces can take like a year maybe even more, but I am ready for it no matter the odds." Souji said as he showed a bizzare sense........of confidence, it was a bit uncharacteristic from him but it felt nice to have faith in yourself. Souji was quite happy with the fact that Ooi could apperciate the way he viewed battles, the thrill of battle did not elude him, so to find someone else who shared that with him was great . "Yeah, while some people regretably cannot be negotiated with, its better to avoid necessary violence then again the people I ran into did not give me a lot of option. So I guess I do have to train and learn how to fight, even if I dont relly want to." Souji say the relecutant tone combined with his faint smile clearly display his reluctance but there was nothing he could do to change the fact that he will have to fight on his journey. But no need to dwell on such downer topic. Souji was honestly feeling a little motivated by Ooi's statement, which was not disimilar to the world most famous dead uncle, uncle ben which basically boils down to, with great power comes great responsibilty. Which was extremly true, this power he has must be put to good use atleast thats what he believed. " You are right, this power must be put to good use. I admire her efforts to help others." Souji said with a small smile on his face. He then nodded when Ooi said that Amy's family was rich, but she is too busy to travel. It wasnt that case for him, he had a rich family but he wont talk about them, not right now he fears that people will treat him differently because of that, so why mention them. Souji nodded at Amy's statement, while he did not know what her first time was actually like but he could assume all humans have a similar reaction of having their world break apart. Its hard to imagine any humans can see any digimon related thing without questioning alot of stuff about the world, truth be told he just recently came to terms with the exisistance of the digital and even now he desperately wants to know the hows and whys of the digital world . "Yeah tell me about it, finding about that world was overwhelming. Luckily I have had a couple of people to help me there, it would have been hectic otherwise." He said as he remembered the people he hung out with, he wondered what they are doing right now ? Souji was still very impressed by the feats this fancy looking and comfortable car can acheive, inter-dimensional travel is something really cool. Ofcourse the car was developed in the Rustport, a city in the digital world, or so he heard, he had never been there himself. " Oh so in the digital world ? That makes sense, the car looks cool and is comfortable. But it cost alot you say ? Well maybe I could save enough money for it, cause this is really cool. " Souji said, the car have completely amazed the young boy who cant help himself but look everywhere to see all the nice details of the car. " Great we can go pick her up after we are done eating." As soon as he said the food showed up, and it was not healthy but they were hungry so that does not matter atleast not right now. He then proceeded to devour his food, not even Souji can pretend to be classy atleast not when he is hungry. But soon the food was finished and the time for interdimensonal travel began and ended cause they found themselves in Terminus rather quickly. " Woah we really are in Terminus that is insane, wait let me look for her a second. You can wait for me here." He said before getting out of the car, his backpack still in there would it be awkard if they drove off with ? Yes, but they wont do anything like that. Souji looked around for a couple of seconds before hearing a voice call for him " Well well well, look who it is. If it isn't mister late, do you know that there was this cute digimon who tried to approach me but I turned him down cause I was waiting for you, what do you have to say to that !?" A tiny fairy that was flying in the air was beside the boy, scolding him.
"I am sorry but I can explain, I met these two. Amelie and Ooi" he said pointing at them respectively " they said they will help us search for the fragment, Amelie, Ooi meet Isabella." Souji said with a big smile on his face. Isabella was confused at their offer to help, she then smiled and waved at them " nice to meet you two. I am Souji's friend, but you should know we aren't tamer and partner right." Isabella said. Souji then opened the car door for her " hop in this car can get us to the dark area." Isabella was shocked to hear that but she got in anyways, what could go wrong. |

While Ooi could appreciate somebody taking the Digital World stuff seriously, maybe Souji was taking it way too seriously? No way for her to be absolutely certain, but showing enthusiasm wasn't something she would try stifle.
"Go at it at your pace. Look at the road, not at the destination; it'll be more enjoyable that way, don't you think? Things will go at the rhythm they have to. And, besides, no one knows what will happen when your spirits actually get their memories back, you know? Chances are things will get even more interesting there."
At least she was glad that the two of them disliked fighting. Truthfully, the act itself could be really despicable at times, even though completely necessary at others. Not applying violence unless completely necessary was undoubtedly the correct choice, at least to her.
Just like she agreed on using the power bestowed to the so-called 'digidestined' to good use. What was the point of getting an awesome gift and powers beyond your wildest dreams, if you couldn't use them for the benefit of others? Sometimes, others lost sight of something so simple, yet so obvious... it was painful at times. To that response, she nodded enthusiastically. They would get along really well, wouldn't they?
That was something they'd find out eventually. For now, their priorities were just a bit different; a bit of mentoring, and a bit of eating! "It's definitely an eye-opening experience, but I'd say that you adapted pretty well to it; hope it'll keep on being that way."
Truthfully, that tended to be the norm rather than the exception, but some encouragement wouldn't hurt anybody, right? It wasn't like she'd shot down somebody who was still fresh to a whole new world. That'd be just mean. And being mean before a meal would just cause her indigestion, anyway. Even if the food was cheap, it was still food, and wasting it wasn't something she could bring herself to do.
"Yup! Only way for this thing to be able to traverse through worlds was for it to have a bit of Digital World tech added to it. At least that's what I'd like to to believe." The brunette seemed a bit thoughtful. "Or maybe I'm being a touch too naive; it wouldn't be surprising at all if this world caught wind of digimon. And are probably keeping them under wraps. But that's probably a talk for another time."
Eventually, the group would dive into another world, and appear directly at Terminus' entrance. Souji got out of his car, and the duo just proceeded to wait for their new companion. Who happened to... be a Tinkermon; these always managed to be a little handful and have quite the ego besides their size, but usually were good mons. So that was fine.
From inside the car, they waved at the newly-introduced Isabella. "Pleased to meet you! I'm Amelie and my friend's Ooi. Hop in! We're getting to the Dark Area in a bit, so hold fast!"
Once everyone was inside (again), the engines would roar and the vehicle would take to the skies, then open yet another portal again, poof and... yup! Right to the entrance of the Dark Area. "That's it. Any clues to where we should begin? If there's any place we should be looking at at first, just tell! If not, I guess it's safe to just walk until we find something?"

Souji nodded his head at Ooi statement, perhaps she was right, being more relaxed will be overall better for him. But honestly he cant help but feel pressured, this was the first time in his life were such responsibilties fell on him, mix that with the intoxicating rush of adventure that was slowly creeping on him and you get the reason why he is so tense when it comes to the digital world. "You are probably right, if I focus on the destination I wont be able to enjoy the journey. I am just over complicating by being extra nervous aren't I ?" He said following his statement with an sofy yet sincere chuckle.
Souji noticed that he and Ooi had their fair share of differences ranging from their beleifs regarding the topic of fate and destiny, and also more mundane topic like theit favourite story telling medium but to him what was arguably the most important thing was the fact that both of them can agree that unnecessary violence is inheretly a horrible thing. From a young age Souji was bullied, infact the bullying has not stopped and that bullying affected Souji in ways he was not aware of yet. It installed on him a sense of self loathing and the in ability to be proud of anything he makes himself and a sense of loss when it comes to identity and purpose. But the one good thing that he gained from that experience is a good moral compass, making much to some people dissapointment into your typical boy scout.
So when it came to topic of responbilities regarding his new found powers, expecting anything less than an overwhelmingly postive response from Souji would be wrong. Sadly he lacks the ability to act on his belief, because even if he is strong his strength is still over shadowed by alot of things, but that shouldn't keep him down.
Souji honestly suprised and happy by Amy's word of praise as his cheeks began to glow red again as voice became lower and his gaze was not focused anymore "Uhh tha-thank you alot Amelie" he barely said. But not a moment later he collected his thoughts and stopped being flustered "but I still have a lot to learn, and I have been hoping you could teach me a bit, if its not too much ofcourse." Souji said a bit nervous, he had hoped she will agree to his request. He was bad at fighting, but the spirit was good at it, the thing was he cant keep relying on him forever can he ?
Souji then thought about Amelie said, what if humans know about digimon but they are keeping it under wraps on purpose ? No that was a crazy idea right ? "Hmmmm, thats an interesting idea cant believe I never thought it about it before. But like you said I do not think that topic would go anywhere, kinda like area 51." Souji said as much as a place where aliens are hidden from the general public entertained his fiction loving self, he could never take it seirously. But then again the digital world does exist, so for he knows aliens from space might be real.
Then Isabella hopped in the car as she was throughly impressed by its structure and elegance, she has never saw one physically. All of her knowledge about the human world came from her observing them via videos, books and even some movies. So to her this car was a weird foreign concept, "I gotta say this is really impressive, I like it." She said as she touched the seats feeling up the material its made of. But wouldn't you know seconds later and they were at the entrance of the dark area. "Woah, this thing is amazing!" Isabella said in disbelief. "Anyways Souji quick talk to your spirit and let him tell us what part of the dark area the fragment is located in." Isabella said as she was rather quick and on point.
"Oh yeah you are right, hey spirit wake up right now."
"Umm Souji, you can contact him with your thoughts you know."
"Oh yeah, oops." Souji said honestly a bit embarassed.
(Hey spirit, wake up. We reached the dark area and are a bit confused now, where should we go now ?)
(Alright alright, I am awake now. And wow colour me suprised, you got here rather quickly. Anyways its a place called a grottow of sorrow, beware its a dangerous place even by dark area standards. So you should watch yourself.)
Souji then looked at the group and relayed all the info the spirit just gave him and waited for them to head there.

Ooi decidedly nodded at Souji. In all honesty, it seemed like his decision was already done, and while she may or may not have agreed with him, that was a moot point by now. After all, at the end of the line, Souji's journey was, in essence... Souji's journey. He was more than free to think about the most appropriate path to take, and if her advice was to be heed or eschewed. That was the gist of life, and one of the few static things in a sea that could change from one moment to the next.
It wasn't a topic that would survive for much longer, anyway. There were more interesting things to discuss; discussing the so-called state of 'secrecy' digimon held, for example. "I don't think there's a 'digimon' Area 51, to be honest. They're too dangerous, and getting information about them is something you do really easily if you think about it somewhat thoroughly." In a sense, Amelie had to ponder why they hadn't been discovered just yet. "Just ask a random fifteen-year-old and you have a pretty good deal in regards to what has been discovered about them already. It doesn't get any easier than that."
Was the lingering suspension of disbelief something they were interested in discussing? Given that they already had a quest they had to fulfill, that seemed to be pretty unlikely.
A smile was the natural response at Bella's comments regarding the car. Flattery was something that one could never have enough of, after all! At least as long as the group knew where to go. That was something that Souji himself would have to take care of. After a small conversation, it became clear where they had to go.
"Grotto of sorrow, huh? Let's do it, then." The journey there would be notably short, and soon enough the group would find itself in front of the cavern's maws. Understandably, that's as far as the car went.
"Last stop." A small, confident smile ensued. They'd proceed to get out of the car after it. "Your turn to act as the guide, Souji. We're right behind you."

Souji pondered about if the can be even a goverment class secret, afer all he got there by simply being thrown in there. And he did meet a couple of humans who know all about in detail that is excluding Ooi and Amelie ofcourse. "Huh you are probably right if there were an area 51 for digimon, we would have known by now. Atleast you two would, since you have been involved with digimon and the digital for far longer than I have." He said as he rubbed his chin, there was the possibilty that both of them were hiding it from him but right now Souji had no reason to believe such a thing.
Moments later they were already in the grottow of sorrow, the fancy car did help make this journey both faster and more comfortable thank God for technology. But sadly they could'nt rely on it forever fot various reasons, but the thing that mattered right now was that they were out of the car and ready to search for the fragment. Once out Amelie told Souji to lead the way, which was the obvious course of action since his spirit was the one who had some connection to the fragment in the first place. "Alright, I will track down the fragment in no time." Souji said trying to act more confident cause in all honesty he was afraid but he was not gonna show that here not infront of everyone.
So as Souji seemed to be talking to his spirit in a quite tone and walking towards the fragment, Bella was floating next to Amy and Ooi "So guys tell me all about yourself, Souji never told me about you guys so you must have met recently right ? What made you want to help him ?" Bella asked her reasons were mixed, she was genuinely interested in the two girls but also was confused by their assitance and has lingering feeling their might be some alterior motives behind that, hopefully not but she had to know right ?
"Oh also before I forget, what are you guys capable of doing in terms of combat. You just in case some big bad tries to ruin our mojo, both me and Souji are capable of flight and I can carry if need be so if retreat is an option I can do that. But just in case we cant escape for whatever reason, I can fight decently well but Souji is better. How about you guys ?" She asked, this information was kind of important to know what to do when the time comes, since that was a much better alternitave to the other panic if they got ambushed.

Whether Amy was mistaken or not, that was something to be found out. It was flattering that Souji looked up to her on that extent, but being unable to question her words was something that could be mildly concerning, in all honesty. But... as long as it was in something that was more or less inconsequential, it'd be fine.
The brunette had to wonder what would happen when it was something that wasn't, however. Hopefully, the boy would mature by then, or Amelie would just not be mistaken ever again. Wonder which was more likely to happen!
Both Amy and Ooi smiled encouragingly to him after he promised them to lead the group towards the fragment in no time. It was time to see what he would be able to do! Or, at least, to have a small chat with the Tinkermon as he got that ready. Her questions were a bit on the interesting side, even if their answer was a bit easy!
"Well...!" Interestingly enough, it was Ooi the first one to respond. "Her name's Amelie, mine's Ooi. She's seventeen, I'm eighteen. She's a student, I work at a bookstore. And... I met Souji a couple of hours ago, in the other world! He told me he was going camping, but I had no idea that his final destination was another world..."
She made a small pause before continuing. "He told me about the spirits, and I wanted to help! So I called my bestie, who also happens to be really well-versed in the whole digimon deal! And... that's it, more or less. What about you? Take two have known each other for quite a bit!"
Regarding combat, however? Ooi shook her head. And now it was Amy's turn to talk. "Ooi can't fight, but I can evolve up to Perfect level. How about you, Bella? I'm sure you're plenty strong; you definitely look like it!"
Would Souji spot anything thus far? With any luck, he'd have found a lead or something similarly important

The group followed Souji who by now had his digivice out, he was at this time having a conversation with his spirit who believe was willing to humor the boy. Souji intended to know the spirit more, he did not want him to continue being a mysterious entity and become more of a friend that can share laughs with him. Souji however knew that this task would prove to be difficult, since from their small chat it was clear that the spirit was not intending on being anything more than a guide to the boy. Even though this saddened the boy there was nothing he could have done, to change it atleast now.
Isabella however had started a conversation with the pair of girls as they followed Souji to their destination, the fairy was suprised to hear that the girl called Ooi all met him a couple of hours ago, even though it was in line with what Souji said about not having friends aside from the people in the forest and the two people they met in the beach. Isabella had trouble believing in the good-will of the girls, but you know what they say, do not look the gift horse in the mouth right ? "Oh thats so sweet of you Ooi and Amelie, oh can I just call you Amy ? " Isabella said as she admittedly thought that sounded cute, thats her only reason but does she need a better reason ? "Oh as for me, well actually I was ambushed by these two digimon and I was cornered, they wanted to sell me for someone I do not the remember the name of oh the curse of my radiant beauty. Well they wanted to sell some in trainings but I saved those poor cute babies, then Souji and a couple of other people saved me. The other guys had partners with them so I offered to travel with Souji, it beats travelling alone and Souji is a nice guy." She said with a smile that if examined will reveal her concern for the boy, he is nice and naive she worried people will exploit his niceness.
When it came to combat it was Amy who began to talk, and wow did she know what she was doing but her friend was unable to fight, which was a shame to be honest. "Oh I see, that shoule be fine Ooi. Between the three of us, I am the weakest so you should be next to me I will protect you from danger while letting Souji and Amy fight freely." Isabella offered and after she did, it would take them a couple of moments before Souji stopped in front of a cave.
"Uhhh, so here we are. The spirit said, its inside this cave but he also said its dangerous. How do you guys want to approach this ? " Souji asked the three, but bella only looked at them as she wanted them to state their plan first perhaps as a way to test them, they would'nt know her intentions after all.

Isabella seemed like a nice individual. A bit reserved, but that was fine; the group had met less than an hour ago, after all.
The duo smiled at her words, even though being nice to a newbie in the whole Digital matter was almost on Amelie's DNA at this point. "Sure; Amy's just fine." In all honesty? Nicknames were kinda cute, even though that wasn't something to make or break a relationship.
Her own story was an interesting tale; one that was very good at showcasing how vile and malicious any given being could be. At how far anyone's greed could reach for something as pitiful as monetary gain. "That's a good action. I'm happy that you were rescued in a timely manner; slavery is such a retrograde concept it makes a bit sick to even hear it, you know? Reason enough to try and build a place where something as despicable won't ever happen, am I right?"
Of course, the brunette wouldn't lose the chance to promote her own ideas and ideals. In a sense, it was almost like a part of her core by this point, yet it wasn't something that she minded all that much.
A glance was exchanged between the two humans at the comment that followed suit. "I don't think any digimon is weaker than a human, even though this place has the potential to be really dangerous, so... having additional eyes and being on your guard is something that we all should do, no matter our species or theoretical power levels. You can leave any difficult fighting to me, however. I can deal with a good amount of what this place has to offer."
Funnily enough, as soon as Amelie had said those words, Souji pointed the location in front of them as their final destination. A cave, huh? That seemed interesting! "So, this is it." Ooi said, eyeing at the darkness a bit lazily. "I guess there's not much we can do about it."
Indeed. It wasn't like it was too hard to guess what the teenagers had in mind. "I can just evolve and barge in, then deal with any potential enemy while you try to spot and get the totem. But if there's nobody inside, there shouldn't be that big of a deal, I think. Just get in, get the thing and then get out. What about you two? I know my idea is a bit crude, so I wouldn't be opposed to something with a bit more finesse."

Isabella was happy that Amy did not seem to mind the fact that she be called that by her, even if its a bit slow but Bella began to start like the two human girls. It was truly a blessing that Souji somehow managed to gain two new friends to help them, Isabella was worried that Souji's personality would prevent him for going out of his comfort zone and engage people, but it seems like her fears were not in place it felt good to be wrong this time for her. It was simple for Isabella to agree with Amy's feeling towards her tale, slavery is something that Isabella hated as she is indeed a being who loves her freedom. But there was one thing that caught Isabella's attention " wait what do you mean build a place ? What are you planning to do Amy ?" Isabella said as she gave Amy a confused look, her big eyes starring deep into Amy. Souji seemed to overhear that part of the conversation and rememberd that Bella does not know about Amy's plan to build and to be fair even he did not know the details of that. "Oh yeah, Ooi told me that you want to build a city. I would love to hear whats that about Miss Amelie." Souji said as he wanted to know more about that highly ambitious project. Isabella then nodded at Amy's next statement, it was no secret that the dark area is a dangerous place but if you have the courage to show up here, that alone makes you an asset of great use. "I agree with you and thanks Amy, you have done us a huge favour I do not know how we can ever repay you for this." Isabella said as she had a smile on her face, good people like Amy and Ooi are always a treat to meet. But Ooi was right this was it, the moment of truth has come the fragment that will give Souji a fighting from here on out was near. Bella was not sure what they should do but Amelie suggeseted a plan that while indeed a bit crude and simple, seemed to be their best course of action. " Alright agreed here, now Souji transform. You will be the second wave after Amy, your digimon is fast and nimble perfect for quickly snatching the Totem. Me on the other hand will be on the back, me and Ooi will provide support." Isabella reasoning was simple, she wanted to protect the defenceless Ooi but without saying it and thus hurting her feelings. With a firm nod Souji transformed to Petermon and juggled his knife and turning to Amy and Ooi. " This is my spirit form, while its just a rookie its very verstaile. I can even fly in this form and move really fast so I think I can do my job well........if I do not mess up." The last part was quick and quite and bella was not paying attention enough to hear it. But soon after Amy underwent her own transformation and what appeared out was a being of great size and shape, it looked completely Alien but for some reason both Souji did not fear her " Wow alright lets go guys" Bella said as Amy led the charge and after maybe a couple of minutes in the cave they would hear footsteps of something giant. " HALT! Intruders introduce yourselves and annouce your desires in my cave of treasures. My name is Judge I am the master of this Cave." After Judge introduce himself he got himseld to reveal that he is a metal greymon (virus) that was as large if not a little bigger than Amy's current form it was up to Amy to talk to him now. Of course, Deeplane had been a recurring topic in most conversations Amy had as of late, and truth was that the place, even in its current precarious situation, was her pride and joy. In a sense, it was like watching a baby slowly growing up.
And it wasn't like she minded to talk about it, in all honesty! Might as well be her favorite topic at the moment. "Well." She cleared her throat a bit. "And a couple of other individuals have begun this project to build a city in the Dark Area. This place has gone long enough with any kind true presence thus far. Lawlessness is something I don't truly fancy, and I think that everyone who lives in here deserves better than to be hopeless nomads, you know?"
Sure, even if the concept was neat on paper, there was one thing that was a bit... well, maybe a bit too true about the whole deal. "Thing's still in its infancy, however. I know it sounds lofty, and that's overall a pretty daunting task, but I'm determined to be successful. Should be what counts, right?"
That was more than enough for an explanation, though. After dismissing Bella's thanks with a simple gesture of her hand. and a "Please. It's no big deal.", the group prepared to barge in. Who knew what was inside the cave? At least at first; considering that they got in rather quickly.
Or was Amelie the only one that got first? In any case, there wasn't much to be done about it. Heraldmon just remained static on its place, facing the MetalGreymon silently; as long as he didn't display hostility, was there any other distraction needed? Souji could just sneak up as long the focus didn't change.
Not the finest plan, but in all honesty? Not being on the receiving end of hostilities from the get-go was a strange boon.
On the other side of the group, Ooi just stared at the events that unfolded, frowning a bit. She knew her friend's form wasn't able to neither listen nor respond to the MetalGreymon's request, and stepping onward to mediate would just be... painting a target over her head. Not a possibility.

Souji was honestly scared of the blue dinosaur, the machinery stitched to his body gave the metal greymon (Virus) a very scary look. But the spirit noticed something funny, the large digimon was focusing his glare at Amy and not them, he saw this as an opportunity to dash past Judge and go steal the fragment. (KID, listen to me. Right now we have a clear path to the fragment, with our speed we can go get it quickly.)
(Wait but would'nt that mean we'd be leaving everyone behind ? That would be a bad thing to do, I cant do that to them. I need to stay here and help everyone.) Souji told his spirit, as he could never abadon those who offered to help him.
(Listen to me Kid! We are weak right now, what we need to do is get the power first. Then we might be able to provide help, besides Amy does not need our help, I can tell that she is far stronger than us. So GO!) With that Souji was convinced that running past Judge was the right choice, and in instant he dashed so fast that he found himself past the large dinosaur.
Judge looked around and saw that the green digimon ran for his treasure, this made him very angry and he turned back towards Amelie. "YOU TRICKED ME, you remained silent to distract me. Thats not cool, guess you are a bunch of theives. Take this. " Judge cocked his arm befor detaching his hand from his body and aimed to hit Amelie, the hand was attached to his body thanks to a metal chain.

Ooi stared a... bit dumbfounded at what was happening. While it was true that Amelie couldn't speak or hear anything that the MetalGreymon was saying, her distraction had been... successful? That piece of unwitting ingenuity was both baffling and surprising, even though it ultimately had worked out rather perfectly! There wasn't any reason to complain, even if the whole situation was edging the ridiculous for the short girl.
"I guess that everything just worked out in the end." She mentioned to Bella, who hopefully was still at her side while the boy had dashed for the fragment. "Do you think we should run for it as soon as Souji comes back, or that we should fight against that big mech dino guy? I don't doubt on Amy's ability to beat him up, but that might be a waste of time if we just need whatever he's looking for." Honestly, it was a bit of a confusing at the moment, but being confused in the Digital World was commonplace at this point.
What about Heraldmon and MetalGreymon, then? Given that the attack had pretty much been expected all this time, the aberration managed to timely move out of its way, considering that the distance between the two digimons was pretty wide, any kind of long-range ability would be likely to miss unless they drew closer... and that was something that Amelie wouldn't do unless Souji's well-being was in peril.
But... if the battle breaking out became obvious... then all bets would be off.

Judge was extra angry that his attack was easily dodged, like it was child's play and that definitely damaged his pride as he let out a harrowing growl. The strangers who invaded his private abode this time were strong people compared to the usual thugs, this made the giant dinosaur be afraid, he worried for his countless treasure at the end of the cave will be stolen this time. By the time his hand reattached back to him, Judge took a more wide battle stance as he lowered his body just a little bit. "You intruders are getting bolder by the day, but I wont be insulted by you. Take this. " Judge declared as he got ready to attack, this time he may be cause environmental damage.
Bella almost instictively placed herself in front of Ooi as she saw Judge was ready to strike. "Yeah you are right, when Souji gets back we should bounce. No reason to fight, this guy does not look like he is bothering anyone." she said as he looked at the distance behind Judge, hoping to find Souji running back at them.
Meanwhile thanks to petermon rather high speed Souji reached the end of the cave, what he found there was a sight to behold. A giant filled with treasures, Gems, statues and the like. Souji was shocked as he viewed the treasures. It took the spirit to yell at him to knock him back to reality (FOCUS! Quickly to the west of us there you will find the totem.)
"Right!" Souji said as he ran towards the totem, what he found there was a weird totem that was shaped like the sun. The petermon fought his hesitant nature and when he grabbed it he found something strange, he was covered by an intense light. Once the light disappeared Souji found his body taller and different, upon further inspection he is now a...Wizardmon!!
Back to Judge, who simply rushed Amy, aiming to crush her with simple honest brute force.

It was a pity that the irony of this whole situation was lost to Amelie, considering that the only thing she had done was to stand there and look pretty, while managing to avoid a single attack from the MetalGreymon. Had she been able to listen the MetalGreymon's words, she'd probably be laughing on her spot at the moment, as mean as that was.
Truth to be told, this guy probably wasn't a baddie, and was just defending his lair from a group of wannabe raiders who wanted to steal his treasures. Maybe she wouldn't try to injure him just for that very reason? It wasn't like that was needed, anyway. As long as Souji didn't get horribly sidetracked on his small hunting quest, she could probably hold off the guy currently attacking her until the totem was acquired.
"Yeah. He looks like he's the wrong guy in the wrong place, even though Amy doesn't look like she's interested in fighting. And I kinda agree; it'd be kinda pointless if she wasted energy like that. Let's see how this proceeds."
Said and done, Heraldmon's body hardened and took a metallic sheen as he tangled into the melee with MetalGreymon. The clash was rather violent, the aberration pushed backward by the digimon's strength, even if it eventually managed to stand its ground.
How much until Souji was done. "We probably... should leave the cave right now, honestly. It's not like we can contribute to the battle with anything."

looked at his own hands as he examined this new body, it was humanoid like petermon. But the differences are the fact that wizardmon is taller than petermon, and has a different attire. It felt stronger and faster, generally better than petermon. But the main difference is the fact that wizardmon has a weird item as his main weapon was a staff, Souji was confused and did not know what to do.
(Hey kid, I know that you must be very confused. But let me explain, this is a new form for you. Its called Wizardmon, it a long range specialized digimon. So its different from Petermon, but we can explore it's limits later now lets go help your friends.)
"You are right, no need to stay here for long. We should go help them, we are keeping them waiting." Souji said as he rushed back rto the cave entrance.
The metal greymon fought the strange digimon as both of them tangled in close combat battle, neither of them gained the upper hand as the battle went on and on, the battle was still locked in stalemate.
"Yeah, you are probably right Ooi, we should leave soon." Isabella said as she floated from the ground, the look on her face was pretty un amused, as the slow sluggish battle was too boring for the diva.
But only a moments later Souji reappeared and hit the metal greymon with a fire ball from his staff, the attack did not hurt Judge but it annoyed the hell out of him. "Hey stop fighting my friends, I won't let you hurt them. " Souji said confident in himself.
"Ouch, hey you are back. What did you steal thei- wait what happened to you ?"
"I used the spirit fragment you had to gain more strength in order to help my friends, so I will stop you."
"Wait you wanted to do that ? Why did not you tell me from the beginning ? I would have let you do that, man I thought you wanted to steal my home for money. But seeing that you do not have anything from my gold you seem honest, oops my bad I should have not attacked you that quickly. Hahahaha, I will let you guys go. " Judge said as he stepped aside with a goofy smile on his face.
"Wait what ?"
"Wait what ?"
(Wait what ?)
"Yeah you heard me correctly, I do not want to fight you guys. I thought you were theives but you were not, so leave if you want."
Souji then walked up to Ooi and Bella, he was very confused at what just happened. The fight was over rather quickly, but hey there was no need for more violence so everything was good. "So umm, we should go right guys ? "
