(Left - Leith & K)Upon realizing that their attacks had missed their target, the Tankmon and Devidramon were filled with a mix of confusion and ire for the inferior adversary that was the Sonoramon. However, they quickly calmed down, not letting a pesky midge disrupt their attention and militancy. If anything, its previous dodge made them desire to test out their shiny new toys further in wonder what refined digizoid was truly capable of. Unfortunately, they first had to endure a significant counteroffensive. While the living machine was harrowed by the constant, increasing cacophony of noises, its synthetic systems allowed it to keep a decent focus on the airborne enemy. Visibly desiring this obtrusive originator of sound pollution to cease for good, the green, armored vehicle launched a powerful missile from its main canon as it distanced itself from the sonic bomb. To the red dragon's misfortune this assault was heat-seeking, causing the fast, large projectile to follow his movement. Though the Flamedramon carried himself with exceeding confidence and prowess, his recklessness was swiftly punished by the black, eldritch beast. As the warrior of fire and valor approached it, all the virus needed was its grave glare. A venomous sheen manifested itself in its crimson eyes that tore itself into the mind of Leith's unnamed partner. A lesser fighter would have been struck by paralyzing fear, but he instead suffered an intense numbness in every fiber of his being. Pins and needles afflicted his muscles, effectively turning him hors de combat for a few vital seconds that enabled necessary repositioning. Meanwhile the BlackKnightmon carefully observed the Shutmon evade his counterstrike and watched the lupiform archer digivolze into the fallen angel called Raguelmon - a mighty and fearsome force to be reckoned with. Still, the dark knight proudly wielded his claymore and adamantine shield, prepared to defend its honor and position. A Mega vs. an augmented Perfect... an intriguing prospect for a proud contender. Gladly accepting K's challenge, his two-handed sword blazed up with an aura of penumbra. With unrelenting strength the tainted cavalier smashed it into the ground, releasing a shock wave that rent soil, air and digimons alike. (Right - Kazuya & Darian)The Matadormon and Karatenmon, a duo in unison seldom seen, were clearly unaffected by the low-grade ClearLöwemon whom they considered a hubristic paladin. The blue vindicator perhaps fought ferals with taunts, but a clever team such as them refused to fall to these kinds of inane pitfalls. Cold, focused gazes instead remained on the respectable Alphamon Ouryuken who displayed his hauteur through words and rebellious stances. Fortunately, it was in the instance of him buffing up that they saw an opportunity to seize. Almost as if entwined into a single entity, the blur or colors they become was somewhat mesmerizing. Together they paced with nearly incomprehensible celerity and mastery over their bodies, their every step full of intent and panache. They circled the gallant soldiers, afterimages creating dozens of replicas to their side and above them. Since Gabe was so courteous as to spend time amplifying its potential, they were eager to punish the varlet for this improvident move. Soon, unseen strikes collided with Sir Royland's sky-blue armament, imposing great yet precise concussions on it and the monster beneath.

Heh... a missile. That's cute. Sonoramon could only smile at the battle below him. It was very clear who was really controlling the battle here: ASCENSION. Especially in his team's case, and even more especially in his own. Good effort. No, really. Top notch. One directional wing flap got Sonoramon out of the missile's path but only for as long as it took the missile to readjust. Suddenly the situation wasn't so amusing anymore. Sonoramon grit his teeth, but at least he was already moving. It also helped that his Tamer's little power-up had imbued him with the reflexes and instinct needed to get away from this attack. What he didn't have, though, was the speed to outfly it. Oh, come on! That left Sonoramon only once choice. His dodging and weaving got him far enough to get within Cion's shelter. At that point he spun around, held his arms in front of himself, and took the hit. A super-mega level assist boost, though, meant he hardly felt it. "Thanks, Cion!" was all Sonoramon had time to shout before he looped around for a new pass at the enemy.
Sonoramon would have liked this chance to digivolve, but he feared the collateral damage a higher form would do. It wasn't exactly designed for precision, after all. But what didn't damage structure too badly? Sound. As Sonoramon once again passed over the battlefield, he began to roar. This was more than a rallying cry, however; this immensely loud roar full of intolerable sonic frequencies would probably carry over the entire battlefield and make a much harder time for anyone who enjoyed having a sense of balance, coordination, or not needing to throw up.
Of course, this roar was purely directional. Allies were unaffected. That was good for Flamedramon, especially since he was momentarily handicapped. Before he could get his strikes out, his entire body collapsed right onto the ground. He lost the ability to walk, move, even breathe. "Flamedramon!"
"Stay... back..." was how Flamedramon spent his last breath before the attack, but its effect wore off fortunately quickly. Flamedramon regained all those physical necessities he'd lost and jumped right back onto his feet. Hoping his regained agility could be used to surprise the enemy, the ultimate didn't stop by jumping too his feet. No, he made a mighty leap up onto a smaller structure followed by another high above Tankmon. The idea was both to get the edge on the likely cumbersome digimon as well as to leave only two places for his attack to hit: the target or the ground. In either case, he would launch his, "Fireball Fist!" attack at the enemy.
While almost horizontal in the air, Flamedramon spun to give his punch a little extra momentum. All he hit was the air, but the speed of his punch carried on over to three orange-shaped fireballs that appeared right in front of his gauntlet at the end of his reach, at which point they all left a little streak through the air as they barrelled toward Tankmon. Sonoramon was hit by Tankmon's Hyper Cannon. -Cion's Garden of Eden drastically reduced the damage Sonoramon used Daze Screech. - Daze Screech: This digimon yells at a pitch so high that it's almost inaudible to most humans and digimon ears but which wreaks havoc on the brain. Opponents who hear this enter a sort of drunken state in terms of their physical abilities and may suffer nausea, vision problems, loss of balance and orientation, and similar symptoms like those of being extremely drunk. The effect lasts for two of the opponent's posts. Cooldown: 2 posts. Flamedramon was momentarily stopped by Devidramon's Red Eye. Flamedramon attacked Tankmon with Fireball Fist. -Fireball Fist: This digimon punches the air, which summons three fireballs that use the punch's momentum to fly toward the opponent.
Daze Screech must cool down: 2 posts remaining. Daze Screech affects opponents who heard it: 2 posts remaining.
Evasion Protocol is in effect: 2 posts remaining. Monophone is ringing: 3 posts remaining. Monophone must cool down: 1 posts remaining. Flame Shield surrounds Flamedramon: 1 posts remaining. Flame Shield must cool down: 1 posts remaining. Blazing Barrage is ready for use.

Kazuya Oda was now a spectator, viewing the battle with a keen eye. Due to his human limitations Kazuya was unable to keep an eye on both groups so he focused on Roy's and Gabe's battle, Roy was somewhat weaker than his opponents(at least stage wise) but Gabe had a strong form. So that balances things out, but when Darian approached him Kazuya nodded and agreed with his statement. The two of them being near the battle will only serve to distract their partners, so a clever retreat was their best option. "You are right Darian, let us go quickly. We should be able to find some cover here." The golden eyed man said as he and his teammate took cover and distanced themselves from the battle.
Royland was a proud warrior so he had confidence in himself, but having an Alphamon Ouryuken mode on his side is a much needed boost in morale. Now with his trusty spear Royland kept a keen eye on the two enemies trying to study their movements, then the two of them decided to overwhelm them with speed. Too bad for them as this was not the first battle Roy participated in where he was the "weaker" digimon but those where in his past, a past that is long gone along the Royland the hero. Now he will carve the new legend, the Legend of Royland of ASCENSION.
ClearLöwemon widened his pose, gripping his spear. His fast reflexes and excellent reads allowed him to block some of the incoming attacks deflecting them with his spear, but even then his body received some damage. Nothing too harmful yet, but due to his champion limitation he can not keep doing this alone. But here is the thing Royland was not alone, he had Gabe with him. Not only but due to them targeting Roy, the Alphamon was now free to act and strike first.
BATTLE LOG : Royland attempted to parry the attacks using his spear the Uberzegüng, but still received some damage

Darian filtered through his card deck rather quickly, searching for some buffs, weather effects, defensive moves that he could make useful if the need for them arrived. From their past experiences in battle, Darian knew that Gabe preferred to utilize his own moveset instead of another Digimon's, therefore the Digimon modify cards were barely used by the team. However, alterations to their strength and defense, as well as weather that boosted Gabe's attacks were never out of the question. Selecting the seven that he knew would prove useful, Darian poked his head out of cover to observe the battle again. "Hey, if the need for some more power comes up, I'll be disappearing for a bit if you know what I mean." Darian quickly explained while keeping a keen eye on their partners. Gabe was watching his enemies closely, halberd at the ready for any surprise attacks. Since his main Digivolution line's primary talent was being a speed demon, he knew at least what to watch for as the enemy Digimon started to play their tricks. Gabe's opportunity arrived quickly as the partnered duo sprung forth and both assaulted Royland with multiple attacks. The Champion Digimon was doing well defending itself, but Gabe understood that now was the time to help. Raising his halberd and flourishing his wings, he bolted towards his enemy, preparing to swing his mighty blade in an upward arc, the blade long enough to catch both of his opponents but arced correctly to miss his ally. "Two on one is hardly fair. Learn to play NICELY! Ouryuken!" Gabe howled as he swung at his opponents while activating his attack, the halberd burning with intense heat and emanating a bright holy light.
[Active] Guardian's Aegis: Alphamon Ouryuken's armour glows a fiery red before fading back to normal. This attack grants Alphamon Ouryuken increased strength and resiliency. This will enable him to continue fighting through the most brutal levels of damage and allow him to keep hitting hard while doing so. This boost will fade after 3 posts and cannot be used again for another 2 afterward Activated: 1 Turn Ago Duration: 2 Turns Cooldown: 2 Turns from end
[Used This Turn] Ouryuken: Supercharges the Ouryuken battle blade with fire and light and then attacks the enemy with it. The light increases its pure strength while the fire increases its burning and cutting power.
[PASSIVE Activated] Exceed Accel: Alphamon’s basically a fire breathing dragon in a suit of armour. His fiery spirit manifests as an aura around his fist and weapons. This means that all of his physical attacks will have a bonus burning affect to them, causing fire damage.
[PASSIVE Activated] Envoy of Light: Alphamon is essentially the closest that Gabe’s line gets to being a Paladin. With so many of his attacks being either fire, or light based, you could say he’s a “Purifier” of sorts. His attacks are especially effective against Digimon that dwell in the dark, and Virus types.

Right now the only fight that was K's immediate concern was the BlackKnightmon in front of her, her allies would take care of those that they needed to and would call for assistance if they needed her. Which she would absolutely provide without a shadow of a doubt. Her gesture had yielded an answer by an enemy she didn't quite understand the power of. It was strong enough to cast aside something of her level previously but would it be enough to meet her at this level? Would it be enough to give her a sort of challenge she could live with or for? Bandits often didn't give her much in the way of challenge, they ran and hid away from her more often than not. Her faceplate shifted a little bit and the raguelmon's claws flexed as she found this strike of the two handed knight reach forward into the ground smashing it apart with some form of aura she didn't exactly recognize. But with how it was treating the ground and air K knew that getting hit by that would likely put a crink in her step. But she also knew that it left the other wide open in those moments of it's sword turned down into the ground. Taking that risk she'd tense up and then leap forward through the attack grunting as it worked it's way over her body. She knew enough of her allies to understand they were reliable, if she came to blows like this they would pull her through and if they did the same she would as well. One claw came back and the other swiped forward meaning to cleave straight through the knight's helm with a empowered electrical slash. Following suit she'd keep that momentum to hook her foot on the knight. It'd cease her momentum and perhaps throw him on the ground if she was lucky with how fast she had to move just to close that gap.
Battle log: ~K took the BlackKnightmon's attack head on. ~K used made an empowered basic attack against the BlackKnightmon. ~K additionally attempted to use the knight as a stopping point, hopefully trying to trip him with her momentum.
Passives: [RAM UPGRADE GIGA]: Crimson Mantle: Jesmon's signature cape; adjusted for size for each Digivolution. This cape has a few soft abilities each that scales with the level given. It may provide flight [if the wearer already can fly their movement is increased by one step] and it can block a single attack relevant to the power of the level of the host digimon before implementing a cool down of two posts for the block itself. This mantle may be passed to others but it's effectiveness for others is generally halved.
Charge: For each empowered basic attack or Lightning based move, this digimon builds up a stack of charge. Upon three charges this digimon may release an explosive bolt of lightning dealing high damage to a single target. While there is no cool down on this move it requires others to operate. A target must be within a hundred feet. This digimon doesn't lose charge but must hit a digimon to gain charge.
Voltic Core: This digimon can absorb electricity that it hasn't produced to heal itself. Whether from environment or from moves; moves that would damage it heal it by half instead while the environment if given a constant surge heals it by a medium amount per turn until fully healed.
Move: Sabetour-De-force: This digimon charges it's claws with lightning; empowering it's basic attacks for three posts. If striking soaked individual the damage is doubled, if striking a large body of water the first individual that the lightning would come into contact with is also doubled. Three post cool down.

(Left - Leith & K)For a second, the Tankmon snickered upon witnessing that the Sonoramon's hubris got it bitten in its own butt. Unfortunately, in the chaos of this assault it had missed to spot the radiant sanctuary a vulpine digimon of unexpected supremacy had conjured. In this very safe haven the red reptile got protected, reducing the damage of the incoming missile to a fraction of its original potential while Cion gave her temporary fosterling a happy thumbs up. Dazed by its screech the living machine sprayed and prayed in a state of confusion, hoping to hit something that resembled one of its enemies. To its dismay, the Flamedramon's spheres of incineration struck it directly afterwards, leaving it screaming and its armor scorched. Although injured the persevering vehicle refused to get up, instead stepping backwards while the Devidramon utilized the moment. Rapidly flying up from behind him, its crimson talons seeking to rend the armament and blue flesh of the fiery warrior. Naturally, the previous cacophony of noises strained its mind, but was it more than a savage, raging beast during combat? Disorientation hardly mattered to someone who barely cared for differentiating friends from foes. In a strange sense, the BlackKnightmon was glad that K had accepted its challenge. Seldom were the adversaries, benevolent or malevolent, who proved to be worthy contenders. She on the other hand... it comprehended that the fallen angel outclassed it in pure strength. Training and experience however were variables the dark fighter was intrigued to identify. Noticing the female Raguelmon's relentless ambush, managing to endure its previous attack's force, the shadowy paladin acknowledged the true beginning of their duel. Yet it was not as simple as the bearer of the white rose believed it to be. Was it the digizoid equipment or its prowess, the BlackKnightmon managed to move with inconceivable speed and finesse despite its heavy rig and massive claymore. Divine fiber met tempered steel as they engaged in a violet, fast dance of blurry edges clashing with one another. It was impressive how much the empowered Perfect desired to countervail its stronger opponent through mastery of his body and spirit. It was almost an oddity that he served a fiendish conqueror - probably an eternal thrall. (Right - Kazuya & Darian)Though it was clear that Sir Royland was outmatched by two vanguards who were beyond his current league, his defense was admirable regardless. Some attack imposed dents on his blue suit, but they did not suffice to severely incapacitate. Still, Roy was incapable of moving, and if it was not for the interference of the Alphamon Ouryuken he would have faced a swift conclusion to his path of valor. Fortunately, the beckoning of a battlefield's grave was not his destiny once more. Yet a mere swing of Gabe's sword did hardly deal with the duo's celerity. As if blessed with prescience the Karatenmon altered his movement on the spot. In the same instance the Matadormon launched a hail of rapiers that intended to also lacerate its foes while utilizing the kickback to dodge the Mega's basic move. Landing adjacent to each other, they returned to a state of serenity as they carefully observed the moments of the paragon and his varlet, unwilling to answer words with those of their own.

"This is ridiculous!" Sonoramon began to rapidly ascend and roll in the air to make himself altogether a more distant target. Tankmon hardly had a chance at him with such a poor mental state and "Leith, we gotta step it up!"
"He's right! This is taking too long!" Apparently the Tankmon had even managed to take his armor ultimate fireball attack and keep rolling. "Oh, come on!" Oh, well. The good news was that attack had to be painful, painful enough that he'd have to hold back from future attacks not to aggravate the burn, not to mention the second burn that no doubt came from touching Flamedramon. Unfortunately, his fiery shield dissipated just then, but it seemed to hold up just long enough. Unfortunately, the fire lizard's frustration lasted a moment too long, causing him to barely loose focus long enough for Devidramon to score a good scratch right over his belly. "Hyagh!"
"You OK, Flame? Give me that egg, Leith!"
"I'm fine! It's just a scratch!"
Leith was extremely reluctant to do what Salamandermon wanted. The last time - also the first time - that the digimental of fury had been deployed, Salamandermon came uncomfortably close to burning down all of Quantum, not to mention one of their mission comrades. And that's not to mention I don't love the idea of spraying fire too freely around property we want to protect. Still... our lives come first. So Leith flicked his digivice once and muttered, "Armor up." As a red beam connected Sonoramon in midair and the device itself, the red dragon smirked.
"Burn, bitches! Sonoramon, armor digivolve to..." The light engulfed him midair in a cocoon comprised entirely of fire, which gently lowered the dragon to the ground. What came out when the fire dissipated, however, was no winged dragon but another lizard. "...Salamandermon!" As the digimon emerged from his evolution, he tried to line up a shot that would target both of his enemy digimon. "Heat Wave!" The air in front of this red salamander's breath turned a sort of rose color and began to shimmer as its molecules were excited by extreme heat.
Meanwhile, Flamedramon tried not to let the injured tank Pokemon retreat too far. He attempted to pursue him and expected to have better luck with his close combat. "Blazing Barrage!" Ideally, that would result in the sounds of metal clanging hard on metal. Flamedramon's hit last post added one stack of Burning Man to Tankmon. -Burning Man (passive): All damage inflicted by the opponent is reduced by 8% for five of the opponent's posts. This ability triggers once each time this digimon successfully damages an opponent with fire damage. This ability may stack up to five times. One stack is removed each time a stack's five-post duration expires. If multiple stacks expire simultaneously, that many stacks are removed.
Sonoramon evaded Machine Gun Arm. Flamedramon was hit by Crimson Nail. -Getting hit by Devidramon damaged them with Flame Shield. -Flame Shield: For the duration of three posts, starting on the post this ability is used, this digimon cloaks its whole body in fire. This deals moderate fire damage every time an opponent's attack causes the opponent's body or held weapon to make physical contact with this digimon's body. Cooldown: 3 posts. -Fire damage from Flame Shield added one stack of Burning Man to Devidramon -Burning Man (passive): All damage inflicted by the opponent is reduced by 8% for five of the opponent's posts. This ability triggers once each time this digimon successfully damages an opponent with fire damage. This ability may stack up to five times. One stack is removed each time a stack's five-post duration expires. If multiple stacks expire simultaneously, that many stacks are removed.
Sonoramon armor digivolved one stage to Armor Ultimate Salamandermon. Salamandermon attacked Tankmon and Devidramon with Heat Wave. -Heat Wave: This digimon opens its mouth and exhales, which heats up the air in front of him extremely hot in a conical shape. Digimon in the path of the attack suffer heat-based damage. Flamedramon attacked Tankmon with Blazing Barrage. -Blazing Barrage: This digimon heats up his gauntlets and helmet to extremely high temperatures before unleashing a rapid flurry of hand-to-hand strikes. Half this attack's damage is fire damage due to the heat while the other half is physical damage from the impacts and slashes. This attack's total damage is about 150% this digimon's normal damage. Cooldown: 1 post.
Flame Shield has dissipated. Flame Shield has finished cooling down. Blazing Barrage must cool down: 1 post remaining.

K found herself frowning a little bit as the BlackKnightmon had met her. Blow for blow in this state of hers; gritting her teeth she'd be forced to continue that merry dance for a few moments. Her claws meeting that sword with powerful blasts of exchange. It gave her all the time she needed to sort of piece together a few things. Most digimon that weren't used to their forms would be reacting slower than this, he had likely spent a good period of time in it. But the variable in fighting experience would be what would end up showing who was going to be the winner. Something that normally in a one on one battle without any follow up's the Raguelmon would relish in one fashion or another. But here? They had a job to do, something that was going to be long and difficult if they weren't quick to the punch. The more time that they gave this group time the more likely they'd have some issues. Gritting her teeth she'd clap her hands together drawing out a length of lightning in the shape of a javelin. She'd fire off this attack point blank in the midst of this furious exchange. Everyone had reaction times, everyone had openings. If you swung your sword one way, the opposite would become something you simply couldn't protect in that motion. So that's what K would aim for, that simple opening. But was she aiming for the center? No she was aiming for one of those arms, looking to blast it off or damage it. It'd be harder for him to use that claymore if she hit home on it, and if he moved to block it? Well that'd just give her another thing she could use...

Post by Kazuya and Royland on Dec 21, 2018 7:01:14 GMT
As the battle continued to go on Kazuya began to see himself become less of an active participant in the battle and saw himself become more of a spectator in all of this, that did not affect him as negatively like it used to in the not far past. The man knew what he can and cannot do in situation like this, so he kept himself in a very safe distance alongside his teammate hoping the faith he placed on his shining, noble and chivalric partner would turn out to be a self fulfilling prophecy and waited for him to turn the tables against his enemy. But what Darian said confused Kazuya, while the tall golden eyed man was not a newbie but he was not experienced enough to know everything there is to know. "Actually, funnily enough I do not know what you mean. But I will understand if you have to go."
And the knight in shining armor was aiming to end the battle without harming the bandits way too much, as Roy in the end hopes that he can see them go away and learn their lesson. But as the battle went on and the lion began to get overwhelmed by the two other combatants, Roy began to wonder what kind of success would the whole group would have in this battle. Getting hit multiple times and almost being overtaken by the enemies who outmatched and outnumber him, but that all changed rather quickly as Gabe the Alphamon joined and protected the knight. Roy turned to Gabe and gave him an earnest smile, he may not know who Gabe is personally but he believed that through battles Royland can understand anyone, maybe its because of history with war but that is what he believes in.
"Wonderful, thank you Gabe. I am grateful for your help, let us neutralize this situation as soon as possible no one needs to be destroyed. Remember we also want to make sure this place is not harmed, so lets go."
Royland then charged his foot with lightning and immediately used all of his lower body strength to approach the Karatenmon and performed a kick motion aiming to send the bird flying downwards and force him to fight in the ground, where Roy excels.
BATTLE LOG : Thunder bolt : ClearLöwemon charges his leg with a concentrated electricity before performing a swift kick that deals moderate damage both physical and elemental.

Darian smirked slightly when Kazuya had replied and mentioned that he did not know what he was talking about when he mentioned that he may need to disappear for a little bit. Well then, this either meant that Darian was either just a little too subtle, or this person just had never met someone who could reach the level of Biomerge. Well then, maybe he'd get to surprise a few people today. Show off a little bit of Super Mega.
Wait, they were both attacking Gabe? Nice try!
"Digi Modify, Mirror Shield!" Darian announced as he swiped the card through his D-Arc in reaction to both of the enemy Digimon's attacks.
Despite missing, Gabe's purpose had been completed successfully. He had distracted both of his enemies from attacking Royland, and despite not striking them, they could regroup. It was in that moment that both the Karatenmon and the Matadormon had launched attacks at him. Thankfully, he could feel the burst of energy that Darian had sent his way and he spread his arms to take the attack full force. Due to the Mirror Shield, the attacks collided with the force created by the modify card and were immediately deflected back to the enemy, using their own attacks against them.
Brandishing his blade Gabe spoke,
"Nobody needs to be destroyed but if it needs to happen it'll happen. A casualty of battle." Gabe turned his blade towards the Matadormon before grinning, "I will avoid the buildings themselves."
Gabe flew towards the Matadormon, following the attacks that he had reflected back towards it. At the same time he swung the Ouryuken Blade four times, releasing a dragon shaped energy blast with each swing at the Digimon.
"Agony Edge!"

(Left - Leith & K)For the Tankmon, the barrage of heat it had to endure was simply overwhelming. If the laws of this plain of existence were similar to that of Earth's dimension then it would have melted into a puddle of unrecognizable goo. However, since the digital realm's concept of violence was mostly abstract, it merely detonated and fragmented into uncountable bits and streams of data. Rapidly they dissipated, assuring the valiant vanguards that another soul would join the Village Of Beginnings sooner or later - and hopefully permanently bereft of its evil. As for the Devidramon, it's primal instincts kicked in immediately. Though at best a savage beast who had managed a couple of impressive maneuvers against one of Leith's destined partners, it clearly had a desire to survive. Choosing to defy its former lord, the black monster intended to escape this battlefield by air. With massive flaps made by broken wings it ascended, utilizing the chance that her no longer airborne opponent had accidentally granted it. Naturally the possibility of it being torn asunder by flak remained, but there was perhaps something more important for the trio to bother with. It was... their own lapse in judgment. [Warning - Optional Quest A: Parched, autumnal grass has caught fire! Nearby structures are at risk! If no ability is available, a nearby natural spring contains water to extinguish it! (Current Turn: 0 | Failure at Turn 3) (0/3 Individuals Contributed - Current Status: Rampant -> [Under Control] -> [Extinguished])The BlackKnightmon was heavily invested into his personal clash with K; so much so that the javelin of extreme energy took it by complete surprise. Although it was able to leap away from the Raguelmon, her attack was swift and deadly in its effectiveness. Brought to its knees, the dark chevalier groaned as it felt the electricity tear through its arm and body. In a strange sense, as pain was replaced by numbness, it experienced relief. Slowly standing up again, the warrior impressively raised its claymore with a single hand, bearing it like an oversized rapier. The strength it displayed with this act was certainly surprising, not to mention the finesse with which it carried the weapon. It was with incredibly rapid strikes that the two-handed sword was swayed to pierce the digital ether, unleashing blades of force that were meant to lacerate the leader of the Knights Of The Rose. (Right - Kazuya & Darian)The Matadormon, in spite of its composure, was utterly shocked by the arrows that were returned to it. The virtuoso had anticipated many things, but not the sudden conjuration of a powerful barrier. Feeling its own weapons rip its clothing and frame beneath, it failed its landing by slipping. Managing to push itself off of the ground, the last thing it became a witness of was the dragon-shaped beams of the Alphamon. After that, as it was blasted into delirium, only shallow breaths escaped it as it laid on soil. Even for an empowered Perfect this had been enough. At first, the Karatenmon was excited by the blue paladin's vigor. He was a strong-willed lad, that much was certain. Unfortunately, the humanoid bird's restrained smirk instantly faded upon hearing the brief screams of agony of its partner. Turning its head to look with an expression of terror at the Matadormon, it did not seize the opportunity to defend itself and got struck by Sir Royland's mighty kick. Moaning, its talons tore through the earth as it got pushed backward, but in contrast of its previous focus it abandoned former ambitions. It was with great haste that it rushed over to its severely harried comrade. No digizoid in the universe was apparently worth this disaster, even if it meant a shameful abscondence and betrayal. Though to be fair, what honor was there among ferals and villains to begin with? A hierarchy was but as coherent as its links... and they were ultimately quite selfish in their case.

Tankmon's death was unintentional. Ideally, the group would have subdued it and sent it on its way, and the excessive force was an unfortunate accident. However, as squatters on land not theirs, Leith personally found it rather difficult to feel bad, especially given that the metal digimon was going to get another chance at being a good person anyway. Maybe that was still effectively death, as being the same digimon was unlikely, but that was a consequence it brought on itself. Speaking of consequences brought on by oneself, "Crap, crap! That fire's spreading fast!" But the young man already thought he had one good idea to help fight it. "Digi-modify: Kilobyte Torrent!" Maybe it wasn't exactly a storm, but the human was still a little shocked by his ability to change the weather at will like this. Silver clouds covered the sky just before rain began to pour down on the battlefield, hopefully moistening the area and making it harder for that fire to spread, maybe even helping put it out. Leith didn't think that light rain enough would do everything, though, so he added, "Guys, you gotta help, too!"
"I'm on it!" Flamedramon responded first. The red light of the courage digimental flew out of him and returned to Leith's digivice since it was no longer needed for the form being taken now. "Flamedramon, slide digivolve to... Plesiomon!"
Being such a strong digimon, the ultimate-level slide evolution could be completed quickly enough that there was still time to act on the fire. "Hydroglobe!" Plesiomon had the power to use moisture in the air and change its state from vapor to water. With Leith's help, there was a little more moisture to work with. Plesiomon attempted to form its bubble on top of and around the fire. After all, fire couldn't easily burn while underwater, now, could it? With one mighty leap, Plesiomon himself also entered the giant floating lake, giving himself room to more quickly maneuver like his form was suited for.
Salamandermon, too, was something new when Leith next looked at him: MegaSeadramon. Leith was starting to feel uncomfortable with this escalation. After all, this level of combat was getting rather dangerous for the surrounding area. However, MegaSeadramon wasn't willing to let the Devidramon run away and be done with it. He looked upwards at the escaping dragon aimed, and shot into the air after him, "Hydroshock!" Water pressure of the level that sprayed from the snake's mouth might have been better spent on the fire raging, but he also thought it had the range to shoot Devidramon down.
Leith summoned rain and empowered water moves with Kilobyte Torrent. -DS-19 Card Name: Kilobyte Torrent Type: Environment Rank: Bronze Duration: 3 Post Effect: Light rain will fall from the sky for three turns, having little effect. Water based moves are boosted in power.
Flamedramon slide evolved beneath highest possible form to Plesiomon. Plesiomon used Hydroglobe over the fire. -The hydroglobe is a little bigger due to Kilobyte Torrent.
-Hydroglobe: While on land, this digimon compresses moisture in the air to create a giant bubble of water large enough to swim around in comfortably. While inside the hydroglobe, Plesiomon is considered to be underwater for the purposes of his or other digimon's abilities. The bubble of water stays intact for three posts before evaporating. Cooldown: 2 posts. Salamandermon slide evolved beneath highest possible form to MegaSeadramon. MegaSeadramon attacked Devidramon with Hydroshock while not underwater.. -This ability is a little more damaging due to Kilobyte Torrent. -This move's base damage is boosted by MegaSeadramon's Twin Dragons. -Twin Dragons (passive): Any post in which this digimon's twin does not use a damaging ability, this digimon's damaging ability strikes with the base damage of a non-twin digimon. -Hydroshock: This digimon opens its mouth and shoots water at the opponent like a hose at such high pressure that it's meant to cut through water to deal water damage. If this ability is used used land, the lack of water resistance boosts this ability's damage by 20% but also adds a cooldown of one post.
It is raining: 3 posts remaining. There is a hydroglobe: 2 posts remaining.
Hydroglobe must cool down: 2 posts remaining.
Hydroshock must cool down: 1 post remaining.

After Royland's attack landed, the blue young knight felt so good about himself, for a moment the knight forgot about the world around him. About the mine, about the noble goal he had for fighting in the first place, the digimon just enjoyed his work and took pride in his strength as a warrior. Because for him battles that are very dangerous are the reason to continue to train, nothing is more satisfying than fighting those battles. But once he landed down to the ground, the lion knight saw something that dazed from his battle hungry thoughts, he saw this as an oppurtunity to give the enemy one more turn. The combinations of his lively vigor and strength with Alphamon's overwhelming power seemed a bit too much for the group of two thiefs to handle, he decidee to be the better digimon and try to give them one more chance at retreat.
"Listen we should both know that this battle will end up being fruitless, our side is stronger and a prolonged battle will end up with your inevitable demise, I dont know about my partner but I am willing to give you a chance to retreat and live another day. So take it and go, frankly I'd rather use this time to back the rest of my friends up. So be smart and forfeit this battle."
Royland stated the lion knight did not want to continue a battle with an outcome that is all but determined, he was no knave either, he still maintained a ready position, willing to defend and counter any move his enemies will try to do should they refuse to listen to his warnings.
