He looked over to the gigimon as she seemed to move on. What, she wasn’t interested in his ideas? Well, whatever. It’s not like it was smart to go muttering on about things that made other digimon act weirdly. He wasn’t sure why he knew this, it just kind of seemed logical to him. Following her, his steps slow. She had slowed down too, until a massive geode of sorts caught her attention. He caught up to her and looked to the split crystal, with light reflecting off of them. What interested him is that there was actually something his eyes picked up on. A spot on the glass had been warmer. He looked at it intensely, not even bothering to reply to Eris.
Looking at the gems of the crystal, he noticed they all seemed to be shining towards the warmer spot, more than any other spots. Their shines had all gathered on the spot that had gotten warmer, even getting warm enough for Bero’s thermostatic eyes to notice the difference. Of course he had gotten that light had an influence on heat but since he spent most of his time in the wilds, he hadn’t really perceived this effect before. “The lightshow? Oh, sure.”
He was thinking. Well if he had seen light do this, perhaps he could see what else light could do. Perhaps some digimon could manipulate it, if so, what kind of attacks would they do? With this on his mind, he was more okay with seeing the light show. “I usually don’t keep an eye on the time so i hardly even know how to read it. Should we be hurrying?”
He looked over the Gigimon’s shoulder into the pamphlet. He had been a little later than the actual time because of the missed instructions, so he wouldn’t be surprised if it put a damper on some of the timings. Then again, he had no idea if Eris planned for this lightshow, it didn’t sound like it...

"If we head that way now we should be able to make it in time without having to rush." The little Gigimon chirped beaming up at him. If she remembered correctly the lightshow lasted for around thirty minutes or so not to mention it got very very dark in there for Digimon that weren't born with dark vision like herself. Giving Eris the perfect opportunity to slip out unnoticed and pick up a few special tickets and get back before Bero was ever the wise. That is of course if everything went as planned. Tugging lightly at his cape the little In-Training digimon lead her date through the hallways through a pair of doors and into a large circular room lined with padded chairs. She chose their seats at the top not to far from the doors as she bounced from foot to foot. "Man this is going to be so neat!" She whispered in a soft hushed voice as the lights began to dim as they took their seat and a voice came over the speakers and declared, "Our Universe~ Vast and Beautiful." before the ceiling erupted with lights showing a thousand billion twinkling stars as they shifted, were born, and died, forming different constellations over time.

The idea of not having to rush hardly recorded with Bero. when was the last time he rushed? He had always lost track of the time and arrived places late. It never was an issue, he rarely, if ever, used trailmon tickets and he was just as prone to miss his trailmon train and take the next one, probably just end up fighting on the Railway platforms while ‘waiting’ for the next Trailmon to come and to take that one instead. But now he had suddenly found himself going in a direction at Eris’ cute little behest. “Yeah yeah, i don’t want to rush myself anywho. I feel like i’d get my ass kicked for running around here.”
Bero didn’t struggle against Eris, he didn’t see much of the point. He was in here now, and there were digimon stronger than him upkeeping a sense of peace, so fighting would only get him beat and put him in a long, arduous punishing wait. And for what reward? Nothing. He was effectively chained to Eris, but he felt okay with this. Eris was someone stronger than she let on, and she’d probably be polite enough to spar him again later...
Bero followed her instructions, finding himself in a dark, stuffy room. It was an unfamiliar feeling, the place being somewhat stuffy yet technically clean. He was so used to stuffiness being a thing in caves, alleyways or near the stink of garbage data. No, it was stuffy yet clear here. Bero felt a certain unease in the room. “Ugh. this room doesn’t feel... normal.” He commented with almost a snarl as he sat down on one of the padded chairs Eris chose for him. He wasn’t going to make a hassle. Calmly sitting upon it, he looked at the display. He let out a grunt at the sound of a voice, because he didn’t like the way it sounded preachy. However, he noticed the annoyed stares he got from what others were present in the area, so he went silent. He watched the projection before him, but his interest was half-there.
The creation tale of the universe couldn’t mean less to him, his only interest in the moments they explained what kind of heats they achieved. In all honesty, they spoke of heat levels he had never seen before, making it hard for him to believe. He could not deny that the way they told him it. The light itself didn’t seem to give off much, if any heat signature. This left Bero reasonably grumpy, but not so much that he sought to complain at Eris. He was almost completely unaware of her as he watched the simulation.

Carefully so as to not be seen Eris slipped from her seat. Navigating the dark rows and worming her way under a few chairs as she made for the exit like a tiny bean shaped ninja. Priding herself on her stealthy retreat as she slipped through the doors unseen and snuck down the hall all, but resisting the urge to hum her own sneaky theme music. With luck she'd be there and back before her date even knew it. Only pausing at the door to get her little hand stamped so she could come back in before she scampered down the steps and to the small nearby trailmon station to make a quick purchase. Having to jump to reach the relatively short counter the little Gigimon waved her hands to get the attendant, a Bearmon's, attention. Until he leaned over the counter to look at her.
"Two tickets for the eight pm trailmon to the Moon please." She chirped sweetly fishing some bits from her infi-store before handing them over.
"Aren't you a little small to be riding alone?" The Attendant asked as he rang up her purchase and handed her back her tickets which Eris stashed in her pouch once more.
"I won't be riding alone! That's why I bought two." She quipped with a smile before scurrying off. She knew the presentation wouldn't last much longer and the tiny In-Training digimon had to pretty much zoom up the steps, down, the hall and back into the show to make it on time. Wiggling her way back under a few seats and panting softly she clamored back into hers. Right as the lights began to come on.
"Wow! That was really cool!" Eris murmured a little breathless and hoped Bero would mistake it for shock and awe rather than actually being out of breath.

The creation of the universe, step by step. All explained from the perspective of both… physics… and… data…..
Bero shook his head a bit as he suddenly heard Eris say it was really cool, his eyes snapping open. The presentation had ended, and he had visibly shown his incredible interest. If anyone was going to ask… well, that depended on whom. If he was lucky, some rookie would ask him how he liked it, and he could try to rile them up. Although, that wasn’t very likely to be the case. He decided replying to Eris would be the best. “I suppose so. Looking at the simulation just isn’t the same as the real thing though.”
He shrugged as he replied in earnest. Being dishonest to impress people was never really his style, and he figured he wasn’t going to insult Eris anytime soon, especially with something that wasn’t even targeted at her specifically. He got out of his chair and gladly left the room with Eris, to get to the other rooms. She seemed a little tired. “Is is past your bedtime?” He snickered as he came with it, it was a good taunt. Maybe he should use that later if he met any feisty little fellows. If more of them could digivolve like Eris, that’d be a blast.
He could practically still feel the first blow Eris landed in his stomach through memory. That was a good start to a combat! He looked to Eris, remembering she was capable of it. On top of that, she had shown him to a rather interested place and introduced him to the ideas of telescopes. Perhaps what she said held true, she wasn’t such bad company after all. He could make use of her and the knowledge she had.
“So, where to next? Surely we haven’t exhausted this place of all it’s… ‘information’.” Bero spoke with somewhat flat tone, showing his half-interest. he had partially closed eyes and a complete lack of smile now to fit his disinterested tone. Not everything that had been shown to him here thus far had been of interest to him, and he doubted that this was a trend that was going to suddenly end in the next thing they saw.

Eris was admittedly a little tired, but that didn't stop her from sticking her tongue out at Bero playfully at his little taunt. "Nah I just got sleepy staring at your face is all." She teased as she lead him out of the room pausing in the hall to read over the exhibit names.
"Ooo they got up a hologram exhibit that shows how the gravitational field of planets and stars works!" She chirped in excitement leading him to a door that lead off from the hall into a large seemingly empty room with a flat black floor. At least until they stepped onto it. Then what looked like sparkling stardust rose from the floor, little comets and empty space hanging within it as it slowly circled around them as they moved. Eris especially took delight in running back and forth trailing bits of fake celestial starlight and pouncing on the illusionary comets.
"Ah-ha! The Dread space dragon stalks her prey! Spotting a wild Bero-cus-space-a-cus in the distance. Watch as she begins her stealthy approach~" The tiny dragon narrated ducking down into a prowling crouch, her tail up like a tiny flag as she stalked towards the Black Gabumon before moving to playfully pounce on him.

Bero rolled his eyes at the fact quote, but not in an unfriendly way. The way she had aimed it at him… it was actually kind of fun, although he wanted to retort, he figured anything further he wanted to say was well out of reason or proper use in a place like this. He was sure he could work her up a little more if he had the opportunity.
She mentioned a hologram exhibit, and he basically had to follow her, although he didn’t do it with the same excitement. He stepped on the black surface himself, watching the stardust-like thing pop from the Floor. He watched Eris run around in excitement as the hologram room reacted. He wondered what possible battle applications of such a room could be. If you could so freely control light to your whims. Perhaps he could test out some minor possibilities.
Especially with Eris being as playful as she was, presented many opportunities. Sure, it might just be full contact children’s games, but those could translate into experience if you knew what you were doing! Bero smiled as she approached stealthily, the ground lighting up less so as she moved slower. “Fortunately for the larger, more ferocious spatial lizard, he has a last line of defence!” Right about when she was ready to pounce, though, Bero stomped hard on the floor to create a cloud of shining stardust between the two! With the cloud of stardust raised up, he tried to dodge the oncoming pounce.

"Oof!" Eris exclaimed tumbling through the fake cloud of stardust as it obscured her vision. leaving her to roll nose over tail as she shakes herself trying to get her vision rightened once more as she stares up at Bero from where she'd rolled to a stop on her back pouting up at him playfully.
"Ah curses! Foiled by the Bero-cus-space-a-cus! Ah, but the dread space dragon isn't done yet!" She narrates rolling to her feet as she darts around dragging some fake comets in her wake as she charged at Bero, only to veer at the last second aiming to splash him with her holographic trail of stardust and comets.
Even pausing to mime eating a small moon as she grins up at him all tiny sharp teeth and joy. "Hey Bero wanna go look at the telescope feeds after this? Then after that I have a surprise for you!" The little Gigimon chirped her tail wagging happily.

Bero smiled, She never made a chance when he was prepared for her arrival. He watched her stumble over herself after such a basic blind and dodge. Truly, this wasn’t the same Growlmon that had slammed him multiple yards to the side that day? His smile decreased somewhat. She was strong deep down, or something like that. It was something he yet had to understand, but he intended to understand it. Perhaps more clarity would be given when he would digivolve…
She was plotting once more to attack him, using her silly words and strange names to enjoy the environment to her fullest. This innocence and joy she exuberated, was this what other digimon were looking to protect? The kind of thing he could not attack because it’d trigger some weird emotional malfunction in other people? Some nagging voice in his head told him it was exactly that, but for him, she was just weird, but willing to hang out with him, and perhaps spar with him sometimes again. If this play fighting was any indication, she might mature into someone who’d gladly participate in combat.
Bero was not willing to give her anything but his best though, so as she turned to splash her holographic trail towards him, he used his cloak to suddenly boost upwards, jumping with the strength of six limbs and leaving small traces of blue fire behind him, somersaulting and spinning at the same time over her and landing behind her. Perhaps he could chill and give her a more equal playtime? No, it seemed not. He wanted to ignite a feeling of competition in her.
“The Telescope… Yeah.” Bero smiled. It was the rare, genuine smile. THe stars, the skies above. It was one of the very few things that fascinated him. He couldn’t tell you exactly why, it was a mix of traits of space that intrigued him so strongly, and he wasn’t even aware of each of the traits. “I wait in abatement for your surprise”
He spoke with a cheeky grin, although he really cared more for the telescope. He can’t imagine Eris would be surprising him with anything interested, she didn’t even seem to get him.
