Crunch... Crunch... Crunch...
It was just a stupid pick pocket.
Just some foolish little rat of a digimon that had bumped into her, made her reel a bit. She normally wouldn't think much about it, but she had felt that hand slide to try to find that wallet in her chest fluff. She had felt that rat gasp in surprise as she didn't keep any real thing of value on her. She had felt that fear as it ran away from her.
She had felt her world grow hazy and rash, she had felt her claws extend. She had felt her steps grow quick. She had felt the first scream of the stupid rat as she made a swipe at him with a barely controlled fury. He jumped up over some fence? She was right behind him, quicker, less effort and a haze in her eyes.
She stared at this rat, this foolish little pink thing that decided to try to steal from her. She felt her rationality go askew, she felt her body act on it's own. It had burned itself out, pushed itself to the absolute limit for what you could consider a failure. She felt the pushing and pulling of the shademon in her head. But she practically backhanded it out of her.
She felt it's body underneath her, she felt her jaw pop out as she set down to feed. She felt the screaming even more now, she heard those other steps. Those other curses, she felt her iris' swirl as she set into them too. She couldn't remember the last time something like this felt that good.
She could feel herself slipping, further and further. Her haughty laughter, her pained expression. Her pain from a broken arm on the mend. A tail stitching itself up from some nasty cut. She sat on that pile of unconscious mons; she found it amusing that they'd even try. She felt that crack in her head, she felt it slipping further and further.
Then she started to plunge those fangs into the other bodies here. Feeling them break underneath her as she pulled data out in bunches. Panicked whines and tortured sounds escaping with every bite. Every time she fed. She felt her claws buckle and crack only to slowly mend, she felt her fangs break on armor, only for it to break through the next time. She felt those agonizing moments and those frustrating loops of data enter her system.
She let out loose a howl of pained torment as the feeding continued.

'Demon, stay on standby.'
'Understood'.
Tch... why did this had to happen now, of all times? Mikemon's kid had come across as creative and well-adjusted during her stint at the underground base, but now one run-in with a pickpocket had her all out of whack? As Holly found herself with a rather 'Meicoo'-like feast, the Renamon made her approach, but not in any simple manner. With the Reppamon's mask adorned over her head, she already made no sound and gave off no data signal.
And even before she came into the alley, the fox had already made herself transparent. But, damn it, she still wasn't used to this: walking straight into the confrontation from Holly's front side still made her feel visible, and more importantly, vulnerable. Under that unseen mask, she grit her teeth, and simply tried to slip around that body, eying those problematic tails.
The moment she's relaxed, we have to strike. One shot at this.
We have Demon to back us up, too. Let's just hope we don't need him.
Wasn't that the truth. Keeping her breath steady, the fox would remain silent - and unless the situation changed, she would wait for the tails to be enough out of the way to approach.
She'd wait for that perfect moment...
Renamon - Ghoul uses 'Invisibility'. Due to the passive 'Phantom Warrior', Ghoul gives off no data signal. Invisibility duration: 1/2

It was stupid wasn't it?
She was well adjusted, she was well off and she had done very little in terms of most things. So why had she gone off? Why had she snapped at just some simple pick pocket? It was something that would have to be asked about when she wasn't fang deep into some poor bystander of sorts. It'd have to wait until she wasn't feasting; she had snapped something bad and it was something so little.
The meicrackmon blinked a bit and raised it's head up. Looking around. There was no one coming? There was no one here? So Why did she suddenly feel uneasy? Her tail thwacking against one of the bodies that managed a groan. She'd slowly stand up, one hand holding onto that rat, it's limbs dangling uselessly. It'd sniff at the air a little bit and look about before shrugging quietly.
Easing down to take a bite at that rat again, sinking it's fangs deep into it's side with a satisfied growl. Somewhere deep her instincts had taken hold of her, mixing with the deadly training that she had undergone... well had turned out like this. She was a sweetheart yes, but once that was out of the way what was she really?
Was she a monster like the others?
There was a few maybe long moments of that feeding before the meicrackmon spat the rat out of it's mouth and extended it's tongue in a universal 'blech' motion. The rat tasted... tasted.... Holly blinked a few times and put a hand up to her head.
What tasted weird?

Disgusting...
Focus for now. We can't radio, so we can't afford any mistakes.
The mask had that right. As Holly dove into that rat, grabbing another bite, Angel saw her chance: she crept ever closer, tensing her hand, feeling her heart race in her chest. She had one - or, at the very best, two - chances to pull this off by herself. And though the MeiCrackmon might be strong...
... Just how well would she deal with an attack she wasn't braced to take?
Just as Holly straightened up and brought a hand back to her head, Angel dashed forward, taking a silent leap off of the ground! She felt it, her connection perfectly 'clicking' with Guru's, as the Xros'd form even managed to keep its invisibility together. With all the force she could muster, this champion-level form would give a downward strike with her arm, aiming at the back of Holly's head with a vicious rabbit punch, just trying to knock her out from the start.
Go down!
The passive 'Phantom Warrior' is in effect. Invisibility Duration: 2/2 Ghoul uses 'Fatal Claw' to directly strike, without breaking invisibility. (CD: 0/1)

What was she doing here? Holly blinked hazily, maybe managed a one or two count of seeing what was in front of her before she felt something crack against the back of her head. She felt the world go dark and shaky as a surprised growl rolled out of her mouth. She was forced off of the pile of mons flat onto the ground. Her hands grasping at the back of her head as she felt the pain roll through her body. "M-mei...?"She'd slowly and groggily try to stand up, feeling her body kick itself into high gear for an actual fight. She felt that haze start to push again and she found herself lost in that haze of pain. It had smarted something bad and she'd drunkenly lurch forward placing a hand on the wall before looking around. Unable to see what had hit her. She would let out another firmer growl but would stagger only a few feet before collapsing in a pile herself. Though she wasn't down and out with the way she was sort of floundering to get up. The champion had definitely managed to almost knock her out, but what with all the things she had leeched off of and her own regenerative abilities? Well... She would get up if the Xros didn't put her back down somehow.
Regeneration III: Every post rotation this digimon heals a light amount of damage. If afflicted by a status effect this regeneration stalls out until that effect is over with. Any healing ability that is used on her stalls out this regeneration effect as well.
Beast Dance|Inherited Move[RAM UPGRADE]: This digimon moves at unreasonable speeds; faster than it's cousins by a large margin this digimon is also largely frailer than it's cousins.

Damn it, not sharp enough!
The MeiCrackmon was taken by surprise, the punch landing hard and sending her right down to the pavement - but it didn't knock her out! Feeling that invisibility start to waver, the Renamon felt herself tense up, staring down at her target -
Don't hesitate!
I got it!
Less than a second after Holly would stagger back to the ground, that invisibility would vanish, Ghoul once more making her approach, this time both of her hands giving a slight vibration. Taking advantage of Holly's fallen position, the Renamon would try and drive her knee right against the MeiCrackmon's back as she lunged forward.
Once more, that punch would be aimed right at Holly's head, trying to just knock her out. This time, it was accented by the effect of a modify card, making the most out of this terrible situation!
Invisibility CD: 0/3 Fatal Claw is Ready! Angel lunges forth to try and strike Holly in the back of the head again. She is aided by the modify card, 'Gaogamon'. Dash Double Claw: The target Digimon blurs forward before heftily swiping at their foe.

The meicrackmon grunted a little bit holding at her head as she felt that damage start to knit up. It hadn't been enough to drive her down on it's own and she'd slowly try to stand up only to feel the knee of the renamon drive against her back. Prompting her tail to take a swipe at the offending body the moment it did.
It didn't stop that punch from landing heavily on her head making the meicrackmon cry out in pain. Her limbs shuddering and eventually stilling a bit as she slumped forward twitching in a mix of pain and surprise. Her form still held however and there was the effect of her regeneration taking a crack at her injuries.
She had been sufficiently rattled and was now out cold, but her body was still healing. Though thankfully she didn't seem to be getting up at this point. Some of the pile groaned and the little rat digimon had started to come around though it didn't seem like anyone was going to be moving any time soon...
The renamon had definitely gotten lucky, if the meicrackmon had not been feeding it was possible that this fight wouldn't of been as one sided as it was. Even so, the meicrackmon managed out one line as she felt the cusp of unconsciousness claim her.
"D....da...rk..."

"Tch..."
Feeling that tail strike and bruise the side of her ribs, the Renamon was fortunately still able to follow right on through, this time definitively leaving the MeiCrackmon laid out on the pavement. Just before she slipped out of consciousness, though, she managed to mutter one word.
'Dark'?
"Hey?"
No response. The Renamon briefly waved her hand in front of Holly's head, before giving a relieved sigh. Right then: plucking the ultimate-level cat off of the ground, the Renamon once more vanished, this time with a 'Kohenkyo', calling for someone else to help the injured that remained in the alley. Some time later, Holly would likely come to - but as a Meicoomon, rather than a MeiCrackmon. She would find herself resting in one of the beds in the base under the Colosseum, her hand zip-tied to the bedframe itself.
"Finally getting up?"
The familiar voice of the Reppamon would call out, kind but concerned for the Meicoomon's condition. "Don't panic. You're safe."

The meicrackmon was practically out cold, she didn't react what-so-ever to hearing the voice of the renamon. Even less so to that hand that was in front of her. She had been clonked out cold thanks to the renamon's strikes. She wasn't even aware of being transported in the slightest.
Now back at the base holly found herself groggily coming to. The impactful nature of the renamon's strikes had made her quite woozy even with the regeneration factor of all of her forms. She'd blink slowly however finding that her hands were zip tied to the bedframes. She'd let out an exasperated sound, almost panicking until she heard a very familiar voice speak.
She didn't know how long it had been since she snapped or lost control, nor did she have any idea what she had been doing. Her own pain and the small bits of combat following thankfully bleaching out that effort. She'd try to speak but find that her throat was far too dry for it. She'd cough a little bit and shake her head. Feeling the edge of panic sort of step in for a moment before she managed out a scratchy voice.
"...Where... am I...?"
She managed to say before falling against the bed itself screwing her eyes shut as she could feel the throbbing in her head and her regeneration slowly chugging away at the damage she had taken from... from.. something. She could feel the ache of older wounds and the throbbing headache that she had at the moment, most of them were little things and well...
"Hurts..."

Where was she?
More concerning that that, for the moment, was the state of Holly's throat. It was clear that she was roughed up - that much was clear when they found her in the middle of Tenebrous. Deciding that Holly likely wasn't going to have another 'incident' down here, the Reppamon stepped forward, and carefully tore at that zip-tie with his teeth.
"You're at the base, with the rest of us. We found you in a pretty bad state out in the city, so please, don't stress yourself."
Guru gave a nod, helping Holly to lie back on the bed. Yes, she hurt, but he had to ask:
"What do you remember?"

Holly found herself staring at the reppamon as he came over to tear at those zip-ties. Allowing her full use of her paws and she'd just gently rub at her throat letting out a small testing 'ma ma ma maaaaa' only to start coughing after a few moments. Something had probably gone down wrong or maybe it was just scratchy from sleeping with her mouth open? Hard to tell. At the reppamon's words her ears would flick. She was in a bad state outside of the city? She'd rub at her temples.
"My head hurts."
That among other things, she felt her sides hurt a bit when she breathed even though that her regeneration was still chugging along. She could feel the barest hints of scratches here or there but they were quickly being taken care of. She'd ease down and just stare up at the ceiling when guru inquired about what she remembered.
"I remember drawing Dr. Cross something for a get well gift. Then Dark came and said we had a job and then..."
She'd frown a bit and sort of ease her head to one side to stare at the reppamon. Blinking owlishy time and time again. After that it was just a big ol blur. She couldn't remember a thing!
"Then... waking up here?"
She could probably blame some of the memory on this splitting headache she was dealing with. There were some points where she would just sit there dazed and others her eyes felt like they were burning....
"...What... happened?"

She couldn't remember a thing. Not from her last job, or even up to this point.
Guru tilted his head at that, noting that Holly seemed to be in quite a bit of pain. Pain that she couldn't place, couldn't understand - of course, this was her mental self defense mechanism. Rather than confront what had happened, she stuck it away in back of her head, hoping to simply 'hide the pain away'.
This time, it had definitely gone too far. The Reppamon gave a sigh: "What happened must have been something bad enough to make another 'box', Holly." Guru's voice was calm, stepping up to the side of the bed. "Unfortunately, this isn't something I think we can ignore. You know that we wouldn't tie you down to the bed unless something terrible happened."
Briefly closing his eyes to focus, the Reppamon extended one hand out, giving a nod to the cat.
"One touch. We aren't going into your mindscape again - but one touch is all we need to open that 'last' box."

Holly rubbed at her temples again, frustration crossing her face as she couldn't even really figure out what was going on here. There was too much time missing for it to just be the job so what else was there? She'd close her eyes and ease out a long breath that left her sort of woozy against the pillow. Then of course guru had an explanation about what had happened, or at least what had happened to what she had forgotten.
"Wait... what?"
She'd blink owlishly and then find herself sinking into the bed a bit as guru spoke about it further. That they wouldn't tie her down to the bed unless something terrible happened. So what just happened? What had she done to warrant a memory block and her being tied to the bed. She'd stare at the weasel as he extended one hand out.
"....O...Okay... You... have a point..."
She'd slowly reach out with her paw, looking to grasp at that hand. She was unsure of what was going to happen or perhaps what she had done. Either way she was very nervous and felt this odd queasy bit in the pit of her stomach. She'd gulp nervously waiting for the weasel to do his work...

What would happen?
Holly would hear a brief rattling of chains in her ears, the mental 'lock' turning, perhaps the start of a heavy headache building in her head. In the next moment, however, that pressure would lead to a floodgate of emotion, of previously-sealed memories all returning to her head at once. And she'd feel it:
The sensation of her being that cold, calculating assassin in her ultimate form. Their job in Terminus, to remove a kingpin who had been trying to corner a market necessary for several critical functions in the Timberlands. The operation was completely unfolded in her head, both as if she was figuring it out the first time and as if she had known about it for several hours now.
Even more painful than that, however, would be that one stark realization: her witnessing that Impmon, pierced straight through the core by a stabbing, thorned vine, almost immediately slumping over in a limp pile of disintegrating data.
All of this surged back to her at once...

Holly sat there, quietly as she heard those chains in her ears. That mental lock turning and that sudden painful headache that made her clutch at her head with her free hand. She gasped as that flood of emotion slammed into her, those sealed memories being bright and painful to come so quickly.
The job was simple, it was something she could do. Something they could do, it was something that they would probably even be proud of. She sat there clutching at her head as it unfolded in her head. The slow methodical nature of her mind picking it apart piece by piece trying to make sense of it.
The painful realization of her witnessing the impmon, Dark being stabbed through the core by a vine. She felt her eyes water, and tears start to flow in great rivulets down her face. She'd clutch harder at her head. Biting down at her lip as she felt her body start to shake a little bit at the realization of what had happened.
But that wasn't even the worst of it no. There was more wasn't there? She'd grip harder at her head, feeling her claws dig into the side as she whimpered in pain of the memories that assaulted her. Memories that hadn't even been that old. These things were fresh, but it only made her wonder what else could be hidden away in those boxes?
"N...No... No....Nonono..."
