It hadn't been too long since Persephone had heard about yet another pair of new members coming to Ys; a tamer and their partner, from the sounds of things. The news of new members always tended to have everyone in a tizzy (in the good sense, of course;) as they welcomed in whoever the newcomers are, and help them settle in... But for Persephone, it was a particularly busy and exciting time for her; as the little Dorumon had lately been taking on a bit of a tradition of sorts for the new members that come in, to help them feel welcomed, as well as to give her an excuse to put her skills to work.
See, to welcome in new members, Persephone has been taking to sewing them their own little accessories!
Be it something like the bandana she had done up for that little Spadamon, or even something like Baldur's scarf, Persephone was making a point to sew up a little something-something for the new members that'd join, whenever she could get around to meeting them. It could be something that they could optionally pin their KIZNA badges to, or something to keep them warm in the cold of the Prominence, or even just something to help them look distinct - anything that she could sew up for a new member, and that they could wear, really! It all came down to that member's preference; which was why, today, Persephone was wandering the halls of the Sanctum to look for the new duo.
"Hm hm hm~" The Dorumon would idly hum as she walked along; a shawl hanging from her shoulders, backpack on her back, and tail swishing with barely-concealed anticipation, as she used her walker to aid her in getting around. "I wonder where I'll find those two... Perhaps the boys' quarters?" Persephone would muse out loud as she looked around for the newest duo that had been introduced into KIZNA; pondering if they, perhaps, were settling down in their new rooms - seeing as every member got their own room to use as they saw fit. Though, then again... It was perfectly possible that they were wandering the Sanctum like she was, too...
Either way, the little Dorumon was quite keen on meeting them, on getting to know them a little, and on figuring out if either of them would like an accessory of their own! Oh, she couldn't help but wonder what they would be like... She heard that the tamer was a rather friendly young man, and the digimon a scrappy little gal like the Spadamon, but anything beyond that she wanted to find out for herself! As mentioned before though, she was also looking forward to putting her skills to work; sewing was always a nice low-exertion activity for her, but she was pretty sure that her family was getting overwhelmed with all the accessories that she'd try to make for everyone... "I wonder if they like tea at all..."

Post by Kenny O'Hara and Skadi on Jul 18, 2019 9:17:16 GMT
It had been a particularity dizzying few time for Kenny and Skadi. For you see, over the past few weeks, Kenny and Skadi made their first ever (at least for the human's) visit to the Digital World, met a whole group of friendly Digimon, crossed paths with Ryouta and Valt and sparred with them, ending with the victorious Veemon wanting to take the goat/lamb/whatever-she-was-supposed-to-be under his wing, and joining KIZNA thanks to Skadi finally reaching her Champion form, the mighty ram, Canandenmon. And just a bit later, there was the whole hubbub at the Entertainment District on Golden Week too.
Under their own discretion (read: Skadi suggested they do that and Kenny agreed), they were out exploring the sanction, hoping to go meet some of the other members there, hoping to make a good first impression for this. Clad in his uniform, and his partner's wool looking as nice and clean (and of course, fluffy) as humanely possible, he was hoping that the other veterans would welcome them team into the bigger team with open arms. His hands were tucked into his pockets as they walked across the hallways, Skadi keeping up in brisk pace, when a nice female humming sound hit their ears, and a greyish wolfox-like figure started to emerge.
The wolfox looked to be the same species as Dorumon, except instead of a vivid purple fur, it looked a lot more grey, and instead of what looked to be a red faceplate, it was a a light aqua blue instead. Since from what they heard that only members of KIZNA could enter the building...
Kenny smiled happily as he glanced at the Dorumon, taking a deep breath to ready himself to greet what was to be one of his new teammates-come-friends, and introduce his partner politely and calmly, to make the best impression he could. However, Skadi's not-visible eyes were practically shining, practically excited to see her teammate. But this time, Kenny was on the offensive, as Skadi could only take 3 or 4 steps before Kenny could grab her and wrap her in his arms, facing the Dorumon face first.
She turned her head up to Kenny, "Aw, Kenny, I just wanted to say 'hi'." Kenny just chuckled and gave her one of his recognisable hair ruffles to his feisty friend, before walking up to the Dorumon.
"Sorry man, but I'm pretty sure anybody wouldn't appreciate some random stranger just running up and tackle hugging them without warning. Trust me, my butt's still a little sore thanks to Ophelia and Cassie's... little 'bouts of affection' the other day." That also made the Valaismon chuckle, remembering the first time they and Ophelia met. "I swear, you guys are like long lost sisters."
Speaking of, Kenny opted to greet the Dorumon first, waving a hand in the air while the other held Skadi firmly, her arms hanging over Kenny's like wet socks limping around on the clothesline. "Hey there! I'm Kenny, and that's my friend, Skadi! It's really nice to meet you!"

It didn't take too long, for Persephone to finally find Kenny and Skadi in the winding halls of the Sanctum; she would glance up as she'd hear their footsteps, Skadi's hooves against the smooth flooring of the Sanctum being particularly apparent to her sensitive hearing. As she saw them round the corner, Persephone would also quickly note that Kenny appeared to be in uniform, and the Valaismon was well groomed. Trying to look presentable to the other members of KIZNA, hm? The Dorumon would smile wryly at the thought - watching as Kenny would have to quickly scoop Skadi up before she could come in for a hug. Which, Kenny's initiative was probably good - Persephone was a bit of a fragile gal, after all - judging by the wheeled walker that she was using to get around.
Regardless though, Kenny would speak up to introduce himself to Persephone, and the Dorumon would smile warmly and nod in response; briefly stepping away from her walker so that she could extend a claw, and shake Kenny's and Skadi's hands. "It's good to meet you both, dears. My name is Persephone - I'm Hikaru's daughter, if you've met him yet." She'd introduce herself in turn, chuckling gently. "You two are KIZNA's newest members, yes? I certainly hope that you both have been settling in alright! I know that a few of my siblings and a few of the other members around here can be a bit excitable or prone to antics, but they all mean well." She couldn't help but think to Fuu and Bu in particular - recalling what Dad had said about Bu and Ophelia's possible relationship, and their own mutual antics.
"I've actually been looking for the both of you, in any case." Persephone would soon continue though, as she tore herself away from her own thoughts. Once the handshakes were over with, she would noticeably dig through her backpack to get out what looked to be a bottle of hand sanitizer; using it to clean her claws. One never knew what kind of viruses and bugs people were carrying these days, and she had to be cautious with her weak immune system. As she did this though, she would mention "I like to sew - mostly as a hobby - but I've also taken to sewing up accessories for new members who join KIZNA; just as a little welcome gift." Yggdrassil knows that her family probably would have a crisis if she buried them in even more accessories - better to spread her gifts out amongst the members, too!
"With that in mind... I was wondering if you two would like a couple accessories of your own, and if so, if you two would like to come stop by my room so that we can discuss it? I'd love to get to know the both of you a little more, and discussing this with you would help me make sure that the accessories end up being perfect for the both of you." Persephone would wrap this up with a warm, proud smile; she enjoyed doing this for people, and she was confident in her talents with sewing. Hopefully these two would enjoy her work, too!

As Kenny and Skadi got a little closer to the grey Dorumon, he was at the same time, relived that he managed to stop Skadi from tackle-hugging her new teammate and a little worried about her condition, considering that she was in the walker. However, he did figure it was inappropriate to ask about it, as his dad and TAFE teachers did tell him that. Nevertheless, as he put Skadi down when they got close, the small sheep Digimon still gave a friendly smile and wave to the Dorumon.
There was a sense of friendliness and warmth that seemed to emit from the Dorumon as she went to shake hands with the two, which Kenny and Skadi happily accepted, introducing herself as Persephone, Hikaru's daughter. Kenny did indeed nod as she note them as KIZNA's newest members, and chuckled quite a bit as she quipped about the other members that made the team, "I should know. Me and Skadi actually got to join you guys thanks to Ryouta and Valt, and it's actually a pretty funny story. Maybe I could tell it to you sometimes."
Skadi, having been the investigator that started it all in the first place, just had to throw in her own two cents on the matter, "If anything, you should be thanking those guys for getting us in. I'm Valt's disciple now, because he thinks we have a lot of potential, and he's a great teacher too!" She beamed to the Dorumon in a bid to impress her. Granted, Persephone may already have known about Ryouta and Valt, but Skadi was practically singing her praises to them.
To the pair's surprise, after breaking off the handshake, the Dorumon, while remarking that she was looking for them, had broken out some hand sanitizer. Again, Kenny and Skadi were obviously not willing to judge her, especially Kenny, who had lived a whole life with his own disability and faced heavy judgement during his time at school. He did remember that one phase he was taught by his dad, 'A person is a person, no matter how small'. And the same could be easily said for Digimon like the Dorumon standing before them.
And speaking of surprises, Persephone mentioned she liked sewing... before mentioning she wanted to make some new accessories for them as a welcome gift. Skadi looked very happy to hear that, as she went over to try and hug Persephone again, but this time, with the eccentric behaviour way toned down this time around, just more of a softer, gentler hug, nothing resembling the aggressive tackle hug. "Thanks, Persephone. That's actually really sweet of you to do." She would attempt to nuzzle the Dorumon for a bit, should she actually have hugged her, before breaking away, but Kenny was a little flustered.
Still, he managed a kind, but pretty embarrassed smile (the good sort of embarrassment), as he blushed slightly, and nodded, "Yeah, she's right. Thanks for doing this for us. Besides, I did want to learn more about my new teammates today, and hey, maybe I could tell you the story on how we joined." And with that, if the Dorumon did start to lead them now, they would follow her willingly. Because, if Ryouta was saying was true, KIZNA was really like a tight knit family, and ever since the death of his mum, that would be a very welcome change.

Persephone chuckled with a warm smile, nodding in response to Kenny's own quip, suggesting "I'd love to hear those stories; perhaps once we get things straightened out, if you want to stay around to watch me work, you could tell me about it all in the meantime?" Though, she also couldn't help but note how the duo both joined thru Ryouta and Valt... That was how the Spadamon joined the team, too, actually... It certainly was an interesting thought, was Valt building up a repertoire of disciples?
That's certainly what it seemed like, given Skadi's response - and Persephone would chuckle and nod. "Valt has been teaching other digimon for quite some time; he's indeed a wonderful teacher." She would agree, before thinking it all over for a second. "There's a nice little Spadamon in our team - Ophelia, I believe her name was? I was the one that did up her bandana, and she's another one of Valt's disciples. I presume you've met her too, then, if the both of you are now Valt's disciples as well?"
Persephone wouldn't miss the pair's surprise though, at her disability. The walker, her insistence on hygiene, even her unusual markings and the chunks of data that came off of her... It all tended to draw attention to herself, even if she herself was a rather mild-mannered digimon. She'd simply offer them a smile, appreciating that they otherwise weren't drawing too much attention to it. Still, she figured it was worth to explain herself to them, mentioning "I tend to get sick pretty easily - so I'm very mindful of things like hygiene and cleanliness."
As Skadi would approach to hug her, though, Persephone was more than happy to return it; putting the bottle of sanitizer away, leaning down to embrace Skadi right back, and chuckling kindly. "You seem like quite the sweetheart yourself, Skadi." She'd respond - nuzzling the other in turn as her tail slowly, contentedly, swished. Maybe a little bow would look cute on Skadi... Or a couple bows for her horns? It was hard to say, but Persephone supposed she should wait until they told her what they'd like to get, before she start getting ideas...
Either way, as Skadi would finally break away, Persephone would start walking down the hall for her room; glancing back at Kenny to make sure that they were keeping up (not that it was all that difficult to follow her,) as she responded. "Of course, dears. I'd be more than happy to get to know you both some more, and to let you two get to know me, too." She'd smile a bit more brightly, before a thought would occur to her, as she asked "Say, do either of you happen to like tea? I do a little bit of gardening, too - herbs, teas, flowers, and the such - and I'd be more than happy to brew up one of my blends for you, if either of you would like some."

So it seemed Persephone sounded really keen about hearing Kenny's story, and as she asked them to tell her about it in a bit, he nodded. But ye Gods, she would better strap in because, unbeknown to her, she was in for a hell of an interesting tale. However, Persephone mentioning Ophelia made Skadi's ear twitch in interest, "Met her? I love her! Ophelia's a great friend! I was actually training with her and Valt the other day, and she's really tough; she's actually given me quite a challenge the other day."
As noted, Kenny and Skadi were not one to just up and judge others based on first appearance, especially because on the inside, Persephone was showing herself to be a sweet, caring, bordering on motherly individual, but her body looked kind of worrying. She simply brushed it off, quickly explaining that of her mindfulness towards cleanliness. Figuring it would be rude to ask her, Kenny just nodded and smiled, as a subtle way of thanking her.
Kenny did chuckle a bit from when Persephone complimented Skadi during the hug. Yeah, sure, Skadi did have a bit of a mischievous streak, and she was quite feisty, both in and out of battle (Valt and Ophelia, having experienced it, could more than testify to that), but at the end of the day, Skadi was indeed a sweetheart, if her blushing and her continued nuzzling was anything to go by. The Valaismon giggled as she pulled herself back, "Again, thank you, Persephone. If anything, I should be saying that about you." She told her new teammate/buddy/fuzzy wolfox friend.
Of course, Kenny did have to chip in himself, "She's right you know. You're a really sweet girl, Persephone, and I'm so glad we did get to meet like this." He chuckled again as Skadi ran back to him, prompting him to lean down and ruffle his partner's hair, as always. It was not hard to notice the love the duo had for one another.
So Persephone would start to lead the way, and, to the surprise of nobody probably, Kenny and Skadi would indeed follow the Dorumon, just enough to keep up with her pace, as to avoid either potentially running rings around her, as she asked them if they would like some tea. Kenny did pause for a moment while Skadi said, "Yeah, I like tea. I'd actually like to try one of your brews now that you mention it."
Kenny, on the other hand, wasn't much of an avid tea drinker, much less a coffee drinker. Yes, he did have the occasional cuppa from time to time, but he wasn't a huge fan of it. But still, he did commit himself to trying new things, so, hey, it didn't hurt to give it a shot, "I could give one a shot, Persephone, if you don't mind." He told the Dorumon. It seemed both had a lot to things to tell each other.

"That's good to hear - she seems like quite the energetic little Spadamon. Certainly more energetic than I could keep up with!" Persephone laughed gently, smiling warmly. "It's good to hear that the both of you are getting along and having fun together, though. Maybe I could introduce you to some of my other siblings sometime, ones who I think would be right up your alley, too." She'd muse out loud, pondering the notion. She could see the other, more energetic and peppy siblings getting along with Skadi, like maybe Matty and Jimmy, or Bu? Then again, she had a feeling Fuu would get an ulcer if she had yet another digimon to enable Bu's tendencies for antics... Eheh...
Persephone would smile and flush at Skadi's compliment and Kenny's agreement - though it showed less in an visible blushing, given her fur, and more in how her fur would puff up the slightest bit. She seemed visibly appreciative, though - reaching out to pat Skadi's head. "Of course, dears - and thank you both. It's always good to see kind members such as yourselves." She'd respond, giggling gently. "And I'm glad to have met you both, too; you're quite the pleasant pair." As she would watch Skadi and Kenny have a brief, affectionate moment - the trainer ruffling the Valaismon's hair - she'd smile a bit brighter, observing "I can certainly see that you two have a strong bond."
As they walked along, Persephone would listen as both Skadi and Kenny responded to her offer - she'd smile to Kenny and mention "It's no trouble at all - if we're going to be sitting around telling stories while I sew, I might as well provide some refreshments for the both of you." After a brief moment of thought, Persephone would also think to ask "Do either of you have any preferences for tea? I've got a decent variety, and I myself like adding honey on an occasion, so I have a bottle I keep in my room."
It didn't take long for the trio to reach Persephone's room, though - in the girls' wing of the Sanctum, closer to the hallway that linked the two wings. Entering into it - leaving the door open for Kenny and Skadi to enter as well - they'd be greeted with quite the warm and cozy-looking sight.
A sky-blue rug was spread out over the floor, soft and with the slightest bit of under their feet, and quite easy on the eyes. In the far right corner of the room was her bed - the bedspread seeming to be purples and pinks, with an electric blanket - presently unplugged - sitting atop it. A couple miscellaneous plushies as well, sitting against the wall that the bed was adjacent to in the meantime. Next to it was her nightstand - on top of it was a simple dark blue lamp that was currently off and what looked to be a couple bottles of medicine, as well as an empty glass - presumably for water. The nightstand in question had a couple of drawers, but it was hard to say what was within, as they were presently closed.
In the far left corner of the room was what looked to be a cozy armchair of sorts - set up near a table and a couple of short bookshelves, the bookshelves in question being filled with a variety of books. Encyclopedias, guides, textbooks... But also what looked to be a variety of different genres of novels, as well. The table in question had a reading light and a couple of books, too, bookmarked and resting on the table. There also seemed to be a tote, a few rolls of cloth, and a sewing machine on one of the shelves too, though - was that where Persephone generally kept her sewing supplies?
To the right, along the wall was a wardrobe and a mirror - simplistic, and the wardrobe similarly didn't look to be too tall; easy to reach the top if necessary, with a few drawers at the bottom. This was especially apparent when Persephone would come in to hang her shawl up in the wardrobe, barely needing to reach to hang it on one of the hangers within the wardrobe. Next, to the left, seemed to be another bookcase, as well as a small cupboard and a counter of sorts that had an electric kettle on top- if Skadi was keen-nosed at all, she would be able to note the smell of teas from within. Once Persephone's shawl was hung up, she would move over here - filling the kettle with some water from a pitcher that sat nearby, turning it on, and picking out a few teabags and cups that she set on the counter for now whilst she waited for the water to warm up
But finally, there would be two doors, it seemed - one to one of the adjacent bedrooms, and one in the back; the window on the door seeming to reveal it to be heading out to a greenhouse of sorts, where Persephone kept her own personal little garden. Though one could only see so much through the window in the door, it was clear that a variety of plants - tea plants, herbs, and flowers primarily - were grown here. Photos and pictures hung from the walls, as well - of scenery from the world beyond the Prominence, as well as photos of what was likely family and friends.
There was a little Dorimon - likely a baby Persephone, judging by the black fur, bright blue markings, and data chunks - curled up on a Gaomon's lap, fast asleep. There was Persephone curled up around a pair of sleepy Pokomon, smiling warmly. There was even a photo of a periwinkle-colored Gigimon chasing after Persephone's swishing tail, as a larger, older-looking Dorumon laughed in the background! And another one of a younger baby Persephone - reading books with what looked to be a Poromon... One of the most impressive photos on the walls though, was what looked to be a family photo - various different beast and dragon digimon gathered around in the photo, including Persephone, the Gaomon, the older Dorumon, and even the little periwinkle Gigimon - though this time around, she seemed to be sporting a notable claw scar across her face - amongst them.
All in all, Persephone's room was quite homely and cozy, and it seemed that a lot of the furniture was picked out for her comfort and convenience. Purples, blues, and pinks were all common colors in some of the decor of the room, seeing as they were her favorite colors, and the things that were scattered around here told a lot about her - from her love to reading and sewing, to her love for her family, and her curiosity of the world beyond.
Once the kettle was heating up though, Persephone would move for the armchair - sitting down in it, and setting her books atop one of the bookcases to make some room while she got out her sewing supplies. "You two are more than welcome to take a seat on my bed while I work over here - do either of you have any ideas for what kind of accessories you might want?" Persephone would ask, smiling over to them patiently. "There's no rush, of course; and I don't mind improving if you don't know - but if there's anything you two have been interested in, I'd love to hear. Any preferences in texture, material, or colors would be good to know, too."
As Persephone prepared to set up for some sewing, though... The door - the one connecting her room to an adjacent bedroom - would open, to reveal a Hawkmon. The bird digimon would blink curiously, before grinning widely, waving a wing. "Well hello there, I thought I heard some talking! Good to see some new faces around here!" They'd greet - coming up to Kenny and Skadi to offer the both of them a handshake - or would it be a wingshake? "The name's Baldur, me and Persephone are best buds, and I help her out around the place from time to time!" Persephone would chuckle, smiling over to Baldur, and adding "Baldur's my primary caregiver - they tend to help me around with housework, cleaning, and the such - especially when my family isn't around to help, given that a lot of them tend to be quite busy." "And I do a right fine job, if I do say so myself." Baldur would humorously boast, stroking their 'chin' with their free wing - prompting Persephone to laugh.

Post by Kenny O'Hara and Skadi on Jul 29, 2019 10:12:40 GMT
To say that Ophelia was 'quite energetic' was the understatement of the freaking millennium, if her mere introduction by literally pouncing on Kenny was anything to go by. But the idea of meeting Persephone's other siblings sounded intriguing, and the duo nodded keenly on that. And after the hug between Persephone and Skadi, Kenny blushed a little bit from the Dorumon's compliments, chuckling a little bit in embarrassment and rubbing the back of his head. "Aw, it's nothing, Persephone."
So what would Kenny and Skadi prefer for their tea? Well, God knows, they weren't picky individuals, but they did have a bit of preferences. Kenny just thought it over quickly before answering, "Well, I'd like to have some vanilla veda chai tea please, if you have any."
Skadi, on the other hand, sought out something a little sweeter, "Can I please have some chocolate matcha with some honey, Perry?" She also asked.
Upon entering Persephone's room, Kenny and Skadi took in the sight of the Dorumon's room. And, true to form, it looked cosy as hell (in a good way). And yes, Skadi did manage to catch a whiff of the aroma of the teas, practically calming her down and putting her mind at ease. (Kenny could smell it too, it was so intoxicating, and comforting to him), Kenny whistled keenly at his glimpse at the greenhouse; it looked pretty damn impressive. "Gotta admit, Persephone, you have quite the impressive green thumb there." He told the Dorumon. Even at a glance, for a Digimon about the size of a small child, Persephone's greenhouse took the cake, the store, and the entire freaking baking industry, "How did you manage to pull off something like that so easily?"
But what really caught the attention of the duo were the photos on the walls. While Persephone had already told them earlier that Hikaru was one of her parents, it came as no surprise that that Gaomon was most likely Owen, just like Bezil told him that day. Besides, those baby Digimon photos were freaking adorable. Hikaru was freaking adorable. And speaking of, when looking at the family photo, they noticed someone a little familiar...
Skadi gently nudged Kenny with her elbow, grabbing his attention, "Hey Kenny, I think I can see Bezil up there." She said quietly, pointing to the fluffy Gumdramon in the photo. Turning to the family photo, Kenny quickly scanned the photo, before he spotted (what was most likely) Bezil.
"Ooooh, yeah, Bezil. I can see him." Kenny smiled as he noticed the Gumdramon, "God, Bezil's a great guy. I'd really like to catch up with him someday." He remembered how that Gumdramon was so happy to help him, and defend him when things had gone rough, "Wonder what's he doing right now?"
"He did say he wanted to join KIZNA himself, if I remember correctly." Skadi pointed out, "Hopefully he'll be happy to hear that we joined it as well." They didn't have any doubts in their mind that he would join KIZNA one day. Who knew, maybe he already did; maybe they already beat him to the punch. Would he be proud to hear about how they did on Golden Week?
Anyways, not to dabble in past events, they did take Persephone's offer to take a seat on her bed, but while Kenny sat normally, Skadi, rather, laid down her head (and her arms) onto her tamer's lap, her mind still awash in the smell of tea. In response, Kenny stroked his partner, just like he would his old pet cat all those years ago. But what accessories would they want? The duo would just look at each other for a moment, before Skadi looked up from her comfortable position to Kenny; "How about a pair of silky aqua-blue matching scarves for the both of us?"
Kenny had a brief look of surprise for a moment, but he knew Skadi was onto something with that idea, "Yeah, that's a good idea, actually. It could help keep us warm when we pay a visit to Ys, for one..."
"And we'll look so cute together when we wear it!" Skadi would add again, making Kenny blush sheepishly (pun not intended), but happily, stroking her a bit more. Skadi had a myriad of crazy ideas to her name, but Kenny couldn't exactly say that they were malicious in any way. He knew his partner loved him for who he was, and he loved her for that (well, that, and a myriad of other reasons).
"Heh. Thanks man."
It was then Kenny and Skadi would notice a door opening. As Kenny turned around to the source of the noise, Skadi would scramble to pull herself up, before quickly straightening out her wool and sitting up straight, as a Hawkmon (introducing themselves as Baldur) would come through the door and give a friendly handshake, which both would accept in turn, "Hey there, my names Kenneth, but you can call me Kenny. Everybody does." He told them.
"And I'm Skadi, Kenny's partner, and friend too." The young Valaismon added in turn. Baldur and Persephone would then explain their relationship as best friends and caregivers, before the Hawkmon would playfully boast to the others, and when Persephone laughed, Kenny and Skadi could clearly not resist either, laughing along with her. It wasn't even a full minute yet, and that Hawkmon was already growing on them.
That had to be a new record.
After the laughing died down, Kenny decided to get some time to learn about the Hawkmon, "Hey Baldur, you wanna hear about how we joined KIZNA? We were just about to tell Persephone that."
Skadi, as per usual, would nod to them, "It's really amusing. I'm sure you'll love it." She winked at them (which was hard to tell, actually. Her bangs did get in the way, all things considered).

Vanilla Veda Chai tea, and chocolate matcha with honey. Persephone would nod in acknowledgement at what the duo's preferences were, smiling back to the both of them - though there was a sheepish hue, as she apologized to Kenny "I don't think I have vanilla veda chai tea - I'm sorry about that, - but I think I've got something that's similar. We'll have to see once we get there though, and once I can take a look at my stock. The chocolate matcha should be doable, though." She was a bit disappointed she wouldn't be able to entirely attend to Kenny's wants, but she'd try her best to make up for it. She'll just have to work extra hard on the accessories, once she knew what Kenny and Skadi wanted!
In the meantime though, as Persephone went through her motions of putting her things away and starting up the kettle, she would watch as Kenny and Skadi took in her room, and examined everything. Kenny's compliments about the greenhouse would make her sheepishly giggle and smile. "Thank you, dear. In truth, it isn't very easy - I have to be mindful that I don't pick out plants that are too needy or high-maitenance, given that I only have so much energy to spend on a given day, and there's sometimes days where I have to skimp on other tasks to do what's necessary, or days where I don't have the energy to do anything at all." She'd sigh a little with this - both with the notion of how her condition limits her, as well as her having confirmed with a glance in the cupboard that they, indeed, didn't have Kenny's Vanilla Veda Chai. She'd still look for the closest equivalent for him, though - setting it with the other teabags, and getting down the honey bottle for Skadi's matcha.
"Thankfully though, I have my friends and family to give a hand with the gardening, when I'm having a bad day - and once I am able to get the plants planted and growing, it's usually not too hard to manage them from there, aside from harvesting, re-potting, or doing cuttings for additional plants." She'd smile over in Kenny's direction, adding "And even if it is tough, seeing everyone so happy with my plants and work makes it all worth it - I help grow medicinal herbs for my brother Haku, for example. And everyone loves my teas and flowers, too!"
Once the teabags, honey, and kettle were set up - Persephone would watch the other two as they admired the photos on the walls. The mention of Bezil would make her ears prick noticeably, curiously, as she gazed in their direction. "Ah, so you two met Bezil?" She'd ask - before smiling warmly. It'd certainly been awhile, since she heard from him. "How's he been doing? He's always been quite the adventurous older brother... It'd be good to catch up with him, if he is joining up in KIZNA like you two say!" Her tail would swish with the visible eagerness at the idea of catching up with her older brother, wondering what he'll think of the Sanctum. It certainly would be great, to see how Bezil would get along with Hilda, now that she was getting to be grown up... Though, then again, Hilda tended to be a bit... Brash, to say the least. Eheh... Hopefully she remembered Bezil positively!
Nonetheless though, once Kenny and Skadi both settled down on the bed and decided on their accessories of choice, Persephone would nod. "Aqua-blue, hm~? Sounds good!" She'd respond with a smile, already working on picking out a roll of cloth to use - idly feeling her claws over the cloth to gauge whether she liked the texture. Hearing the duo banter in the background would draw a laugh out of her, as she smiled in their direction. Such an adorable tamer-digimon duo, she couldn't help but find herself quite endeared to them. "Do you want any special details, like a fringe at the ends, or embroidery?" She'd ask as she pulled a roll of cloth onto the table, and begun measuring things out. "Or would you rather we keep it simple?"
As Baldur, Skadi, and Kenny went through introductions though, Baldur would hum wryly with a smile, thinking for a second before chuckling. "Would you say that a Kenneth by any other name is just as charming of a young man?" They'd joke in Kenny's direction, before glancing to Skadi and adding "And no need to be sheepish, friend! I've seen plenty of cuddlepiles in my day - especially with some of the affectionate digimon that hang around here!" Persephone would laugh at Baldur's joking around, smiling to them. "Would you like some tea, too, Baldur?" She'd ask - to which they'd nod. "Certainly! Let me take over the tea for you while you work, I'll handle everything from here." Persephone giggled and nodded in response, tail swishing happily. "Thank you, Baldur. Left cup's for Kenny, middle cup's for Skadi - she'd like some honey with her chocolate matcha, too."
Saluting, Baldur would move for the tea cupboard and counter - working on getting everything together. At the invite from Kenny to stick around and hear about the story of how he and Skadi joined KIZNA, Baldur would hum, and smile brightly, nodding. "Certainly, I can always get behind a good tale!" They'd chirp in response, leaning back against the counter while they waited for the kettle's telltale whistle. The mention of the story would make Persephone blink, before she laughed a bit. "Ah, I almost forgot that I meant to listen to your story! Pardon me, I tend to be a bit of a busy Funbeemon." She'd smile sheepishly in their direction, before returning to her work. "But do tell, it's nice listening to you guys talk while I work."

Persephone had told Kenny that she didn't have any Vanilla Veda Chai on her, and while, admittedly, yes, that was disappointing, he honestly didn't mind. "Eh, it's OK, Persephone. Besides, it'll be nice to try something a little new." Honestly, it would not be the end of the world as we know it if Kenny didn't get his Vanilla Veda Chai. But he still was more than sure that Persephone would pull something good off.
Kenny's comment about Persephone's very green thumb hadn't slipped by unnoticed by her, and he smiled at her kindly as she thanked him. His smile did falter a little when Persephone went on about her inconsistent lack of energy, but it didn't exactly last long when she added that making those people happy were worth it for her. "I'm sure they do, Perry. You're quite the hard worker after all. You should be proud of yourself." He said, going to lean down and affectionately (and gently) stroke the Dorumon's fur, if she allowed him to.
God, I wish I had your level of optimism. He thought to himself.
Likewise, Skadi's detection of Bezil and the subsequent mini-conversation hadn't been lost in the shuffle either, as she asked how he had been doing to them, "Yeah, sadly we haven't seen him in a while, but if I'm correct, he's trying to get a bit more experience first before he joins KIZNA." Kenny explained "I don't know if he's on Tamernet or not,
"But then again, his dads are Owen and you-know-who. I wouldn't be surprised if he joined way before us." Skadi pointed out. They really did miss the guy, and they were hoping that they would cross paths again in the near future.
Having relaxed onto Persephone's bed, Skadi had practically snuggled up to Kenny, and to say that both parties had really warmed up to each other was an understatement. They were practically burning, if Persephone friendly laughter and smile, and Kenny and Skadi's subsequent chuckle were anything to go by. As she asked about the specific details, Kenny just paused for a second, before adding, "Yeah, the fringe does sound like a good idea, actually. You think so, Skadi?" He glanced at his partner, who nodded keenly at him, then at Persephone.
Upon introduction, Baldur would start to make a wry hum and a chuckle, prompting a bit of brief confusion from Kenny, going "Hm?", and Skadi, who tilted her head quizzically. The first compliment they made, directed at Kenny, made him blush a bit. "Aw, thanks man. You're quite the sweetheart yourself, you know." He chuckled. The second one, even though it was aimed at Skadi, made him and the Valaismon chuckle again, until they mentioned the 'cuddlepile' bit, which made his face go a bright beetroot red, while Skadi continued giggling.
Oh shit, you saw Skadi cuddle me, didn't you?
Of course, Skadi being, well, Skadi, she had to throw in her own bit to Baldur after she yukked it up, "And you're certainly no birdbrain yourself, Baldur, you know that?" She winked to the funny Hawkmon, just before she whispered to Kenny, "Was that good?" Kenny slightly nodded. If anything, this Hawkmon was quickly winning them over. They certainly showed themselves to be a great person, not unlike a certain other arrow wielding Hawkmon...
Baldur had offered to take care of the tea. Considering that they were described as the Dorumon's guardian and chum, it didn't come off as much surprise that buddies like them would share the same interest as one another. And if anything, it came as good coincidence that Baldur did want to stick around to hear the story themselves. Settling onto the bed, Kenny would start off the tale, glancing at Persephone, "Well, it all started back at the Spartan Training Grounds. Skadi was training under a TiaLudomon, despite the fact she hadn't actually digivolved to her proper Champion level yet. And at the time, we were complete and utter nobodies. And then, Ryouta and Valt came over, and all the trainers there were acting like he was some sort of mini celebrity." He paused for a moment, trying to recall some details, before continuing, "As it turned out, he actually trained with Champion-level Digimon, of all things."
"Meanwhile," Skadi added, "We met up with Valt, and he was really cool! He was a tough, but friendly teacher who saw a lot of potential in me. When I talked about how I was gonna be a great hero, he had a lot of faith in me, and he offered to spar with me." At this point, they would pause, waiting for any comments from either Persephone and Baldur. The story was gonna get pretty weird from there.

Kenny's praise would make Persephone fluster a hair once more, giggling and smiling sheepishly in his direction. "Ah... Thank you, Kenny. I certainly try my hardest." She'd respond kindly, before blinking with surprise as he'd lean down to pet her. At first, Persephone was unsure how to regard it - not expecting Kenny's contact, given that they only just met - but... She'd sigh gently, and relax into the touch for a moment - before chuckling, gently nuzzling Kenny's hand, and getting back to work. She couldn't let herself get distracted for too long - even if she enjoyed the contact - after all!
She would nod and listen closely though, as Skadi and Kenny talked about Bezil, and what he was up to. It was a shame that neither of them knew what he's been up to more recently, but it was still good to hear that her older brother was otherwise well, and looking into preparing to join KIZNA. At the mention of 'you-know-who' though... Persephone would giggle with a faint smile, her tail swishing. "You don't need to treat Dad like some storybook villain - just say his name," She'd mention to the two with a hair of teasing, adding "He isn't going to pop out of the walls or something if you mention him by name!" After a moment, though... She'd snicker a bit, jokingly adding "... At least, pfft, I sure hope so! It'd be quite a bit of a scare, if he decided to become a ghost!"
Baldur, though, would chuckle happily at Kenny's and Skadi's reactions to their quips, laughing along with them. Seeing their amusement and happiness at their jokes was enough to make them happy, too, and Kenny's blushing admittedly drew a snicker out of Baldur as well. These two already seemed like a pleasant duo!
And that notion was only reinforced when Skadi would quip right back with a joke of her own! Baldur would blink a second, before squawking out in laughter - slapping their knee a bit with a wing. "PFtahahaha! Hooo boy, not only are you two pleasant company, but you're both quite the hoot, too! I like ya!" Baldur remarked with a grin, clearly enthused over Skadi's joke. "I better get my act together - we may be birds of a feather, but I can't let my humor be outpaced, either!" Persephone would be laughing as well now, grinning wryly in Baldur's direction. "Somehow, I have a feeling that's going to end in chaos," She'd quip - to which Baldur snickered, playfully correcting Persephone with "Glorious chaos!"
The duo would listen intently as Skadi and Kenny went into their tale about how they came to join KIZNA, Baldur leaning back against the counter, and Persephone idly cutting out some lengths of cloth all the whilst. Persephone couldn't help a fond smile though, at the mention of Ryouta and Valt - training with Champion-level digimon certainly sounded like something they'd do, after all, and they indeed were decently well known in the popular training areas of the Digital World... It was nice to hear that Valt was picking up disciples once more though, from the sound of things. She had thought Ophelia would be the only one, but now he'd picked up Skadi and Kenny too, leaving her to wonder who else would come along next.
At the pause, Persephone would chuckle a bit, musing "Who knew such a chance occurence would lead to the both of you joining us, hm?" with a warm smile. Baldur would nod as well, remarking "You know, if we're going to be jokesters in arms, maybe I should ask Valt about teaching me some, too!" It certainly would give them an edge in wanting to protect Persephone, too - even if there was rarely ever any trouble in Ys..! Persephone, though, would give the Hawkmon a wry look - mentioning "You sure you wouldn't spend the whole time joking around with Skadi, as opposed to training?" This would make Baldur laugh lightly, grinning sheepishly. "Ahhhh, can I plead the fifth? I'm sure Teach wouldn't exactly appreciate that out of me, anyhow, eheh!"
Before the duo's banter could go any further though, the kettle would begin to whistle - making Baldur jump visibly in surprise. "Ah! That caught me off guard," They'd laugh - turning around to work on fixing up everyone's tea and humming to themself all the while. "How much honey do you like in your tea, Skadi? Or should I let you handle that?"

It was pretty apparent that both Persephone and Baldur had quite an abundant sense of humour to their name, as Kenny and Skadi chuckled briefly at the Dorumon's ghost joke, and, later on, Kenny would find himself laughing along with Skadi and Baldur after his blushing, finding the humour in his initial embarrassment. And, much to the Valaismon's pleasant surprise, Baldur loved her pun, grinning and giggling in both her satisfaction, and at another set of puns, courtesy of the Hawkmon guardian.
Peresphone and Baldur's quip about the potential chaos that may ensure should the Hawkmon try to keep up with made Kenny smirk a little at that; he knew and lived with her for months now, and the 2 other Digimon had known her for like 5 seconds in comparison, "Oh, good luck with that, pal. You're really gonna need it." He told Baldur, while stroking Skadi's head, "Skadi's practically unpredictable. Even I have trouble figuring out what she's gonna do or say next sometimes." She didn't hesitate to playfully elbow him, making him yelp in surprise, "See what I mean?"
"What can I say?" Skadi grinned mischievously, "I can be pretty hard to bleat!" She resumed laughing once again, even Kenny was having trouble resisting the urge to laugh and failed.
Truly, Chuggaaconroy would be proud.
From what the body language was telling Kenny and Skadi so far, Persephone and Baldur had seemed really interested in the tale, and even Peresephone hadn't ignored the fact that this chance meeting would eventually lead to them joining the team. Baldur piping in with their own interest to train with Valt and the ensuring short banter made Skadi giggle once again. "Don't worry about it, Valt can actually be a big softie at times." She winked, "When Cassie offered to cuddle him, he actually got really embarrassed really quickly." Of course, Skadi wouldn't tell them about the bet she made with Valt just yet.
"Now that you mention it," Kenny recalled with a smile, "he did get a little embarrassed when I tried to cuddle him out of excitement, for one."
The sudden whistle of the kettle had completely surprised Skadi, as she quickly yelped and jumped into Kenny's arms without warning. However, try and fight back as he might, gravity would win the day, as he immediately found himself sandwiched between the Valaismon herself, and the Dorumon's bed. "...sorry." Skadi giggled, which made her tamer chuckle in turn.
"Eh, it's OK girl." Kenny said, as Skadi climbed off him, allowing him to pull himself up back on the bead, "I've been through a lot worse." When Kenny said that Skadi was unpredictable, he really did mean it. But then again, so much for putting on a good first impression.
As Baldur asked Skadi about the honey, she didn't hesitate to jump off the bed almost immediately, "Don't worry, Baldur! I'll do it!" She exclaimed, briefly jogging over to where Baldur stood, where they were preparing the duo's tea. Her tail was wagging excitedly, like a puppy being told it was getting a big warm juicy steak. Kenny would, in turn, get off the bed to follow Skadi over to Baldur.
"Oh, uh, Baldur, I hope you don't mind me helping Skadi with that." He added, "I don't want her to get too greedy with the honey now. She has quite the sweet tooth, you know." Skadi would, in turn, playfully 'harumph' in response.
"Oh come on, I don't have that much of a sweet tooth, Kenny!" She playfully complained. It was clear that both of their tongues were firmly in cheek at this point.
"...dude? One time, you stole my D-Terminal when I was trying to talk to Ryouta because Valt told me he was busy making cakes." Kenny pointed out. That quickly shut Skadi up. As he would go help Baldur and Skadi with the honey, he would continue the story, "Anyways, just before the battle, Skadi just up and threw in a last minute bet out of nowhere, for no reason. She bet that the winner would get to toss the loser into a lake. Without telling me first." He quickly shot a look at Skadi.
"It thought it would be fun!" Skadi retorted, shrugging.
"Basically, Skadi and Valt agreed to use their armour forms for this fight. Skadi went with Weatherdramon, and Valt went with this giant muscular wind drake named Cardinaldramon. And while Weatherdramon was a Champion level, Cardinaldramon was an Ultimate. And Skadi wanted to fight him anyways." Kenny chuckled again, "If that wasn't crazy, I don't know what is." He paused again, waiting for comment. Of course, Persephone and Baldur were not idiots. They could easily see how the battle would end at this point. It was the surprises that the battle had that would probably surprise them.

Baldur and Persephone would chuckle and laugh with the pair's antics, between Kenny's forewarning, Skadi playfully elbowing him, and even Skadi's pun! "You two seem to be bonding quickly," Persephone would comment idly, smiling to the group as she cut out the lengths of cloth that would be used in the scarves. Hmm... This might go really nicely with a lighter blue, she mused to herself, if they decided they wanted embroidery... She'd have to see later on, though.
Baldur chuckled in response to the Dorumon's observation though, adding "Indeed, it is but a wondrous chance opportunity, to meet someone who has as much of an appreciation for humor as I!" in a theatric fashion, gesturing with a wing. "I better not let myself get rusty now - lest my fellow jester-in-horns leaves me high and dry, or clips my wings!" They'd laugh, reaching out to ruffle the wool atop Skadi's head.
As Skadi and Kenny discussed Valt and him being a softie at times, though... Persephone would giggle gently. "Oh, Valt is definitely quite the sweet gentleman." She'd chirp with a warm, fond smile. "He helps me up and down the stairs, from time to time; which, I'm sure you can see how the stairs would be hard on me and my muscles - especially given that my walker can be a little finicky on them - eheh..." She'd chuckle a little, adding "I do admit it's sweet seeing him get flustered, though, even if he tries to be professional about these things."
"Though even if he is a huge softie, I'm sure he prefers students that stay on task," Baldur would add, musing out loud "And that'd be hard to do if we're both winging it with jokes, instead of training!" In truth, they weren't sure just how serious about things Valt would be - but they figured that a distracted student wouldn't go by well with good ol' Teach.
As the kettle began whistling though - startling Skadi it seemed - the duo would chuckle at Kenny being knocked backwards onto the bed, from Skadi jumping into his arms. Baldur, meanwhilst, would be pouring the steaming hot water into the teacups, so that the teabags that were set in the cups could brew. Persephone, meanwhilst, would take the lengths of cloth that she had cut out for the scarves, glancing back to Skadi and Kenny - who seemed to be getting up to help Baldur with figuring out how much honey Skadi wanted in her tea - and asking "Do you want your scarves to have a bit of squish or fluff to them? I could put some stuffing in them, if either of you would like!" She, too, would also hold the lengths up to show Skadi and Kenny, asking "How does this look, by the way? Do you want them longer or shorter at all, or maybe thicker or thinner?"
Baldur, meanwhilst, would step aside to let Kenny take control - chuckling at the duo's bantering. "Well, no wonder Skadi is so sweet, if she likes sugar that much!" They'd joke, taking Persephone's teacup to her and setting their own teacup aside whilst Kenny and Skadi managed theirs. "Let me know when you're done with the honey, assuming Skadi doesn't pilfer it from under our beaks!" They'd chirp with a gentle laugh.
Before long though, the story would continue, and the two digimon would listen curiously as the duo recounted not only the bet that Skadi had made against Valt, but also the forms they'd both end up taking. The Weatherdramon form would make Persephone visibly curious, though she couldn't help but chuckle with Kenny as he mentioned just how gung-ho Skadi was about fighting Valt, despite the disparity in strength. "Ah, that sounds a lot like how a couple of my siblings tend to be, always raring to go - even if the odds seem to be against them" She couldn't help but muse with a wry smile - adding "And I don't believe I've ever seen a Weatherdramon in person, before, though I do know they exist... If your form isn't too big, would you be alright with showing it off a little?" She seemed visibly curious at this - and Baldur was passingly curious as well about this form of hers, all eyes being on her now.

To say that Baldur and the dynamic duo were 'bonding quickly' was the understatement of the century. In fact, they were practically chatting up a storm. The Hawkmon ruffling Skadi's hair had completely caught the sheep off guard, making her giggle as they did so. Not to mention that Perry and Baldur had agreed about how great Valt was, but this brought up an interesting point; despite trying to put on the image of a manly teacher, inside, he really was a sweetheart wanting to do the right thing by others. On the topic of Peresphone's scarf crafting, upon asking whenever they wanted stuffing, Kenny just took one look at Skadi, who nodded keenly at him. Clearly, if she was on board with this idea, then he would be too. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea, Persephone." But upon looking at the lengths, there was no doubt about it; the two looked genuinely impressed by her efforts so far, making Kenny whistle happily and Skadi grin, "Looking good, Perry!" Kenny replied, eyeing the lengths in question, while Skadi nodded as well. But what did they want to add to the lengths? Oh, you bet Skadi had an answer to that, "How about a little bit thicker, please?" She added. Kenny just smiled as he pet his partner once again. If anything, he was glad that sheep was at polite to her new teammate. She really was quite the sweetheart, with a mischievous mindset often showing up at the worst possible time for him. Baldur's quip about Skadi and her love of sugar made Skadi flush and giggle in embarrassment, "Oh, Baldur, you-" she only managed to get out, before devolving into giggles again. How could this Hawkmon be so endearing to someone they just met? Kenny had to interject as well, as he took the honey and proceeded to fill his and Skadi's cups with it. "Great, now Skadi's never gonna let me hear the end of it." He joked with a chuckle. "Anyways, I wouldn't be surprised if she does manage to steal it. Like I said," He had finished filling it, with some honey for him, and plenty for Skadi, with plenty more left over for Persephone and Baldur (God forbid the results the second someone had the bright idea to hand her the reins for even a minute), "quite the sweet tooth." He quickly stirred the honey in before handing Skadi's cup to her and taking his. He would only sip after finishing his part of the story. But after that? Skadi had sipped a little bit of her tea, and was absolutely loving it, and while Persephone was commenting on the story, Kenny took a sip, and yep, he was a fan now too. Baldur and their tea making skills had absolutely knocked it out of the park, but he couldn't tell them just yet. Surprisingly, Persephone had asked them to show Skadi's Weatherdramon form, much to their surprise. "You... want us to show off Weatherdramon?" Kenny asked as he put his tea on the table. "Right here?" He was honestly confused by all that. Normally, when Skadi digivolved, it was for a valid reason, but this was a little out of nowhere. Skadi seemed a little more keen on the prospect than Kenny, however, "Why not? Perry and Baldur has been so nice to us! Surely it would be unfair not to show off. And I think she's not large enough to break the room too." She pointed out. "Sure, you do have a point, Skadi." He replied, "After all, your Weatherdramon form's pretty small for a Champion level, and you know how crazy large Valt's Cardinaldramon was? Practically the size of a house. And... ah, what the hell. Best we give them a bit of a show, eh?" He pulled out his D-Nexus, while Skadi nodded, put down her cup and went near around the greenhouse door, plenty of room to Armour Digivolve without accidentally knocking down anything. On cue, he would raise his Digivice, and both it and Skadi would glow a bright blue, as her form shifted into the familiar wind drake. Forgoing her traditional rolecall, the now- Weatherdramon turned to Persephone and Baldur, and went with a little flourish and a cry of "Ta-daah!" While Kenny clapped. Walking to where Skadi stood, he pet his literally electrifying partner, by stroking her scales, forgetting the fact that the static the dragon was letting off was starting to raise his hair on end. "Yep, that's Skadi's Weatherdramon form." He grinned to the both of them, "And I gotta say, she managed to hold her own quite well in that battle." That bit made Skadi gasp in mock shock (hee). "Quite well?" She pointed out to him, "I'll have you know I actually got Valt to praise me for my clever thinking, thank you very much! He was like 'Oh Skadi, you clever, beautiful lady, you, you actually managed to catch me off guard with your extremely clever attack'," She proudly puffed up her chest, "and I was all like 'Oh thank you Valt, I know I'm clever and stuff, no need to praise me!"
Now it was Kenny's turn to lightly elbow her, as he chuckled again, "No you weren't. You got flustered for a bit when Valt complimented you on your skill and you went and excitedly told me all about in the middle of the battle."
"Aw, Kenny, don't ruin my moment!" She playfully complained to him, her arms dramatically drooping at her sides like if he told her she was in big trouble.
On Peresphone's request, Skadi digivolves to Weatherdramon to show off her form. ... Look, instead of listing off a whole list of Weatherdramon's passives, I'm just going to recommend that you don't touch her cloud, lest you may get a bit of a harmless jolt, and your hair, fur and/or feathers may go incredibly poofy. PanzerThiefZero takes no responsibility if you choose to not heed this warning, she's probably too busy yelling at Dead Cells and it's bullshit difficulty spikes anyways. La la la, I can't hear you!

"Can do," Persephone would respond to Skadi's request; smiling warmly as she got back to work, pulling out a bag of stuffing, which she'd set by her armchair for the time being. Then, she would get to work on cutting some more lengths of cloth; working on making the outer portions of the scarves, that she would sew together later. "And do either of you want any embroidery, by the by?" She'd also ask - continuing "If I'm going to be putting some stuffing in these scarves, best we do any embroidering before I start sewing together the 'sock' shape for the stuffing. I've got a variety of thread colors that we can use, though; and I'd like to think that I'm pretty good at it!" She'd giggle gently with her little brag, smiling warmly to the other two.
Baldur, meanwhile, would laugh with Kenny's joke and Skadi's flusteredness, commenting "It'd be quite the thievery, would it not? The Great Honey Heist!" as the young man set aside the honey bottle - which Baldur would take, to mix a bit into their tea with an idle hum. "All the diamonds in the world for but a drop of the sweetness that the Phantom Thief Skadi hoards! Wouldn't that be a tale for the ages, hm?" The Hawkmon would chuckle with the theatrics they did, setting aside the honey once they were finished, to take a sip of their tea, before letting out a relaxed sigh. "Ah, Perry; I always enjoy your teas." Baldur would remark - to which Persephone would giggle, responding with a soft "Thank you, Baldur; you always say that, though." "Cause it's true!" The Hawkmon retorted, smiling brightly. "Nothing quite like homemade anything, right guys?" They'd glance to Kenny and Skadi for their responses, grinning all the whilst.
As Skadi and Kenny seemed surprised - and perhaps confused - by the request though, Persephone would grow sheepish. "Ah... I'm sorry, it's probably an odd request," She'd shyly murmur upon realizing it - adding "I'm just a little curious is all, as I've never actually seen a Weatherdramon in person. It's okay if it's any trouble to either of you, really."
Still though, it seemed that Kenny and Skadi agreed to showing off the Weatherdramon form a bit - Skadi moving to a more open part of the bedroom so that Kenny could digivolve her to her Armor Champion form. Persephone would be visibly curious and intrigued, getting up from her seat to better observe Skadi's new form, and Baldur, similarly, would look impressed. "Perhaps we should go for a quick fly 'round the city together, sometime!" They'd mention - adding "Nothing quite like spreading one's wings, after all! Although..." Baldur would briefly pause, thoughtfully looking Skadi over, before commenting "You don't really have wings to spread, so that might be a bit of a moot point."
Persephone giggled gently at Baldur's musings, before turning towards Skadi, to gently feel along the Weatherdramon's scales as she listened to her and Kenny speak. Initially, there was that little shock of static - but this form was otherwise quite unique and fascinating, compared to the other dragons of KIZNA. It'd take her a second to note the way that her fur was starting to puff up, though - much like Kenny's hair - which would prompt a laugh out of her. "Eheheheh, we're both getting all puffed up!" Briefly taking a moment to pat down her fur, she'd smile to Kenny and Skadi as they spoke - mentioning "Skadi certainly sounds like an impressive gal, though - especially if Valt's taken an interest to her."
