There was a gentleness to it.
To this interaction, to these mons that were spending these moments together. A soft and earnest interaction; one of which was brought of the fruit of kindness. Yes malik had made a friend of his own accord, as did keramon make one of her own. She was creative, he was observant; an odd mix of traits to be sure. The blushing that was upon his face caused a slight tremor in the other’s core and she’d tilt her head.
He didn’t know much about himself. He knew it wasn’t his first life. Was this her first life? She didn’t know the answer to that. He didn’t remember his other lives too well, but he knew that he had hurt others. The shame and pain that was evident on his face touched keramon’s core and she’d reach out. She understood how he felt, deep within her core.
Maybe that’s the resonance or the sort of thing she needed to hear. The absolute gentle light that engulfed her as she reached for the other was something maybe malik would recognize. Something that meant a lot for people here or there. But for this moment all it did was give keramon longer reach to scoop the lopmon in a firm but supportive hug. The fur of the antylamon rubbing against the other as she tried to comfort her friend.
Though after a few long moments the antylamon blinked and set the other down, inspecting herself with a rather incredulous look on her face. She’d turn to tend to the fish, seeming out of sorts for a moment. She had fewer fingers now and larger hands yes but her motions remained the same.
He wasn’t bringing the mood down, he was hurt. Friends helped each other that were hurt right? This group… probably didn’t wish him ill, if anything they’d want to recover just as he did! The antylamon squatted down, while she wasn’t as massive as the others of her kind she certainly was just as friendly. She’d tap his chest with a single digit as though questioning him but telling him something simple at the same time.
That’s for you to find out on your own, but your friends will be there to support you all the same.
