Another of those ‘Uhhs' escaped Lunamon, while Adam seemed to demand an explanation once they got there. The bunny remained quite still while she let herself be carried by the humans moving towards the fuss taking place around the market. Once they arrived, she jumped down from Adam’s arms, while he rushed towards the center of the scene to stand along Ascalon.
“Oh. So you were trying to help.” Xiang-wu stared at the Stingmon. While the bunny kept holding both him and Algernon at gunpoint, his attitude didn’t seem particularly aggressive. Instead, the Galgomon just tilted his head upon seeing a human girl running at full speed towards him, his attention drifting away from the two digimon he was aiming at. He only squinted briefly at the glow of light coming from Katherine’s digivice and Algernon’s evolution.
The Gazimon, who seemed to be debuting at this new stage, would feel his claws had just encountered pure steel; not because the Galgomon felt particularly hard, but because he hadn’t managed to even make him move an inch. The difference in power would probably be brutally evident for him. Was this an adult-level digimon, or was this some sort of greater level of power?
Xiang-Wu kept staring at Algernon as his attempt to bring him down failed, his eyes then going towards Katherine. “It was you who made him evolve, right?” A smile accompanied that sentence. “Sweet!” He added, chuckling. The Lieutenant seemed fairly fascinated by the concept of a Tamer with a digivice that makes her digimon evolve.
“Don’t worry, we aren’t going to hurt your partner. We noticed these guys were having trouble with something while running, so I figure you were chasing them too.” Xiu-Ying approached the scene, walking gracefully and standing next to her brother while glaring at Ascalon and Adam, her eyes then going towards Katherine and Algernon. “You can, however, get in trouble for attacking a member of the Navy.” She remarked threateningly. “Were you the ones they stole from?” She asked, addressing the two humans and their partners.
Putting his guns down, Xiang-Wu glanced at the Bullmon and the Gotsumon, both unconscious. “This seems to be under control.” He then turned to talk to his sister. “What did they steal, Xiu?”
“Some package in a leather bag. I still haven't inspected it.” Xiu-Ying noted while examining the Bullmon. “Huh…” Using one of his miniguns, Xinag-Wu scratched his head. “… so… where is it?” He asked, looking around for said leather bag.
“It’s right th-" The Turuiemon started speaking while turning her head towards the Gottsumon. She ended up interrupting her own words when she saw the package was not lying next to the unconscious rock thief anymore. “I-It’s gone!” The bunny, who had looked pretty calm so far and previously seemed like having the whole situation under control, now looked fairly fretted. Where had the stolen item gone!? “It was right there!”
“Y-You left the stolen item on the ground?” Xiang-Wu asked, clearly questioning his sister’s judgment.
The Turuiemon, who seemed more worried about recovering the item than paying attention to her brother’s argument, started questioning the passersby who had gathered around the scene out loud. “Did anyone see who took it?” Then, she turned towards Katherine, Adam, and their partners. “Who did that belong to? Where’s the victim?”
If the quartet looked around, they would discover that the victim was nowhere to be seen now. Just like the stolen package, Lunamon was gone.

Ascalon nodded to Xiang-wu, speaking up. "Yes, the Lunamon in the tavern was quite insistent someone help her, and my Liege cannot ignore the cries of those less powerful." If he could beam behind his mask, he would be. Adam walked up, shaking his head. He really didn't know how to react to all this unwarranted praise.
"Ascalon, I keep telling you to just call me Adam. I haven't done anything worthy of being a liege, a lord, a king, anything like that." He pauses a moment and watches the two Champions stumble, apparently having lost the bag... And the Lunamon. He shakes his head, looking to Ascalon. "Ascalon, please run back the readouts of your Evil Antenna to my Digivice. We'll find where she, and the bag, went based off of that."
Ascalon gives a nod and focuses, the information streaming to Adam's digivice. He frowns, trying to make sense of the readings. Whatever this Lunamon had, she could sense where it was, and sneak away without anyone noticing her on purpose. This might be the start of the adventure both he and Ascalon had been craving.

Katherine smiled and steadily rose to her feet. She stammered and tried to collect herself, brushing off the dust on her clothes. She gave an awkward cough. "I'm sorry about that, I just got a bit...overheated. I should have taken another second to take in the situation. My name is Katherine."
At first she turned towards Xiang-wu then towards Xiu-Ying. She smiles slightly and watches Adam work out how to track down the "victim". She blushed as she took stock of what was going on. She turned and gasped, grabbing the Gazimon's tunneling claws. "Algernon! You're bigger! Ah! Wha...what's the stage?"
"I...think I'm called a Gazimon?" The bunny-earred tunneler said, tilting his head back and forth. His voice was less prone to fits of static and more raspy. The duo did a delighted dance, Katherine lifting up her partner's arms as she giggled.

Without a doubt, things seemed to have turned a lot more interesting, and adventure was to be had.
At first, Xiang-Wu didn’t seem to mind much the identity of the victim. He seemed to understand these humans and their partners were not the victims, which happened to be the most relevant part of the speech to the Lieutenant. Instead, he focused on what his sister was telling him.
The applauses of the passersby, who had started cheering when the Navy appeared, had stopped. The victim had escaped with the item that apparently belonged to her in the beginning so… what was the real problem? Well, in reality, things were a lot more complicated than they seemed. Naturally, a bit of panic came to the siblings after realizing their mistake. They should definitely find this digimon and see if they were okay.
“Why would the victim run so desperately with an item that’s theirs…?” Xiang-Wu wondered while staring at the blue sky. Meanwhile, Xiu-Ying glared at Ascalon, seemingly not being too pleased about the fact they were needing help from these street heroes they had encountered. The Turuiemon sought balance in the situation with her next sentence. “W-Wel… it’s the least you can do after your friend randomly attacked a Lieutenant.” She hissed.
“I’m Lieutenant Xiang-Wu. Nice to meet you.” Instead of paying much attention to his sister’s words, the Galgomon introduced himself. “And she is Lieutenant Xiu-Ying, my sister. Don't mind her, she's just a Tsundere.”
“A w-what!?” Xiu-Ying didn’t seem to understand much of what that meant, but it definitely couldn’t mean anything good! It was probably one of those weirds expressions Xiang-Wu had learned from humans.
“It means you act tough but you’re really nice, I think.” The Galgomon explained, honestly not sounding too sure. “I-I…” His sister stuttered, puffing up her cheeks and blushing a bit.
Both members of the Navy were distracted from this embarrassing topic by Katherine and Algernon’s effusive celebration. While Xiu-Ying just blinked and stared at the pair with a confused expression, Xiang-Wu chuckled. “That’s nice.” He noted with a smile. The desire to protect your tamer fueling up evolution was definitely an interesting concept. “Nice to meet you, Katherine, Algernon.” The Galgomon nodded.
Now that introductions had been issued, the pair remained quiet and waited for the outcome of Ascalon’s technique, which had become the only lead they had to give chase to this Lunamon. Although Evil Antenna couldn’t track Lunamon anymore since she was out of range right now, the readings showing in Adam’s digivice would reflect where she was going the last time the ability was able to track her. According to it, she had been moving to the northern end of the city in a pretty erratic way.
“She's moving through alleys and taking shortcuts. It’s almost as if she were hiding from chasers.” Xiu-Ying noted upon being faced with the revelation. Immediately, Xiang-Wu issued his own piece of input. “Only the outsides of the city are located that way. Is she going to the mountains?” “Isn’t that Wuramon’s house located in that direction?” The male Lieutenant asked, tilting his head.
“T-That’s right.” The Turuiemon blinked twice, honestly not being able to think about anything else of interest that could be found that way. It was then when it hit her. “W-Wait…!” She turned her head to look at Ascalon again. “Did you say she was a Lunamon?” “C-Could it be…!?” Her brother reacted immediately too. “We should definitely find out.” Xiu-Ying remarked, before looking at the whole Justice crew, including the dancing Katherine and Algernon. “Thanks for your help so far. We’re going to give chase to this Lunamon now.” She stated while her brother called for reinforcements through his D-Terminal (someone had to take care of this Gottsumon and Bullmon). “Since you don’t seem to be involved in any of this, you may go now.” The Turuiemon started walking north, her brother hanging up and following her.
“Bye-bye!” Xiang-Wu waved goodbye to the pair and fastened up the pace before starting to walk behind his sister.
Was that it? Nah... Justice was not going to let an adventure just pass by so easily, right?

Once the other two are gone, Adam nods to Ascalon. "Hit the skies, I'll track your output from down here. We need to find her." He was grinning, his focus locked on the mystery he'd been presented. He'd bring the girl along for sure, but he wasn't about to let this pass him by. "We'll track her down and ask her what's going on. And... Well, we're not letting them get to her first. Go."
Ascalon bows, then rockets into the sky to follow the trail as best he could. Hopefully his vantage point from above, in addition to his sensory abilities, would allow him to pinpoint the Lunamon.
Adam, meanwhile, grabbed Katherine's wrist and begins to pull her towards the north end of the city. "Come on, we'll need your help too. I'm not letting her get away with asking for our help and then refusing to tell us what it was!"

Katherine stammered and looked from Adam to Ascalon then to Algernon. She briefly realized that everyone presently involved in her life all had "A" names and she would desperately need to fix that soon or she'd loose track of who's who. She blinked and mouthed the words "Warumon" before shaking her head.
"Ah, yeah. Let's go. Algernon, y...you can't fly can you?" Katherine asked softly, looking at her partner's new forms. She took a slight smirk that he was still generally the same color as his previous form and his ears were slightly the same.
"I...I don't think so. But I feel like I could burrow faster than I could run. Maybe I can cut her off?" Algernon asked, looking at the two "thief" digimon then giving a shrug and began to pull at the flagstone of the street, speeding up as he reached dirt. Soon the Gazimon was gone, replaced by a small hole in the ground - which Katherine promptly kicked dirt over.
"Alright, you got air and we got ground apparently." Katherine said before taking off along with Adam.

Not long after reaching the sky, Ascalon would probably realize that this was harder than it looked like. Krago City was extremely convoluted. Merchants and passersby were going in every direction and trying to actually spot anyone was very difficult. Eventually, he would be able to spot Xiu-Ying and Xiang-Wu, walking towards the north while chatting. This probably was related to the fact that they weren’t too far from his starting point. However, no sign of Lunamon.
What about Evil Antenna, then? Nothing, no sign of the target within the city. How could she have moved so fast? Apparently, there was an important piece of information they were missing, which would be much needed to find this ‘victim’.
Algernon wouldn’t be much luckier through ground either, no sign of the Lunamon in the area. Eventually, the group would probably realize they had to keep close to those who had information, even if they had to be a bit insistent. There didn’t seem to be another option to find the bunny, in this particular case. They had helped those two to track her, right? The least the Navy could do was to let them accompany them in this quest!
This was their last chance before the Lieutenants disappeared. Considering Algernon could still see them, the group could still catch up with the siblings. If they didn’t take this opportunity, this whole adventure could get unnecessarily complicated, so it was probably for the best to do a temporary alliance right now. Don't let those bunnies escape, you two!

Adam grimaced, looking at the readouts from Ascalon's ability. They wouldn't be able to find the Lunamon like this. A teleportation ability? Super Speed? Something was missing, some vital clue, and until he found it they were sunk. Sunk. The Navy. They'd seemed like they knew something about this. He'd need to find them. It was at that moment Ascalon came over on the radio.
"My Liege, I see the two rabbits. Should I do anything?" Ascalon was rather annoyed with himself. He hadn't found the Lunamon at all. He knew the range on his ability wasn't incredible, but if she was here he should have picked her up by now. So why hadn't he?
"We need to talk to them. Land and see if you can convince them to bring us along. They know something they're not telling us. We'll meet you there." Adam nodded to Katherine, and began heading towards them while Ascalon cut the two Rabbit Digimon off, landing in front of them.
"Pardon me, both of you. My Liege wishes to acquire your assistance in our most recent endeavor. He believes you may have more information than we do, and would request a trade of sorts."

Algernon unburies himself, the virus digimon ears twitching as he laid on his claws, staring up at the Stingmon talking to the two Navy folk. He gave a toothy grin as he picked at his new teeth with his scooped claws. "So...we're teaming up with the rabbit twins? I suppose that counts as hunting down pirates."
The mischievous digimon seemed to be feeling himself as he subtly dug a pit in the road for someone to fall into. He continued his work as Katherine ran up with Adam.

Both Lieutenants stopped in their tracks when Ascalon landed, before turning to look at each other. Without a doubt, the approach of the Stingmon was pretty straightforward. That was ultimately fine, anyways. It was better than rambling around without clearly stating what they really wanted. Before Xiu-Ying or Xiang-Wu could say anything, the humans arrived. Both digimon turned to look at Adam and Katherine while they approached them, while the female Lieutenant posited the obvious question:
“Why are you so interested in this Lunamon?” She asked, quirking an eyebrow. That was definitely a very important inquiry. “Do you know something you’re not telling us?” “Is your endeavor getting to that Lunamon too?” Xiang-Wu asked, tilting his head while glancing at Ascalon. “Then you should come with us!” He punctuated that statement with a smile.
Letting out a sigh, the most difficult-to-deal-with of the two siblings folded her arms, glaring at her brother. “It isn’t that simple, Xiang.” She noted coldly, before looking specifically at Katherine. “You. You’re definitely the quietest of this assemblage.” Was she trying to drift away from anyone selling her cheap prose? It was at least clear she seemed to be going for Katherine in order to get some honesty. "Why do you want to find the Lunamon? State your individual reasons.” It was time for the lady with glasses to explain herself.
“I mean…” Xiang-Wu elaborated a bit further, even if his sister didn’t seem to like it. “… We don’t mind having a little company. You did point us in the direction she went, after all.” The Galgomon continued. “… But I would like to know why are you interested in this whole matter too.” That seemed more than fair, honestly.
Before answers could be issued (this did not mean they weren't to be expected) Xiu-Ying turned her back at the humans and started walking north, passing by Algernon and Ascalon. “We don’t have much time, so you can state your reasons while we walk. If they make sense to me, maybe we can tell you a bit about what we think we know about this Lunamon.” “Let’s go!” Xiang-Wu nodded with a smile.
“You said something about hunting pirates before, too. What are you exactly doing in this town? How long ago did you get to the Digital World?” Xiu-Ying inquired further.
Justice! (Especially Katherine) better started talking right now. Who were they? What were their reasons for wanting to pursue this Lunamon? Could they state them in a convincing way?
“You don’t look like you know much about this place or… the whole Southern Tropics current situation.” Xiang-Wu noted. “You can also ask us anything you want to know. We’ll try to respond to the best of our capabilities."
Okay! This just got interesting. Information was always something good to have. What should they ask about?

Ascalon said no more as Adam arrived, moving to stand behind the boy's right shoulder. Adam grins, looking Xiu-Ying dead in the eyes. "A mysterious stranger appears, has something stolen from them, and the instant it's reclaimed they vanish. I can sense the adventure, and I'm loathe to let it pass me by. Isn't that what the high seas are all about? Pursuing unknown shores, adventure on every wave?" He beams, looking to them both. "I'd be happy to come along. I'm uh... Well, I'm brand new to the Digital World. So any opportuinity to learn is one I'll take."
Ascalon nods, crossing his arms. "Personally, I find it irritating that someone could enlist help from my liege and then flee before offering proper thanks. If there is truly a good reason, I'd hear it from the Lunamon personally." Always a stickler for honor and respect, this one. He sizes up the two Champions in front of him. In his weakened state, he'd be no chance in a fight against one, let alone both of them. He was lacking something, and he'd find it soon. He could feel it. For now, he'd go on this pirate adventure with them. But there's one last thing to say.
"There's also the matter of Astrivia asking for help. I'd be a coward to turn away from such a plea."

Katherine came up short as Xiu called her out, blinking innocently. She pondered as she followed, reaching in to bite down on candy cigerette - cherry flavored and bright pink. She mimicked taking a drag of the fake cigarette and blowing a non existent plume of "smoke". She shook her head and addressed the digimon while walking.
"My partner and I...recently came to the digital world. We heard that this area had a infestation of theives and nare-do-wells, so we figured that was a good enough reason to intercede. As for the knowledge of the area...no, we don't have much. Still, where there's a will, there's a way." Katherine asserted, "Also Algernon has a bit of a naughty streak and having good morals taught hasn't helped...so I figured that maybe a personal demonstration would work?"
The - now rabbit - virus type digimon looked up at his being mentioned, having just finished a pit trap in the middle of the street.

While the quite motley coalition walked north through the streets of Krago City, both Xiu-Ying and Xiang-Wu listened closely to the whole crew walking along with them. Apparently, the group didn’t have any questions for the Lieutenants. Considering they were such newbies in this, was there really not a thing they would like to ask them? Huh. Well, in any case, both Katherine and Adam seemed like quite the adventurous pair of humans! “That sounds nice. Adventure is what many people right now are looking for, so I can definitely see that being your motivation.” Xiang-Wu beamed back at Adam while placing his Gatlings behind his head and wobbling happy through the street. As usually, Xiu-Ying brought the excitement of her brother back to digital earth. “You must, however, be careful of not engaging in dangerous or, most importantly, illicit activities in your search for adventure.” The Turuiemon noted coldly, glancing at the humans and their digimons for a second. “So don’t become pirates or anything like that.”“Give them a break, Xiu.” Xiang-Wu tried to ease his sister’s worries with a smile. “They said they were interceding against thieves and bad guys, didn’t them? They actually jumped to help that Lunamon as soon as she asked for aid.” Well, he had a point! This group seemed to be looking do good and now harm! At least so far. Although… “… And they might have ended up helping a criminal. Besides... they did attack you as soon as they saw you, didn’t they?” She wrinkled her mouth. She was painfully right. “I’m just saying they need to keep their hype down for a bit before they get in trouble.”Well, enough about earfuls! Instead, the Lieutenants seemed to be quite distracted by the mentioning of a certain lost mythical land. “Astrivia asking for help, huh?” Xiang-Wu, who seemed unable to ever show a frowny face, just giggled. “That’s a good way of seeing it. Even if people cracking that message was a terrible mistake and there’s mystery surrounding the whole thing… there might be someone who actually needs help.” “Or there might be an amount of power people are not ready to handle, too.” Xiu-Ying noted, sounding quite serious. “Whichever is the case, the Navy must get there first.” And that was quite a strong resolve right there! “Well, that is kind of why we are in the perfect place, aren’t we?” Xiang-Wu threw a rhetorical question at his sister with a smile. Knowing the rest of the group was probably not aware of this, the Galgomon went to explain what he meant by these words. “The Treasure Hunter who stole the Astrivia Sphere from the ISR was actually raised and lived part of her life here. So Krago Island is quite an important island in the whole Astrivia matter.” “And I somehow can’t help but think this Lunamon is somehow involved in all of that.” Xiu-Ying folded her arms, wrinkling her mouth again. “Oh. Right. See… this?” Out of a small brown backpack the giant rabbit had on his back, he took out what seemed to be a poster and showed it to Justice. Oh! It was actually a wanted poster. It showed no reward or anything else than a name, but it did have a very interesting picture. In it, a Fladramon could be seen, standing on top of the deck of some ship, definitely not looking at the camera. Their features were slightly… feminine, even. Was this a female Fladramon or… something else? To her sides, there was a Gomamon, not looking too concerned about the situation taking place and… a Lunamon! She was actually hiding behind the dragon’s leg, just peeking a bit to look at whatever the Fladramon was looking at. Below the picture, some words were written in digimoji: Treasure Hunter Emilhy.
“See that Fladramon? Her name is Emilhy. She is the captain of the Soca Pirates and one of the most dangerous pirates of this era.” The Galgomon remarked, pointing at the poster with his right Gatling. “And the Lunamon we’re looking for might actually be one of her partners, the one you see right behind her leg. Which immediately makes her a wanted criminal.” Xiu-Ying added. Things had gotten a lot more interesting, hadn’t they? “Do you even know what a Treasure Hunter is?” Xiang-Wu tilted his head, quirking an eyebrow. If Justice! didn’t have questions before, maybe they had now!

Adam just about exploded with questions. But he'd have to handle them one at a time in order for it to work. Now that the two Naval Officers seemed to warm to the idea of working alongside him and Katherine, he could progress. "Well, now I have a lot of questions. Chief among them, what is a Fladramon, and what is a Treasure Hunter. I'm also curious about what the situation in the Tropics is, as well as how your Navy is organized, both rank and numberwise. And... Why must the Navy get there first?" A sea of questions from the boy as he pulls out a notebook and a pen, eyes bright and looking between the two Champion level Digimon, his thirst for knowledge threatening to destroy him if it wasn't appeased soon.
Ascalon chuckled, watching his Liege at work. He'd have the answers soon enough. Adam was the brains, while he was the brawn. But he wasn't strong enough yet, was he? He had been weakened after becoming a digiegg. He should be stronger than this. So why wasn't he? His expression was unreadable behind his mask, but soon enough he piped up with his own question. "I should like to help catch the thief, if they're unjust. To that end, I'd like to know if there's a reward for assisting the Navy in this matter, be it in supplies, or perhaps passage TO the island in question." He looks to Katherine and the strange rabbit the hand had digivolved into, gesturing to them as well. "And I think our friends here may have some queries or requests of their own." Careful, measured words. He was learning.

Katherine, for her part, pursed her lips and pondered things. She leaned forward to examine the picture on the wanted poster, tapping her chin slightly as the thought. "So, she tricked us? That's a rude thing to do, but then why did the other two digimon seem to be trying to escape from her or steal from her? I feel like they're connected to this somehow." She straightens up and pressed her glasses back in place with the palm of her hand. "A Treasure Hunter, normally, would be akin to a money focused archaeologist. Is that still the case in the digital world?"
Algernon, for his part, had uncovered a series of rather interesting rugs that he was dragging into the street from some alleyway - attempting to conceal his sneaky prank. He licked his long claws slowly, tilting his head as he hopped beside Katherine. "I have a question! Are you related to Gazimon? I'm super curious if we're kin."
The recently digivoled virus type continued to play with his long tunnel claws, exploring his new form a bit.
