Personality: Ebi is a pure, well-meaning child. He might seem shy and introverted at first glance, and even a bit cowardly, but that is because Burgamon species have many natural predators, and are often hunted by wild Digimon due to being too weak to defend themselves. His usual reaction when seeing a bigger Digimon is to try and hide or run away, but if he realizes that they mean no harm, he tends to warm up to them relatively quickly and treat them with kindness. Lord knows what would happen if he ever encountered a human for the first time. Luckily, he has yet to meet those strange beings.
Ebi likes cooking for people he becomes friends with, but gets embarrassed when people compliment his food, since he believes that he still has a long way to go before he reaches Master Cookmon’s level. Due to his traumatic past, he suffers from frequent nightmares of reliving those horrible events. Because of that, he doesn’t like sleeping alone, and prefers sleeping with others. Preferably people who are good at cuddling.
Personal History: Ebi was the youngest of six children made by a loving Burgamon couple who owned a small restaurant in Rustport Town. While they didn’t have many customers, they made ends meet, and raised a happy family. That was, until one day when a gang of Champion-level raiders roaming the Folder Desert barged into their restaurant. Despite their rudeness, the Burgamon couple did their best to satisfy them with their cooking, but when the raiders decided that the service wasn’t to their liking, they gobbled Ebi’s Papa, Mama and siblings up. By some stroke of luck, poor Ebi managed to escape their hungry maws by running as fast as his bouncy body could carry him.
As a baby Digimon out in the cruel, cruel Digital World, he surely would have died, had he not been taken in by a benevolent Cookmon, who happened to find him all alone in the wilderness and took pity on him. Running a restaurant of his own, Cookmon saw potential in Ebi, so he took him in as an apprentice, teaching him the secrets of the trade. By the time he grew up to Rookie level, he had become one of Master Cookmon’s top cooks. Perhaps because the restaurant was located near the sea and mainly served seafood, Ebi Digivolved into a more aquatic-looking variant of Burgamon, called EbiBurgamon.
Soon after Digivolving, Ebi found out that before their death, his Papa and Mama had imbued one of their family’s most well-kept secrets into his digital core; The secret formula for the Omni-Patty, a legendary burger said to be nutritious beyond belief! The version of the recipe recorded in Ebi’s core is incomplete, but contains cryptic clues on where to find the rest of it. What could this mean? Will Ebi be able to decode the secret formula for the Omni-Patty?

Cuteness: Ebi can make even the toughest individuals go "D'awwww" with his cute appearance and mannerisms. His cuteness decreases when Digivolving to Champion or above. Giant crustaceans and sea serpents aren't very cute. Or are they?

Deluxe Knives [Attack]: Desperately throws a bunch of his kitchen knives as projectiles. He has to manually retrieve them afterwards. Knives aren't cheap, you know. Has a 4 turn cooldown.
Frying Pan Smash [Attack]: If all else fails, Ebi will slam his trusty frying pan into the opponent's face. It does about as much damage as one would expect, which is not much. Has a 2 turn cooldown.

Crustacean Armor [Passive]: Ebidramon possesses a very tough shell that can withstand most attacks. His only weak spot is his belly, which is not covered in armor.
Shell Polish [Attack]: Polishes his own shell, increasing his already high defense by 30% for 3 turns. Has a 5 turn cooldown.
Twin Scissors [Attack]: Crushes his opponent with his razor-sharp pincers.
Lobster Step [Attack]: A crustacean martial art move that employs the user's many legs, before delivering a powerful slap from his shrimp-like tail. Has a 2 turn cooldown.
Fried Shrimp [Attack]: The user raises his own body temperature until his outer shell glows hot red, then slams his entire body into the opponent. Causes a great amount of damage, but is also hurts the user. Has a 4 turn cooldown.
Hot Sauce [Attack]: Covers the opponent in extremely hot tartar sauce, causing damage and inflicting painful burns that add a bit of extra damage each turn. Has a 3 turn cooldown.
