Scenario: A deadly foe has replaced the head librarian of the Yayogi Library in the human world for nefarious reasons. This disguised digimon's dastardly deeds are only just now brewing, building towards when the tamers that visit the library often will oppose them.
Purpose: Hidden threat that can flesh out the Library more - ideally the library will be a reoccurring thread for folk to visit building to a mission/event.
