I want to add the following Digivolution line to my profile. I have only RPed with my In-Training form, and so this should be a relatively straightforward. The edits are exactly below:
Digivolves To: Keramon (Errant Mode)
Rookie
Species: Keramon (Errant Mode)
Appearance:
Keramon (Errant Mode) has a red-tinted brown cloak that seems to be inherently part of its form, as opposed to an item worn from its inventory.
Attribute: Virus
Family/ies: Unknown, Nightmare Soldiers
Type: Unknown
Fighting Style:
Keramon (Errant Mode) mostly fight at medium-to-long range in this form. Preferring hit-and-run tactics while using its unconventional body to gain advantage in speed, and using various exploits to frustrate its adversaries.
Abilities:
[Attack] Crazy Giggle: Laughs crazily while firing energy ball that will explode into flash of light and deals moderate amount of damage. Causes temporary blindness to the opponent for 1 turn. 3 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Crazy Smoke: Spews out a smoke cloud that will inflict poison status, giving a mildly infuriating minor damage that lasts for 3 turns. 3 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Crazy Turn: Use appendages to perform a spinning attack. Method of execution varies between spinning just the appendages to the point of spinning the whole body. Deals moderate damage. 2 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Forced Tether: The appendages will extend (max 10 meters) and forcefully injects itself to opponent. If the attack hits, this skill enables user to temporarily copy one active skill from opponent’s skillset and use it on next turn.
» If not used on the next turn, the copied skill stays available to use for 3 turns before the data vanishes.
» This skill only works against Digimon of same level or lower.
» If the user managed to copy a skill from Digimon of higher level, the power scales according to user's level.
» This skill cannot copy active skills that's usable once per thread.

Appearance:
Wizardmon (Errant Mode) has a a red-tinted brown cloak instead of the normal cloak, that seems to be inherently part of its form, as opposed to an item worn from its inventory.
Attribute: Data
Family/ies: Nature Spirits, Nightmare Soldiers
Type: Demon Man
Fighting Style:
Wizardmon (Errant Mode) fight at longer range in this form, favoring its “spells” and finding more fun in exploiting its enemies with various debuffs.
Abilities:
[Attack] Thunder Cloud: Summons a thunder cloud that zaps a moderate amount of damage. Inflict paralysis status that immobilizes the opponent of same or lower level for 1 turns. 3 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Fire Cloud: Summons a firestorm in 20 meter radius that deals moderate amount of damage and inflicting minor burn damage over time to the opponent of same or lower level that got caught in the firestorm for 2 turns. 3 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Crystal Cloud: Summons a shower of ice crystals to opponent that deals moderate damage. Inflict freeze status that slows down opponent of same or lower level by 30% for 1 turn. 3 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Magic Game: Throws magic card that will stick to the opponent for 3 turns. The effect of the card is based on the status effect opponent has prior to this technique.
» No status – Nothing but a nuisance.
» Paralysis – extend the duration of paralysis by one turn.
» Burn – Lowers opponent’s defense by 25% for one turn. -10% per level above the user.
» Freeze – Lowers opponent’s speed by 25% for one turn. -10% per level above the user.
» All of the effects listed are gone if the status effects related to the card is cured. 5 turns cooldown.

If there is a “Magic Game” card stuck on an opponent, should the fireball make a contact with the card, the card will ignite and explode, raising the damage to major damage, but will not inflict damage over time to opponent. 3 turns cooldown.

Fighting Style:
Wiseman is back to its medium-to-long range, speedy tactics. Although most of its skills in this form are nothing more than situational utility, this form is where Wiseman exploits of its adversaries are most effective.
Abilities:
[Attack] Thunder Cloud: The only attack technique in this form. Summons a thunder cloud that zaps a moderate amount of damage. Inflict paralysis status that immobilizes the opponent for 1 turn and 1 additional turn for Digimons below the user's level. 3 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Pandora Dialogue: Summons a portal that can absorb one Ultimate-level projectile attack and either let it vanish or fire it back at next turn. Can’t absorb projectiles from higher level Digimons. 3 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Eternal Nirvana: Confines anything in 50 meter radius in a subspace. Subspace can be broken both from inside and outside with 2 Mega attacks, 3 Ultimate attacks, and 5 Champion attacks, or if Wisemon is hit by an attack from the same or above level in the subspace. Confinement lasts for 3 turns. 6 Turns cooldown.
[Attack] Re-Format: Creates a 50 meter radius field that resets all the parameters (attack, defense) and status effects (buffs and debuffs) of all the Digimons in field, including self. Only works on Digimons of same or lower level. 5 turn cooldown.
[Attack] Blink: Dashes with supersonic speed to give an illusion of blinking/teleporting to opponent. Maximum distance 10 meters. 2 turns cooldown.
[Attack] Forced Tether EX - Alpha: Summons an extendable appendage that resembles the shape of Keramon’s tentacles (max 10 meters) and forcefully injects itself to opponent.
