Got a new form to add to Littorio's application,. Finally wrote up that biomerge I've been mulling over.
DNA Super Mega
Appearance:
Image aside I should mention D’endrrahmon is 15.24 metres tall.
Attribute: Virus
Family/ies: Dark Area
Type: Avatar
Fighting Style: D’endrrahmon does not fight directly unless they have been pushed to their limit. Instead, their fighting style revolves around opening portals. Once opened these portals allow parts of their true form to reach into the physical/digital world to unleash attacks. These attacks often consist of eldritch lasers that burn, giant tendrils that crush, organic whips that slash and maws of rolling teeth that grind. Defensively, these portals can be used to redirect attacks and move around the combat area quickly. Lastly, they can inflict mental assaults on their targets and alter the attunement of their own form for additional effects.
Abilities: [11 Abilities Max]
The Silver key Once every three posts, D’endrrahmon can open a max of two portals that, at most, can have ten metres between them. No physical barrier can affect of block them nor is line of sight required to create them. However, this does have the risk of accidentally transporting oneself into a wall or something. Lastly, these portals can be used to redirect attacks back at their target or direct them elsewhere.
The Shadow: By attuning her form’s data makeup to being closer to its origin, D’endrrahmon partially vanishes from existence. As a result of this they disappear utterly, are impossible to be detected by ANY means (such as hearing, scent, magical methods or any other means one can think up) however there are...downsides to this. The two main ones are that D’endrrahmon essentially stops being able to physically interact with the world. She can’t touch, feel or grab objects. Secondly, she can not use any of her other abilities for the duration of this state. This ability lasts for three posts and has a five post cooldown.
The Madness D’endrrahmon can forcibly open the mind of a single target to the truth of her form. This invokes rampant fear, madness and irrational paranoia in the target mentally destabilising them for two posts. It does not prevent them from using their attacks, other abilities or performing any action. Once the duration ends the target returns to normal, their memories of what they saw fading as the ability’s three post cooldown activates. The final limit is that the target needs to be visible within three metres.
The Outsider A series of, at max, ten portals are opened (they have a max summoning distance of three metres) and out extended a series of octopus like beaks, tentacles and organic whips ending in blades. These tendrils have a maximum length of three metres and violently lash out at anything D’endrrahmon commands them to. They persist for five posts, have a cooldown of seven posts and are UNABLE to drag anything into the portals.
The Colour A series of ten portals are opened, to a max distance of three metres, and fire a series of lasers that cycle randomly through every colour imaginable. These lasers have a maximum range of five metres and disperse, along with the portals, after hitting their target invoking the two post cooldown. They can all independently target multiple hostiles.
The Amygdala. By targetting one digimon with a corroding virus, D'endrrahmon inflicts defence down, attack down and speed down. The virus physically manifests as a laser which, roughly ten seconds before firing, is represented by the path it takes growing hazy and visually distorted. The debuffs last for two posts, the beam has a max range of three metres and a four turn cooldown.
The Air Contrary to their lack of wings, or any meaningful form of propulsion, D’endrrahmon can fly freely but only when not under the effects of Dream Quest. [Passive]
The Dream Quest For the most part, D'endrrahmon limits and compresses their data to be a more managable height but in truth? They're thirty metres tall. This ability allows, temporarily, for D'endrrahmon to reach their full height limiting their ability to fly but doubling their physical strength, defence, their ability's ranges and health for the duration as well as clearing all debuffs currently affecting them; provided those debuffs were inflicted by anything of a LOWER level. This ability, given how it causes a great deal of data degredation in the area, has a highly short duration of only two posts. This is coupled with a seven post duration making the ability rather cumbersome to use.
The Crawling Each attack dealt to a target generates one stack of "Crawling" a virus that eats Digimon away from the inside out. At ten stacks, the target is considered "consumable" and via physical contact with D'endrrahmon can be forcibly loaded into them. However there are a few terms and conditions to this. Firstly, it is not permanent and the "loaded" victim can be freed by dealing massive amounts of damage to D'endrrahmon. Secondly, super mega Digimon are totally immune. Thirdly, any ability that targets debuffs in general or cures "viruses" will immediately remove every single stack of the ability. At most she can only have two rival Digimon loaded.
Now with the downsides and activation conditions out of the way what are the positives? Well, upon forcibly loading a Digimon D'endrrahmon gains access to 50% of their moves, which are immediately powered up to Super Mega level. Her health is fully restored and the size of her form increases. Lastly, as a note to staff this ability is intended to exist primarily for story
[/i] reasons so I'm very open to it being nerfed. Now with the downsides and activation conditions out of the way what are the positives?
