Dragon Valley.
Though deceptive at first glance, this arid climate was one of the most unforgiving places in the Digital World. Dry air, water sources that were few-and-far between, and sparse foliage meant that only the hardiest Digimon could make their home here – and such Digimon didn’t exactly make for peaceful dwellers. Fights for territory were constant, invisible ‘borders’ drawn out of mutual respect and fear in this place. One might hope that the mysterious ray of light sprouting overnight would cause a mutual ‘ceasefire’, to work together to figure out what might be threatening their home…
… But reality was much simpler. With such a stellar event happening overnight, a good amount of the dragon tribes didn’t know that today was ‘supposed’ to be any different, which was a problem for those trying to investigate the phenomenon! A temporary research camp was set up in the early hours of the morning in a prominent valley known as the ‘Gold Strip’. A few tents were set up, as a variety of machine- and sorcery-type Digimon were still working to set up the equipment. Surely it would be alright to be here for a day, and clear out the following morning, right?
”… No, you’re still going to run into problems, here.” A Dorumon’s tired voice came, shaking his head as he explained the situation to the camp’s head, a Sorcermon. ”See all those blast marks on the west wall, there? Those are fresh burns – this whole valley is used as a cover point, kind of like a ‘trench’ to hedge in against the dramons on the east.”
”Really? This place was completely empty when we had set up – “
”Well, yeah, no-one’s going to risk a fight at night, that’s when the Skullgreymon are active. Look, you either need to figure it out or move – its not really anything off my nose if you don’t. Hopefully those guys ya’ll hired can actually do something!”
”Tch…” Move where, though? It wasn’t as if they could set up on top of any cliffs, and this was the only valley that was even remotely close to the target location.
It was either the Gold Strip, or nothing.

Getting permission from her parents for this was a wee bit difficult. With her going to the human world they were quite strict about it especially after the muss up with paperwork and her not getting proper permission but… Coal had a fascination with dragon digimon and having the ability to go and talk to them in a social setting? Even getting to fight some?
She had signed up with the intent to learn more about their culture, more about them as a whole. She wanted to know what drove them and how to approach them; how to make friends with them. She wanted them to be able to have the same peace and the same life that she had. Quiet; loving; a pair of parents or siblings that they were able to spend time with. Hearing that they fought a lot made her worry for them.
So waving goodbye to her parents and heading there with a stern warning about the area and what she should do if in trouble? Well. She’d keep her training in mind and adjust the uniform she borrowed from her mother’s dresser. It was a bit big in some places but she had to admit that the coloration would at the very least help with the heat. Black fur wasn’t exactly the best for hot places.
So the black-renamon-x would step lively; keeping an eye out for the various mons in the area and biting her lip as she looked at the map that was provided to find the research camp. With a scowl she’d eventually arrive at the locale. Looking at the makeshift area. A few tents, some machine digimon and what she could see… a dorumon and sorcerer type? She’d huff a bit and give a wave.
”Hey I’m one of the applicants for the mission! You guys sure you want to set up here?”
With the time she spent with avalon’s family she could tell from the get go there were some territorial spats here. Some markings, some fresh, some not… and there was the markings of some bigger older one that she really didn’t want to meet. Whether or not it was still around was besides the point. She’d huff and get a bit closer…
”My name is coal! I’m here to be a proxy I think it’s called?”
The renamon-x adjusted her red goggles and looked between the two. She could see the barest hint of either of their wireframes from beyond the glasses. Both of them didn’t seem too terribly strong; or at least not from what she could tell immediately. Maybe it was because they were tired? Then again didn’t researcher types spend more time on brains than brawns?
”Any idea where the dragons are that we’ll be handling?”
The excitement dripped from her voice and her eyes were practically sparkling. Some of the shadows around her feet flicked playfully and the renamon-x could barely hold her excitement in!

Alpha wasn't exactly sure if the two of them were the best fit for this situation, well he was sure that he could do a pretty good job at talking other digimon down in a pinch though usually he did resort to lying to them so that might not fully work in a situation like this. It was his twin he was more concerned about not being able to do much in this situation. Glancing over to her as he walked he noticed the Hackmon seemingly staring off into nowhere, with a smile on her face looking around the whole area. "Eyes forward Beta." Alpha called to try and quickly get her attention, which seemed to work as her eyes snapped forward looking at her brother.
Beta simply gave her brother a smile as she tilted her head to the side. "Heh, sorry Alpha. This is just the furthest I've ever been out. I'm a bit excited." Beta admitted, this was definitely exciting for her but she knew she should probably stay focused on the situation. Still though it wasn't like they should be so tense before getting there right?
Alpha pondered what she said for a moment but then just gave a small shrug as his eyes wandered back to where he was going. "Fair enough I suppose, just remember we're here to show Cici that we can handle ourselves, fighting or negotiating we need to be on our A game." He really hoped it was more negotiating rather then fighting, while he felt pretty fine under this areas harsh conditions and he figured Beta did as well. He wasn't confidant in being able to maintain that digivolution for a long time. His sister gave a simple wave as they made their way closer to the makeshift camp.
After a few steps the two made it, though they didn't seem to be the first to arrive. At first glance there seemed to be quite a few machine and Sorcery digimon But no dragon digimon which he noticed except for a Dorumon? Alpha couldn't remember if they counted or not but they were currently arguing with a Sorcermon and another digimon that Alpha definitely did recognize. "Hey, we're here for the job." He said rather plainly as he walked up, though as he did he noticed the black renamon talking. "Coal?" He recognized that voice pretty well.
"Ahh, Coal! It's nice to see you again." Beta said with a smile and a wave, she seemed to notice a lot faster then Alpha had, though he probably should've been more obvious to the fact, the goggles seemed to be the same after all.

A makeshift camp was it. The trio was here to say the least. Taking on the job of combat if need be. As Yara and Ghost would be resting inside a tent. Mary was out and about. Mary and Yara were twin Lunamon. Both took thier roles with pride and would do anything to save the day. As Yara was more of the fighter and Mary was well not. As she was walking back and forth in front of the tent her team was in. She could not help but try to think about her other team mates. "Oh boy oh boy oh boy... I truly hope no mon is mean to me or my sister and Tamer. Oh Ghost why did you choose to do such a crazy job. To fight dragon digimon of all the mon to fight." As she was so in her own head that she did not even notice. The other members of her team had arrived. To which Yara told her to wake them upon they arrival. As Mary would stop and look up at the setting sun. "Geez I am forgetting something but what?"
Meanwhile Yara would in fact be up. As she went out the other side of the tent. She would start to look around the camp. As she saw the other digimon. She would yawn from waking up and walk over to the lot of them. "Hey when do we get sent into action. The moon will be up soon and I'm feeling good." She would ask this with a almost uninterested voice of sort.

This was seemingly a simple job to the two of them, when they read it over neither of them seamed to suspect anything too dangerous was involved, of course, you can never be too sure. John walks down the path according to the directions of the job offer, his partner Runa was in his backpack, as usual, taking a short nap, while John was enjoying a peaceful walk to the camp sight.
It seemed that the 2 of them where the last to arrive, John shook the bag gently, making Runa groggily wake up. “We’re here.” he whispered, and made his way to what he assumed to be the two who hired him and the others. “Heya,” He said, arm raised in greeting, “Name’s John, me and my partner, uh she’s in my backpack, are here for the job offer, is this everyone?” He asked, looking around at the group.

'A simple job'?
Oh, far from it - anything 'simple' could have been handled by the research group themselves. That said, the positive attitude from the four incoming groups was a good sign: they hadn't had much trouble getting in, and seemed ready to listen to the task at hand.
Nodding to the cloaked Renamon-X, the Sorcermon waited for everyone else to arrive - in rather short order - before going over specifics. Alpha and Beta seemed to have a bit of a background with Coal. Yara the Lunamon also seemed eager to start... to which the Sorcermon gave a sigh. "And your two partners are where? Its not going to be helpful to explain things twice. Wake 'em up and drag 'em out here." As for the 'moon' being close, well, if the Lunamon meant night, that wasn't the case - it was about dead noon.
Once those two arrived, it would be everyone! And as soon as they were all organized, the Sorcermon would address the group proper. "Thank you all for coming. We're trying to set up 'base' here for a day or two to address the odd data signal that was detected last night. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only place that we're able to set up camp, which presents a problem."
"Yeah, I tried to warn these big-heads, but these guys set up right in the wrong place. Right here - this whole trench, in fact," the Dorumon waved a claw around, "is a border between the 'west' dragon tribe, and the 'east' dragon tribe. The east tribe consists of powerful ground dragons, but they haven't been able to overtake the rival territory across this trench - the 'west' dragons take refuge here, and are able to keep their rivals back with significant firepower. But without control of the trench, the eastern dragons will simply walk-and-fly right over, and reclaim the territory to the west..."
"... Which, of course, they won't allow to happen. I'd say you got about an hour, maybe thirty minutes, before a bunch of angry dragons from the west stomp on through, rip everything up, and kick you out. Or, well, worse."
"Hm... well, that seems to be the long-and-short of it. Apparently it doesn't matter where we are in the trench, either." The Sorcermon shook his head. "As to how we'd handle it... we could try and broker a deal with the west, but that would just mean that we'd get stomped over from the other side. And if we just agree to assist the west in defense, its not like we'd be able to get much else done when we're fighting. So."
"Ideas?"

The very first thing that coal would do upon hearing those pair of familiar voices was turn her head. She could see that they were indeed alpha and beta but… she could be mishearing things? She didn’t think they lived around here right? So they had to be here for the job! The renamon-x’s face split into a big smile and there was hardly a pause before she’d swoop over; trying to up both of the hackmons [one in either arm] and gave them a big friendly hug!
”Alpha! Beta! It’s so good to see you again! I didn’t see that you had signed up for this else I would have offered a ride via teleporter! Ma always lets me borrow hers!”
Coal blinked a little bit turning her head and flicking her ears forward; did she hear that right? Someone was looking for a fight? She frowned a bit and glanced back to the dorumon and sorcerer type digimon. Unsure what the answer to that question was really.
”I ah… Well I don’t know? I think so? 12345… Hmm. I think soooo?”
Coal looked down to alpha and beta; realizing that if she was indeed holding them that they probably wouldn’t want to be kept that way. She’d set them down with a pretty cheerful smile. But with the sorcermon giving that sigh and telling the lunamon to go get their partners? Well… She’d fidget a bit; adjust her goggles and wait tohear what the real problem was. She’d listen intently; keeping the information to herself for a moment… there was a lot of it and honestly? She felt like that they could do a lot with said information.
”Well. If there’s two groups and four separate groups of us why don’t we try to broker a deal with both sides for a temporary cease fire while you’re in the area? That way they can rest and build up their forces for an even bigger fight once we’re gone?”
Coal chirped and tilted her head to one side; figuring that the dragons wouldn’t mind a restful day or two.. Or three. Or however long this camp would be here for. She’d also then consider and then snap her fingers with a thought!
”We could also see why they’re fighting in the first place and see if we can just end it all together so this area doesn’t see more unnecessary fighting than it needs to! At least while we’re here!”
Two ideas, somewhat similar if not fairly different. But she was all for hearing what the others thought of them or if they had their own ideas!

So it would seem Beta was right, Coal turned around to look at them as they said her name. It was probably pretty obvious that she was also here for the job like the two of them, least Alpha thought it was obvious. Though before he could mention anything on the matter Coal got a large smile on her face and dashed over to the twins, grabbing the two of them in a big hug. Which seemed to surprise Alpha more then anything. "Ehh, huh?" Was all he managed to get out as it happened.
Beta on the other hand seemed thrilled with the idea, giving Coal a hug as well. "We had no idea you were going also! It's great to see you again." Beta replied with a large smile on her face.
Alpha on the other hand quickly let out a quick breath and regained his composure pretty quickly, he didn't fully return the hug but did give a small pat on her back. "Uhh yeah, it's good to see you." Alpha wasn't sure on why she was hugging the twins, then he recalled before that Coal called them her friends... Alpha supposed he could at least be a bit friendly in return. After all he recalled him and her had similar affinities for Darkness, they should be able to work well if a fight did come up.
Eventually Coal did let the two digimon go, Beta still having a smile on her face while she turned to focus on what was going on. Alpha took a moment to look at the others who came, a Lunamon and a Human. Well introductions to the others could come later.
Though the situation seemed to be a lot worse then Alpha initially thought, he had heard that this valley was a dangerous place but hearing it in person was way different. "So what you're saying is you're attempting to make camp on what's essentially a warzone." Alpha replied figuring he had the gist of it down. "It does sound like a lose, lose situation siding with either or." This was going to be a lot trickier then he initially thought.
Beta decided to chime in as well. "Like Coal said getting them to stop fighting, at least while you're all here sounds like it'd be for the best. There has to be some term they can agree to?" Made sense to the Hackmon at least, after all they were a neutral party in this whole territory thing, just made sense to try and stop the fighting for a bit.
However her brother seemed to have a different take on it. "I dunno, if like they said we don't have that much time that'd mean we'd probably need to split up to meet both groups, I doubt we'd convince both sides in an hour if we go one after the other. That'd mean if things went south it'd make things a bit harder." It definitely had it's fair share of risks involved. "Though we might just need to go try and convince the East, if the West is just defending their territory using this trench they might be more willing to let us stay here for a bit if we can get the East to stop attacking." That was his two sense on the matter, made sense to him, the East was the aggressive side in this, if they didn't come over then there would be no reason for the West to kick them out of the trench.

As Mary went to get Ghost and Yara. The two would arrive and hear out the digimon. Who he believed to be wizardmon. As he looked on he would come to understand that they were pretty much close to war. Mary would not be ok with violence at all as she said. "Um.ummm. ex-excuse me but did y-y-you say something about fighting. I-I-I L-l-like the idea of talking it out instead." Mary was indeed the kinder of the twins. As she is the one who refuses to kill or even try to hurt someone. Well in her rookie state that is. As Yara the more brutality of the pair would scream out. "MMMMAAARRYYYY.... The moon is nearly out and it's okay if we do fight. I will protect you K. Beside Ghost needs us to be at our best and do even better. So cheer up we got this. I mean we nearly got deleted but we back from our digi eggs now." Ghost would look on as the twins catchphrase was starting to catch on to him. As Yara said that Mary would make a face of horrified. As she fake fainted Yara would catch her. As Ghost pointed his D Arc at the pair. He would say "Recall" as it sent them to his personal digital space. As he would walk up to the mon who was speaking.
But he would he sure to bow to everyone out of respect. " First off I apologize for the delay I was drained getting here. Second off I am Ghost the Tamer of the twin mon Yara and Mary. We was ask to come here to land a hand if need be. So we are all set." He would say this with a smile on his face.

Well, there were at least a few interesting ideas coming across. The Dorumon would respond to the second idea first, shaking his head, also addressing the stammering Lunamon.
"I don't think stopping the fighting outright's remotely possible, and in the short term, I don't think they're going to share the depths of their grievances with outsiders. Think of it from their perspective: you're a bunch of random strangers telling them what to do, right? They aren't going to believe you're there for their benefit."
"Well, true, but let's look at the other option. Is there a merit in appealing to their bloodlust to negotiate a ceasefire?" The Sorcermon seemed genuinely interested, to which the Dorumon mulled it over.
"... Its a gamble, but realistically, all you're trying to do is stop a fight?" The Dorumon mulled it over. "Alpha is right: the dragons on the west are the defenders here, so they'll be less likely to think of such an argument as anything more than a trick. But that doesn't really matter: if we pretend that we're on the west's side, they'll be likely to leave our encampment alone."
"And the east dragons are none-the-wiser because... the west wouldn't invade, even if they got a chance?"
"If we look at it that way, our group here doesn't even need to split up. We can focus all of our attention on brokering a ceasefire on the east's side - or if that doesn't work, the whole group can stall out the east side and push them back, push-comes-to-shove."
It seemed that they had a decent idea of what to do - though honestly, the two Lunamons' antics were starting to grate on the Sorcermon's patience. "... If the mere thought of combat makes one of your two Lunamon faint, Ghost, I think you should reconsider if your partners should even be here." The sorcerer wasn't liable for what happened to the group as a whole, but what was seen so far didn't exactly inspire confidence.
That aside, the Dorumon would give a shrug. "Alright, it sounds like we've settled onto trying to broker peace with the east?" The dragon directed the group to that side of the valley, towards a wrought, temporary metal staircase that led up the cliffside. "I can take you as far as the den, but then its on you all to make your case." As the group would make their way to the top of the cliff, they would see just why the group couldn't settle anywhere except the valley itself.
For one, this place was nearly as barren as the deserts around Rustport, with scorched rock and uneven terrain - but even the ground itself was battle-scarred. Burn marks from fierce flame, discarded dragon scales, and deep claw marks stained the ground below them - and the Dorumon moved through all of that without a second thought, as if this was just a walk in the park. The steel dragon would raise its head, and point a claw up towards a rocky outcropping, a good half-mile to mile away. "That's where the 'forward' force of the east dragons would be stationed - and its who you'll have to convince. The reason I'm bringing it up now, well... you'll have to think of a way to even get to them without getting blasted in the process."
True - waltz right on up, and it would just look like they were an advancing enemy force!

”Well truth be told it was kind of hard to get permission with my parents. But that’s okay now eheh. Maybe next time we can chat some to see if we can arrive at the same time next time.”
Then came the stranger bit; one of the lunamon’s was referring to the moon coming out. Coal blinked a few times and casted a glance up towards the sky… where the sun was still… well it was still out. Still high in the sky even. She’d rub at the back of her neck after a moment.
”...Is this a proverbial moon? Cause the sun is super up right now.”
The renamon hummed a bit; the information and the small bit of suggestions seemed to go a long long way. Even the musing from the twins were more than enough she felt. Coal couldn’t help but give a small and otherwise nervous wave to ghost and his twins.
”Pleasure? I guess… eheh.”
Stopping the fighting outright was probably impossible from what the Dorumon made it out to be. She’d fold her arms and hum just a little bit. ALl they were doing was trying to find a way to stop the fighting. But if the west was just defending from the east… So basically it boiled down to stopping the east from being aggressive?
”I mean we could fight them back. I think everyone here would be able to handle it for a time. I… Well. I think I could at least handle it for a bit. But yeah East sounds like a good idea.”
Coal’s stamina wasn’t the most fantastic suffice to say; not like her mother or her father that could remain in higher forms with ease. But to her? They would do wonders for this little encounter she figured. The renamon-x would lean to stare out towards where the dorumon directed them to…
”Just hope we can talk em out of something stupid…”
It wasn’t hard to follow along with the dorumon; though coal made sure to watch her steps since she didn’t want to trip or the like throughout the battle scarred terrain. She’d squint a little bit at seeing the deep claw marks. With the dorumon pointing towards that rocky outcropping the renamon followed and adjusted her goggles.
”I mean we could probably get their attention in one way or another. Though I feel like drawing attention to ourselves would just… also be an invitation to being attacked… Hmm… I’d say try to sneak up there but that also sounds like a bad idea if they’re on edge. One sec lemme just see if I can spot one...”
Coal rubbed at her chin and continued to stare up at it. Eventually she’d pull off her goggles and squint up there. Seeing if she could make out any wireframes amidst all terrain’s...

So Coal had trouble getting permission, it made sense to Alpha at least this was a pretty dangerous situation to be in after all. "I'd like that, it'd probably of been more fun to travel together anyway." Beta agreed with a smile, Alpha didn't really feel too strongly one way or the other but it would at least be safer to travel in a group of two then a group of three next time.
But the time for introductions was over, it was time to focus on what's ahead, of the two Lunamon the one that just arrived seemed to not be keen on fighting. "If I understand this place correctly fighting is just the way of life here, I'm willing to try talking at least but I really don't expect much to come of it." More fighting, great. Alpha didn't seem the most gung ho about fighting but he definitely wasn't scared. As for the moon being out, Alpha didn't know about that or what they were talking about so might as well just ignore it.
Beta on the other hand seemed to have a smile on her face. "If we can't talk them down we'll knock em back. You can count on me." But considering what Coal said Beta decided to inspire them as well. "You'll do great Coal, when we fought you were awesome. Since we're on the same side it'll go even better!" Beta didn't know about everyone elses combat experience but she had confidence they'd be fine.
Alpha gave a small nod at what Beta said, figuring he'd throw his hat into the ring. "We've been training since then so if a fight does break out me and Beta will be good." Alpha sounded pretty confidant in himself.... Sure they weren't able to beat their trainer in a two on one match but she did fight pretty crazy.
With Alpha's plan of action being the one they're going for it was now just time to follow the Dorumon, the area they were walking in looked like a warzone yet the Dorumon didn't even seem to pay attention to it at all. Beta didn't seem to mind either as she walked though he wondered if it was because of her natural battle sense or that she didn't understand what these marks were.
Eventually the group came up to the forward camp, Beta seemed curious as to why they stopped but Alpha was pretty sure he knew the reason. His thoughts proved correct when the Dorumon pointed out that they might get blasted if they just walk in. Coal seemed on top of it and took her goggles off, Alpha was confused but Beta recalled when they first met. "Oh, you're looking for the wireframes. Like you saw with Me and Alpha." Right, Coal did mention that when they first met.
"That'll definitely be helpful but we still would need a way to signal them. It was a, hmm." Alpha seemed to struggle with a memory he had on stuff like this. "Oh right, a flag. Anyone got anything white we can wave to get their attention?" If Alpha remembered correctly a white flag was usually used to come in peace or surrender, if these dragons knew what it was or not that was a gamble but it seemed like it was worth a shot.

Ghost looked on as he usually does. Taking in what everyone had to say. As he looked down he would start to go through his cards as he was getting ready to ready up. Now that his team have made contact with the others he was all set. As he looked on at the wizard like digimon to response to him. "Yeah but you forget one thing. We did not get this far being lames. If you know what I mean. Me and mines are all set to go to war. "As soon as he said that Mary would hear him and it was like bugs went down her spine as her face started to freak out. As Ghost would continue. " Even though she act like this. That fear is what drive her to fight." As he said that he was ready to go.
_________________________ As he followed the group he would look on and was shocked to see. That the place was a fixer upper. As he looked on he would take a deep breath. "Alright let's do this. May the Moon light guide us to victory. Whatever that may be." He would soon come to realize he was the only Tamer here.

"Well, we aren't going to get anywhere doing nothing, so we're going to have to risk getting attention in the best way possible."
The Dorumon had a point - standing out in the middle of the battlefield wasn't going to get anything done! As Coal took off her goggles and strained her vision towards the rocky outcropping, she'd see the 'simple' wireframes that made up the ground and rocks, as well as two more complicated structures, each belonging to a Coredramon. That said, at this range, it was only able to get an idea of the shape of the reptiles, confirming that they were there at least a few of the east group there.
As for a signal? The Dorumon considered what they had at hand. "Well, your cloak is red... hang on, I think I got something." With that, the Dorumon would step out a bit from the front of the group, would crane his neck up, and 'howl' - three sharp blasts of sound, each with a white flash of energy, radiating from his throat. One of the Coredramon would round the corner, and the Dorumon would give a wave - and the Coredramon would respond by shooting one fireball into the air, detonating like a smokey firework above the cliff.
"Hm... alright, we should be able to get closer." The Dorumon nodded to Alpha. "Though there's a chance that they'll only want to talk to me and Beta," the only two dragon types in the group. Thankfully, there wouldn't be a fiery raid on their heads as they made their way closer. Now, if these two Coredramon would be willing to discuss anything would be another story.
As the group would approach, the two dragons that Coal saw before would both be there: a blue-scaled Coredramon, and a green-scaled Coredramon. 'Blue' chuckled as the group approached, looking down at the rookie-level Dorumon.
"You lot got some spunk if you're willing to just walk up our firing range like that!" That chuckle turned into a laugh, as 'Green' shook his head.
"Whatever y'all need, spill it, and then clear out. We gotta keep our eyes open and - "
"Oh, lighten up, brother. Seeing these five here's the most interesting thing that we've seen in a month. And if the other side is so lax that outsiders are sneaking in, maybe they're breaking up on the other side, too! So." The dragon gave a wide grin: "What ya'll need?"

”I’ve been meaning to travel more and now with some things eased I can actually get to doing that. Ma’s already met you two so I know that she’d be okay with it.”
Coal made a little hand wiggling motion and smiled to the other two. Hopefully this could be resolved without having to fight; she was immensely curious about the dragons here and their culture. How vastly different it’d be compared to where she had grown up.
Coal paused at beta’s suggestion that she was awesome and that it’d go even better now that they were on the same team. She had to agree with that. Both her and alpha’s abilities likely synergized and beta was a good leg to stand on suffice to say. She’d fold her arms, trying to keep her smile off of her face but it wasn’t working too well.
”Well I look forward to seeing how your training helps you two handle this! And yeah we should be able to do even better.”
With them being in the next area and with coal having pulled off her goggles. The renamon gave a curt nod when beta guess what she was doing. The renamon tilted her head as she was able to see two coredramon in the midst of all the simple wireframe. She’d rub at her chin and glance at the group.
”Two Coredramons. Don’t know what color but… That’s a start. I’m not seeing anyone else so they’re either alone or the watch. Bet the others are still deeper in.”
Coal watched what the Dorumon did; so was that some kind of universal code? Something she’d quickly commit to memory for a later date if she ever needed it. She would adjust her goggles back over her face and would trot forward with the Dorumon.
Greeted with the view of two Coredramons [one blue and one green] the Renamon couldn’t help but lean this way or that. Trying to get a good look at the both of them. The renamon glanced at everyone; figuring that it was best to be honest with them.
”Well firing range or not we did need to Talk to you all about something.”
Coal folded her arms; though her tails were swishing this way and that signifying how relaxed she was in this situation even though that normally she… was extremely shy. The confidence of the last few months and the training she underwent on a regular basis was starting to effect how she acted.
”Well see we’ve got a camp set up not too far from here, in the middle of this zone. It was set up there to try to research what’s going on around here. That being this whole phenomenon that recently happened. Which is kind of hard to do when they’re set up in what’s amounting to your warzone between you guys and the other side. So in short...”
The renamon unfolded her arms; exposing both of her forearms and showing her palms in a small symbol of trust; even going so far as to bow her head just a little bit.
”We’re humbly requesting that you agree to a temporary ceasefire of hostilities with the other side until the phenomenon is properly looked into.”
