The richest section of the residential portion of West Shibuya. A neighborhood with shops and fancy restaurants, it is also packed to the brim with large-sized houses and mansions alike, all kept in flawless condition. Nothing prevents a lower-class citizen from taking a stroll here—just expect tensions to be relatively high.
