Whitewater City

A large, beach-side city bustling with all kinds of wild and crazy activity; it is the second largest city in the Digital World — the first being Terminus City. Much like Cancun, this place is a city that never sleeps: always beaming with parties, festivals, events, and competitions that thrive on tourism day and night.
