Even thought António wanted, to help, Nanami put a hand over his shoulder and told him not to go after Tatsuya. He boy nodded and sat. He got it, she was probably the closest person to him at the moment, with the possible exception of Dorimon. Besides, he had no clue over what was going on with Tatsuya, and maybe she did, so it was best if he didn`t interfiere. In fact, what if it was a really big personal issue? Certainly it was none of his business.
"Ok, then, just go. If you need anything, just ask." António told Nanami right before she left.
Meaningwhile, Henrique kept playing with Dorimon. He gigled as the Dorimon did, especially because he almost lost again, by following the command given by Dorimon. He was enjoying playing with someone like that, as he didn`t usually get to play with anyone but António.
"You not say "Simon", Dowimon. You funny. My twun now! Hum..." Henrique said between gigles "Simon say not jump!"
Henrique said the sentence fast, trying to fool Dorimon better, If he obeyed, it would likely be for not having heard the "not" incerted in the sentence. However, either winning or loosing, Henrique would simply be having tons of fun.

After looking at his expression just now when she slapped his back, Nanami made a questioning, yet amused face that just spell 'is it really that hurt? You need more training if it is'. She sat beside him without even asking his permission, typical to the bold girl. The blunette gently stroke her boyfriend's hand and stared at him directly. It's as if she have a scolding ready... true enough, she send a flick aimed at his forehead.
"First, thanks for the praise, but the second... you're clearly not OK. Your lying is way too obvious, Tats. You might be some good liar, but you can't lie to me that easily... wait, what am I talking about? Clearly you're some bad liar when it's related to me," the girl faked a pout, but quickly broke into giggles before she smiles softly.
"I understand if it's not something you want to tell right away, but if you need me... I'll always be there for you. You looks tough on here..." she poked his abs and his chest. "But no matter what, here is other matter..." she pointed at his heart. "...So I will also be all ears for you. Don't worry, everything gonna be alright."

Tatsuya looked at his girlfriend faking a pout when she said that he couldn't lie to her. He just let out a soft chuckle and smiled to her. -Yeah. You know, you're my weakspot... and that ain't fair. That way you beat me everytime... unless it's about teasing each other, of course -he muttered to her, returning the stroke to the blunette. When she said that she understood he didn't want to tell her, he leaned back with a tired look in his gaze.
-If I knew myself what this is about, I'd tell you right away, trust me -the boy told her, ignoring how wrong he was in that moment, then continued. -But seriously, I don't know what happened. When I head your voice, it was like I was having a deja vu. You had already sung to me when we met, right...? Maybe that's why it felt strange.
Nanami then told him that she'd be there for him, since despite looking hard on the outside, he was soft inside. The indigo eyed teenager gave her a warm grin as he spoke. -In reality, I'm as fluffy as that plushie I gifted you so many years ago... Ironic, huh? Either way... thank you, Nami. You really are the best that has happened to me lately, but hey, don't tell Dorimon, because we don't want him to get jealous, right? -he laughed, then returned to his tender expression.
-Really... thank you -he muttered, leaning forward to kiss her forehead gently. After he separated, he half grinned at her with an amused expression. -Want to go back? Or are you scared of what my partner might do to ya? He's actually very nice once you get on his good books! -he playfully teased, then entered the restaurant again, waving at Antonio.
-Yo! Just needed some fresh air, that was all -he said, taking a look at the Simon Says game. Henrique had said "Simon says not jump", but instead, Dorimon jumped, then looked at him with a proud expression. -Hehe! I win again! -he happily said, but Tatsuya didn't think so.
-Oh, really? I swore he said "not jump".
-DAMNWIT!

<Not sure if Proph still want me to skip him until both of them returned or just until Tatsuya returned, but if it's the former, then here we goes, a reply>
"Really? Everytime? My my? So are you saying you, a black belt, a nidan of all thing, would be beaten by me, someone that doesn't formally practice Karate?" she grinned wryly. "Oh my my... if it's like that, Tats, I wonder if your pride as a karate practitioner is still there and intact? What's the use of Karate if you cannot defend yourself against a girl two heads shorter than you?" she teased. However, she returned back to serious mood once he told her his hypothesis.
"...Mmmm... first of all, Tats... I'm not sure that I've sung at all before this... I mean, the voice of a 11 years old and a 17 years old after lots of vocal training are different afterall... I mean, I've been in vocal training for about long... and honestly, I'm not sure myself... but have I sung to you recently before just now? Even so, I don't think that's enough to trigger 'bad' deja vu per se... Also..."
She grinned widely and pinched his nose. "Inside, you're just an itsy bitsy Tatsie from six years ago~ I wonder what if we're childhood friends from faaaar in the past? Like, we're practically neighbors? And before you said 'so cheesy!', I'd like to tell you that my goal is to see how often you wet yourself... blackmail material, yep." she grinned teasingly. "And don't worry, you're the best for me, too, Tatsie. 'Love you', dear," she sarcastically commented at the last part before stealing a kiss from his lips.
"Let's go back."
And then, they got back to the cafe, where the two in-trainings are still playing while Agitatomon somehow... sleeping? on the table

There she went again. Even if he tried to create a little moment, she just kept the teasing attitude... which only managed to form a smile in the eighteen year old's lips. It was a game that he loved to play, and not because it was fun, but also because he was accustomed to it and was quick witted in that kind of situation. A mischievous look was shot to the blunette as the teen laughed again.
-Oh, when did I say you could beat me? Are you really that eager to put my skills to the test? 'Cause I can lend you one of my Gis tomorrow, and we get to spar. Unless you're all talk, of course? -Tatsuya shot back once again, thus continuing the teasing wars game. When she changed the subject back to her singing, he sighed in a tired way. She was right, but then, why did he have the feeeling that he had heard it before? He knew it had to have been recently, because it was exactly the same voice.
The song was different, yes. The indigo eyed couldn't remember the tune properly, though he was certain that the voice didn't have any difference. Maybe the Digital World had been playing tricks on him without Tatsuya getting to realize it? That had to be it, yeah. He'd better check his D-3 once they got home just to be sure... there might be some answers in the data he had been registering during his travels.
-I still don't know, but let's forget about it, right? Also, blackmail? Me? You know that I don't care the least bit about what people can think of me, so bring it on, girl. I'm waiting, dear -he imitated her sarcastic comment before their lips made contact once again. -Sure. Antonio must be waiting -he muttered, getting up and entering the café.
-Owkay, Henwique, now... Simon sayws, bawk to the stupid giwl! -the purple furball spoke, attempting to faze her a little. He still didn't like her the least bit.

Just sitting there. Antonio felt powerless, felt almost guilty for not sprinting out and going to help Tatsuya. But then again, what he could he do, truly? He had no clue what was going on with him, and his girlfriend who likely knew Tatsuya far more than Antonio did, had asked him to stay there and wait. Still, it was nearly unbearable. To him, not being able to di anything, was like if someone was trying to rip off a part of him. It was painful.
Antonio took a peak at his partner. The in-training was laughing at the fact Dorimon had just jumped when Henrique had the said the command was to "not jump". Even as a baby, Henrique was sometimes rather clever. Antonio wished he could just turn him to his rookie firm and chat with him, but Henrique seemed so...happy. He wouldn't take that away from his partner.
And then Tatsuya came in and alerted Dorimon to the fact that he lost. The purple digimon's reaction was amusing, and with a quick smile from it , Antonio turned to more serious matters.
"Are you ok, Tatsuya? I don't know what that was about, is it fixed?" Antonio inquired, shooting a questioning look at Nanami after he spoke. Afterall, she went after Tatsuya and was his girlfriend, so certainly she had been able to solve the issue, right?
Henrique heard Dorimon's command and began to look around.
"I not see tupid gwil! Whewe she be ,Dowimon?" He asked. |
