Vetina shook her head when asked to rest. Not only was escape the main thing on her mind, but a little dizziness wasn't enough to stop her.
"Woozy stature's far from the worst I've been dazed."
Again, they risked discovery as two other Bakemon came around the corner. Vetina followed the others as they opted to duck into a room to hide. Artemis had once more suggested a break, and Salla asked Vetina her opinion on the issue. However, looking at them she could tell that the two did want a break. So she shrugged.
"Okay, a moment's respite, then."
The Palmon closed her eyes and took a breath... before pulling out a batch of grapes from her mouth.

She stared in surprise for a moment at Vetina as she pulled grapes from her mouth. "Thanks. I'm sure they'll beat the food here," Salla replied as she took the grapes from Vetina. She plucked one of the grapes and fed it to Artemis. "I plan on finding my brother if he's here in this world somewhere and going home once I'm out of here. We kind of have a bet going on where if nothing bad happens to me he has to treat me to lunch," she explained before plucking another grape of and eating it. "But what if we get abducted from your world again? It happened before when we couldn't do anything about it," Artemis reminded. Salla seemed to ponder this for a few moments.
"Then we'll just have to get stronger before we go home," Salla stated. If Nova was here in this world, finding him would greatly improve their chances of survival, but if Artemis were to change into a stronger form yet again it may not be necessary. Salla sighed. "If he isn't in this world then we'll have to figure out how to hide you from him and mom when we go back. I still don't think he bought that lie I told him about you being a toy, and I don't think you'd fit in my bag even in the last form you had," she realized.

Vetina softly chuckled at the mention of this bet Salla and her brother had. "Oh ho, and to what length is 'nothing bad happening'? Because incarceration to me lies in that column. And there your free lunch fades."
Vetina was glad there was no issue with her grapes. Usually people just look at her funny. Which is normal but when she makes fruit she wants people to eat it. Having it go to waste is... well, a waste, and she never consumes her own produce.
After a little while longer, after them speaking about getting home and hiding and what not, Vetina had said something that was on her mind on occasion during this whole rescue attempt.
"Just to offer the option, to be taken or no, but a quickened escape is feasible were I to practice target elimination. But leave it if its unsavory, that option.
I'll gamble my pal is waxing restlessness as we speak. Either take down or take out, let's not stagnate here for long."

"I'm sure there's more dangerous places than here," Salla pointed out. "I can't really say I'm for the idea of eliminating Bakemon that catch us, but I don't care too much as long as we make it out." Without further conversation, Salla opened the door and poked her head outside. She first looked in the direction the Bakemon went. Then she looked the other way. After making sure the coast was clear, she carefully placed the grapes she received from Vetina in her bag before scooping Artemis up. She then headed in the direction they were going before they were nearly discovered.
What would Nova do if he were in my position? Salla wondered. She pondered this for a few moments. However she only came to the conclusion that she was already doing what he would do. Well for the most part at least. To be fair, he does currently have better chances in this situation. "If my brother were here, he would do whatever he deemed necessary to get out no matter how much noise he had to make," Salla muttered under her breath. She was getting closer. How close was she? She didn't know, but she did know they had to keep going.

"Were abandoning betwixt to an end shortly. Maintain queue to your freedom..."
Vetina took point again, leading the others to the exit. They had already passed what Vetina knew was the halfway point some time ago if she remembered correctly. The initial trip was longer due to actually needing to find the dungeon without any real clue where it was.
There was a large door outside with 2 Bakemon nearby. More than what Vetina remembered, and their positions made it impossible for them to pass through without being seen at some point.
"Huh, surveillance is choking our exit. But they're just 4 paltry hands...
...But up sprouts a more comedic tactic..."
Vetina stepped back and digivolved again, this time to her VileSunflowmon form. She looked at the two escapees and than pointed to her hip.

Salla stopped when she saw the Bakemon and glared at them. "If only our enemies had feet. I would be able to cause them to slip and fall," Artemis told them. "If they spot us, there's no doubt they'll try that poison gas," Salla stated. "So we'll either need to defeat them quickly or find a distraction?" Artemis questioned. "Sounds about right," Salla agreed. Her gaze drifted to a stone that lay on the floor. "...I think I have an idea," she stated, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. Artemis looked up at her tamer curiously. Salla picked up the stone she found.
"If we can get them to fight each other, they'll be distracted enough for us to slip past them, or at least wear each other down making them easier to defeat," she explained. On the flip side, we're risking being caught, but we'll get caught anyway, so it's worth a shot, she reflected. "Sneaky, but it might work," Artemis stated. "What's your plan, Vetina?" Salla pointed out. Currently, their escape depended on Vetina. Their success was so close... All they needed was a way out without being caught again, or to defeat the guards outside. It didn't matter whose plan they went with as long as it worked.
The VileSunflowmon listened to Artemis and Salla's plan, involving getting the two Bakemon to attack each other. It was, to Vetina, a fine plan, although she did have her own ideas. Which she would explain once Salla asked her.
"Aye, to expound, *I* depart under a veil of false pretenses. It requires your non-visibility within my pockets, but makes use of none knowing my business here.
If it fails, escape retains its ease, a 'when' apposed to 'if'. The splitting of ends by means is its cleanness. We also have my backup. "
Vetina grinned and gave a thumbs up. ""

Salla and Artemis listened to Vetina's plan before coming to a decision. "Well you've gotten us this far, so I don't see why you can't get us the rest of the way," Salla stated. "I agree. We wouldn't have gotten anywhere near this far without you," Artemis agreed. "Then it's decided. Vetina, could you give us a boost?" Salla asked. It wouldn't take much luck for Salla and Artemis to sneak past the guards from within Vetina's pocket. Now that they decided who's plan to go with, it was a matter of execution.
((Short post is short. Didn't want to keep you waiting any longer.))

The VileSunflowmon helped the two into her pockets and, with that, the plan was underway.
Vetina hovered from around the corner, her arms stretched out above her head and having a face of pure bliss. "Egads, such a good feeling to have taken care of business..."
The Bakemon guards looked shocked and confused at this intruder before going over to stop her.
"Halt! Who are you?"
"What are you doing here?"
Putting her hands on her hips and looked to the side. "I required the use of a commode. None stood here, and I went in. I'd deign to go travel lengths to provide details..."
The guards went over to her. Neither had knowledge of a Sunflowmon being locked up here... but who knows... something was fishy. And while there was a shift change earlier, which is probably how she got in uncontested, that was a while ago.
"Hey, if you went in while no one was here... that was a long bathro-*SMACK*"
That Bakemon felt the sting of Vetina's hand as she looked absolutely flustered.
"H-H-HEAVEN!!! How... *dare* you inquire of me my time in private business!?!? I'M A LADY YOU MISOGYNISTIC GHOUL!!! "
"Calm down, calm down!" The other one said. Last thing they need was everyone knowing that someone got in while no one was here. That would be bad news if their boss caught wind of it.
"Yeah... why didn't you do it outsi-*SMACK*"
That one prompted a small groan in pain and annoyance.
"Outside? And be vulnerable to the gaze of... unsavory voyeurs? I have my dignity!"
The other Bakemon was looking at Vetina's clothes, checking her to see if she might have stolen something. Vetina noticed this and slapped the other Bakemon a third time.
"I-I didn't even do anything!"
"Indeed, you observed your co-worker peer at me with such... a covetous stare... I'll procure nothing of it! Pervert! Insufferable wretches!"
"J-just go before you make a scene!"
Vetina stuck her nose out and quickly floated out the door. The guards breathed a sigh of relief as that troublesome womon left the area. The slapped Bakemon rubbed his sore cheek and lowly commented, "I hope she at least washed her hands..." ---
Once she got far enough, She landed on the ground. "Coast is clear." She would help them out, and would also see a Flamedramon sitting against a rock and listening to something through headphones. Of course, the lizard digimon saw Vetina arrive. She merely said nothing yet.

Salla sat with Artemis inside Vetina's pocket as the scene started to unfold. She had to cover her mouth to keep herself from laughing. Just to be safe, she covered Artemis's mouth too with the other hand. Now outside of Vetina's pockets, Salla and Artemis were cracking up. "I'd applaud the show you put on back there if I had hands," Artemis told Vetina. "No arguments here; that was hilarious!" Salla agreed. She lay on the ground. "Finally, no more floating bedsheets keeping me prisoner. I wouldn't mind being in this world so much if it wasn't for what happened on my first day," she stated. "Yeah, being abducted and imprisoned does kind of suck the enjoyment of adventure, doesn't it?" Artemis agreed. "Do you guys think my brother is in this world somewhere? I mean, he was with me before I fell through a portal leading here," Salla stated.
"I think if there's any thing this whole experience taught you it would be either that anything is possible or not to give up hope," Artemis pointed out. Salla shrugged. Personally, she'd prefer it if she found Nova before she returned home, but she'd look for him once she got home if need be. He still owed her half a chocolate bar at the very least.

Vetina giggled, softly clapping for herself as the others applauded her acting. It was actually kind of fun. More fun, she expected, than she would have had if she just fought those ghosts (although that fight would be very quick).
"Aye aye, even I'll play my own trombone to praise my performance. Much appreciation for your appreciation."
As Artemis and Salla spoke a bit more, the female Flamedramon got up and removed her headphones. In response, Vetina gave a thumbs up and grinned. ""
"Alright, guess you really didn't need me, huh?"
Once asked if her brother might be here, Betty shrugged and replied to the human.
"Perhaps. I don't know who you are, and neither of us know your brother nor how experienced he is. So, he's probably around.

Salla sat up. "I'm Salla, and this is my partner, Artemis," she introduced herself and the aforementioned Moonmon. "A pleasure," Artemis greeted. Salla took her D-Terminal out of her bag. "I guess I'll try emailing Nova. With any luck he'll either not be here or have a D-Terminal if he does," she stated as she thought about what to type. She needed to type something that wouldn't cause her brother to worry. Maybe if she made herself sound worried, which she was, she could find out where Nova was.
What happened to you?
She sent the email. Within moments, she received a reply.
Would you believe me if I said I was in another world? If not, look for one of these people:
Below were three emails, phone numbers, and names. Salla's eyes widened at the one at the bottom. "Good news is that he has a D-Terminal. The bad news is that he's probably messing with me," She stated. "What makes you say that?" Artemis asked. "One of the contacts he sent me is that of a famous singer," Salla answered. "I guess I can spend a week looking for Nova in case he really is here in the Digital World," she decided

"And approach, finality of this task and grouping."
Vetina hovered over to Betty, whom was brushing some dirt off herself. The was glad she did bring some music along. She was able to kill some time here, at the very least, and not be bored for the amount of time she was waiting for Vetina.
"At least this whole thing didn't take too long. I guess this is good bye."
"Concurment, business lies elsewhere, but an entertaining ride, this was. Prize the thought of not remaining here, though. Your absence will be noted."
"At least don't leave them here. Give them a ride."
"No you. You're more conducive to aerial stability."
"I'm not your personal taxi, Vetina."
Vetina hugged Betty and looked deep into her eyes. "Oh my grandose pal. My chum. My best frrrriiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeend..."
Betty grumbled before digivolving into her Paildramon form before kneeling down, back towards the tamer and digimon.
"I'll drop you off at the closest safe village. After that, you're on your own, you two."

Salla nodded in understanding. "Contact me if you need any favors, and I'll see what I can do if I'm near whatever area you're in at the time," Salla told them. Well she had to return the favor some how. As she stood, a thought occurred to her. "Er... could I get some directions as to how to get back home for when I'm ready to go back?" she asked. "That's right, we never did find out how to go home while were locked up," Artemis realized. While it was true they arrived via hole in the ground, they were doubtful the same thing would take them home.
Hopefully their rescuer or her companion knew the way back. "Oh and Vetina, before we go, have you seen a boy my age with a scar over one of his eyes recently?" Salla asked. She didn't bother going into the same amount of detail she had with Antonio. She just hoped Vetina would be able to remember if she did.
