Hackmon looked over at Coonaimon before letting a small sigh. "Y-yeah I'll be fine, just need a breather." He told him shaking his head lightly, practice didn't mean a thing against the real thing, still handled himself quite well if he did say so himself. "Don't worry I'll make sure he doesn't get back up, if he does I'll deal with it." He reassured the digimon as he left to go help the other digimon. Hackmon watched him before turning his eyes back to the now downed Gotsumon, Hackmon stood up a bit watching him making sure he stayed down while the rest dealt with the last two digimon.
Luna saw Dust and quickly ran over the the digimon. "Oh no Dust, don't worry I'll heal you." Luna said holding her hand out and creating a small field around the two of them, still they had to get a bit closer then Dust liked to stand in the field, after all she needed to heal also after getting bashed by that tail. Dust looked over at the downed digimon as he broke through the ice spears that kept him to the ground rather easily. Dust let out a small sigh before holding his staff up, the end of the jewel was engulfed in darkness again and he threw it, it spun in the air bashing him in the head sending the Skull digimon reeling back a bit and back into the ground, Dust then caught his staff as it came back, luckily Dust didn't even plan on that happening.

The two siblings didn't have much left up their sleeve, instead they took to knocking Gotsumon down again and again until eventually he stopped getting back up. Still, Coonaimon tried to figure out how to make this go by faster. Could they scare the digimon away? Surely if he knew he couldn't win he'd leave right? "This is fun, I could keep this up all day." That of course was a lie. He figured if he bluffed enough, Gotsumon might take the hint and run. Sparmon however just growled. She seemed pretty upset over being injured. She was so much more serious during battles. "You ready? I know the reinforcements are on their way now, but how about we finish things before they get here?" The green-furred rookie continued to taunt. He stared straight into the eyes of the Gotsumon and prepared to pounce upon him again. He smirked and saw a flash of fear in Gotsumon's eyes. Their opponent was all alone here. This might just work- if not it's no big loss to him. Just means they'll have to be here a bit longer.

Hackmon watched as the Gotsumon slowly got up, he was ready to stop him but then the rock digimon just turned around and started running as fast as his wounded legs could carry him, he basically just noped out of this right now, which was good because Hackmon could hardly stand, he could put on a brave face but he was way to tired to keep going like this. "Well that's good." He said falling on his butt before looking over at the two Ultimates who were fighting. Luna and Dust stood looking at the large skull digimon who did the same thing that Gotsumon did and ditched. Luna was going to go after him but Dust quickly grabbed her arm shaking his head at her, their job right now was done.
That left the Gotsumon alone who would most likely do the same thing now that he was alone with three rookies and two Ultimate level digimon who would most likely blow him up.

With no allies remaining and the odds stacked so high against him, the Gostumon turned tail and fled. It wasn't a surprise to anyone really, but Coonaimon sighed heavily in relief. Now they needed to regroup and see to their wounds. Coonaimon found that he was the least hurt only suffering mild scratches here and there. Sparmon began rubbing her injured eye with her paw. "Stop that" her brother scolded. "You'll just get sand in it, let me look at it." Huffing, Sparmon complied and sat still while her brother looked over her. But that didn't mean she'd be quiet. She yelped whenever he tried touching her, then smiled sheepishly when he pulled away. "Hey, how is everyone? I'm Sparmon by the way new guy. What's your name?" "It's not new guy, and leave him alone for a bit he's hurt worse than you." "Then why aren't you tending to his wounds?" Coonaimon stayed silent for a bit. "I don't think it's my place, besides I don't know how to treat wounds." "What? Then why am I letting you mess with my eye?" "Don't argue."

Hackmon looked over at the the other one introducing themselves. "Hello, I'm Hackmon, nice to meet, oh there go my legs." He said before collapsing into the sand below, without the threat of being killed he was pretty much done for now, after running and getting hit by that Ultimate a lot he was surprised he was still alive, had he not run into them that'd surely be different. Luna and Dust quickly rushed over seeing the beaten up digimon, Dust let out a small sigh still in his Ultimate state before spinning his staff around in a circle before smashing the bottom of the staff to the ground focusing energy into it, soon after a large green field surrounded the area slowly healing anyone within the area, so long as Dust didn't see them as threats which why would he now?
"Good job you three, we sent them packing." Luna said with a smile as she degenerated, but instead of going back to her rookie form she just went to her champion form. "What what?" Luna asked as she tried again but couldn't. "Well, that's a problem, I can't go back to my rookie form." Luna said as she stopped trying, she decided it wasn't that important she'd solve that issue later.

"It's nice to meet you Hackmon, why were those guys chasing after you anyway? Those jerks-" She cut herself off with a huff. Each scratch and scrape were healed in a matter of moments, Sparmon hesitantly opened her. It felt completely better now, and she was glad Hackmon wouldn't be falling over anymore now. He looked really hurt before. Sparmon's face brightened at the praise, and Coonaimon stood a bit taller. Perhaps they cared a little too much about receiving such praise. The red-furred rookies face then turned pensive as she thought over Luna's situation. "Maybe you healed Luna too much." That could make sense right? If you became too strong maybe you wouldn't be able to go back to your previous forms? "Sparmon I don't think you're helping anything... That's not really how digivolution works" "Well Luna, I think you're just as awesome in any form." "So, which way do we go from here?" Coonaimon wasn't the best with directions, and found it difficult to keep track of such things in the midst of battle. Well surely someone else would know, so it probably wasn't an issue. "Coonaimon! You forgot to introduce yourself to Hackmon! Do I have to do everything?" "I didn't forget, he didn't ask" The other snapped back before regretting his choice of words. He didn't mean to offend anyone... Hopefully it wouldn't be taken that way. Sparmon ignored him and continued addressing Hackmon instead. "Fine, well Hackmon, this is my brother Coonaimon, that one over there is Dust, and she's Luna. Do you want to travel with us? Dust is a great navigator, it's no wonder so many people follow him around." "You can't just-" Coonaimon stopped himself from saying anything more and instead shook his head in defeat. Hackmon would probably be welcome to tag along, the white colored rookie helped quite a bit back there and seemed like a swell guys. He was just upset Sparmon was trying to make these decisions herself.

Hackmon was glad he was healed quite a bit, a healing field on a rookie did wonders when the other digimon was a Ultimate. He got back up once again brushing the sand off of himself before looking at Sparmon. "I don't know why those guys were chasing me. Maybe they just thought I'd be a easy target." Which sadly he was but luckily he was a easy target that could run away easily. Dust looked at Luna wondering what happened before he tried to degenerate himself, he managed to go back to his Impmon form with ease so it couldn't be that, mostly since Dust was stronger then Luna. "Well this is quite the problem, well I suppose it's alright in the end." To this Luna just laughed at Dust. "What's your problem?" he asked his voice sounding a bit annoyed. "You're annoyed that we're not normally the same height anymore aren't you Dust." Dust looked at the digimon wondering where she got her ideas before shaking his head, though in reality he was less then pleased because of that little thing.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I was trying to but I just couldn't stand anymore. please forgive me." he was a bit sad his weakness caused the other digimon to snap at his sister like that. "Travel? Well I guess I should, it's better to stay in a group, especially a group with two Ultimate levels." He agreed, Dust just shruged, he was fine with making sure this digimon didn't get hurt again, who knows if those digimon would be back, or if they were getting something else.

"Dust and Luna are pretty cool, aren't they? I'm gonna reach ultimate someday too though you know! And my ultimate form is going to be the strongest ever!" Sparmon boasted confidently. She didn't know how long it would take, but someday she would reach those higher level. And her brother and friends she'd make along the way, they'd all be right there beside her. "We're not even at champion yet..." Coonaimon muttered. As much as he'd like to be known as an amazing and powerful hero, he wasn't about to go making such claims without anything to back them up. If you did that all the time you'd wind up biting more off than you could chew. Besides, he wouldn't want to go up against people like Dust and Luna over the title of strongest ultimate. Just seeing glimpses of their fight made the rookie shiver. "So where are we heading now?" The green-furred rookie asked. He really wanted to at least know if they had a destination in mind or if they were going back to the village. He was a bit tired of wandering aimlessly like this, it was just asking for more trouble. But knowing two of their party could reach ultimate was a weight off his back, they'd probably be just fine even if something else happened.

Dust gave a small shrug at Sparmon's comment. "Luna maybe but I'm not really cool." To this the Crescemon just smiled tapping Dust on the head much to his annoyance. "Dust, learn to take a complement." Dust gave a small sigh, it was true though, all he could do was something that naturally came, but maybe he was just being a bit of a downer. Luna crossed her arms looking at Coonaimon as he muttered something out. "You'll get there, I'm sure of it. Who knows could happen very soon." Luna said to try and get his hopes up, she was always the one to do some stuff like that. Luna then was quickly engulfed once again in a digital field before being replaced with her smaller Lekismon form. "Oh, guess I can go back to champion, good Ultimate was a bit of a drain on me." Luna said happy she was able to go back at least one form, holding that shield and weapon was a tad bit annoying.
Hackmon heard about what they were saying and looked down. "Actually, if it's no trouble I could use some help, I got separated from my sister and while I know she can handle herself I'd really like to find her." Hackmon said before adding. "But I can easily just meet her back in Terminus so we don't have to if you're busy." He seemed pretty sure she could handle herself, but could Dust really trust that. "We aren't really going anywhere, do you two mind?" Dust asked the two rookies wondering if they minded helping him out once again.

The two siblings were always happy to hear reassurance and praise, though Sparmon was the one who expressed this trait far more openly. She wore a large grin and stood tall. She didn't pay very much attention to the rest of what Luna was saying though, only noticed that the ultimate changed to a new form. She did however hear Hackmon's request, even if she missed a bit of information, and responded accordingly. "Not at all! We're glad to help!" She answered for them both. Coonaimon thought it over in his head and decided that this could be worth while. It's not as though they were needed anywhere anyway, why not help their fellow rookie out? He hated when his sister was off someplace. "What's your sister like Hackmon? We'll search high and low until we find her!" The red-furred rookie declared. She was so eager, Coonaimon wondered if she was even going to listen to Hackmon's reply. Still, knowing who they were looking for would help, so at the very least he'll still pay attention. "You know, he said she'd be fine. I'm happy to go looking for her, but we probably don't need to rush. If we did that, we'd tire ourselves out. Then we might be the ones in trouble..." He trailed off. He couldn't really be sure of any of this though could he? Hackmon didn't seem too worried but that didn't mean his sister would be safe and sound when or if they found her. And if they did rush into things and get themselves hurt or exhausted, Dust and Luna were still at ultimate level and it would take a lot to bring someone that strong down. "Where did you see her last?" Coonaimon asked after a moment.

Hackmon smiled happy she was so eager to help, the other wasn't so much but he still seemed willing to help him out which was nice. "I was with her when two Ultimates attacked, once chased me and I ended up here, but the other must of stayed with her. She has a friend who can easily take them down though so I'm not that worried about the fight, I ran straight with little alterations so If we just go straight and keep a eye out we should be able to find them, her friend is pretty big." He said recalling the path he took. "It should be somewhere over there, She should be looking for me also at least for a bit so we might not have to walk as far." He added looking ahead.
Dust kept a eye on their location right now. "Well, so long as it's straight I can easily find our way back, and who knows she might know more about the desert then I, alright lets get going." Dust said deciding he had enough information to go on, and everyone seemed willing to help so he started going in that direction also.

Following Dust to there destination, Coonaimon and Sparmon continued alongside the rest of the group. Dust was a really good leader, even if he didn't think himself one. Sparmon smiled to herself, it seemed Dust and Luna attracted all kinds of people to them. It'd be nice to reunite Hackmon with his sister soon, then they'd probably go back to the boring old village or something, but it was fun following the other digimon around. Now she didn't have to pay attention so much to dumb things like landmarks or the direction they were heading. "You know, I don't meet very many digimon who travel all on there own anymore. There's safety in numbers, does that mean the world has gotten more dangerous lately? Nah, it's probably just that people don't like being alone. At least not all the time. Even evil digimon like to travel together in groups. It's weird isn't it? What do you think Luna? Have you noticed it too or am I just imagining things?" Easily she got back into her habits, sharing random thoughts as she walked along. It was nice to be around people who'd actually respond. "You're not worried at all Sparmon? But I guess Hackmon did say his sister and her friend could take care of the ultimate." Coonaimon thought for a moment. "Hey, so you're sister's probably looking for you now, how long before she'll go on to meet in terminus?" Was there search time sensitive? Tetminus was a ways away from the desert, not too far but still probably a day or two walk. Then again, stronger digimon tended to be larger in size and travel further faster. There wasn't much he really knew about Hackmon's sibling, so he really shouldn't assume anything about her should he?

Luna looked back and thought about it for a moment, it did seem like people traveled together a lot more, she never really saw anyone alone, she kept thinking and yeah aside from Dust before she had never seen anyone alone. "Actually you're right. I don't think it's because the world is getting more dangerous, I think it's just because people like meeting other people and it becomes a bit easier to move in a group and get to know more people by doing so." Just traveling together didn't mean anything on its own, they all met here and decided to just go together to be together, wasn't like anyone except the Hackmon had anything dangerous going on. "Plus you can never have to many friends." While Dust would disagree on that she was right about everything else.
Hackmon looked at the Coonaimon and thought for a bit. "Knowing her she'd look for quite a while, at least until she knew she couldn't go anywhere without the risk of getting lost, then she'd go back to town and wait and come back if I didn't show. Though she does tend to walk slower then most so it'd take her longer to get back then it would others. I don't know a concrete time but we should be able to find her before she heads back." Hackmon decided not to mention if he did die, he wasn't going to do that and she fully knew that, also he had no idea what she'd do if he died. "Where are you meeting her in Terminus, just in case we don't find her and have to go back." Dust figured he should ask covering all the bases. "Near the trailmon station."

Sparmon nodded in agreement with Luna's answer. Friends made everything better, so of course people would want a lot of them. Maybe she could convince Coonaimon to travel with others more often, it got pretty boring with just the two of them. "Do you ever get bored when it's just you and Dust?" "There's a lot of stuff in Terminus. If we did go there it wouldn't be bad, we'd probably have fun. But it's probably better if we find Hackmon's sister here in the desert though." "Have you ever been on a Trailmon?" She didn't really direct the question towards anyone, though it was originally for Hackmon. He and his sister planned to meet there, surely there was some significance, right? Having nothing to say at the moment, Coonaimon instead tried to piece together what he knew of Hackmon's missing sister, she was probably similar to Hackmon in some ways, right? Then she was slower than average, could handle herself well, had some useful allies, wouldn't stray too far so she wouldn't get lost, and she was looking for Hackmon so she would keep an eye out for clues to his whereabouts. It was good that she and Hackmon had a plan like this, they certainly were more organized than quite a few digimon he knew.

Luna didn't even have to think about that one for a second. "No not really, me and Dust tend to never travel alone for long, we're always running into people one way or another." She was right, that happened a lot all the time every day, basically almost everywhere they went they ran into someone new or someone else needed their help. "Yeah it would be better, but me and Dust are heading there anyway so it wouldn't be any real trouble." That was basically their go to spot, mostly since it was basically the hub of the digital world leading into any area around them.
Hackmon looked at Sparmon before giving a nod. "Yeah I have once, I went to the human world once by myself. But my sister was, well a lot less then pleased to come find me, I just wanted to see what it was like." So the trailmon just let him board and go to the human world? Made sense in a way since it let humans come here all the time so why not? "What about you all?" Dust and Luna gave a nod to this. "I woke up in the human world so I kinda had to in order to get back." Dust admitted, this was when he first came around. "There was also the time me and Dust went there to look for a human, we ended up not finding her and came back though." They forgot to mention Dust was also looking for a girl alongside the knight but hey unless Sparmon and Coonaimon had been the the human world they wouldn't know, unless they had been which would surprise Dust a bit.
