"If you have a story behind that, I wouldn't mind hearing it. If you don't want to speak publicly about it, I can open up one of my carriages, and we can talk in there. I would throw in refreshments, but someone just smashed into the buffet car."
Eva looked over to Luna. "Well, I -did- say I'd be fine with sharing what happened to me once we got out of earshot of absolutely everyone. Want to take the uh... talking train... up on this?"

Dust gave a small sigh at the smashing thing again. "Well that -someone- happened to of been punched by a explosive fist." Dust muttered out annoyed, how was he supposed to know he was gonna get explosion punched into a train, that's not someone usually thinks about while fighting people.
Luna gave a small nod. "Sure I'm game. Oh it's called a Trailmon by the way. Dunno if they wanna go by anything else like Dust and I" Luna said with a small shrug Not knowing about that, it was usually depending on the digimon.

"Alright then. Head on in." The Trailmon opened one of its carriages. Eva looked around before stepping inside, still seeming rather weirded out that this was a sentient, talking train, and she was now inside it.
This seemed to be a first class cabin. Classy. She sat down in one of the leather chairs, and waited for everyone to come on in and sit down, or otherwise get ready before starting to retell her story.
"Right. Well, I was "built" by a company in London, UK. NanoWerx industries. It's a large corporation specialising in robotics and computer technology. Don't ask me how, but they stumbled across digimon. Might have been something to do with their experiments in quantum computing.
I remember waking up in some sort of test cell, scientists talking to eachother about how me being here was a great leap in "artificial intelligence", and the new discovery of "reconfigurable digital matter".
Two weeks down the line, they used me to test new "augmentations". Artificial limbs designed for military purposes that they couldn't justify testing on a human. But an AI "simulation"? Sure, no moral dilemmas there apparently.
My code was heavily edited. Parts deleted, parts modified, in order to fit these new parts and have them link into a rough simulation of a human nervous system. These mechanical parts of me, are not digital. They're metal, carbon fibre and carbon nanotubes, as much a part of the human world as anything else in it.
NanoWerx didn't stop there though. I found out about various experiments using the data they found from me, to create digimon from scratch. According to what little I found out, these digimon are called "Tactmon". Short for "Tactical Operations Digimon", and are designed from the ground up for military and police purposes. Of course, when they had those, they didn't have any use for me, so, they intended on killing me off. Perhaps a mercy killing in their eyes, I don't know, but, I only made it out thanks to a sympathetic employee. He managed to fake my death on their systems, and helped me plan out an escape route.
Ended up using my "enhancements", namely the Spectre Optical Camouflage, which is essentially a cloaking device to stow away on a cargo plane headed for Japan. After reaching Japan, I met Dust here, he has explained a lot, the only information I had before was whatever I could overhear or find while at NanoWerx. He told me about this place, seemed like a good location to avoid detection from humans, but, so far it's been pretty hostile. That's about it."

Dust gave a small sigh at the end of that, since he heard some of it before he wasn't that shocked on any of it, just the end part. "Yeah sorry about that, I never would of expected someone to try and attack me in town, hate for me or not." Dust admitted, wasn't often he had to fight in town like this, only happened two other times, one time he still doesn't understand what went down.
Luna was a bit confused on all that stuff, but she at least got the general idea on what happened. "So that's why my healing didn't work, normally it can really just restore digital things, I suppose it wouldn't work on anything from the human world." Luna mumbled out glad she finally figured it out, or at least it was told to her. Now she wouldn't be that worried about it.
