Crazy Stuff III: Revengeance [Yuuk]

Of course Ryouta quickly turned to the blonde and with a swift movement, flicked her on the forehead. "Don't care whether you're a girl or a guy, my cousin, my brother-in-law or sister-in-law, you rubbed salt on my wound, I'll make your forehead regretted that you've born," he said between gritted teeth, but of course it's pretty clear that he's just very annoyed rather than furious. A furious Ryouta would be murderous, and the annoyed Ryouta would look as if his veins would pop but he'll only flick people's forehead. "Someone left midway, I don't even remembered the details."
Of course this is true when he start saying that he's a dork. Another forehead flick, but less stronger than before. "On the second thought you're an ass, so I won't lift you ever if you somehow got into situation that need muscles. You're still a guy deep inside, so I'll treat you as a guy. Fair, yep, fair!"
Inside, as he cooked, Yuu began his questioning. While making sure that his hand is cold by at times moisten it with icy cold water as he start kneading the meat into dough, he began to sort his thought.
"I'd like it if you don't start talking about comics, dude. I'm man of my own, and honestly, being the thing seem to be less of my concern compared to this..." he took off his earphone. "...My hearing is so sensitive that I could even hear you from outside. Right now, I can even hear what your neighbor is doing, almost as clearly as if someone whispering near my ears. Anyway... where should I start?
...I think I woke up about seven days ago, or maybe fourteen... It was raining, and before I knew it, my appearance is already like this. My last memories was with Mana, fighting an idiot, ideally clouded individual named Ankh. Ryu was a Slayerdramon... When I asked him," he turned to the small dragon that's currently entertaining himself by juggling seven plastic balls and a ball on his snout while going 'Kyo-chan, look, look~' cheerfully "he said he also only have memories up to that point. Ryu isn't supposed to be that hurt... neither I should."
He sighed. "From that day, it's exactly a year... so a year has passed... sorry, can I take a bit break from the storytelling? Probably to let you absorb it first."
He made the meat into patties, then cooked it along with some mashed potatoes. He cleaned his hand and begin with the salad.

First flick on her forehead was met with a fit of silent laughter. Pushing Ryouta's buttons was so fun; especially after failing something as simple as trying to get a digimental. Dude was surely a piece of work.
She had expected the second flick, however, and evaded it as if she had seen it coming from a mile away. Too predictable.
Me? An ass? What makes you think that? I'm just your poor, poor older cousin. I wouldn't be able to hurt a fly, even less so my dork of a cousin. She could barely contain her laughter at this point. I'm glad you finally remember who you are talking to. Also, I'd prefer to die in a fire that to have to go through the shame of you having to lift me up, thankyouverymuch. I don't even have to say that Mana would kill me first, then make you a woman, if you get what I'm trying to say."
Waving her hand dismissively at his complains, Yuu just focused on Ryo retelling his tale; he'd care later about the influence of gamma rays on her cousin's anatomy.
So... Ankh, huh? I heard of that guy. Regrettably, I also happened to hear from Ryoko, and how she's his sworn enemy, or something like that. I'd almost think that that rivalry was something out of a TV show, but I digress... and, sure, take your time. It's not like you don't have all the time of the world to retell your tale.
Meanwhile, Kyo saw totally captivated how Dracomon managed to juggle seven balls at the same time. It was awesome!
"That's fantastic, Ryu-kun! What else can you do with those balls?"

"I'm so not going to fall for that one. You're an ass Tsumura Yuu. You don't hurt me physically, but being an ass doesn't mean that you need to do that anyway. You're an ass because you love to push my buttons, so I'll be pushing YOUR button when I report to Koharu later. I'll let the girl deal with you, because a boy dealing with a girl is distasteful apparently. Oh, and you don't have to tell me... I won't lift you. I'll drag you by ankle next time you faint, because screw acting gentleman or amiable. I'll act like an ass to the ass."
Back to the inside of the apartment, Ryouta sighed. "It was totally out of drama I tell youuuu... Honestly, though, it would've been so cheesy if your sister is NOT IN DANGER. Anyway... where am I? Oh right... so I woke up a year later, and suddenly all my contact's gone. Hey, put in your contact on both my smartphone and D-Terminal please. It'll be easier for us to communicate." as he said that, he just passed the phone and the D-Terminal.
"...Right, so anyway... I woke up all alone, tried to go home, found my house apparently already replaced by a new housing project. Too shocked and migraine-y to ask and run to nearest internet cafe. Looked at articles about me in news, tries to frantically dig anything in local newspaper, apparently me and the rest of the kids are missing. Not even single of our family is here... which is damn weird if you ask me... but... you know what's worse? I got a gravestone for me."
he sighed, scratching his head rather furiously. "...What's most frustrating is I can't even find Mana.... You can't believe just these two weeks felt like years to me. Trying to find clue about whoever it is whereabouts... or any clue that leads to why my physique is like this or why the heck both me and Ryu got so hurt like this..." he touched his scars. "...I got much more on my back."
He glanced at the Dracomon that's seem to be really enjoying Kyo's praise. "Not sure, but I want to try juggling them with my feet too~? Like with soccer ball?"
He chuckled. "...Hmmm, well, that aside..." he watched as the steak is done now. "That's two... the soup's still cooking. Your turn, dude."

Yuu took Ryouta's accusations as if they were praise; if anything at least they were the truth. Her face, however... paled at bit at the mention of Koharu. Holy mother of god; if she could have a topmost fear right now, it'd be just that.
Before she could ask how Haru was, however, he made it a point that she was missing. But if Ryo had come back, so would Haru, Yuu guessed. She didn't want to know if that'd happen soon or not, though.
At this rate, I think that the only one who's gonna get dragged is you. I know you're a knight in shining armor and all that bullcrap, but could you stop viewing me as some kind of damsel in distress? It's annoying, especially since I've been able to more or less make a life for myself after you all decided to poof mysteriously.
At least now she knew that Ryo's short quest had been mostly in vain thus far. She knew the bit of the gravestone, even though she had always doubted that that thing was real, since the sole reason why that thing was placed was because they have gone missing.and there wasn't proof of anything.
Yeah, I kinda saw your gravestones myself. Mine too, you know? And Mana's. I think it's a somewhat curious sight; all those empty graveyards taking up space even though their owners are alive. Kind of a waste, to be honest.
Well, my story is at least way more concise that yours. One day, Mana came back from the Digital World and said that you guys were missing, then went immediately back to help you out. I helped her as much as I could, but given that she was stubborn and desperate, she just kept going back whether I was going or not. So, one day, she just didn't return, the result being that now I had to search for the lot of you and my stubborn-as-a-mule sister. And I was succesful. Kinda. I found a really strange place where I found some of the answers I was looking for, but reality in there was... well, for the lack of a better word, really unstable. Not to say too creepy. And that's how I ended up in this place and looking like this. Yeah, don't appreciate it at all, but what I can do.
She made a pause, bracing herself for the most embarrassing and unbelievable part of her speech.
Now, you may think how I ended up living in this place even though I should've had a harder time than you making my family believe I'm me? Well, that's an... interesting one, even if a little unbelievable. Since my parents didn't look all that keen in accepting me on my family, and definitely didn't think I was Yuu, I just had to... well, forge a marriage contract. Long story short I married myself and I'm now my own widow; isn't that neat? Well, thanks to that, I got my surname back and I have enough money to get by with a decent life, even though my 'parents' seemed to be a little too devastated at the loss of their two kids and kinda left Shibuya, so that's why I'm now living here on my own. Luckily I'll be able to bring Mana soon to make them a little happier again. Or at least that's the plan."
Yuu made an awkward pause, just as Kyo nodded happily at Dracomon's request.
What I found was, more or less... that Mana's still alive, and is somewhere in the Digital World. And nothing else, in all honesty. I've been searching for her every now and then, but I'm pretty sure that that isn't needed. She's a strong girl and surely will persevere at whatever is thrown on her path. Not to say that she's stronger than me, as embarrassing as that sounds. But I'm not in a hurry to change that. At least anytime soon.
That was her story. Hopefully the dinner would be ready soon; she was starving.

"Hey Mr. 'I'm treated by my cousin as if I'm a damsel in distress', actually, no. I'm treating you as if you're source of all evil," Ryouta said, grinning. "I'm just saying if there's ever a chance when you fainted, I'll just drag you instead of carrying you on my back, ignoring the fact that you're a girl at the moment, Normally, if anyone fainted I'd carry them fireman style though, male or female, whichever," he admitted. Honestly, as kind as he is, he's not so inclined to do anything of that gesture to him. What, does he believed that he's going to lift her bridal style? Dream on. Bridal style, in dangerous place like Digital World...-- "Other than Karin and Mana, because Karin would so kicked me on the nuts and Mana of course deserve special treatment..." he said the last one with very sugary tone, apparently trying to press his button in return.
He sighed. "I'd thought that my parents would at least... you know, trying to make sure that it's true. I mean, my parents are the type that believed that I could even survive a point blank cannon shot... So I'm guessing actually someone tried to wipe out the fact that we might be still alive."
Though, the mention of Mana definitely caught his attention. Yuu's story was strange, but it makes sense. Digital World afterall, but whatever cursed him so that he somehow ended up with this sort of appearance? "Well, whatever that cursed you must've really love blonde girls, I guess?" he chuckled. The soup is boiling, so he quickly poured it to the bowls and garnished it. Too bad for Ryu, there's no trick for now. He set the food on the table, but almost spilled the soup when he heard the last part.
"YOU WHAT!?" before of course laughing hysterically, so much that his own voice made his head hurts, but he doesn't care. It's just too fun for him. "I-It's logical, and I know it's much better than 'mom, dad, somehow I changed my gender, yoroshiku onegaishimasu tehepero~' sort of situation but maan, ain't that sucks. I know your parents are conservative, and I think it's better to just fake this rather than telling them the truth... but still, OH GOD. I guess they wouldn't care that you're actually underage, yeah? Marriageable age is 18 for boys, Yuu. 16 for girls. Supposedly you can't marry the... *snrk* male... Tsumura Yuu... *snrk* also because you need your parents' permission unless you're 20, oh God, being your own widow... E-excuse me," he's still laughing until that point, never before he laughed that much. Luckily he calmed down enough soon and nodded.
"...I'm still going to look for her no matter what, though."

That's more like it. I like that way of thinking, but don't worry. I'll make sure that the first time somebody has to carry the other around, it'll be me carrying you, and don't worry, I'm okay with carrying you bridal style. In fact, I might take a picture or two.At least now they were understanding each other. Yuu had no idea why her cousin was obsses with carrying other people around, but she could play that game as well, if not better. He didn't take that comment towards her sister in the best of lights, however. Tread lightly, mate. You have no way to know how that will end. And I wouldn't be too excited about finding out. What she could do, but to shrug at Ryouta's comment, however. He didn't know her parents enough, and in fact, he probably had no idea what was he talking about. This had probably been the most painless way, at least for the time being. She kinda hated to resort to methods like these, but there was no idea she'd be left on the street just because she wanted to not to be a bother to her parents. That one was for sure. Staring with a small pout on her expression after that offhanded comment, Yuu couldn't but guess why she had turned into a blonde, of all things. She'd always thought those creatures were a bit on the... not so smart side, but she guessed that was cool. She liked being underestimated. Ryo's reaction to her tale, however, was exactly what she expected it to be. It wasn't for any less, though. And again, one critical detail he missed. Man, do you think I married in Japan? Please. Do you think I'm dumb or something? My marriage is one-hundred percent legal... after some extortion, that is. Let me show you the full extent of my genius.Reaching for a nearby cupboard, she took some sheets of paper stored there, showing them to Ryouta. The first one was pretty clear. It said on pretty big letters. STATE OF CALIFORNIA, CITY OF LAS VEGAS And the rest were various forged papers, like birthdates, IDs and names, among other things. Might as well seize the fact I'm blonde now, I guess? You have no idea how easy is to get a marriage there. I even saw someone getting married to their vacuum cleaner. And you were thinking about stuff like age...Dumb indeed, but what other word could she use to describe Ryo? Anyhow, good luck at searching for my sister. I've been at it for a year or so and no dice as of yet. I'd say that you're gonna be quite lucky if you end up doing it. That's for sure.Silence fell down the room, until a certain voice pierced it. "When are we eating, Ryo-kun? I'm hungry~! Is the food ready!?"

"Oh?" he raised an eyebrow. "I'll make sure to somehow alter that by changing into a girl, I guess. Like I'll probably pour myself with some cold water? Or maybe I'll snipe your phone and anything else before them... but hey, goodluck training. No, that one's no kidding, I mean... I weight 110 kg now, I'm sure as hell going to bulk up more just so that thing wouldn't happen though," he joked, but he could feel a sense of fed up tone on it. A semblance of it anyway.
"At least I'm not treating her like a princess or fragile thing, honestly. I believed she could whoop my ass more than you could me. However, that doesn't mean I can't do anything sweet to her, no?" he shrugged. "Don't worry, I'll commit seppuku faster than I hurt her, Yuu."
Though on the marriage form, he squinted. "...So apparently you extorted someone, gone of LV..." he put down the food and pat Kyo, nodding at her about eating, then grab several thick books for Ryu to use to props himself up "rather than, dunno, get this apartment from all that money? I dunno should I be amused or should I start worrying about whatever that was the sanest course of action? Or don't tell me that there's some more economic way to do it...." because last time, the digital portal doesn't work when it comes to going to other country. Apparently the only gate is in Shibuya too, so other place is impossible to reach. Now if he goes there with Pteramon... He's worried if he won't be treated as going from Japan to LV with intent of waging war... unless somehow Digimon can also bypass the radar?
"...If that's extortion from your uncle, well, I guess that explains it all. What's the merit of getting your surname back anyway? For those who disbelieved, that's fine, for someone who know you since the start and believed though? You're you, right? Also, in case of guardianship, you can ask your uncle, right? Unless he doesn't believe you either, but damn..."
He started eating the food. "Oh, delish. Praise the gods I can cook!"

A derisive snort was shot at Ryouta after he tried to make fun out of her. Of course, this was just an act, even though she'd make sure to savor the moment if she ever got to rescue her muscleheaded cousin. After all, if her little sister got to piggyback Yuuki, she'd be more than able to do the very same with Ryo. At some point in the future. She was sure of it.
Keep laughing. For all the good it'll do to you. I'll just wait... and laugh at last, that is.
And innocent, yet teasing smile after, just before the blonde's expression hardened again, as more than ever, maybe.
Who said I'm treating Mana as if she's fragile? She's probably able to take on both you and me at the same time and still give us a hard time. I know I'm an ass most of the time, but I like to think I'm an overall nice person. Mana? She's an angel most of the time, but when she isn't, she's totally savage, Ryo. Instead of counting on you protecting her, I'd probably count on her protecting you. And don't worry about killing yourself if you ever get to hurt her, or at me trying to do something about it. Lil' sis is more than able of making an accurate representation of hell if you ever get so far as to consciously hurt her if she doesn't deserve it; just a heads up. I just kinda enjoy being the archetypal pain-in-the-ass older sibling because it's fun to give you a hard time. Nothing more and nothing less, really.
In the end, she just shrugged at Ryo's statements. Whether what she did was the sanest course of action or not, that didn't matter. She enjoyed the challenge. And also, she kinda wanted her surname back. The surname is important.
I didn't spend a penny getting to the states. Just rode Kyo there, you know. Mantaraymon is kinda awesome for those kinds of jobs. Nobody noticed; it was awesome! Other than that. I just had to spend money on the marriage forms and those bureaucratic stuff. So it wasn't that bad in the end. And nah, I didn't extort my family; well, nobody sides kinda extorting my parents with a fabricated marriage with myself, but that's only because I didn't have another choice. Well, another choice that didn't take too much time and/or effort, to be honest. This was probably the faster one. Took me around a week, I think? Pretty fast to recover back most of my old life, if you ask me
Uncle was... a difficult topic however. In Yuu's mind, it was a matter of pride. And pride was one of the few things he refused to relinquish.
And... uncle's a good person, to be honest. I'm in good terms with him, but burdening him with my life isn't something he deserves. He even kinda visits every now and then, though! That's why I could buy most of the furniture this place has. Neat, isn't it?
But the time for that finished! Now, to eat!
"Looks delicious, Ryo-kun!"
Bon appetit!
Lest to say, the two very hungry individuals were pretty fast and began digging in their food.

"Quit your assumptive nature, bud," Ryouta cut in. "You're her brother, you know what's up with her from her birth. I'm not saying that at all that you treat her like she's fragile. And even if you do, I don't think that's too much at all, because for us big brothers, our little sisters are still our baby sisters no matter what. Plus I know whatever hell she raised toward Ankh... well, let's not go there at all. I'm not going to that topic again, but seriously, you're talking as if I just knew her yesterday. I don't really appreciate that. It's within my expectation what she'd do, but I'll still kill myself first before I hurt her anyway."
He sighed. It's within his expectation. "...You can't be serious, you're saying that all that radar and thing that could befall you if you found out was 'completely nothing' for your surname? And you even extorted your own parents in the mourning period and somehow they relented for whatever reason it was and they did not question your choice of action for marrying without their permission? Dude, it's suck to be them seriously. I know how Mana really angry at them for making you two having a really bad relationship but man, that just take the cake... sucks to be them."
The dinner continued, and honestly for many reason, Ryouta felt more annoyed than ever now. "...Still, you found your family... I still need to find mine..."

This was priceless, in all honesty. If Yuu could, she'd go on and on forever. Alas, she needed her hands to eat, so she couldn't.
I'm not assuming, anything, Ryo. I know my facts. I still know I'm the elder sibling, and I still value Mana's safety and welfare well above mine's. I might not be a lovesick puppy like you, but blood's still thicker than... well, thinner blood, in this case. Also, I'm aware that you know her very well, but I'm an ass, remember? I absolutely tell you stuff you already know just to give you a harder time. Sister in law love, if you're willing to call it in any way. You should be a little more patient too, man. I'm not even going out of my way to trigger you and you already look angry. You should know more than anyone that lil' sis hates people who go rampaging for pretty much no provocation whatsoever. And that's something you should know all too well. Mana's still scarred after that, you know? Something like that happening to her again would probably devastate her; especially since she likes you a least one million more times than she liked that guy. And don't think that killing yourself would fix that in any way, so the best way to ensure that doesn't happen is to prevent it, amirite?
Ah, young love. A good way to distract the girl from whatever would happen once (and if) Haru found what he has been up to. That was a can of worms that she didn't want to open yet, but she could figure that... she'd have to face that sooner or later. Regarding the teen's second comment, however, she couldn't but smirk.
Of course it was completely nothing. My identity is worth way more than anything I did for it. It's not a matter of just a surname, Ryo. I had to prove myself I was able to resume my life, even despite of... well, the plot thickening, if you get what I'm trying to say. My parents growing sad or not is a unfortunate side effect, but that's life, isn't it? Better for them to believe their son is dead and move on with their lives than to be related with us anymore, or at least with me at the very least. I mean, not even a year and we've had more brushes with death than what I've cared to count. That's a life that no parent deserves, in my opinion. It's for the better of both parties.
Maybe it was too self-righteous on her stead, but Yuu really thought she was doing this for the good of her family as a whole. She didn't want to renounce to the Digital World, but she didn't want for her parents to grow sick with worry every time destiny decided to screw with them. That'd be outright sadistic, at least in her opinion.
Your family, huh? From one day to the next, they just disappeared from your house. I kinda went there everyday just to check if there were any clues about any of you returning, but from one day to the next, poof. Nothing at all. I have a few theories about that, but I don't think they matter right now. My best guess is that they're probably safe somewhere, though.
At least she was sure that if something horrible happened to them, she'd have found out.

"Just type on your phone, doofus," he muttered. "and you're still an ass Tsumura Yuu. I guess it's only fair for me to return the favor, yeah?" he suddenly unlocked his phone and showed him a very amusing picture. It's a picture of somehow Koharu posing with a life sized Yuu dakimakura with caption, a cheerful pose on her part and Kon-chan aiming a gun on the southern area. The caption said "Make her cry and I'll have your *bleeep* removed~". Somehow there's an unknown Black Guilmon near them, laughing at Kon-chan's pose.
"...I have no idea when it was taken, but I guess you shouldn't be worried about it anymore, right~?" he smiled. "Unless somehow, you know, attaching it back would be an alternate choice. Now please don't press my buttons anymore, Yuu, otherwise I'll have fun rattling to Koharu~"
He stared at her obviously bigger chest while he mentioned plot and snorted. "Yeah, it thickened alright. But..." he keeps eating. "I dunno if it's OK like that. As parents, my father and mother would be so against that. Whats wrong with parents worried about their children? My mother would get even more furious if I erase myself from their life for this matter... they'd probably kill me before that... I think at times you should ask what they want. Honestly, if it's me and my kids gone through that... I'd rather keep cooking and wait for them to come home... because no matter what, I believe they would survive, and they would return home, so I can hug them and tell them that they're home."
His eyes looks a bit moist remembering his mother and father and the rest of his family.
"...I just hope so. I felt like shit, I thought I'm ready, but when the disappearance is this sudden, I dunno what else I can do."

Yuu had only to watch perplexed at the photo in Ryo's phone, lest to say, it was so fun that it made the teen guffaw up to the point of almost spilling her drink. Man, what a mess she almost makes.
Did you really tried to trigger me with that? Man, that's really naive of your part. I'll just say that nothing of value would've been lost if Kon pulled the trigger. Sides that, I gotta admit that Haru's as beautiful as ever on that picture. She's really gorgeous, isn't she?"
Right, right, back into topic.
It was never a worry in first place. Kon is probably one of the nicest digimons I've met. She's just a little bit of a tsundere. Yuu's signs immediately froze as soon as she heard the magic words, though. What? You can reach Haru? How? I need to know how you can do it; I'd to find her again, to be honest. She'd be way better company than you.
How Ryo thought about his own situation was an interesting approach, even if one that the blonde totally expected of him; she smirked knowingly before singing.
Well, for starters, your family is fundamentally different than mine, Ryo. You have two little sisters and a little brother that love you and that have limited knowledge of the Digital World. And Second, your parents are understanding people that wouldn't probably rule out the craziest of options if somebody told them, so... yeah. Not exactly situations we can compare. But that's fine for me. And don't worry, I'm sure they're fine somewhere. Or at least I have that hunch.

"Apparently I'm doing great making you spilling over your drink, though," he just grinned at that. "I told you, right? It wouldn't matter when you lost it, but... you... on the other hand, I wonder if Kon-chan could somehow... sew it?" though he said that, he shuddered. "Nevermind, anyway, that's gross, man. Don't laugh while drinking. Of course she's a beaut, probably too good for an ass like you. Had I know that you're courting her, I should've just made your life as miserable as mine on wooing me for approval."
Ryouta just have to roll his eyes with the moooost painful way and sighed loudly.
"Even if I know I wouldn't share it to you, assface. With how you asked it I wouldn't anyway... but... here's the thing."
He tried to write some number on his palm, then dialed it on his smartphone and gave it to him.
"Listen."
"The number you're trying to call is currently unavailable, please try several more moments," the usual operator call announced from the other side.
Meanwhile, he waited for Yuu to be done with his part.
"Despite so it doesn't make it any less worrying for the big ol me... I mean, c'mon, house sold? No clue whatsoever, not even contacting you? I seriously wonder what's going on... anyway, you can keep that number. That's Aria's number a year ago... and I think it's still hers. I think you know Koharu's number but maybe not Aria's. So you could probably check it out."

Man, that's just gross. The blonde signed, disgust evident on her face. At least have some respect for the food you made. kinda tasteless on your part. I know for sure that Mana'd have smacked the crap out of you for that comment, though. That'd been a fun sight, don't you think?
Yuu couldn't but resist to snicker at Ryo's comment about Haru, however. The smirk was already on her face.
Well, I can agree on that one, to be honest. I've always thought that Haru was too good for me, and that's what makes her even more amazing than what she is. I never courted her properly, however. I think lil' sis played matchmaker on one day when she hung out with Karin and Haru? Then we kinda met in the Tundra due to a mere chance. Then we lived an adventure worthy of Indiana Jones and then we fought trans dimensional versions of her and me. By the way, there was a Digimental in the end, and she got it quite easily. Way better than a certain someone, don't you think?
She couldn't resist praising Haru and jabbing at Ryouta. The situation was too good, and was served in a silver platter.
So, the number's there, yet there isn't anybody on the receiving end. Well, or... they're rather on the Digital World instead. Yuu rapidly typed that number on her phone, making sure to remember it correctly. I'm... sure that I'll find Haru sooner or later, to be honest. What worries me more is what will happen once that happens. I can't say I'm not nervous, but... eh. Can't do anything about it, I guess? So no point on worrying about it.
As expected, Ryo seemed to be worried about his family's situation. Well, that was to be expected.
I can't blame you for worrying, but I think that right now the best you can do is hope for the best. Also, maybe it wasn't their decision, but somebody else's? I mean, is there anybody who knows about digimon who also knows your family enough to try and lead them to a safe place? Then it'd kind of make sense, you know.
Maybe that was the missing piece of the puzzle? After all, Ryo's family knew a bit about digimon, if she recalled correctly. That could mean that they knew other people who knew about digimon too, right?

"Grossing you out is the only way for me to remind you that while Kon-chan generally all bark and no bite, when she bites, it'll be like a T. rex bite. Also, I wouldn't say that sort of tasteless thing in front of her. Let's this be just talk between men... Yeah I'm still treating you like a guy. You might be a girl outside, but inside that you're still a rotten guy I know, dammit Tsumura Yuu."
He raised an eyebrow, but it get creased and creased until he glared at the boy, slitlike eyes turned so thin and anger is really apparent.
"That's it, I'm telling her that she need to put you on some personality class, otherwise I'm not going to bless your relationship. Not only that, up to this point you're jabbing me at what I couldn't control. You suuuure have it the easier way in Indiana Jones like situation and suuure you brushed with death, but you neeeever have to fight your inner fear personified nor they ever tried to make you do crazy thing, right? Oh, they also tried their best to mold me the way they want. And you never seen them feeding Mana with bullshit either right? Well screw you too. My mood is all ruined now. No matter how delicious my food is, now it's tastes like shit. I'm going to cooldown for a while."
He start walking toward the door, opening it and closing it, seem trying to get himself some break.
