Revitalization and Hot Spring [OPEN]

After the incident on the Terminus, Ryouta, after donning the thick coat that sold inside a vending machine somewhere on the entrance to the northern area, traveled with Ryu the Slayerdramon to this village. The result of the battle a year apparently still here. Surprising. He sighed and looked around. nobody is here... and honestly, he preferred to get some information, but with nothing to do here, and with there's no one here, he's a bit pessimistic that any of his friends is here.
"...Still, what can I do at this place?" he wondered. Snowpoint is still broken, and he's quite sure that because the cause of this battle was the human so that most Digimons aren't going to move their body unless human started it first. He still remembered when he came here, he wasn't welcome the slightest. He's not involved in it, but he still got punished for it.
"...Some revitalization would be good, I guess," he muttered. "Not to mention, this is quite far out of nowhere. I'm sure people would be happy if they could rest somewhere..."
"Aniki? There's a smell of sulfur around here," Ryu told him.
"Sulfur? I guess it worth checking... maybe... hey, maybe we can start doing some small rebuilding?"
"Rebuilding sounds good, but are you good on woodworks?"
"...Damn, you're right..."

Marshal and Coronamon had lost the trail of the strange Digimon that had appeared before them. "Damn," Coronamon cursed under his breath. "We lost him."
"Those other two guys are gone, too," Marshal noticed. "Maybe they're tailing him."
"Now we're back to square one," the Rookie muttered. "This is so frustrating."
"Not much we can do about it now," Marshal sighed. "Let's find a town and rest up for a while." As it turned out, their chase had led them all the way to the Northern Prominence, which meant the only nearby town was the rundown ruins of Snowflake Village. Once they reached the outskirts of the tiny village, they noticed a fellow Tamer with their partner wandering around. They approached, hoping the other pair would notice them.

Presence. Even in this sort of snowy area, Ryouta's very acute hearing picked up the sound of their footsteps.. and even if he didn't, his partner did. The tall Ultimate Digimon turned around and saw the approaching two.
"Oh, Aniki! Someone's approaching!" Ryu called out to Ryouta who seem to understand immediately. He turned around to find Coronamon and apparently his partner. Ryouta nodded as a greeting. "Hello, it's rare to find a human around here, especially since what happened. Are you here for some reason or another?" he asked, trying to be polite about it. Those two doesn't seem to be hostile, and Ryu haven't acted, so this means they're amicable, he guess...
"My name's Ryu," the Slayerdramon introduced himself, then gestured to his partner. "This is my partner, Noguchi Ryouta."

Marshal smiled. At least the two of them seemed friendly enough. The sight of Slayerdramon was a bit intimidating, to be sure, but they didn't attack Marshal and Coronamon on sight, at least. "Nice to meet you!" Marshal said to them, giving a little wave. "My name's Marshal North, and this is my partner, Coronamon!"
"A pleasure," Coronamon said quickly. The Rookie was a little wary of a Tamer pair that would just walk around in Mega form, and understandably so. Not only had it been some time since Marshal and Coronamon had been in a good fight, they were still only at Ultimate level.
"We're here because we were chasing some strange Digimon that we ran into at the Village of Beginnings," Marshal explained. He figured there wouldn't be any harm in telling the two of them what had been going on. After all it would be good to have a powerful ally like him around. "We believe he's connected with some events that have been going on between the Digital World and the Real World. That's all I really can say at this point, as I don't have much information other than that."

"Marshal and Coronamon... got it," Ryouta nodded. He listened to the human's explanation about what's going on. "I see, so you're chasing someone starting from Village of Beginning to here? Very well. From what you said, it sounded serious, but out of curiosity, are you an agent or something?"
Ryu looked at the Coronamon and smiled in a friendly manner. "Sorry, not everyday you see this sort of sight eh? The thing is this place was a battlefield a year ago in case you haven't heard. A... Digimon belonged to Deva group apparently attacked. Lot of Digimons lost their home and they put the blame on the human. Who knows what will appear, so just in case, I'm staying at this form."
That was part of the reason, but another, minor inconvenience sort of reason was because he's... he's very sensitive to the cold and honestly would rather stay in this form than devolving.

"Nah, I'm just a Tamer," Marshal assured him. "I've just been investigating some strange events that have been taking place over the past few months. I get the feeling something big is going to happen." Marshal wasn't really sure how much he could tell Ryouta, but anyone who could possibly help out would be useful.
"Interesting," Coronamon muttered. "I had heard that somewhere before, but it's strange how everything played out in the end."

"Hmm, I see," Ryouta nodded in understanding. He leaned on one of the nearest pine tree. "While I can say that this is supposed to be DATS thing, I guess I'm in same sort of situation where I took stuff on my hand... by the way, from your name you're not a Japanese are you? Yet how long have you been as one of the... uh, partnered to your Digimon?" the word 'tamer' made him felt annoyed somehow. What's there to tame in their Digimon? They're not really wild, aren't they? Even Ryu in his Slayerdramon form is a cinnamon roll still. "Tell you what, maybe I'll help you if only you can help me, how does that sound?"
"Apparently the team failed," Ryu said. "And thus the village is reduced this way. We're trying to at least get something ready for the rebuilding, see... or maybe getting something fun like hot spring, because I smell some strange scent... It's like the onsen me and Aniki gone to. I think by using that, maybe people going to be happy to use this place as a transit location."

"I've been together with Coronamon for about seven months now," Marshal figured out, counting on his hands. "I'm from America, but I moved to Tokyo about a year ago."
"We'd love to help out!" Coronamon answered both Ryouta and Slayerdramon in one fell swoop without letting Marshal get another word in. "What do you guys have in mind?"

"Hm, good enough," Ryouta said, nodding and straightened himself. "Well, then, why don't you tell me about your journey so far? Like whatever happened in that seven months, anything important and such while we do... er, whatever our partners likes to do? Anyway, Ryu! You know what to do for now, right?"
Tacks will be hard, but at least for now they can start with picking the right tree to build the houses. He of course need some lumber for that, right? So Ryu began looking at several trees. "How good are you, Coronamon? I mean, what's your level? I'll need you to help me cutting the branches and all the leaves in the tree," he told the child level Digimon, pointing at the trees. "How much you need, Aniki?" he asked.
"Well, probably... enough? We'll just gathering material for now anyway. For the meantime, Marshal, why don't we try to look for any usable thing in the ruins? Granted, If a year have passed, that means seven years digital world wise. Maybe there will be nothing, but maybe we can find something that can help us... maybe like tools?"
His words quickly drowned by the sound of ten trees falling simultaneously from Slayerdramon's sword cut. Luckily he already blocked down the sound with his earmuffs. Geez.

Before he said anything, Marshal grabbed the D-Arc Digivice and his blue card and ran the two together. In a flash of light, Coronamon Digivolved straight to the Ultimate level.
"Coronamon Matrix Digivolve to...Flaremon!"
Where Coronamon previously stood was the giant, hulking figure of Flaremon, who matched even Slayerdramon's height. He silently set off to work with Slayerdramon, and Marshal followed Ryouta.
"Well, there's not much for me to say," Marshal admitted to his new acquaintence. "Ever since Coronamon's Digi-Egg came out of my computer that one day, we've just kind of had an assortment of different adventures. We've met a lot of cool people and Digimon along the way, too. A few months back, a rogue Brachiomon managed to find its way into the real world, and we've been investigating that matter ever since. What about you? I've been almost everywhere in the Digital World, but I don't think I've ever seen you before."

"Hmm, let's see..." Ryouta hummed while trying to lift things that he could lift... that's quite a lot by itself, being this really buff... He winced because he never thought he'll get to this point. "How to say... I'm someone who gone missing a year ago I guess? If you looked in google for "Mass Disappearance" case in Shibuya, you'll find my old picture I guess. Apparently I was gone for a year, maybe spirited away or something else... Before I knew it, I'm already... like this I guess?" he pointed at his face, full of scars. "You'd thought that I'm some criminal but naaah, I just seen too much fight I guess? Kissed by the death you can say?"
He continues digging whatever possible, watching out for any splinters. Luckily for him, he's wearing quite thick gloves. "My last memories was from last year, so that's outdated for you. A Brachiomon, eh? Often Digimons that appear in real world is as confused as you are, so if it got berserking, well, most of the case it's because they had no idea what's going on with them."
He found some outdated can full of spices, the can bent and all, but he could open it. The smell of the thing inside is a bit bad though.
"Bah, can't use these for food. But anyway, is that Brachiomon... malicious? Or merely confused? Whatever the case, though, don't kill a Digimon in real world, so don't get your partner killed also. I never seen how it goes, but it'll be dangerous. They can't reborn there... not to mention apparently if you're not a member of specific team called DATS, they're allowed to arrest you for retaliating. Digimons are strong you know? We're lucky we're partnered, otherwise maybe this world will kill us before we could even do anything."

"There was something wrong with that Brachiomon," Marshal assured Ryouta. "It wasn't acting right." Still, he brought up a valid point. There was nowhere for Brachiomon's data to go in the Real World, so Flaremon could very well have permanently killed that Digimon.
Flaremon watched Slayerdramon take down the nearby trees with his giant sword and sighed. He couldn't really help in this department, as he'd probably burn down half the forest in the process. He'd wait until Slayerdramon was done, then would help carry the wood back to Marshal and Ryouta.

"Then next you should ask what's exactly wrong with it to yourself, and if whatever you have on hand will be wasted on it anyway... dragging it to the Digital World should be a safe option. Reboot 'em, you know. But at times, I guess killing it in that world could be one of the choices when you're just unable to pick the pacifist way" he explained. "Whatever the case, anyway... Can you look for any sort of tools? Any tools, any size. Of course usable ones."
So far, spices, several rotten food (ew), rubble and planks that cannot be used anymore, some unknown items that seem to be bent way too far, too much that he couldn't even make head or tail from it and several other useless utensil. Ryouta sighed and watched as his partner apparently did some good job de-leafing the tree, also pruning the branch so much that it's now perfectly good logs. About twenty are ready in short time, but they need to probably make some planks from that... processing them easily for now is impossible. They have to wait.
"Hmmm, say, my partner smelt some sulfur, so why don't we go there to check whether it's a hot spring or not?"

"Sounds like a plan to me!" Marshal decided to follow Ryouta since he wasn't able to find any tools around the place, either.

Moving toward the source of the hot spring (or at least, what they believed to be), Ryouta was actually conflicted. There's nothing that he could help so far other than readying the material. Not helping, it's seem that it's an awkward situation where they have no soild idea what they could do in here. The useful stuff seem to be scavenged, or probably there are some, like in basement, but probably that'll be too much...
...Well, looks like he's not alone though. There, he saw a Mojyamon sitting on a rock near what looked like hot spring. His expression looks troubled. However, the moment he heard that someone's coming, he looks shocked and hide behind a tree... of course, failing at it due to how wide he is compared to the pine tree.
"...Ah, crap," Ryouta muttered. Is he's one of those who's afraid of human? "H-hey, sorry! We don't mean any harm! We just want to... er..."
...Would saying 'help' appropriate? He's sure that the Digimon is not a fool, probably he'd be too scared to even fight back or bash them for whatever happened to this place, but... The Mojyamon looked at the two, and sighed in relief. He kept his distance, but came out finally.
"Human... I see... I'm sorry for being on guard, but nevertheless... welcome to what was part of Snowflake Village
