"Here we go, folks!" MCmon shouted into his microphone. "Let the first match between Tsumara Mana and Eva the Renamon...begin!" He brought his hand down and the crowd roared as the two competitors stood on opposite ends of the arena floor, ready for combat.
OOC: Walt called the coin toss correctly, so he gets the first post.

Multiple targets? Suuuure two vs one, that's fair, right? Nonetheless instead of complaining, Eva reacted instantly, her sharp reflexes paying dividends as she shoulder rolled off to the side in an attempt to avoid any immediate first strikes from the pair while her right hand and wrist folded down, clicking into position with what looked like some sort of concealed weapon readying to fire! And then... nothing. Eva just straight up vanished in a subtle wave of orange light.
Despite the somewhat showy entrance, the now cloaked digimon was in a state of perfect calm. Setting up at a fairly long range, her HUD receiving targetting data, overlaying information over her vision on the twin digimon. She would have to be careful with this. Firing the weapon at full power could certainly prove to be lethal, especially if she was going to be aiming for headshots. She just hoped that the others combatants were also trying for the non lethal approach.

Sorry for the delay. Well, this was it. Time for the team to do its best!
"You know what to do. Time to get the ball rolling."
Of course, neither Ayaka nor Suzuran were alien to fighting, even less to fighting together. Their enemy, however... was an interesting one. And they had to fight in their adult stage to boot.
Their enemy's first action was rather strange. Losing the initiative in such a way seemed like a waste, at least to one of the faeries.
Lest to say, they didn't even need to exchange glances to know what to do. Ayaka quickly spun on her limbs, empowering her sister who... just released a foul cloud around the place where the strange Renamon rolled. She couldn't pinpoint her location, but the given that she didn't need to land a direct hit, maybe it'd be enough.
Battle Ayaka: Suzuran chosen as Tandem's target. Using Remorseless Winter on Suzuran.
Tandem — Once per fight, Ayaka can choose a digimon to become her tandem partner. Her abilities will have additional effects while targeting them.
Remorseless Winter — With two quick dance movements, the winter's essence is concentrated on an ally, greatly increasing its speed and power, and making the next attack they would make to be infused with the coldness of the harshest winter, slowing down the opponent's movements for their next post. Tandem: The slowing effect lasts one post longer, and becomes more severe with each subsequent application on the same target.Suzuran: Using Belladonna改 aiming it more or less on where she guesses Eva would retreat through.
Belladonna改 — Suzuran summons forth a poisonous cloud in a small area, affecting anybody who happens to inhale it. Deals half a champion-level attack per post. Lasts three posts. 1-post cooldown.

Eva was already long gone from her initial position, and had moved to flank at a medium range. She visually scanned the two targets, trying to differentiate which one was the biggest threat. One of them appeared to be a support unit, the other, armed with offensive (and very pungent) weaponry. Not knowing much else, she figured it would be best to get the biggest hostile "gun" out of the game first. The weapon was already locked and sighted in, targeting right between Suzuran's eyes, power set to incapacitate rather than be a lethal blow. She held her breath, steadying her shot.
CRACK!
A blinding neon blue beam burst from what was seemingly thin air just a fraction of a second ago, along with an almost deafening cacophony of ionised air. The cloak seemed to fail, revealing Eva again as the weapon glowed red hot, the arm folding back into place with a mechanical whirring and clicking noise. The cybernetic digimon didn't waste any time continuing the assault though, rapidly sprinting to close the distance, fists ready and seemingly crackling with energy.
PCCS ARMED. OPTIMAL EVASION PATH CALCULATING...
Attack used: P.D.F.L.S: Powerful and accurate pulse laser weapon with a one post charge up and three post cooldown. Think an actually balanced Gizumon PT laser, and you wouldn't be too far off the mark.

Well, tough luck, it seemed. Still, both fairies were alert; the counterattack could come at any second... and Ayaka was already prepared for that.
And so it did. Aimed straight at Suzuran; dodging wasn't a possibility in that short span of time, she just braced herself to receive the hit the best she could.
Luckily, her sister didn't disappoint. The brunt of the attack was powerful, but thanks to Ayaka's blessing, its damaged had been reduced enough for her to still be able to fight on a relatively decent condition.
Now that the Renamon was closing the distance between them, it was time to act. The first thing she did was to throw a barrage of seeds on the area around Eva. If she stepped on any of them... she'd find herself on a sticky situation. And for a good measure, she widened the gap between herself and the Renamon as much as she could. Battle
Ayaka: Uses Deluge on Suzuran before P.D.F.L.S' impact.
Deluge — With two quick dance movements, a great downpour's essence is concentrated on an ally, greatly increasing its defense, reflexes and awareness until an attack its directed at it. 1-post cooldown. Tandem: The effect lasts an additional attacks. After the effect is finished, all the active cooldowns of the target are reduced by one post.
Suzuran: Subject to Deluge. Effect lasts until one attack is directed at her. Uses Flytrap改 on the area Eva is dashing through.
Flytrap改 — Suzuran throws some seeds on a small area. Anyone coming into contact with them is instantly immobilized for one post. 1-post cooldown.

Eva continued to close the distance, noticing the flying projectiles she staggered her approach, her HUD lit up with routes to take to evade the sticky landmines glowing orange as they were overlayed over her vision. Seeing them launched and being able to see where they landed made that a lot easier for their location to be tracked, however, it did have the effect of slowing the digimon down as she had to take evasive manoeuvres to avoid treading on what she presumed to be trip mines.
Despite this, she was still closing rapidly, and at this rate would likely soon be within melee range.

Ability used:Sentinel Optics Package: The Sentinel Optics Package can give predictions on optimal evasion paths needed to avoid incoming enemy fire, giving a much higher chance to evade.

Still closing the distance, huh? Well, more surprises to deal with; the fact that neither Suzuran nor Ayaka had been attacked this post gave them enough time to set up, even. They'd wait until the Renamon was close enough, just for put their plans in motion.
From the ground, thick trees emerged around the place where Suzuran currently was, extending themselves around the battlefield in a variety of spots. As their branches extended themselves to grip and hamper their enemy's movement, Suzuran's attacks began to lash out, coming from each and every one of them, all of them aimed at Eva. First, the poisonous cloud, then a flurry of vines and roots.
The result would be fun to see. Battle
Ayaka Using Uproot on the battlefield, concentrating the brunt of the attack on the focal point of the fight but spreading some across the the surrounding area as well. The tree's intial order is to restrain Eva.
Uproot — Ayaka's ultimate dance technique acts as a greatly improved version of Wood Spirit's Song. Instead of flowers thick and strong trees spring out of the ground to heed her commands. 3-post cooldown. Tandem: For their next post, when Tandem's objective performs an attack or ability, they can choose for that attack to be projected and replicated from any of the summoned trees at no additional cost.
Suzuran Active Abilities:
Multicasting Once every three posts, Suzuran can use two abilities on that post.
Inevitability At the start of each of her posts, all the damage and effectiveness of Suzuran's abilities is increased by 20%, up to 100%. Fades off if she hasn't landed an attack with an ability for three posts. Currently at 60%
Using Belladonna改, then Wild Lash改 and projecting both attacks from all the trees that are currently surrounding Eva.
Belladonna改 — Suzuran summons forth a poisonous cloud in a small area, affecting anybody who happens to inhale it. Deals half a champion-level attack per post. Lasts three posts. 1-post cooldown.
Wild Lash改 — Roots and vines lash against all the enemies on a target location. Deals about half of a normal champion-level attack, but has its accuracy and damage greatly augmented against poisoned targets.

(Sorry for the late response)
Eva raised her left arm a hidden compartment unfolding. Whirring and clicking into place with a precise mechanical motion, it emitted some sort of glowing energy barrier made up of a series of tessellating orange hexagons. The vines and branches were deflected, some simply catching fire upon contacting it, but, the system seemed to quickly overload, bursting into a shower of sparks and spewing black smoke from the burnt out and still smouldering electrics. The cloud of poison on the other hand, certainly seemed to have an effect for the time Eva was still within it, making the cybernetic digimon nearly cough up her lungs.
Now in melee range Eva swung a punch directly for Ayaka's face, not using any special attacks, just throwing a straight up haymaker with her reinforced fist.
Ability used: Stormshield EM barrier: An electromagnetic shield, capable of deflecting an equivilant level attack before collapsing. DESTROYED

The flurry of attacks had been partially effective, but the result at least had been good enough; it'd be matter of just wearing the digimon down little by little. Both digimon certainly had the means to do so, so...
Ayaka defended against the attack the best she could. It was damaging, yes, but Eva'd need a lot more than that to bring her down. Trying to widen the gap between the two, she made a quick gesture towards Suzuran, who understood immediately.
The other fairy just grinned. If the Renamon was occupied trying to hit her sister, that meant that she wouldn't be as aware as she could about her attacks. So... she just pressed the assault, calling forth more vines to attack. The situation was probably as good as it could be. Battle
Ayaka Defended against Eva's attack. Used Nature's Call on Suzuran.
Nature's Call — Ayaka calls forth the nature spirits to bless a friendly ally, healing him for a champion-level attack at the start of each of their turns for 3 posts. 2-post cooldown. Tandem: Instantly heals for half a champion-level attack instantly and reduces the duration of all the current negative status effects that are afflicting the target by 1 post.
Uproot Cooldown: 0/3 posts left.
Suzuran Active Abilities:
Inevitability At the start of each of her posts, all the damage and effectiveness of Suzuran's abilities is increased by 20%, up to 100%. Fades off if she hasn't landed an attack with an ability for three posts. Currently at 80%
Using Wild Lash改 on Eva.
Wild Lash改 — Roots and vines lash against all the enemies on a target location. Deals about half of a normal champion-level attack, but has its accuracy and damage greatly augmented against poisoned targets.
