There was a rumor in the Server Woods lately. There, it's said that during the food shortage, there are daring foragers that gone deeper into the forest, to a place never gone to before. There, they found a plenty of nature's blessing. They rejoiced and soon took it for granted... until suddenly, lasers rained down on them. Survivors tells the tale of how that garden is owned. Perfect stages never came because it would be quite a price to hire them... but whatever inside, it never once attacked the child stages. Nor it attacked the babies. It's a mysterious garden, not fully isolated, but whatever inside seem to claim it as its home...
That was the rumor that circulated around the Server Woods. Whatever the case is, apparently someone wanted to know what sort of Digimon is inside... While the food problem has been resolved, the problem about what attacked those foragers are still unknown... A particularly mystery loving human from Terminus posted this, with promise of paying whoever could satisfy her thirst of this mystery 5000 bits...
Quite a sum? Maybe. But is it worth to risking life? Who knows. One thing for sure though...
"...Aaaah, so bored..." a soft voice leaked out from a Flymon mutation that sat on her stump slash chair. Her name is Shiki. She's the master of that small garden of hers.

And why are we going this way again?
Because of this rumour circling around, we have to get back into shape if we're to do anything.
You're just in it for the money aren't you?
No, it's a paltry amount. If anything the danger might increase if left unchecked. Rather than being in one spot it could end up being the whole woods. Which then would be quite a problem.[/b]
Always thinking of the future aintcha?
"Tch... someone has to..
The spirit user's internal conversation ended up with a spoken set of words; much to the spirit's displeasure. Though they couldn't argue with the fact that Kan picked a lovely area to go investigate in the first place. The smells in the woods were much more intense than anywhere else you could go. The flowers, all the digimon [most of them left the perfect digivolution the hell alone] and the strongest out of the group.
The spirit user had inquired to the few survivors of the attacks mind you; though it seemed the story was fairly the same. So kan would of course refrain from actually interacting with the garden in such a variety. The sort of "look don't touch" ideology. Considering he was a shopkeep he could certainly relate to property protection.
Padding through the forest kan found himself getting near where the others had said the garden to be. The unnatural spirit stopped and glanced around; calling out rather loudly. Ears perking of course when he spoke.
"Anybody here?"

The wide garden, sized enough to actually support the vespid queen for an entire year if she didn't work at all would perhaps be... well, small, for many, but here, Shiki the Vesfimon called this place her home, see... she don't take it kindly if someone come closer to her house just like that, but...
...Well, this one is out of her league. She just stared at the direction of where the visitor is... There are at least 200 meters distance between both of them, but of course Shiki can see him just fine... If it's this distance then it's still OK for her. Bummer, a canid Digimon? A beast? No... this smell... different from normal Digimon? Or is it just her head playing tricks with her? Oh well.
"...Yo," was all the big vespid had to say from her oversized table made from wood. What should she even say when she's faced with someone with one stage above of her? Like hell she'll run away from here without fight! This is her house and she built it for decades! She won't hand it all that easily! But she's not that much of a fool to challenge the guy either.
"Never seen your species before but welcome anyway... are you one of the guy who gonna tell me to scram?"

He was greeted with the sight of a garden, rather large in comparison to what he was told about. How much time had passed between their experience and his coming here? How much danger was actually given to the area? His multiple eyes scanned the area a few times over; eventually resting on the form of a big vespid. It looked rather tense considering his appearance; no doubt it desired to protect it's home but like any decent digimon or tamer....
They could tell when there was a bigger fish in the pond.
Taking care to avoid to step on any of the garden plants the spirit user approached. He could of simply phased through them, but the other didn't know that and it could start a fight even though His stance itself was not overly hostile; but he certainly wasn't going to be immediately friendly towards no doubt what was his "target" without explanations at least.
"Greetings."
He'd give a short wave; eyes noting the distinct size of the garden. It was certainly large enough to support someone for the length of the year without problems if managed correctly. He'd frown slightly and pause maybe about halfway; not really wanting to get closer or mistakenly step on anything. He had come here simply to find out whom was responsible for the attacks; not actually take them out or anything. [well unless they attacked him of course.]
"Spirit's often are nothing like those they are related to; especially ones that come from the dark area."
He'd shake his head just a little bit from the query.
"I didn't take this job to come and fight someone lest provoked. There had been rumors of someone attacking foragers during this food shortage. Though child and baby stages seemed to be perfectly fine in comparison to anything higher."
He'd snort softly and cross his arms.
"Which I've gotten my answer just by looking at this place. Don't spose I can take a seat an' we can be civil bout this? I'm not here to kick anyone 'out'."

"Dark area," the vespid parroted. "...Ah, a human, I see? As much as I want to see what's under, I'm not brazen enough to ask someone I barely know to shed his shell."
From her body language, the vespid relaxed somewhat. It was rather reassuring that the stranger at least not willing to fight... so is she. She pointed at another chair politely, albeit not as polite as she liked, mainly because her prejudice to beast types. Even if underneath is human, hatred is not something you can disregard so easily afterall.
"Then you may have a seat."
Her wings buzzed as she took flight to the deeper part of the garden, carrying a jar of what looked like honey... very pure honey, made from the best grade flowers. She put it on the center of the table, followed by several smoked meat, probably from the garden, knowing there are meats sticking out from the ground. From the size, though it almost like she's trying to give someone a welcome.
Still, the absence of another meat but two plates means they're supposed to share. Shiki understood that to show good will means you have to eat what your guest eat. This is to eliminate the suspicion that there are poison involved in it. After putting down the feasts, she returned back to her seat.
"Do eat and drink as you please...and well, about that... What can I say? They took without permission, so I blasted them. That was fifty years ago though."

"I'd suppose you've heard of it and never been? Not the most hospitable location I assure you."
He'd approach carefully, of course being polite and giving a curt little bow as thanks before taking the offered seat. His wings folding neatly to avoid looking too out of place for a seated creature. He'd wave a hand dismissively about the comment about wanting to see what was under the spirit.
"It's boring, I'm probably the oldest human you'll ever meet since most of the digitally inclined ones are children by our standards. Thank you."
He'd give a small smile and watch her go about gathering food and what not. His curiosity of course required him to watch what she was doing with one set of eyes. The other two sets still pretty much scanning for any sign of other creatures. He wasn't about to let his guard down fully even if they seemed to be more tolerant of someone.
"I appreciate it thank you."
He looked rather surprised at her blatant statement about it being fifty years prior. The information that the board had posted must of been incredibly outdated. Just how old was the request then? He partook in the food slowly; looking a little surprised.
"Makes me wonder how old that request is then. Usually there are dates attached."
He'd shake his head a little bit and frowned.
"So they were theives? I'm a shopkeeper in the non-digital world; so I frown on that sort of practice. Possession is a very important thing to humans; it's sort of what our entire culture is based around."
He'd give a soft shrug, his wings shifting slowly.
"So you were merely protecting your area of residence along with possessions. Have you considered putting up signs to dissuade people from taking things or perhaps even getting some guards?"
Another pause.
"It's known habit for insectoid digimon to reside in large groups. Do you have any others around or is it just you?"
There it was, that dangerous look. The raised curtain of suspicion. He was being absolutely plain about his questions; he saw no reason to lie to someone that he just met and certainly someone who was being kind enough to explain things out.
But there is always that chance of a dagger in his back.

"Heard and never been indeed," the Vesfimon replied, twirling spoon on her portion of honey, of course scooped out of the big jar with a ladle. "...But as much as I like to continue the talk, pleasantries and all those first-timers need to be said first. My name is Shiki, as you can see, I'm a Flymon mutation. I'm the first, so I call my own species Vesfimon."
Oldest human was it? She does indeed know the trend that the Digital World has called so many young children, even since the longest time she exist. However, she had no idea that they also call for old men like him... or at least so she guessed. That voice sounds masculine, but there has been record of males obtaining female spirit, thus speaks with feminine voice.
That request? She had no idea which request, but...
"Well, for you human it might be just a little over seven years. Digital years afterall... I only heard bits and all, though, mainly because I'm interested in human you can say." This time around, she poured the content of the big jug to her mouth, savoring the taste of honey, premium grade one at it.
"Shopkeeper, is it? Well, then I'll just say, this place is not really owned by me per se. Yes, under rule of opening a frontier, this land, all of it, belongs to me. However, it's personally very selfish to claims this land belongs to me and no one else, you see... Even now and then, bounty of the forest need to be returned to the forest itself or one in need. So I certainly allows people to take what they need... assuming they gone the proper manner of course. Unfortunately, foragers often took the nature for granted. The rule is... one person may only take five meats everyday."
Putting a sign? Well...
"...I merely thought that people would have common sense, I mean..."
She pointed at her house, shaped like a bee nest, located in really huge tree, even dwarfing the adult stage herself. Continuing, she pointed at the very tidy field.. and then the furniture, made from wood yet clearly free from moss.
"...Looks like it's not enough?
Talk about comrades though...
"No," she answered frankly. "I have no one here, sadly. In fact, I think it's been roughly a hundred years since there is someone living with me? If I got underlings, I wouldn't have worked myself to my chitin you know?"

"That's fair I suppose"
He'd pause a little bit realizing that yes; he hadn't been decent enough to share name. He was pretty focused at the job at hand; which was getting simpler and simpler as time passed. He'd give a little bit of a nod as she introduced herself.
"First flymon in general that I've met, and a variant all to boot. it's a pleasure to meet you Shiki although I suppose the reason for my visit wasn't exactly for pleasure."
he'd put a firm hand on his chest as he introduced himself.
"Uric kan, spirit user. I employ dark based spirits and a merc or two."
He'd tilt his head at her explanation of the difference in time. There was that vast of shift in the time? A whole lifetime for a human could pass here and it's be just about twenty or so years? So this digimon had been around for quite some time in both aspects of the worlds. He'd take the information in and flick his spirit's ears; the eyes sliding back to the vespid.
"I suppose that's fair, You would fall more under a caretaker than an owner. Makes sense."
He'd partake a little bit in the offered food and honey; feeling as though it'd be inpolite not to do so. Being surprisingly fine in maneuvering with such large claws as it was.
"Unfortunately not everyone is blessed with common sense, it's more of a statement of irony when people lack it."
He'd follow where she was pointing, a small frown spreading onto his features.
"People are giddy when they see things in front of them that may ease their discomforts. I suppose signs wouldn't of even helped.
Another pause and frown. Though he felt himself relax just a bit; he would of heard more buzzing if they were anything like the digimon in front of him and that would certainly alert him to the fact they were not alone.
"It's unfortunate that it's not enough; sounds like you just had common place thieves rather than foragers. And rather than saying that they were in the wrong; they simply made something seem out of place.
A soft sigh and shake of the head.
"I'm sorry about that; has to be a touch lonely out in the middle of the woods. It's always harder to maintain larger areas by yourself; I'd know the pain probably just as well.
He'd tap his lip just a bit in thought.
"Interest in humans though? Why's that? We're not exactly an exciting bunch."
He'd chuckle and rub the back of his head. This conversation was certainly getting more pleasant as time progressed.

"Pleasure or not, you have been far more civil than some farm raiders, I admit," Shiki commented, an amusement apparent in her tone. "So thank you for that, although I have to admit I'm not pleased at the sight of beast Digimons... got a bad blood with them, if you know what I mean. Pleasure still to meet you, though, Mr. Uric... Or Mr. Kan? Do tell me which one you preferred."
Shiki refilled her jug with more honey and sliced some beef with one of her clawed hand, then put it on her plate. A questioning... feel came from her body language as why her guest haven't touched any, but she didn't thought much of it. Probably still on guard. Luckily she was proven wrong when he took what offered. Shiki looked even more relaxed than before.
"Alas, I guess," the vespid shrugged. "Looks like hunger and petty desire to feed their empty stomach blind them from the fact that this area is too well cared for. Had it been me in their shoes, I'd be even more careful at the sight of this place. Especially if the master of the house is not around. I guess you're right though... it's mainly reason why I never stepped away form this place. Because I know as soon as I gone, this place going to get ravaged. All my hard work, for nothing. We can't have that, can we? I admit, that's why I'm always on guard. Unfortunately I scare both potential ally and foe alike."
Though, the question about why she's interested in human somehow baffled her instead. She cackled in good humor and leaned forward a bit.
"...Well, Mr. Kan, have you not notice it? This world is world for Digimon, yet it called you, humans, here. Not only that, almost as if you're forbidden to be eaten, the Digital World bestowed you those objects... Digivice, was it? Partnered you to Digimon... or give you power to turn into Digimon. Not only that, human can empower Digimon. Why is that? It's a curious thing. I had no idea even in this 400 years of my life! That's why I'm curious. Admittedly, you're the first human I met. Do you know the reason, Mr. Kan? Of why you're called to this world, I mean."

"hah; as far as people to take the request I suppose you lucked out in that regard."
He'd idly tap the table; his ears flicking forward and he found himself frowning just a little bit. So she wasn't a fan of beast digimon? It was probably putting her rather on edge and well.. He certainly couldn't have that. All considering that she hadn't made to attack him in the mean time, and were she to attempt anything he could be very quick about it.
"No need for formalities, Kan will do just fine. If that's the case I suppose another form will do, that or my natural one."
He'd chuckle just a bit and shift slowly to a standing position. His form rapidly shifting down by a good two feet. Replacing the monstrous beast of silvermon was the Rather lean shape of an adult human male; rather lanky but well nourished. He was exceedingly well dressed all considering. He'd pat his digivice and return it to his pocket; not really concerned about the lack of defenses now that there was a little bit more breathing room so to speak. She didn't ask him to shift; but if she was constantly on guard he wouldn't accomplish anything.
"That better I suppose?"
He'd take a seat, rubbing the back of his head slightly.
"such is the price of protection; dealing with fools, vagrants and even friends."
She leaned forward a rather intense air of amusement very evident.
"It's a strange calling, like something natural, something signed. Or simply just fate. I've heard of times where a few humans have lost limbs or even close to life. But I've also heard we taste absolutely terrible."
A small chuckle and he shook his head.
"But yes, the digivice is the tool, we're the source of it's 'drive' and it's power comes from here. Mixing the two. Digimon can act as catalysts, same with spirits. The power that we have mixes with the digivice and I would presume that digimon are directly affected by that."
He'd sigh softly and give another shake of the head.
"Or at least that is my guess, the real explanation might be really far out my reach."
He'd continue to partake in the food placed out, still feeling as though it'd be rude not to. He had to admit that his taste buds were better suited for eating than the silvermon's. Must be a reason why he liked smells and colors more than actually stuffing his face.
"But that's the general jist of it really, I'd suppose that I don't really have all the answers yet. Kind of still searching myself."
He'd shift in his seat and frown just slightly.
"First human huh? that's a bit surprising with the many of us that kind of move around in the digital world. You'd figure someone would of bumped into you."
He certainly looked very relaxed now; but something was still very off about the man. Like even without the immediate form he was incredibly dangerous; like there was something brooding just under the surface of that calm stoic face.
"So I suppose my only question is the solution to the problem of people taking things; violence and scare tactics will only work so long. And what happens if something bigger and badder comes along deciding that your garden looks awfully tasty?"
He'd gesture to the side; towards a part of the garden.
"considering the forest, this is a rarity not often seen. Reminds me just a tad of the forest by my home in the human world; though much bigger I suppose."
Be careful kan.
I am being careful.
Sure.
"And I suppose that as far as first meetings go with a human, this certainly went better than most of the ones I've bumped into over the years."

Ah, well, this is a pleasant surprise. Had she have eyebrows, one of it would probably arc in questioning, yet amused gesture. "Well, like I said, I'm not as brazen to deprive my guest of his security, but I appreciate this. it's less tense looking at human compared to beast Digimon, yes. Thank you very much." Shiki works on trust. She won't attack anyone that showed their weakness to her. Still, she didn't discount that it could be something else too. Not that she cares, though. For her, this man smelled danger, but as dangerous as it is, he didn't move to attack her just yet. She'd rather not stay pressured if there is no sign of absolute danger just yet.
Calling, is it? She mused what he said, words by words. Interesting, but even the human himself have no idea? Well, she have to admit that it's a disappointment, but of course it's not Kan's fault either.
"About not bumping with other human, most likely because I move too. I don't exactly always live in here, you know. Like most Digimon, I die, then I reborn. Most of it from old age, another from being killed, but lucky enough to stay alive to reform with just minor part of the data consumed. I gave up the thought that my other garden will stay the same. It's probably already raided, then destroyed because nobody knew how to care for them... So I just decided to open a new one. And it's not like I'm always active in that 400 years I said. There are blank periods.. Whether because of me recuperating from my dying and tries to grow stronger again, or restructuring data after a particularly painful death.
...I guess that also answer your other question. Irksome, I know... But what can I do? I'm just alone. I know in this world I'm probably just a bottom feeder... Mr. Kan, you have to know that in this world, a solo Digimon that reached stage above Perfect is an anomaly. Either they're really lucky or there's other thing... But all I can say, I'm a bottom feeder that definitely never even touched Perfect. I've spent twenty years in this form. While I'm sure if this peaceful day could continue I could reach eight decade in age, I'm not as hopeful. I've seen too many dreads out there to know. In the end, I'm just a tired Digimon who just want an idyllic life, free from danger."
She sighed and looked at the sky resignedly. "...Well, that aside, I don't think you're asking for nothing. What's now? Scram finally?"

He'd chuckle and shake his head. Shifting ever so slightly so that he was a bit more comfortable on his seat. Honestly it was less and less of a problem as time passed. Especially with how chatty the digimon was being; he could practically feel them relax for the most part.
"Oh trust me Shiki, I'm hardly unsafe even were you attack me, a hop and skip and suddenly I'm something I'd rather not be when I'm angry. But as it stands; there's really no reason for me to make you uncomfortable if we're being civil about things.
He'd idly partake in the food; his stature certainly relaxed in comparison to when he entered. Some may call this a fast development but others certainly didn't know things to the extent of the older male.
"Wouldn't be too difficult for someone like myself to check on your other garden if that's the case."
He'd pause slightly and frown; the immense amount of years weighing on him something fierce.
"Unfortunately danger lay in wait around every corner, though I don't suppose i really need to tell you that."
He'd shake his head again and sigh.
"I always found it odd, but I suppose at the same point that makes sense. Most digimon that do reach that and above are partners.. or using unnatural means to increase their own abilities.
The last part sounded a tad bitter but he'd firmly shake his head just a bit.
"Tired digimon eh? I'm aware of the state of things in the digital world a little more acutely than that of my own. I've spent just about the last seven years in your time here. It's kind of strange watching everything shift on by."
He'd follow her gaze upwards; a small frown crept onto his face.
"I'm really not asking for anything at all, I came here for answers; I got them quite charmingly."
He'd shrug, that small frown deepening just a bit.
"You really intend to stay here? Do you really want to be what you call a bottom feeder forever? There's steps to take that'll help you get stronger, so there's more of this around."
He'd gesture to the garden; that frown vanishing pretty quickly.
"But of your comfort in itself would be paramount wouldn't it be?"

"Nor that I'm an idiot that cannot sense what's dangerous and what's not," she admitted, chuckling. "You got smell of power on you. Certainly not someone I want to cross unless absolutely necessary. Pride doesn't feed stomach nor save life unfortunately."
The other garden huh? "Hmmm, let's see... I wonder if I still keep the map..." Shiki wandered to her house and took what looks like a huge map. "...Well, here, here and here, and here and here and here..." the vespid keep pointing and pointing the places that now no longer have shape of garden, but definitely there are wild patches of meats there... albeit the quality and luster won't even come close to what available in here.
"If you find em, go take 'em at your leisure. I don't have any use for them anymore... otherwise this forest is pretty much done for."
Dangers lurking, not a news for her. Waaay too used to it. She nodded politely though. "Well, Digital World is always like that. Dark Area in particular... or so I heard. I've been quite blessed, but not entirely blessed, not with how many death count I accumulated... not about how much I killed, but how much I was killed."
Still, the question made the vespid laugh.
"Satisfied!?"
She suddenly leaned forward to the table and looked at Kan squarely in the eyes. "By Homeostasis, NO!" If she had lips, she would probably grin derangedly. "For years I've seen unfairness in this world, unfairness brought by the so called strong, just because they have power! I don't like that. I don't like the fact that they nip buds just because it's about to grow. I don't like how the strong parasites the weak. If I had power, I'd turn the table on them entirely!"
While she looks angry, her anger isn't directed at him. That much is obvious. "There are also partnered Digimons that tossed away by their partner simply because they're insect and looks weak! At least twice a year I'd see Kunemons, Wormmons and various Digimon ended on my doorstep, beaten black and blue just because they're weak looking. Is that just? NO!"
She leaned forward, mandibles clicking in annoyance. "...That's why, I want to make an utopia for the insectkind. And I, shall be the queen. A tall dream, I know, for at the moment I don't have any means to be stronger. I'm just a regular Digimon afterall."
Bu she did not pull back. She still stared at him so closely. "...But I had enough of being pushed around. I want to get stronger too... Now, Mr. Kan... If you human are truly beneficial for the Digital World, so much that it calls you... May I be brazen for the first time and think that this meeting will bring something to fruition? Afterall, I'd like to think that there are reason to every meeting."

"Then we are certainly on fair ground when it comes to that. So lets simply put the matter of that to the side for now."
A small smile and he'd raise his eyebrows, the vespid going off to her home leaving kan alone for a moment. He'd of course help himself for just a bit before she returned; idly nibbling on the offered "meats". His eyes following where she was pointing; there were quite a few locations that he'd have to check out later. It was very possible that the request might of been another location and not this one. He had to be certain that every possibility in itself was checked thoroughly.
"Quite a few locations. I appreciate it."
He'd chuckle softly and shake his head.
"It's quite bad, the spirits that I employ certainly did enjoy the area even though it was quite well. Dark."
He'd blink just a little bit, the laughter catching him rather off guard. But of course he found himself smiling pretty firmly. He had to agree with the sentiment that she was putting forward. The idea of the strong pushing the weak down. The just always seemed to do that to any threat they saw. Hell if a light digimon had of heard of this incident what would the request of looked like then?
"Partnered digimon aren't supposed to be things you throw away. They were their partners for a reason."
The irritation was evident; the shopkeeper believed quite firmly that you were graced with your spirits or digimon no matter how.. Disgusting they may be at first. He personally didn't ever have a problem with insects, but once again children probably didn't care too much for them.
"Unfortunately, it's not a surprise hearing that. Many children do not like insects; I can say for certain when I was a youth I did not. However; times and people change."
A small shake of the head.
"That and friendship between digimon and their partners isn't based around appearance. It's suppose to be something deeper."
When she told him of her dream, he'd blink just a little bit. It certainly was a large dream; but it wasn't out of grasp. The right sort of investments and it'd be a powerful state of existence. But it'd require careful supervision of any party involved.
"....Reminds me vividly of my dream to own a corporation; but now days I'm struggling with my shop. But I don't think either one of us are deterred."
He'd cross his arms, that grin still there.
"A variant digimon is certainly not regular. You evolved for a reason this way Shiki, that much is clear. Something to set you apart yeah?"
He looked a little surprised from the fact she didn't pull away; in fact she still stared at him. He returned the stare curiously; wondering what she was going to say next.
"Strength for the last twelve human years has always been my goal, and growing with others always works the best. Though there has to be a mutual understanding between others."
He looked slightly unsure but that smile still remained.
"Fruition. You may be brazen enough to think so; In fact I would welcome something that would stimulate growth in that manner."
He'd rub his neck; seeming rather comfortable now.
"But it seems you have something in mind and like any good shopkeeper, we keep our options open. I'm willing to work something out; figure something out even."
A small but considerable pause.
"My dreams still are there, even after nearly a decade. I've sacrificed much and I will continue to do so in order to attain it."

"Unfortunately... there's this... uh, a strange game... you see... This game apparently allowed you to catch monsters. Apparently many humans came to this world thinking that we're working with the same system. I'm not sure how it even came to that, but anyway, those kids came here thinking something like that... Apparently, to them insect Digimons are the weakest."
Well, she honestly really hope those people would just... feel the pain. She tried to nurse them, but without their partner, it's useless. They would ended up too weak and again and again, they'd ask her to kill them. It was heartbreaking.
"...Heh, an appreciated praise, but I know as long as I sat here, I won't change anything... Yes, I did said I might be brazen, but... I believe, you're the right impetus for me to leave this forest and to challenge outside world for good. That's why, I bring you proposal. I'll... say, have you employ me, perhaps? Or maybe the reverse? I got wealth, but certainly I had no use for it until now. I shall follow you on your journey."
The declaration might came out of nowhere, but the vespid looks very hellbent on it.
"...Ah, but about this garden... please wait."
She flapped her wings. At first slowly, but soon quickly, to the point of it being buzzing really loudly.
"FOUR HUNDRED YEARS I ACCUMULATED THESE DATA! COME, CHILDREN! WAKE UP FROM YOUR SLUMBER AND GREET YOUR MOTHER, FOR SHE FINALLY NEED YOU! PROTECTOR OF THE FOREST, WEAK AS YOU ARE, YET YOU ARE THOUSAND IN NUMBER!!"
Her body disintegrates into data that spreads across the garden. On where she was stood a Kunemon variant, Nymphimon. Unlike Kunemon, this one can fly and is shorter. Following the buzz of her wings, hundreds--no, thousands of Fanbeemons appeared from the ground, looking newly hatched.
"Greetings, children! From now on, you have a simple mission! Guard this home of ours, with your life if needed!"
Symphony of insect wings buzzing answered to her order. The larva Digimon turned around to face Kan. Somehow if she had lips, it almost like she would smile and grin.
"And so, will you take me, Mr. Kan, to the world out there?"
