"Its the first time I've ever seen a weapon heal someone. But this is a day of firsts," Data said. He supposed out of all the weird things in the world, healing weapons wasn't the most outlandish thing.
"Quite the pleasure. It was good circumstances for us, you coming along." Alexa thought for a moment. She wanted to thank this digimon somehow, but she didn't exactly know how. Well, there was always money. She'd seen lots of humans do noble things just for the money, maybe some digimon were similar? But K hadn't asked for money yet. Food was always a good option too. Everyone liked food, as far a she knew.
She delayed her offer for a moment, looking at Data. Data looked at the Renamon. Well, if she was offering to make him hurt less, he'd take it happily. He was no longer suspicious of her. After all, once you see someone heal someone else with a sword, you can probably count on them to be good healers and even good people.
"I'd like that, if you're fine with that. Honestly, I'm kind of jealous. I can do magic when I evolve, but no healing powers. Maybe I can learn them," he said to no one in particular. He flew over to the glowing light to be healed.
"Thank you so much, K. I'd really like to repay you for your kindness. Would you some food? I can get it delivered or pick it up myself." Sure, she could theoretically barge into a fancy restaurant with digimon in tow, but it seemed like it would be more trouble than it was worth.
The sound of sirens came from afar. Alexa looked over to the store. Okay, now was a good time to get away. "We can go to my place, if you want. It's less than 5 minutes away, walking."

"...I suppose your right there."
She'd rub the back of her head and give the both of them a small smile. She had to admit that they were right on both regards; but she didn't want to push any sort of problems on them. Any problems that may line up with the fact that she just made a mess here. Made a mess of that object behind the both of them and even smashed up the street.
She'd put a hand on Data, Aura seeping into his body from her hand. It'd linger for a few moments and it'd take care of some of the immediate pains and anything on the surface.
"Well I could teach you, it's just.. projecting energy and such; In a manner or the like."
She'd pause when Alexa spoke again; offering food. which of course immediately made her stomach growl in earnest. She'd bring a hand to her stomach and give Alexa a smile again.
"Seems my stomach says yes, so why don't I?"
She'd perk at the sign of sirens and then slowly nod her head at the idea of going to Alexa's place. For a mix of food and shelter from whatever was coming. If it worried this human then why shouldn't she be worried about the same thing. After all it had to be a bad thing right?

Data closed his eyes and let the Aura do it's work. His petty wounds healed, and he felt much less exhausted than before. This would make getting to Alexa's home much easier.
"Well, if you could teach me, that'd be swell, actually," Data said, opening his eyes. He flapped his wings to see how things were. "Wow, that really helped me out. Thanks a bunch. Uh, sorry for thinking you were going to stab my tamer earlier. Well, I mean, you did, but... never mind," Data said, getting flustered. Apologies were hard.
Alexa giggled at Data's fluster, then again at K's stomach growling. Once more they heard the sirens. Okay, enough dilly-dalying. "This way," Alexa said, picking up her bags and then ushering K and Data to a side road. They moved away just in time - the police were starting to swarm the area. A few had already gotten out of their cars and were searching the jewelry store with their flashlights.
The walk was only about 5 minutes, as Alexa had said. She brought K and Data to another quite square with old, ornate buildings. Alexa pointed out a more-modern looking building that was still no less grand than the surrounding buildings.
"I'm in the dorms here. We'll go in in just a second. So... what kind of food are you in the mood for?" Alexa asked as she looked through her bag for her dorm keys. Data took a quick flight around the building.
"Nice place," Data said. Alexa nodded and blushed. She didn't exactly like showing anyone the fancy dorm rooms, but Data would be living with her so he had to know, and she couldn't just leave K alone in the streets. "Oh, by the way, K, you got hit a few times too. Are you okay?" Asked Data.

The demidevimon seemed to accept the Aura quite well, in fact he looked much better on top of it all. She'd shrug slightly; it wouldn't take all too much if he just put his mind to it. Even if he was a virus type digimon they had the ability to get healing powers.
"Could take longer, I don't know."
She'd shrug and give them a small smile; chuckling softly from the indication that she was going to "stab" their tamer. Well she did, but not int eh same fashion as to what you'd expect. She'd pause after a moment and then snort.
"No worries, I would of been a bit defensive myself. Which I wouldn't of been surprised if she had said no."
She'd glance about as Alexa picked up her bags and they were quickly ushered to one of the side roads. A group of individuals that looked like they were keen on investigating the locale that this small band had just been in. She'd move quickly; not desiring to be caught by them for some odd reason.
It didn't take long for them to go to this old square, lined with ornate buildings and some nice looking ones. It reminded her slightly of her inn but on a more grand scale. Could she perhaps do something like this? Make a better living off of it? Do long term ventures perhaps? There were quite a few ideas just bubbling on the surface. But she doubted she could make ti all out of wood as she did with the Inn.
"Uhm.. I'm not sure really, I'm not terribly picky."
She'd admit, looking over the buildings as they stood there. When data returned and mentioned that the place was nice now K was very curious of what lay within. Then Data asked about her, if she was okay. K would dip her head in a small nod.
"Just some bruising and scrapes. Nothing I can't heal with Aura."

"However long it takes - I should learn. I bet it'll be an important thing to learn in the future. But, uh, we can work on that a different time. Food calls. Anyway, glad you'll be okay. I know we've said it 100 times, but you saved out butts."
Data did wonder why his tamer was so fast to trust K. If things had gone wrong - well, it wouldn't have been good. Maybe she was a bit too naive. Some time in the real world, whether digital or human, would fix that up quick.
"That's fair. Well there's a wonderful Sushi place nearby. Let me take you to my room and I'll go order it online. Oh, let me see if the lobby's empty."
Alexa darted ahead to look into the windows to the building. No one was there. Sometimes there was a guard, but it seemed that they didn't work this time of night. Alright, this was perfect.
"Come on in."
She opened the door. Inside was a fairly average lounge area. There were some magazines and some vending machines. There was some nice art on the wall. Alexa opened the stairwell and motioned for K and Data to follow. Alexa's room was ne floor up. She opened the door to a very large room, probably larger than a student really needed. It was a studio, with a kitchen attached. Everything looked modern. There was a large bed on one side, and a desk with a very expensive looking computer. There was also a nice sized couch facing a large TV.
Alexa put the bags down near the closet. Now she had some digital world things to help decorate the room. That came later.
As Alexa turned on the computer, Data dived-bombed into the bed.
"Holy cow this is so comfortable. Now this is living."
"I'm guessing you didn't have a place like this, Data?" Alexa asked.
Data shook his head.
"The digital world isn't that advanced. Well, not that advanced besides Terminus. Right, K?"

"Only one real way to find out huh? And you're welcome I suppose; I can't really be mad at you thanking me so much either."
She'd laugh softly and shake her head, rubbing the back of her head as Alexa spoke. She'd raise her brows just a bit; so humans had similar food to that of the digital world? At least cuisine's perhaps? It was a bit of a surprise to say the least.
"That sounds lovely actually."
K would follow after Alexa, looking around as the entered in the lounge area. This reminded her of the downstairs portion of her inn, but lacking a bar along with some other things. She'd trot after Alexa, wondering where this stairwell led to. Once they got to the room K rose her brows a little bit. This reminded her a bit of the rooms in her Inn! It was rather surprising not long ago she was going to go into such a place!
"...This is very simular to what my inn has, but... Much nicer hah."
She'd look about and take a seat on couch, her eyes scanning the room curiously. When the two spoke she almost felt a little out of place here. Did all humans live in places like this? Then data addressed her; she'd shift and slowly shake her head.
"There are locales that are more advanced, but it's mostly.. Well. Some places don't even have fire very easily. The wide range of technology available is sometimes... Disarming."

"Pefect. What kind of rolls do you want? Or do you want ramen? Udon? This place has a lot," Alexa explained. One of the first things she did when she arrived was to find good delivery places in the area. It was essential.
"You run an inn in the digital world?" Okay, the sushi could be put on hold for a moment. "What's the like? Well, besides this. Are digimon good customers? Er, sorry if that's offensive, I just... there's a lot I don't know," Alexa admitted.
"Of course we have inns. Where else would we stay?" Data said. "Come on kid, we aren't a different species... well, we are. But except for all the battles, we have a pretty similar culture to humans. We were created from their data, after all."
"I know that. It's just... no fire? But on the other hand Terminus city had advanced beyond the human world, it seems. Disarming is a very good way to put it, K," Alexa said.
"Oh, also, I want a Kappa Maki and Tonkatsu ramen," Data said.
"Alright. Oh K, please get whatever you want. It's my treat," Alexa explained while typing in Data's order.

"Udon sounds wonderful actually. I haven't had it in a long time."
She'd quip looking about a little longer; her ears perking up when Alexa spoke once more. Their surprise in her running an inn was easily noticable. Did she not seem the sort to run an inn or something? She'd nod slowly and consider something briefly before answering alexa's questions.
"I've been running an Inn for a few hun-...."
There was a noticable pause along with a hand coming up to her head; a look of confusion on her face and she'd mumble.
"Just about a decade by my count, It's.. Homely, something you'd want to rest at. Most digimon are good customers but i'll admit there are problems. But they usually get resolved by myself or canton."
Her head was starting to hurt, there were memories she didn't recognize cropping up in there and she wasn't sure what she was looking at.
"well there are actual homes and such, Inns are good for midway points or the like... I'd say overarching culture is simular but there are parts where it's just vastly different."
She'd shrug slightly and look down at her hands, feeling a bit out of sorts.
"No fire... If you go to certain locales they don't even live in homes they live in caves."
She'd admit she used to be one of those groups that lived in caves, the north had some harsh lands and that was no exception. It was always cold there and she always felt her fur was thicker because of it.
"Udon noodles will do fine. Maybe something to drink? If there's any meats in them could you get beef?"

Alexa's eyes widened. Was K about to say hundred? No, it was only a decade. Okay, still impressive though. Alexa could barely commit to things for a few days. If she ran an inn, it'd be on fire by the second day certainly.
"I can only imagine the stories you have. Oh, what's a canton?" Alexa asked, while putting in K's order. "Finished. It'll be about 20 minutes." Alexa turned her chair towards the couch. "Hope you don't mind green tea. Anyway, caves do not sound very comfortable. But if we need to stay awhile in the digital world, we've love to spend some time in your inn."
"Maybe we can get the friend discount," Data added, cheekily. Then he got a more serious look. "Will the Inn be okay with you gone?"

There was that frustrating moment as the Renamon didn't know what was going on for a small point of time. It was disarming, absolutely. Utterly. In every fashion. She'd grip her head with one hand, feeling that headache again. Small bits of memories she didn't understand still cropping up.
"Canton is my Lead chef, A one armed Leomon. He used to be a merc but was really good at cooking so.. It was just natural for him. I don't have much in the way of stories, past some really bad customers."
She'd smile a bit and nod as the other asked if she didn't mind Green tea. She actually loved tea, she just didn't get to make a pot of it all too often.
"They aren't. But they can be if they are considered home. If you ever stop by there will likely be rooms available, we're quite sizeable."
She'd pause at the last question, looking down at her hands.
"....Canton can handle himself and the inn. As long as I'm not gone for a long time. He knows the finances behind it."
She'd consider something briefly and shake her head just a little bit.
"It's not that expensive to stay there, a discount would be silly even if it was for friends Data."

Alexa god up from the computer chair and rushed over the K's side. The digimon wasn't looking as well as she had before. "Headache?" Alexa asked. She'd put her head on her hands like that before. Alexa thankfully didn't have migraines or anything, but she'd experienced a wicked stress headache in her time. "I have some medicine for headaches. I mean, I don't know how it will effect a digimon, but it's there if you need it."
"Some peppermint tea could also help," Data suggested. Alexa looked over to Data. Since when did he know about tea and home remedies? HE was right though - peppermint did tend to relax the muscles and have a calming effect that sometimes helped headaches.
"I'll put a pot on," Alexa said, rising up again to get her tea and electric kettle.
"I guess he lost his arm as a merc? Interesting," Data said. It said something about Canton's character, too. Data had head that a digimon could possibly regrow parts of themselves lost if they absorbed data. If the rumors were true, it meant Canton wasn't one to kill innocents, even as a merc.
Data did droop a little, being denied a discount. Still, K's reasoning was sound.
"Well, if you're not needed at the Inn right away, that means you can stay here for a bit, at least for dinner. And heck, if you don't feel like going home right away, you can stay over night on the couch," Alexa offered.
Data did feel a bit weird about it. It was his first day with his tamer, shouldn't she spend her time with him instead? Still, it was the polite thing to do.
"Hey, do you know how to get home, anyway?" Data asked.

K would wince just a bit and nod firmly at the question. she wasn't sure where this was coming from; stress perhaps? Irritation? What was it after all? Did the attacks earlier have some kind of long lasting effect? She'd exhales softly and shake her head just a bit.
"It's.. complicated. I think something's up but.. If you have some on hand I'd be grateful."
She'd admit plainly looking down at her hands; a slow frown spreading across her face as she could start seeing images that she wasn't sure were from her own eyes.. Or someone elses? It was wierd. Something she didn't understand and it was starting to drive her nuts.
"Yes. That's what he said, against some wild digimon that were causing trouble. They lost themselves but he simply ended them. Sure he had to deal with elarning how to do everything left handed but... You know how it is."
She'd laugh softly at the drooping that data did.
"Friend's don't pay Data. I'm just joking."
She'd sigh softly and lean back on the couch a bit; her face growing thoughtful as more memories unbidden rolled through her head. It was getting more and more frustrating. She couldn't recognize everythign but there was that blinding white that she could only guess was... Pure white; somethign holy. Something frustrating.
"I appreciate it. I won't make too much of a fuss."
She'd sigh softly and look down at her hands again, as the headache seemed to go away for a moment.
"....I know how I got here, but not how to leave. I've never been to the human world."

Alexa gave a quick nod and ut the teapot down to get some medicine. She got some extra strength stuff and handed it to K along with a glass of water. She then went over to put the tea together. She handed a cup to K and she put one down for Data. Data blew on his to cool it down some. Alexa was starting to feel worried - K was frowning now. She hoped none of this was due to the battle before.
Alexa listened to K talk about Canton. She could only imagine what it must be like to lose an arm.
"There are artificial arms you can buy in terminus city, I think." Data said, taking a slow sip of tea. He chuckled at K's remark. "Sorry about that. I can be a bit serious sometimes."
"You're no bother, don't worry," Alexa said. " Well, at least you know how you got here. To get back to the digital world, you either have to take a trailmon from the main station back, or jump in a certain spot in the river. I'd recommend the trailmon instead. We can help get you back."

K was quick to accept the glass of water, she was just as quick using the medication. Swallowing it along with almost half of the glass of water. While the headache for the most part had vanished she didn't see why it wouldn't come back after a bit of time passing.
"There are, but they are expensive and he's saving stuff up for something else."
She'd admit plainly, she also didn't know what he really wanted to do. She never asked him and she figured it was a long over arching goal.
"It's all right, I don't mind."
She'd look down to her hands, ears flicking and standing up as the other claimed that she wasn't a bother. Well she had to admit she was really good at getting along with people, it's part of the reason why they had suggested to her that she make an inn-
K froze as the line of thought continued; her face paled and she felt that headache rear up something fierce. One of her hands shot up to her head and she winced as she could feel it become overbearing. She had heard what alexa said about the trailmon bit but everything else was lost to her.
The splitting headache continued and the renamon almost felt herself pass out right on the couch. Instead she was engulfed by a blinding white light, something you'd expect straight out of the movies. It lasted for maybe a few seconds, growing in brilliance the entire way.
When it the light finally vanished, sitting in K's place was a werewolf looking creature with a whole lot of blades and a rather uncomfortable looking expression. Looking down at itself it'd seem shocked, a hand coming up to stroke through it's fur and it'd raise it's brows. The voice that came from it was distinctly feminine but seemed far more refined and older than the Renamon did.
".....It.. Seems my digivolution's come in two's."

"That's fair. It is pretty expensive," Data mused. He looked into his tea. In his time as a detective, he was lucky he didn't get a part of him lobbed off. It was certainly threatened a number of times. He wondered if he'd end up killing another digimon to be whole. He'd like to think he wasn't like that.
Alexa rushed over to K. She definitely wasn't feeling well. Alexa felt a bit panicked- she had no idea how to help a sick digimon, nor did she know anyone who did. Well, maybe she could text Yuuki, he and Hikaru probably had their share of experience.
Alexa jumped back with a squeal and closed her eyes against the light. Was it a bomb? No, there was no sound or heat. As the light vanished, she gasped. K disappeared, and was replaced with some sort of werewolf. She at least knew enough about digimon now to understand it was still K, so she wasn't too scared.
Data flew over to Alexa, just in case the evolution changed K's manner; though it was rare, there had been times he'd seen some digimon go wild when evolving. Data also wondered what caused this evolution - usually it happened when a digimon was in trouble. Maybe the battle from before had an effect?
"H-how do you feel?" Asked Alexa.
