Alexa moved over to the window. She wondered what K was looking at. It seemed K was just looking out. Alexa had sometimes taken meals out to the balcony and watched the city from there. It was always very calming, but lonely. Now with Data and her new friends, she wouldn't be lonely again for a long time, probably.
"You can be all those things at once, right? People and digimon are complicated, multi-faceted," Alexa said. "Wait, you hae someone else's memories?"
"It's a long shot, but you may have absorbed another digimon and their data got mixed in yours?" suggested Data. "Or maybe your data was mixed up by a virus? There's lots of possibilities, really."
"Just because your past was bad doesn't mean you're bad now," Alexa said, trying to be comforting.
"IF there's a sickness out there, we want to help." Data said. He looked over to Alexa. She nodded. It seemed they were on the same page now. "Whenever that time comes."

K glanced down at Alexa, that frown quite firmly on Her lips. she'd sigh softly and gently nod. She was right, she could be all those things at once. But the problem was.. well. They were more firm and more welcoming than her being an innkeeper now.
Then that part of having someone elses memories.
"yeah, they don't feel like mine. I don't know how to explain it. But I know they're not from my own eyes. It's too different. It's possible that I had absorbed someone a long time ago, maybe that's why my memories are like this? I don't know."
There was a small pause.
"Shutmon are normally Virus types, Renamon are usually data and Leomon's are usually vaccine. Or so I've been told. A virus would affect all that, but wouldn't explain the memories."
She'd turn her head back towards the window.
"Bad can mean alot of different things too. It's just.. complicated I guess."
she'd get a small grin on her face.
"Focus on getting stronger then. I believe the two of you can make an impact. Just need to find your center first."
she'd look down at her hands, snorting softly.
"I need to focus on finding the rest of those memories, in any way shape or form. Which is just.. going to be interesting."

Having someone else's memories seemed disorienting at best. Alexa felt bad for K. She apparently was gaining her own memories as well. That must've been very confusing, even for a digimon as wise as K. Alexa couldn't find the right words for the situation. What do you say to someone who's experiencing someone else's memories? Well, that happened when someone had amnesia, but this seemed different.
Vaccine? Data? Virus? Alexa looked to Data.
"Digimon are separated into three main types. Each has a weakness and a strength. I'm a virus type. We'll go over this later," Data answered.
Alexa and Data turned back to K. Getting stronger. It meant fighting. But it also meant being able to protect those who can't help themselves. Maybe that was worth fighting for. Maybe Alexa could even find other things worth fighting for, too.
"Is there a certain place you see in your memories? Maybe going back there can refresh things," Data suggested. Sometimes witnesses needed refreshers to remember what they'd witness, and the place was a good trigger.

K shook her head slowly and gently opened up the balcony door, the difference in air temperature washed over her and she'd snort softly.
"Digimon often use it as a way of enabling themselves to do certain things. Many digimon hold fast to the belief that virus is evil, Data are neutral and Vaccine are the good guys. Back in the older days wars were fought over less."
She'd step onto the balcony proper, looking down at her hands, turning them over again. She'd glance back at them and give the two of them a big smile.
"A few places yeah, all in the digital world. I'll go back eventually, but for now I need to be here. The digital world will take me back when things line up. Not before."
She'd look over the balcony's little "fence" and consider something.
"I think for now, it'd be best if I didn't stay in your home. It would be hard to hide me and I may attract unwanted attention. Data can pass off as a stuffed animal or something. I on the other hand cannot."
She'd hop over the balcony "fence" and rather than fall she'd sort of hover there, bobbing up and down as she kicked off of the air. Wheeling about she'd give them a small wave of the hand.
"I'll be sure to visit at later points, kind of like now I suppose. I believe in the both of you."
With that she'd kick off and practically vanish with how quickly she was moving. There was a small startled sound as one kick practically sent her a good ten or so feet in one go. Before she managed to control it well enough to where she was moving just above the buildings...

Wars? Alexa wondered if that might have been what K was thinking about. Naw, unlikely. Alexa was gong to protest K leaving, but she knew it would probably be useless. She watched the digimon disappear. How in the world did they do that?
"You okay kid?" Data flew over to the balcony and stared out into the city. Alexa wondered what he was thinking.
"Yeah. Sorry again." She turned to Data and put a hand on his head, gently rubbing him. Data was going to fling her off, but decided it felt alright for now. "We have someone believing in us. That feels pretty good."
"It is. But it's also been a long day. We should get some sleep," he said. Alexa nodded before giving one final glance out into the city.
If today was so exciting, god knows what the next day would bring. Well, at least she'd have Data.
