Making their way home after school, two blondes provided light conversation with one another. To any eavesdropper, it would seem that one was requesting class notes, while the other stood firm on selling them, with extra chores being the payment. Not that it mattered either way. Both girls knew that Elsie would end up doing dishes, when Evie refused, and Evie would give Elsie her notes once she began to panic. It was just a daily ritual!
The blue-eyed sister reached the door first, inputting a series of numbers rather than using a key, and both hurried inside. Tossing her jacket onto a chair, rather than the coat rack nearby, Elsie was the first to speak once the door had shut. "I'm surprised you didn't want to do something today. No walks, or mall, or anything!"
"It would get boring if we went out every day," her sibling shrugged, placing the jacket in its proper location. "You didn't suggest anything, either."
This elicited a groan from the red-eyed teen. "I just want to take a nap. Gym was a pain today. What d'you say? Want to join me?" Arms stretched above her head, emphasizing her sleepy demeanor, before placing one hand on her hip.
Almost predictably, her sister shook her head. "Homework, first. I'm not tired."
"More bed for me, then," Elsie commented, as she turned on her heel and began toward the staircase. Sure, they had their own beds, but where was the fun in that? "Just don't wake me up, unless you decide you want to cook tonight!"
"Unlikely," was the rebuttal, as Evie began toward the study. It seemed that, for the time being, the twins had gone about their separate routines! But, as Evie sat down, and began placing books onto her desk, she paused. Fingers tapped lightly on a textbook, before she shifted to shuffle through a drawer. Pulling out a paper with several digits on it, she set it in front of her, pressing her lips together.
It had been three days. That was when one was properly supposed to contact another, right? Oh. Wait. No. That was after a date had already happened. Oops! "Humm," the teen chimed, softly, while tilting her head. Should she seriously give this number a call?
Eh. It really couldn't hurt anything! Pulling her phone from her pocket, the teen slowly typed in the numbers, not even glancing to make sure they had been input correctly, before clicking the 'call' button. And, the ringing would soon begin! Would anyone actually pick up, though?

A certain red haired boy currently in training phase. The room was a bit dark, with very little lighting, only enough for him to train. An attendant, a skittish looking Strabimon in lab coat is accompanying him. Despite the fact that Reki is a human, he relishes in the reaction of the Digimon. How would he not? He's currently benchpressing a hundred and twenty kilograms of weight, a result from his genetic modification. Still, he's not satisfied with just this, not at all. He counted until twenty when suddenly the phone on the Digimon's hand rang. The Digimon yelped and accidentally tossed it up before pressing reject.
Reki squinted his eyes in displeasure. Instead of putting the heavy weight back to its rack, he tossed it away, the heavy iron clanking against the metallic ground. He approached the Digimon who looked like he's fearing for his life, shrinking smaller and smaller and snatched the phone from his hand.
He looked at the caller and found that it's an unknown number. This better be good, because he's going to call them back in return for that guy's fault.
He hope they'll pick up and not discouraged... because hey, the only person he know would call her is most likely her. Unless somehow the telemarketer managed to get his number, just like a case of someone who accidentally called Pentagon of all place...

Fingers twisted lightly on her bangs, waiting through the rings. Only for-- what? No answer. A small sigh escaped the girl's lips, as she tapped the red button on her phone, then placed it on the desk. "I suppose I was going to do homework, anyway." At least this would make less of a distraction!
Lifting a pencil, Evie tapped the table, while throwing a glance to the ceiling. What was she stalling for, anyway? It wasn't like homework was hard for her! In fact, this assignment would only take thirty minutes, or so! At most! If it were Elsie, it would surely take a couple of hours! How the siblings were so intellectually different still baffled the teen. She really couldn't decide if there truly was an issue with Elsie's learning, or if the other girl struggled almost intentionally, to create a more notable separation between the two!
Thinking on it, how much did the twins do to make sure they seemed different from one another? What was--
Oh, hey. The phone was ringing.
Blue eyes shifted down, hearing her phone buzzing across the desk. There wasn't much question to who would be calling, considering its timing! Unless there was an interesting coincidence! Lifting the phone, the number seemed to very obviously be the same one that she had just put in a couple of minutes ago! Huh! So, maybe it wasn't the wrong number! Or, it was, and the person on the other line was curious as to what a stranger wanted from them.
Sliding her thumb across the 'accept' button, the blonde placed the phone to her ear. "Hello; this is Evie." Regardless of the person calling, it sounded like this was something the teen was very used to stating. After all, it was easy enough for each twin to impersonate the other. And, plenty of people didn't care enough to be able to identify the speaker, anyway, before making [wrong] assumptions! "I'm surprised that you called back so quickly." Then again, it seemed that Evie wasn't overly concerned about identifying the caller, either!
It wasn't like she had anything to be concerned about, either, though!

"Heh, good looks like I reached the right twins... the cuter one. Let me put my earphone first." Yep, best to do that! After all, that means he can train while talking with her! After plugging in the jack on the phone, he starts talking. "Alright, hey there, Reki here, you know, the cheeky guy that kissed your cheek--" why must he bring that up, even he himself have no idea, and honestly, voice wasn't his strong suit, smell more is. In case this is actually Elsie, then it'll be a real pain in the ass, but if this is Evie... well, then, time to turn on the SWAG to 11 right?
He grabbed the nearby dumbbells and started curling. "Sorry about that just now, my stupid assistant somehow decided that my training can't be interrupted and rejected your call. I guess I should forgive him this once, only because you answered..."
The said Strabimon sighed in relief, but Reki quickly glared at him and make a rough gesture for him to go out of his sight... to which the guy happily complies, not that he'll say that to the human boy's face.
"So uh, how goes? Anything fun lately? Or are you..." his tone switched to more mischievous one "agreeing my offer for a date?"
It was followed by a little chuckle.
"Let's not get there too fast I guess. Girls hate persistent boys, right?"

Lips curved to a tight smile, as if resisting a laugh at Reki's response. If there was any doubt to who was on the other end of the phone, it was gone in an instant! Leaning back in her chair, her smile could likely be heard clearly in her response. "I definitely remember," she responded, already entertained by how the conversation was progressing. Maybe, today was still going to prove entertaining!
"Training, hm? That sounds important," the twin commented, emphasizing the word 'important' by drawing it out slightly. "I didn't call at a bad time, did I?" Of course not! Considering Reki was so quick to call her back, it either wasn't very important, or Evie was quite important! Or, a strange combination of the two. Teenagers had a weird way of ranking the importance of certain things, after all!
Watching the ceiling while Reki talked, the smile only furthered itself. While, at first, she thought that she was going to go through more formalities of 'how was your day,' the blonde was given a lovely little opening to cut to the chase!
Was it really considered much of a chase, when it was practically handed to her? That was a bit debatable. Then again, Reki might not have expected her to seriously call! "Actually," she began, providing an almost innocent tone, as she leaned forward in her seat again. "Sometimes persistence is rewarded," she admitted, while debating if she was being a little too forward with her response. Perhaps? But, where was the fun in tiptoeing in a phone call? That sort of thing was more fun in person, after all! "I was actually calling to ask if I could take up that date offer. It sounds fun!" And, if Evie didn't have anything fun to talk about, why not create some fun things to do, to make up for it? "What do you think?"

Heh, looks like this gonna be good. "Not as important as a call from a girl I took interest in. Or maybe if you want a less cheesy answer 'yes, it is, now pay me up for a date cuz you just disturbed me'? Hah, just kidding. No, you didn't call at an inconvenient time, don't worry. But obviously you know that, right? No way I wouldn't call back unless it's a boring day."
He honestly hated the formalities of 'hey, how are you? How was your day?" He don't have much replies to that. How should he even started when his house is a research facility and he's the test subject? Whatever. At the very least he got some entertainment now. Though, the moment she said that the date sounds interesting, his grin widened further.
"Dang, have someone ever said that your voice sounded angelic? I'm not buttering up right now by the way, because that is really true..." tiptoeing in phone call? Call Reki really cheesy, but he likes the tone that he heard from her. Admittedly it made him blush a bit, but let's not tell her, yeah? "Yeah of course. Just pick the date and time. I don't think it's a good idea to pick you up on your house because... what Vater will say, eh?" he said this just to tease her, mainly if he recalls it correctly, this is one of her pet peeve. She called her father Papa now that he think of it.
"So tell me where you want to date and I'll go there. Unless someone want to be a bit of a bad girl for a bit and want a guy to kidnap her at night under her father's nose?" he joked. "So which is it?"
