The peaceful rolling hills that the area gets its namesake from are beginning to bloom with flowers, grow covered with taller grass, and - most importantly for the glowing-winged creature flitting around - sprouted with clovers. The digimon flutters around erratically from clover patch to clover patch like a bee or hummingbird, though it neither was pollinating nor searching for nectar. In fact, the tiny fairy was searching for something much rarer and more important to her current desires - a four-leaf clover.
"There's gotta be one around here somewhere," she insists, though her voice gives away her frustration and doubt. Her frantic movements and terrible searching methods do nothing to help the situation. "There- no... there - grrr... there- wait, I just looked at that one!" She glares at the field of clovers as if they were trying to spite her, then pulls out her tiny barbed spear. Every time her cry of "there!" is found incorrect, she brutally stabs the clover of false hope. Her attacks are both out of anger, and to narrow down and thin out the clovers so she can better easily find the right one, regardless of if that plan had any merit.

The grand old hills, were they old? Probably but the hills age wasn't that important right now. What was important was the trio of one human and two Agumon walking over one of the hills, the two Agumon came first meanwhile the human seemed a bit more than tired, in just a long sleeved shirt and some pants he was sweating a bit after climbing a rather large hill. "Is it me or has this place gotten bigger?" He asked his companions taking a moment to himself before walking down the other side at a slow pace.
"I think it's just you Shi, you haven't exactly been as active as you used to be." He pointed out, spending so much time in the hospital will probably do that to you. "Which is why we're here in the first place, walk around and stuff is good for you." The second mentioned both walking next to him on opposite sides.
"Yeah, suppose the fresh, er digital air is good for me." Shi mentioned as the three wandered around he thought for a second he heard something. "Oh sweet clovers!" Yuudai said as he went over to the patch nearby, not knowing that there was someone already searching around in them.

The human or one of the two Agumon twins would probably notice the commotion eventually, as the blond fairy's wings grew brighter with each vicious assault on the greenery. "No. No! NO! Ye-NO! Come onnnn! Where! Are! You!?" The poor Tinkermon was at her wits' end, tearing through the clovers while whining with each failed search. "Where's a lucky clover? Where's MY lucky clover! I! Need! A! Lucky! Clover-oh."
Whether the new group noticed her or not, she certainly noticed them and assumed they saw her embarrassing temper tantrum attack. Her wings shine almost blindingly as her skin gains a red tinge to it. "I-I um... hi there? I'm just uh... you know... wait!" Her eyes widen in shock. "Another human? Are there lots and lots of humans here now, or is something making me find all of the few that are? Am I supposed to learn something? But..."
Sparks and sparkles fly off her wings as she looks insulted. In fact, she WAS insulted; in her mind, the universe once again was trying to pick on her.
"I don't need to learn anything!"

Yuudai who was the first to go ahead heard the poor Tinkermon as she shouted asking the clovers to become a lucky one, the other two managed to hear and see her from afar as well both walking over next to the Agumon. "Er Hi." Yuudai said giving a small wave with his claw hands, though the fact that her eyes just widened and she started talking to herself wasn't exactly a good sign.
"I'm sure you don't, I'm not here to make you learn anything I can guarantee that much." Shi mentioned bluntly hoping that would calm the literal sparks coming off her wings. "What's going on anyway, what's got you so mad?" Shi questioned curious about their anger, meanwhile, Yuudai and Yasuo both stood a bit more in front of Shi, both somewhat concern at her reaction to a human wandering past.

"Ah! Sorry sorry sorry!" Once again Tink turns red out of embarrassment. "I um... wasn't talking to you about not wanting to learn, I was yelling at the universe. You're the third human I met! And... you have two digimon friends? You must be twice as special as the others I've met then!" She circles around and flies between Shi and the Agumon twins, examining them from all angles. "Hihi~! My name's Tink! What's yours? What brings you here? How ya doin'?"
Her excitement and curiosity seems to have overridden or overwritten her other emotions. The anger and embarrassment have seemed to have completely vanished. Even when asked about what she's mad about, she still takes a moment to remember. "Hm? What do... oh, right. I had a lucky clover, it got burneded up" (yes, she knows 'burneded' isn't a word, but it sounds cuter, an humans like 'cute', right?) "so I'm trying to find another, but there's nothing but unlucky clovers!" An idea forms as she puts on her cutest smile and flutters her eyelashes. "You look like nice, sweet, wonderful people, maybe you could help a poor little digimon out? I had a horrid day, then good luck, then everything went all bad and stuff again when my clover went FWOOSH~!"

Shi just stood there for a moment as the Digimon flew around the three of them, though the fact they'd only met three humans did peak his curiosity he bit his tongue for a moment though, deciding not to ask. "Shi, Yuudai and Yasuo." Shi said pointing to the twins as he said there name. "Walking around enjoying the hills." Yuudai added after. "A bit tired but otherwise fine." Yasuo finished before all three looked at each other for a moment accidentally answering all questions separately.
Shi also had to bite his tongue in order not to say burneded wasn't a word since he wasn't sure if this Digimon actually knew that or not. And as she started to smile and flutter hey eyebrows Shi and Yasuo were pretty sure what was going on, especially after she randomly started complementing them. Yet before either could object. "That's terrible, we can help out right guys?" Yuudai looked back at the two of them as he said it with a smile. Though again before either could object. "It should be pretty easy with the four of us looking, we have the time not doing much today." And there goes Shi's only real excuse on the matter, the other two made a mental note to themselves to remind Yuudai when they got back not to open his big mouth, either that or learn to say no.

"Nice to meet you, Shi, Yuu, and Yas," Tink exclaims energetically, giving the two Agumons 'cute' nicknames. "Sorry if I worried you earlier! I didn't mean to be scary and stuff." She sincerely means it. This Tinkermon is not one for intimidation or scaring away others. After all, she wants people to like her and love her and adore her, and if they're running away...
She wasn't expecting much from them, however, as it seems they were on to her. Fortunately for her, Yuudai was kind enough to volunteer all of their help. "Yay, thanks!" She flies over to hug and nuzzle Yuudai's cheek. "I knew you were good and great! Together we can find a lucky clover! Maybe even more and you could have one!"
She then gets back to searching, hovering and circling the field. She is sure her new 'friends' would put in enough work that she doesn't have to, but she should at least try - both to look busy, and in case you don't get the luck if you aren't the one to find it or at least help find it. That would make this entire thing a waste, and Tink does NOT like having her time wasted.

Yuudai just gave a small laugh at the nickname, before hearing her apologize. "It's nothing, we've seen much scarier things." he said proudly, though when she hugged and nuzzled his cheek he simply started scratching the back of his head, face looking a bit embarrassed. "Heh, it's no problem. Happy to help."
All Shi and Yasuo could think was hook line and sinker, but before Yasuo could object Shi tapped him on the head. "Nah lets just help, who knows maybe we'll get lucky and I can get one to Mirai." He said quietly so only Yasuo could hear it, so that was two against one.
Yasuo simply sighed annoyed. "Usually the two against one thing goes my way." he complained as Yuudai energetically started searching around, making sure not to step on any he hadn't already looked at. Yasuo went the other direction his brother muttering something about a headstrong dolt. Shi, on the other hand, being the tallest in the group just wandered around bending down every so often to check for one, given his luck it'd probably help to have one.

"Thank you, Yuu, Shi, Yas! Especially specially you, Yuu!" Tink was excited to have multiple people helping her out. It would be great to have them as friends. Yuudai seemed especially sweet. It was always nice to meet someone who could show positivity towards her, and do stuff for her. Maybe he'll even be one of her best friends, perhaps?
But it is not the time to think about that. It is time to search. The Tinkermon swooped in low, buzzing through the clovers, only to swoop back up and out with two three-leaf clovers. "Aw pooh. I thought I found one. How am I gonna find one if I keep doing that?" She sighs, but does not give up. A tiny bit of work now, however annoying it is and how little it suits her, will save lots of trouble in the future. She might never need to exert herself again if she finds a four-leaf clover as lucky as the one she once had. Besides, the other three are bound to find one eventually, right?
"Any luck," she asks, then pauses before giggling at her accidental joke. "Hahahee, luck. Maybe if we find a lucky clover we'll find lucky clovers! Then we can all have some! Though... I must already be near one to get the good luck of running into you all~"

There were the nicknames again, Yasuo wasn't exactly sure how he felt about that, though Yuudai seemed more than ok being called that. "Like I said it's no problem, always happy to assist." While he forgot to keep the I out of his speech he yet again decided to speak for the tree of them, by now the others just let him have this since it was pretty obvious they weren't going to change his mind on helping.
"I wonder why this is considered so lucky?" Yasuo pondered aloud, he had heard about a four-leafed clover before, but was it really related to luck? "It's a rare variation, a one in five thousand chance for it to happen." Shi pointed out, so some luck was involved there, he almost decided to add the fact that so much as five leaves could be found, however considering they couldn't seem to even find a four-leafed one he decided to keep that little bit to himself.
"Heh yeah, once we find one the others should be very simple to find." Yuudai was hopeful, for whatever reason. "Though you mentioned you had one before it got burned, what exactly happened to it if you don't mind me asking?" Shi asked curious, considering how gung-ho she was about getting one he doubted she would of just easily let the first catch fire.

Hm, it seems one of them doesn't like the nicknames. Tink will have to slow down on that, no doubt. At least one of the digimon is happy though. And the human certainly seems knowledgeable, with the random clover trivia. "So that's why they are lucky, they are born out of luck!" Tink winks at Shi with a smirk. "I thought you weren't gonna teach me anything," she teases.
Tink wholeheartedly agrees with Yuudai's comment of lucky clovers being easier to find once they find one. "You're sooo right! We only need to find one, and then we can find a bunch! It will be like a luckslide! Um... you know... like a rockslide... but with luck?"
It then is time to tell her story. "I was having a terrible day, caught in a thunderstorm. I tripped over a pebble, and landed next to a lucky clover. Then my luck turned around. I got a pretty lightning stone, I met some nice digimon that took me into their home to dry off, got to rest by the fire... and then suddenly it flew out of my hands into the fire like it would rather be burnded up than give me luck! I had a good grip on it though, I don't know what happened! I must've used all its luck up or something, or the universe hates me more than good luck could save me from..."

Shi gave a light shrug at the tease. "I said I'm not going to make you learn something, never said you wouldn't pick up on random trivia facts." Shi replied before giving a small little smirk. "Though would have thought you'd know that given how gung-ho you seem to be bout these clovers." He teased right back, it was a simple fact but he wasn't that sure it was the same in the digital world as it was in the human world.
Yuudai thought for a moment at the analogy before Yasuo shook his head. "Maybe more just like a lucky break, after all, it'd be a lot easier then searching now if they are lucky." Yasuo pointed out, he seemed a bit more skeptical on the lucky thing but he was still looking, to no avail but looking all the same.
But all the looking stopped when it was story time, while it did seem a bit far-fetched for a bad day to do a complete one-eighty she seemed genuine when talking, though when she pointed out the universe again Shi gave another light shrug. "Might've just tried to make you go look for one, after all, had you not been searching you wouldn't have met us three. Might've been just working in a mysterious way." Shi pointed out hoping to lift her spirits about losing it.
"Yeah you'd know all about mysterious ways wouldn't you Shi." Yuudai pointed out, after all, he became a tamer, got two Digimon and ended up stronger than most he met by the luck of a draw, who knows maybe Shi was just full of luck.

More and more searching, yet still no results. At least it is going four times as fast, right? "I'm new to lucky clovers," Tink admits. "Luck is one of the few things about me that isn't good. That and humbleness, I'm not very good at hiding how great I am!" She sticks her tongue out at the group to let them know she is (mostly) teasing.
The clover burned(ed) up to get her to look for a new one and meet them? Not out of the realm of possibilities, since she seems to keep running into humans as if fate. "You might be right!" She beams at the tamer and his two digimon, wings fluttering. "Meeting you is pretty great! In fact..." She places a hand to her chin, trying to come to a decision. Eventually, she nods. "I think I would like to learn allll about you, just like I'm sure you want to know more about me~<3 I already went first with the clover story, so you can go now. N-not go as in leave, please don't leave, I mean tell your story!"

Yes it seemed the one in five thousand rule seemed to be true, no matter how many Shi and the rest seemed to look at none of them seemed to be a four-leafed one, though the fact that Tink seemed to of found one before did lift spirits somewhat, though with the humbleness Yasuo was the one to step up to that. "Really, I couldn't tell." He added in a mostly jokeful tone. "Though Yuudai is the same, ain't that right bro." Despite being far away the Agumon in question responded quickly. "I can't help if I'm awesome."
Shi had to bite his tongue once more in order not to casually say 'not really' to knowing more, mostly cause that seemed a bit rude. "You're gonna have to be specific, about what you want to hear, it's a pretty long tale." Shi pointed out then crossed his arms thinking for a second. "Though it starts with me just finding these two on my doorstep, literally. After finding this in my pocket." He pointed out, reaching into his pocket for a second before showing his digivice and showing it to her. "He almost walked past us." Yuudai added remembering the same time. "To be fair though, we did just kinda appear out of nowhere without warning to a guy who doesn't even know what a Digimon was at the time." Yasuo added shortly after.

"Yeah Yuu, you are pretty awesome aren't you?" Tink grins at Yuudai, looking up from her clover search to compliment him. "I bet you'll be the first to find the clover~!" A little positive push to keep him going, while encouraging competition among the others, might make this go a little faster. Besides, he was sweet. Being sweet back wasn't any work, so why not show appreciation? A bit unlike her to think this way, but she's in a good mood.
"So... a thingy appeared and then they appeared?" Curious, she tilts her head with a lopsided grin. Perhaps this is something in common with all the humans? "But... how did you almost miss them, and how did you not know what Digimon are? That's kinda weird." She then looks embarrassed, placing a hand on the back of her head. "I-I mean, I don't think you are stupid for not knowing, I just meant... are Digimon as rare in your world as humans in this one or something? I just find that so strange that we know so little about each others' worlds!"
After settling down, she closes her eyes for a moment to clear her head and figure out the questions she wants to ask. "Do you... know why Shi got the thingy and why you came to him? Why you and not someone else, and why here? And... what do you want to know about me?"
