This was a rather interesting situation. At least it was to Anzu. Akemi seemed really...well, she didn't seem all too invested in the conversation right now but to Anzu, an actual Digimon, it was...interesting. On one hand, the other Renamon seemed really amicable and/or well-adjusted. While the other one kind of seemed like a smartass (like her) but also...isolated? Seriously, who thinks a Renamon would be rare...?
Then again there's a lot of variables to take in mind with that. Variables which gave Anzu a headache. "Well, here's a thought. What if...he already has a name and he just hasn't mentioned it yet? I mean I could be wrong, I'm a professional dumbass, but there's like this super tiny chance that I'm ri-" "...Anzu just stop you're reaching way too far already." "Oh, okay! Also that's a big family!" Wait, white Renamon existed?
"Uh. Question! How come some Digimon are different colors and then get considered as an entirely different species while some are considered part of the same? That's something my partner here mentioned once. Never quite got it."
"I. Uhh." Renamon was quite confused on what was going on. He doesn't really have the same backstory as Siris does but, he'd rather not tell anyone. "I guess some Digimon have some ties with others. I don't know."
Renamon then looked at Akemi. "There's not only one Renamon but, there could be more. There may even be the same digimon that you have." He explained.
Blake gotten bored pretty quickly as he then snapped his fingers. "Hey, Akemi. Your friend said that there was a meat farm somewhere right?" He asked her.
Renamon snorted, looking at Blake. "There's no such thing as a Meat Farm in this area, I bet. And if there was, I would be wondering how they can run it at such a desolate place." He said to him.
"Could be a possibility. It is a Digital World so it's like Earth but, it works in different ways." Blake answered back.
With the temperature giving a steady decrease as the sun sank into the horizon, a somewhat rare commodity from what Siris had seen in other areas, the young fox leaned on his back foot. How did he answer a question he really didn't know? Mom's condition was abnormal, to say the least, and Siris had learned she had a bit of a Data change that effected her appearance. He had not seen her, however, he only had a picture to go off of. But as for the question?
"I... can't say one way or another. I've not seen her in the flesh, only pictures my father showed me! I'm sure he could tell you, should you find yourself in the Network Plains and in his library!"
Syre would likely know as well... Siris' knowledge really only extended to the skies, and that was because of his research on the Ronin. Maybe he'd run into HIM out here... that would be excellent. The thought of running into one's hero often leaves the mind ecstatic and filled with joy.
The other Renamon's query broke Siris of his daydreaming as he crossed his arms and shook his head;
"No... I most definitely say something resembling a farm just on the outskirts of the 'sea'."
Without causing too much of a fuss, Siris pointed in the direction he remembered;
"Yeah I was told about that a while ago." Akemi nodded. Yeah, as if she required being told that there were more than one species of Digimon out in the world. Anzu just tilted her head a little at Siris' response. "Plains and the library..." She repeated...Huh. Seems like something to go to later, maybe? Hm.
Worth a thought. More pressing things were at hand. Like the meat farm that Anzu 1000000000000000000000000000% smelled around these parts. See, she knew she wasn't crazy when Siris corroborated it's most definite existence. "Yeah, see if, he saw it and I smelled it it definitely exists, so we should obviously go over there and CHOW DOWN because I'm hungry." The most foolproof logic in the world!
"I guess we're all going to the meat farm?" Blake asked the two of them. "Should we maybe get going then? He was about to say something else until, Renamon beat him to it.
"Can we all just establish that this is a DESOLATE place? There is no way that there is something growing on the ground. And, these are crystals, and second-" Renamon was then interrupted by Blake.
"But, we don't know that for sure. There probably is a meat farm somewhere or not." Blake said to him.
"Ugh." Renamon uses his left hand to feel his hand, throbbing from the hit in the head. "It's called common sense, Blake. I think you should use it. Saves people a lot of trouble."
He sighed as he looked at Siris. "Don't tell me that your buying this, are you?" He wasn't expecting Siris to say something like that. If it was a farm then it most likely not be a meat farm. To him, anyway.
As the other Renamon looked to Siris asking if he bought into it, he'd give a bit of a shrug;
"I do not think it's a 'meat farm', but I believe it's something that has to do with food. I smelled it and saw it. Thought of going in!"
He looked down at the satchel of bits he his father had given him for times when he was in the city. It would be enough for food essentially anywhere, but he didn't want to just go spending so wildly. The other Renamon made a previous point, one that held a bit of merit. They were in the middle of no-where, but not in the middle of a desolate plain. There were many villages and homes scattered throughout this 'sea', as the map stated. Even a larger hub of things held on the fringes of this terrifyingly beautiful landscape. He'd lean on his back foot, turning to the purple bat;
"So... what do you plan on doing?"
Another simple question, but one with equal amounts of importance relating to the plan the group had. Hard to believe they were going to fight not even ten minutes ago! Truly, the Digital world held all sorts of oddities. Both in it's landscapes and it's denizens.
"Suppose that's the current pla-" ...Holy crap, Blake's Renamon had somewhat of a stick up his...y'know...butt. It was actually beginning to get a little grating in Akemi's ears... Anzu then piped up. "I mean, people and things can change to adapt to the place...I still wanna go see it so take it or leave it, pal!"
Life seemed to move pretty fast in this world. Akemi looked to Siris. "...Where'd you come in from? I'm honestly more than a little hungry myself so some food from this farm would be nice." "Maaaaybe...he could guide us there! C'mon mister Siris let's go!"
"I guess we're apparently going to find a meat farm in the middle of nowhere." Renamon grumbled. Blake looked at his Renamon and hugged him. Renamon was a bit jumpy when that happened, feeling a bit uncomfortable.
"C'mon. It'll be fun. Don't make it hard than it has to be." Blake whispered to him as he hugged him slightly tighter. Renamon sighed and looked down at him. He hated it when Blake does something like this. And, he really isn't a fan of hugs.
"Alright, fine." Ren sighed with Blake letting go. "You said over that way, right?" Renamon pointed where Siris did. He still felt unsure if there was really food over there. It could be a trap and if it was then they can easily take out whoever it was.
Blake just stood there next to Renamon to wait until Siris shows them the way. It could be a long walk.
