As Dio felt his entire body and mind give up, he could feel the tugging of data receding, the draining slowing down. It seemed the cat wasn't just done with him, but he was too tired to care anymore. His mind soon began to wander, possibly attempting to escape his grim reality, and he soon found himself assaulted by visions that didn't belong to him, memories that weren't his.
But rather, hers...
...a lone Renamon found herself idly washing off the counter-top that took up a good portion of the right side of the room. Its location allowed her to help seat guests, keep an eye on the people who come and go as well as checking to see how the cooks were doing by sticking her head through the door that led back into the kitchen. Though today she found that business was very slow; the rain had rather heavy making many digimon likely take cover in the little bits they were able to find---
The rememberance and slumber didn't last much longer, as the imp felt his body swaying back and forth as if hanging from...somewhere.
"....buh?..." A pained, confused groan escaped the imp's mouth as consciousness returned to him, a burning pain on his neck keeping him from falling asleep again. His eyes barely opened."...where...how...?"
Even on this state it wouldn't take him long to notice he wasn't laying on solid ground, but rather hanging on some sort of ropes forming a hammock, a couple of said ropes tied around his chest area, seemingly not so much to restrain him but to keep him from falling over the edge, his arms and legs fully free to move around as he pleased. Not that it made that big of a difference, as the ropes used to tie him down were quite sturdy and thick, and he wasn't exactly at full strenght by any stretch of the imagination.
Groggily he looked up, noticing a pair of familiar blue eyes gazing at him from above.
"...K?"
In his blurry disorientation, the imp didn't seem to be completely aware of the danger he was in, his mind hazy, his head feeling like it would burst at any moment. "Where....am I..."

The meicrackmon wasn't aware of the sharing of the memories to her prey, in fact the little bit that she was gifted with confused the cat considerably. She didn't remember being that weak, that dependant on others. After the host had regressed into the core and left itself wide open the meicrackmon had for the better part of it's 'existence' been fending for itself.
Little did she know that it's prey was experiencing memories from the host; feelings from the host. If she had known would she of even risked the attempt of filtering data into this little demon? The meicrackmon lounged quietly ears flicking as those same memories that the impmon was 'feeling' played through her head much to the cat's confusion.
However the noise that the impmon made drew her attention; her piercing blue eyes sweeping down to the creature in question. Brows furrowed and she'd slowly edge herself off of the support; halfway draped off of the beam and halfway on it she'd split her face in a wide grin as the prey took in their surroundings.
The meicrackmon dropped down landing next to the impromptu hammock lightly; she'd reach forward and tap her finger on the side of the neck that she had bitten into so fiercely hours before. Anytime she had gotten hurt she'd eat something; someone. She'd drag herself into the hunt even if the pain was too great.
"Home. Prey hungry. Rest. Go hunt."
The meicrackmon seemed almost childish in the way it spoke; using short simple bursts as though it didn't know any better. It'd furrow it's brow slightly and lean down dragging a tongue along the neck of the restrained imp.
"More hunters. Stay home."
The warning was lightly veiled as a threat; realistically she had taken care of many other predators other than some of the stronger ones around here. It was frustrating to think that some of the dragons here were outside of her. It made her somewhat grump to know that she wasn't on top of the food chain but with help she could do more than she could alone. And if she had to hunt for the imp in front of her? Well so be it.
"Hunt."
With those simple words the cat simply seemed to fade into the darkness that was starting to overtake the cabin. Honestly it was probably more worrying that the imp wasn't completely hidden from the outside world. Trees still poked through the windows and the ceiling had a few holes that you could easily see the sky from. When it came to this cabin it was safe but not completely.
One thing was certain though from the shoddy wood work here and there that the meicrackmon had been making minor repairs somehow. This creature wasn't so much feral as it was tribal.

His confusion over the unfamiliar surroundings, that sense of unfamiliarity, the dizziness, all of that dissapeared as he soon felt those sharp nails tapping into his neck, a sudden jolt of pain coursing through his whole body as he let out a startled yelp of anguish. She hadn't done any damage just yet, but whatever she had done to him earlier was still very much fresh on his memory.
And more importantly, it still hurt.
Barely hearing the cat's words, he did notice that disgustingly evil smiling face approaching his own, and he began reeling back in fear, the imp tried to keep away but was unsuccesful, the ropes keeping him in place as the Meicrackmon got closer and closer. Dio's whole body shuddered, him wincing in fear and repulsion as he once again felt that cold, wet tongue dragged its way all across his neck. K...no, this thing...it felt delight in his fear. It thrived on it.
Almost as if on cue, he could feel his stomach make a pitiful rumble once she mentioned his hunger. Knowing he was the prey she was reffering to it wasn't too hard to figure out why she'd want to feed him. After all, having well fed cattle meant getting more meat. The cat soon dissapeared into the darkness, her simple words leaving him with a very clear and simple warning: don't leave, or else.
Soon he'd find himself alone again, the creaking of the old wood being his only company. Only now, on his lonesome, without the strenght to even cry out for help did it dawned on him just how badly he had screwed up: he had told Carlos he was going to be missing for a couple days to visit K, so it would be a good while until anyone would notice his absence. By the time anyone actually moved a search party it would probably be too late for him.
For a moment, that dark possibility was enough for the imp to cease his struggling, his body going limp while his head hanged back, eyelides forced shut as he felt his eyes welling up. Damnit, was this really how he was supposed to go? Alone and helpless on a cabin on who knows where?
Maybe it would be less painful to just give up...
With a shake of his head the Dark Lord moved those thoughts aside, eyes glaring with intense determination. That was quitter's talk, the Dark Lord did not gave up that easily!
He was not going to die here. Not like this.
After a good minute of focusing as much of his power as possible on his right hand, he'd see one of his fingers light up with a tiny flame. Slowly, he'd place said flame underneat one of the ropes restraining him, very slowly burning it away.
It didn't last too long however, as he soon felt his vision blur as he felt a wave of nausea wash over him, the flame on his finger tip fading as well. Seemed like he had even less power left than he initially thought. Just how much had that fiend drained from him? He shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts as he focused on the fire once again.
He was not going to die here.

The prey's reaction was easy enough to see; easy enough to understand. Even at the basic level of thought most would just push forward and go with what she said. Most of her prey gave up without much of a fuss; then again she never had put this much work into a prey. Nor had she really ever considered the fact of making a prey into a predator like herself. It was something she was partially worried about as she looked around outside.
She considered briefly the words that the other mon spoke; very little of it made any sense to her. She was pretty sure that this mon knew her host; knew of her host and probably had interacted with that same host. Perhaps that was why she was tempted by fate to drive this prey to be a predator like herself?
Running her tongue over her fangs the digimon took off running. Figuring quietly that there would likely be more mons on the outskirts that she could grab and that no one would really notice in the center. She didn't' want people to know that there was a dangerous mon roaming around. She didn't want to draw too much attention to herself. That was why she had decided to stay within the cabin and glade areas. They were prime locations for dens along with easy turf to hunt near or in if people stumbled across them.
Further she ran, for what seemed like an hour until she was nearly out of breath. Chest heaving; eyes wide with exhilaration she was gifted with the sight of not one... but two prey. One for herself and the other would be for the prey!
They didn't see her, they didn't sense her. The two digimon were enraptured with one another. Laying among the grass and merely staring at one another. She could feel the passion radiating from the two. There was a moment that the digimon had that made her twitch with soft irritation at the idea of taking a mated pair with a child. But after staring for a long few minutes she was gifted with the satisfaction that these two didn't reek of a third individual as strongly as they did of each other.
Slowly did she edge towards the two, her steps so far away to them. So very far. It wasn't up until she creeped to their sides that the weaker of the two's eyes widened and before they could even scream the Meicrackmon grabbed the 'stronger' of the two pulling them away from their 'beloved'. There was a split second before she was gifted with the light of digivolution in front of her but before it could even settle in she bit down hard on the neck of the creature and shook her head violently. She heard a loud snap and the 'stronger' of the two had ceased it's light. Ceased it's movements; only grunting in pain.
The weaker of the two tried to run. She didn't let her. Grabbing the digimon by the tail and then hoisting them up the predator considered quietly. The 'stronger' of the two would make a good meal for the prey back home. While the weaker would tide the meicrackmon over until she wanted to hunt again. Humming softly to herself and shifting the 'stronger' of the two into her other arms grip she started to make her way back to the cabin... It would be a few hours as one of the catches she got for her and the prey managed to wriggle out of her grasp once or twice.
Dio would easily hear her foot steps along with panting and whining of another digimon. The labored breathing of the third only was punctuated with rasping gasps of breath. The meicrackmon stepped into the cabin and looked about expectingly.
"Prey? Hunt went well. Brought food!"
What the meicrackmon failed to notice that the two individuals that she had caught were... impmons. What dio would easily see is the happy look on the Meicrackmon's face. She was proud of herself.

Burn the rope, faint, wake up. Burn the rope, faint, wake up. Rinse and repeat.
After a while being alone in his captivity Dio had managed to find a rhythm, a method to slowly work his way out of the bonds restricting him to this hell hole. It wasn't exactly the most efficient one, but it was the best he could manage right now.
Faint, wake up, burn the rope. Rinse and repeat. Again and again. It was a taxing, tiring process, but slowly he was making progress, the ropes that kept him from escaping were growing weaker. With just a bit more of energy and time, and he'd be as good as free.
After what probably was his tenth fainting however, just as he was once again waking up he could hear the rustling leaves, and sounds of movement outside. Something was approaching. Cursing under his breath, he'd stop sending power to his finger, not wanting the cat to catch up to his escape plan. His vision was blurry and his head seemed to be about to explode, so the rest came as a welcome respite, even if he feared what would come next.
Turns out, he was right to be fearful.
Her uncharacteristically happy tone clued him that something was very, very wrong. Glancing at the tall feline, he would notice two purple shapes being carried on her arms, one of them unmoving while the other was still resisting and shuffling about. Was that her dinner?
Shaking his head a bit to try and wash away the feeling of sickness his body felt, it would take a moment for his vision to focus and stop being blurry. Once he noticed the nature of her newest prey, he could feel his core skipping a beat, a cold sweat running down his back.
Held under her arms against their will...were two other impmons.
"No...no no no!"
The Dark Lord panicked, struggling and squirming desperately trying to release himself from the ropes, his tone filled with nothing but distress. This...this was too much, even for him to take. She couldn't possibly be implying that was to be their food.
"K, just let them go! Please!" He pleaded, begging the Hunter something that he knew full well she wouldn't comply with. He knew they didn't have much time. She'd soon restrain them aswell, keeping them all locked in here to work as a food supply for as long as their bodies and data could hold...or worse, she'd try to use them as food to keep him alive.
And there was nothing he could do to stop her...or was there?
Looking down at the rope keeping him in place, he'd blink for a moment, noticing how close it was to being broken, literally only held in place by a couple of loose strands. Maybe, just maybe...
It didn't took Dio long to take a decision. It was dumb, and risky...but it was the only right choice.
"I said let them go!" He demanded before pushing himself forward, the rope around his chest tensing for a second before giving away and snapping open, the imo now leaping torwards the Meicrackmon, his now burning fist intent on colliding with her face. It wouldn't cause any real damage, but hopefully the surprise would at least give the other two a chance to help, to fight back. Failing that, they could at least try to run.
It was a long shot, and a stupid one at that, but he couldn't just stay put!

The meicrackmon wasn't really aware of the struggles that her prey had been in while she was away. Figuring that he was probably too tired to do anything she hadn't really anticipated a struggle from him in the least bit. She hadn't really anticipated him being even conscious when she returned but she had spoken anyways.
The hunt had gone well so what was the harm at the very least trying to communicate with someone she was trying to make into a well and proper predator like herself? The meicrackmon's eyebrows raised slightly and she'd look down at the two meals that she had managed to catch in the time between. The rapid "no's" of the other simply made her ears flick a little bit.
"Too small?"
Was her first initial question; she didn't really register that their species was even anything similar. These two were far weaker than the both of them. A true kind of prey in this world that would only of ended up in worse hands or something unthinkable. Blinking owlishly she'd tilt her head a little bit at the desperate plead from her prey.
"One almost dead. The other soon be."
She'd chirp a bit hefting the 'male' of the two. His head lolling a little bit at this motion. He was clearly unconscious and if not attended to he probably would be something worse here in a little bit. She'd take a step closer blinking again as Dio looked down at his bindings. It was a strange action that only yielded a curious head tilt.
However then the prey did something dumb, he told her to do something and then out of everything he broke out of his restraints. She wasn't even surprised at that; they were simple vines melted together by her corrosive touch. He leaped forward, almost in slow motion to her. It didn't take much for her to sidestep the impmon, watching him pass by her without much of a thought. Snorting to herself she'd simply toss the unconscious male towards Dio. He'd either catch them when he landed or the unconscious male would bowl him over. She didn't really care which as long as the other actually ate to restore the energy that she had taken from him.
"Prey is only getting one, not both."
She clearly didn't realize that he was trying to out of everything save them and not take both of them for himself. Shrugging her shoulders she'd look down at the female who was still struggling to get out of the iron grip that the feline had on her.
"Know how eat yes?"

To say he expected his attack to succeed was probably a lie. He knew what she was capable of, he knew he had no chance at beating her. All he needed was to distract her long enough for the other two to escape.
What he didn't expect was for the black Meicrackmon to just...completely ignore his attack, calmly moving to the side as someone dodging a fly. The imp, partially out of surprise, partially out of a lack of energy wasn't able to quite stick the landing, rolling a bit and laying on the cold floor for a bit, gasping exhausted as his last act of defiance was now taking a toll on his drained body. But even now he wouldn't have a moment of respite as he felt something around his size colliding against him, sending him back to the ground with a grunt.
Dio fliched as he saw what she had thrown at him was one of the impmons she was carrying, and he following words only made the situation even worse. He knew exactly what K asked of him. He knew all too well that he would have to do such a thing in order to survive. But...he couldn't. He wanted to curse his weakness, to cry over his lack of strenght to get through this situation, to scream and scream in the vain hope someone would listen...
...but he couldn't. He barely had any energy left to stand, let alone do anything else.
But he also couldn't just bring himself to absorb some defenseless digimon's data, even if it meant his own deletion. These poor impmons had done nothing wrong to him, they had only been on the wrong place at the wrong time. And were now suffering for it. There was nothing he could do for them now, except look on in fear as K fiddled with her own "snack".
Even still he refused to harm the other impmon for his own gain, knowing full well angering the feral monster was probably asking for being killed.
Frankly, that was starting to look better than the alternative.

The meicrackmon seemed a little uncertain of itself and peered at the individual that she had marked for trying to make into a predator like herself. What was he trying to do? She'd tilt her head just a little bit and stare at him for a few long moments as he seemed uncertain what to do in this regard.
The meicrackmon looked down at the impmon that she held within her grasp. Looking somewhat frustrated with the individual she'd place her hands in two very much so important places and simply twist hard. There would be a loud snapping sound, a brief cry of pain and a few twitches before the impmon that she held went completely limp. Looking somewhat amused in the fact that they were unable to really defend themselves the meicrackmon retired to her own portion of the room to start to feed.
She'd take her time of course, sinking those fangs deep into the impmon's chest. Her fangs long enough to where it scraped against the core of the individual in question. Slowly and surely did she simply sit there doing what Dio would of recognized simply by the marks on his neck.
But where she had stopped with dio she wasn't with this impmon. She was just draining it's data and life force away inch by bloody inch. The ragged breathing of the individual in her hold eventually waned and sooner rather than later did the impmon's frame shudder.
The Meicrackmon looked excited when this occured her tails and fleshy tendrils perking up a little bit. Her ears flicking and swishing forward to focus on her meal. Again and again would that frame shudder as the digimon that she fed off of was trying to resist the inevitable. When the body didn't cease it's shuddering for a good spell was when the Meicrackmon started to draw in this blue data.
The form that she held in her hands started to change from an impmon to something else before the meicrackmon simply put it's hand through the chest of the digimon yanking out the core in it's entirety. The form of the digimon didn't hold for much longer after that and vanished entirely as the Meicrackmon put the core in it's mouth and swallowed it whole with a satisfied exhalation afterwards.
It didn't take her long before her body pulsed with energy and the meicrackmon let out a marveluous little chuckle before turning her head to look at her 'prey'.
"Prey should eat."

As the sickeningly loud crunch was heard, Dio visibly cringed at this sheer display of brutality, feeling his stomach churning. Yet he could not look away, too frozen up by fear and repulsion to even do anything. How...just how had his teacher been twisted so much into such a deranged and sadistic being?
He expected her to soon grow tired of her new victim and go for the other, but unlike last time, she was not relenting from her meal. She just kept on draining and draining that now lifeless shell of a digimon, greedily taking in all the data and energy for herself.
The grim display of hunger escalated as she would soon tear into the small digimon's body and take out their core, which she would also soon consume. Dio was trembling uncontrollably by now, barely able to stand, still gawking in horror at this sight. There was nothing that he could do to stop her...
She soon repeated herself whilst looking back at him, taking him out of his terrified trance. By eat she could only mean... He looked behind him at the other impmon, who was still lying on the ground, thankfully for them barely conscious at this point, if even alive. It was obvious what she wanted from Dio, for him to follow her example and absorb that poor fool's data and core. It would have been easy too, and really, what other option did he have? She could easily end them both with a snpa of her claws anyways.
But...he couldn't. To kill and absorb a digimon with no means to defend themselves was too low, even for someone raised in the Dark Area like him. Even if the boost of energy could somehow give him the needed strenght to fight back...that was a line he would never cross. And he was damn sure going to let K know this.
"No. I won't." He firmly stated, standing his ground between the other impmon and the tall predator, unwilling to take part into her sick game.
He knew there would be consequences for refusing, of course. But anything was prefferable to sinking to that low. He had to be better than this. He had to be better than her.

The meicrackmon sighed sweetly as she could feel that extra data flow throughout her body. She had eaten many a mon in the last few days; making it quite delightful whenever she managed to get one that could even digivolve once. She'd stretch and shift staring at her 'prey'.
She had an extreme hunger herself, one that she had trouble quenching. She'd tilt her head a little bit noticing the expression that the 'prey' had. It was confusing to her why they weren't eating; confusing to her why they weren't doing as she did. Her face split into a little smile as he looked back at the other individual.
She wasn't going to end this one; she'd push him into the laws of this place. Ease him in until it was to the point that he would be of great help to her. That they both could hunt and they could take down that golden monster that had forced her out of where she wanted to roost.
Unlike much of the prey that she had eaten and dealt with this one had a spark of potential that the Meicrackmon could just easily sense. But that smile... that smile didn't go away when he said that he wouldn't eat. It spread slowly; firmly. She'd slowly walk over to the impmon tilting her head just a little bit further so that her head was sideways. Blue eyes, cold and monstrous stared down at the purple digimon. Slowly did she kneel reaching past dio to the other impmon. Daring the impmon to do anything; even if he did or could she'd just be able to brush it off.
Her hand locked on the other impmon's body and lifted it off the ground. She'd stare between the two. She could sense the potential off of the both of them. There was so little in the one that she was holding that it might as well be a dying candle to a blazing inferno of the one that was trying to stand his ground.
"Prey should eat."
It was childish, simple. Something seemed incredibly off. While this was no doubt K, it wasn't really K. It was something more brutal, more monstrous. Something that had taken control while the true master was away. But that didn't stop it's actions. It'd twist and twist until the impmon's body shuddered and when the time was ripe she'd do the same as the last. Mere feet away from Dio he would see that hand plunge into the impmon's chest tearing out it's core. The blue data that followed suit quickly was absorbed back into the core she was now holding. It pulsed with a sick sad light; as though it was struggling to stay together.
Her free hand lashed out to grab at Dio's throat. Once she had, she'd lift him in the air and squeeze; waiting for his mouth to open to struggle for that air. From there she'd force the core into his mouth. Release the tension from his throat and then put the same hand that had forced that core in? Well now it was covering his mouth.
"Eat."
It wasn't that hard to be better than a monster.... right?

He was expecting K to be angry, or at least annoyed at his refusal to load another digimon. After all, it was obvious she wanted him to stick around for longer, and that would be very hard without some nourishment. Much to his horror however did the dark lord see the Meicrackmon's smile grow wider, the imp backing away as she slowly inched closer. His body tensed when her arm reached out, and did not relax even as he saw she was actually reaching for the other impmon.
By now Dio did not even try to stop K, simply looking away and doing his best to ignore the sounds of the other imp being torn into her next meal. Or at least that's what he initially assumed...until he was suddenly lifted by the neck by a clawed hand, the feline's hand grasping tighly around his throat, barely letting him breathe. His ensuing choked and desperate gasp for airs would be interruped harshly as he felt the cat's claw forcing that glowing core into his mouth, the same claw keeping his mouth closer after that. Her intentions were obvious. Dio's muffled choking soon turned into barely intelligible begging, but she did not relent.
Soon enough, much like whatever was left of his pride, he didn't have any choice but to swallow down the orb.
The glowing orb slowly slid down his throat, the energy and data slowly but warmly dispersing within him, joining into his own core, as if trying to fill for all that K had taken fron him not too long ago. It was a soothing feeling, something that helped just a smidgen, and Dio hated it all the more because of it. It shouldn't feel this good. This was wrong, he had promised he wouldn't sink this low ever again...
While he could feel himself somewhat re energized and revitalized, it wasn't nearly enough for him to recover his lost strenght, and as such there was little he could do to even attempt to break free this time, save for a weak half hearted attempt at squirming out of K's hand. What he did manage however was to stare back at the sadistic Ultimate's eyes, and for once there was something in the imp's eyes other than fear. There was a spark, a fire, an impossible to ignore feeling of pure hatred. Whether it was aimed at his former teacher or what she had become was unclear, but did not stop him from doing such.

The meicrackmon watched the squirming imp in her hands; he didn't try to stop her from taking the other impmon, nor did he try to stop her from tearing them apart. Past the squirming and gasping he did very little in the way of struggling in her grip.
The forcing of that core into his mouth, turned into muffled choking as he would probably try to spit it out. She was a patient sort and was rewarded with seeing that throat as well as feeling that orb slide down his throat. She'd lean in to whisper into his ear.
"Feels good Yes? Feels right? Yes?"
She could feel that hate just sloughing off of him and it made the meicrackmon giggle a little bit. She'd gingerly lick across the rookie's cheek mumbling a little bit about how the next hunt would be better for him. Her face split into a smile and gently she'd place a single finger on the impmon's lips after removing her hand. The other still held his throat gently.
"Tommorow Will hunt bigger prey for prey. Stronger prey for prey. Will give prey taste of actual food."
The meicrackmon's hand pulled back, her grip tightened a little bit on Dio's throat she'd consider something for a few moments mulling it over. There was so much she wanted to do, she could feel her own hunger leaping up at her. Demanding that she eat this one then and now, she dragged her tongue along her fangs and then leaned in again. Tantalizingly close to Dio's neck though she'd bite her lip hard enough to where she started 'bleeding' data.
"Tommorow. Tommorow."
The meicrackmon would grip dio a little tighter and 'K' seemed to mull over something before her hand struck the side of his head with a resounding crack. And she wouldn't stop, not until she saw that light fade from his eyes. Not until she felt him go limp in her grip. No she'd keep going until she felt he wouldn't try to crawl away.
The next day? Well. Dio would wake to find the meicrackmon hadn't left him alone. In the worst of it? She had taken to curling up around him, giving him warmth. That spike from her tail resting not even an inch from one of his eyes. Her flanks were rising and falling as she was resting, but if the impmon so much as moved? Well the meicrackmon herself would probably wake.
A small bit of sun would peek through the holes in the roof, a lot of them had been haphazardly repaired by wood, logs and vines making the place feel very... off. In one corner there lay a pair of Biyomon's. Both of their heads sat at impossible angles and their chests were moving rapidly as they struggled to breathe.
It seemed that during the night, or perhaps in the morning the Meicrackmon had captured more prey...

Did it feel good? Did it taste good? Such a sadistic trick question, of course it did. His body had been drained within an inch of his life, and then continued to be pushed to it's limit, excerting energy it didn't have in a futile attempt to escape. He didn't simply wanted nourishment, he needed it, else his whole body would collapse, his being would end right there and there, leaving nothing but a core for her to cannibalize, or an egg for K to do the same.
So yeah, Dio did enjoy consuming that core, in the same way someone dying from thirst would gladly drink sewer water just to stay alive longer. Except...he could feel a small, vile fiber of his being actually enjoying the absorsion of someone else's data. Something dark and primal buried deep within him. Something he'd rather not satisfy right now.
He didn't have much time to dwell on it, as the feline once again tighten her grip around his neck, the imp unable to do much but pathetically try to kick her away, his feet flailing in the air without ever reaching their mark. It was not to last, as he felt her clawed hand smashing against the side of his head, his vision turning blurry a mere second later. Then he felt another hit. And another, and another. He had lost most of his sight by the fourth hit, and then his consciousness once again by the seventh, his body hanging limply on her grip, awaiting nothing but a certain doom...
The first thing Dio felt as he came to his senses was...warmness. Something soft, comfortable and warm next to his body, a furry surface more fuzzy than the fanciest of sheets in Carlos' appartment. It was...comfy, almost inviting to the touch, as if trying to lull the imp back into a semi peaceful sleep. Unfortunately for him, it didn't stop him from opening his eyes, and what he found was anything but inviting.
K had taken to sleeping really close to him, the cat practically wrapped around the imp, keeping Dio well protected from anything that wasn't her. Certainly a better treatment than what a predator would give a normal prey, it was a lot more intimate and careful than that...and it only made Dio feel all the more unsafe. Her spiked tail being a mere inch away from his face certainly didn't help.
In a bout of bravery, or perhaps stupidity, the imp would quietly try to crawl away, doing his best effort to not disturb his captor's sleep. If he was careful enough, perhaps she would stay asleep just long enough...

She asked these questions already knowing the answer.
There was that teasing grin, those eyes that she watched him with. Flicking to each small crevice of the other's body. Watching that data go to work as she could just feel the tenseness of the other's body there. She wasn't going to eat this one, no he had eased into doing what she wanted him to do. Even if it had been kicking and screaming. She'd snicker softly and run a hand over the other's head for a moment.
Her treatment of him wasn't really a surprise. She couldn't let him consciously try to run from her. Nor could she really do much to stop him from trying to run if she was asleep so this was honestly the best way of going about it until he was more... inclined to stay here because of her power.
Honestly she wasn't surprised to feel the movement of the other when he woke. She was lightly dozing at this point and it was somewhat nice that she could just enjoy herself laying like this. That inviting nature of fur was a trap easily and if he was anything better he would of just simply let him trap him.
She'd raise her head slightly and crack open her eyes as she felt him crawl away from her. Her tail didn't bother moving and she'd just watch him for a few long moments before setting her head back down. Slowly she'd open her eyes and let out a rumbling purr before speaking.
"Too weak to fight if all can do is crawl."
She'd say simply her long tail easing out to sort of move to scoop the imp back up into her. She would stare at him for a few long moments, shrugging her shoulders quietly as she considered something else. She'd speak softly, quietly and gently into the others ear. This wasn't so much of a question as it was telling him what to do.
"Stay. Be warm."

Despite having made relatively good progress, the groggy imp still had a good minute or so of crawling ahead of him before he could even reach the edge of the cabin. Once there he'd hopefully be able to crack open some part of the weak and old wood before making his escape?
But it was frankly foolish of him to believe he'd actually get that far before she found out. The imp's body froze in cold terror as the purring voice of his captor confronted him. Just as he tried to hasten his escape he'd feel something grabbing him by the leg, dragging him all the way back to where he started, right next to the feline's warm and predatory embrace.
Dio would try somewhat to squirm away from her to no avail, until he finally gave up, his tense body laying against K's own. In any other situation, this feeling would have been closest to pure bliss he had felt. Now it was like straight out of a nightmare.
"...do I even have a choice?" He'd reply, weakly yet defiantly, not wanting to give her the satisfaction of seeing him break down. As he lay against the soft fur he'd think of his next move: it was becoming more and more apparent he was not going to be able to escape on his own from here. The power gap between them was just too big. So if he wanted to make it out of there in one piece he'd have to hold on for as long as he could...and hope Carlos would notice his absence in time.
