Titania found herself smiling softly as Sonia and Boru expressed their gratitude at her offer to aid them. Somehow, she felt a little bit better from that. The Tinkermon saw nothing left to do here aside from follow her newfound allies to whatever destination Sonia had in mind.
Already, upon entering the small community, Titania was impressed. They managed to hide this in the Bayou? Neat! Furthermore, a little red Otamamon that reminded her a little of a certain other Otamamon. She waved towards Gero and nodded. "We don't mean ill intent." She stated before she kept following her entourage.
"Uh...Yeah. Human partner. Tamer. We're not really on the best terms right now but she exists." Titania seemed to think for a moment. Katherine and Jazz...The names were unfamiliar to her. "...Sorry, but I've never met anyone by those names. Why do you ask? And...Well, how do we deal with the Parrotmon gang problem?"

-That's... awful. -Boru muttered. Only four digimon left out of twenty-three? That was a very preoccupying number.
While Sonia looked for the keys to that small shack they were heading too, while they all stood at the entrance, Boru turned at Titania again. What could happen between a tamer and their partner for them to separate and not be 'on the best terms'? Boru could only wonder. Was that something that could happen between her sister and Katherine? She definitely hoped it didn't; he hated conflict. -We're supposed to be looking for them. -The Psychemon then pulled out a radar from his backpack, it was a circular-shaped device with a dark blue screen that showed absolutely nothing. -I-I mean, my brothers and I should be following this radar to find them and reunite with our sister Jazz, but... -A sad countenance was shown by the digimon. -It stopped working last night. And I don't really get why. -He explained. -You wouldn't really know why, would you Mrs. Titania? -He didn't know if ancient technology was between the fairy's repertory of things she knew about, but again, it didn't hurt to try. -I think this is supposed to track Katherine's digivice wherever she is, but why is it not working? -He asked, definitely avoiding to think the worst scenario.
-I remembered... -Sonia muttered in a very dramatic tone. -Huh? -... these shacks don't use keys. -She finished, scratching the back of her head with an awkward smile. -D-Don't you live here!? -Boru sweatdropped once again.
Once the trio entered the cabin, they would find a very simple layout, with only a bed, some sort of kitchen and a table right at the middle of the hut. The roof was low, but since neither of them was that big, they would fit perfectly.
-So, Sonia, you moved to this mangrove to protect yourselves from that Parrotmon, right? -We did. That stupid bird is always flying through the skies of the Bayou, ready to snatch one of us when he sees us. He's extremely quick and very hard to escape from. -Sonia explained. -Most of the digimon left these parts of the Bayou since this started to happen. But this is our home, we just... can't leave like that. -You don't think that Parrotmon is...!? -Boru's eyes widened, staring at the Falcomon. -I don't think he is killing the digimon he grabs. If what he wanted was data, he would just kill them at the spot. He's taking them somewhere. Boru sighed in relief. -That's good. It means my brothers are not dead.
-Why are you chasing this guy, anyway? And who are these brothers? -He took my brothers too, last night. -The Psychemon lowered his gaze, worried. -We were separated because... stupid reasons. Then I heard them scream and when I went to where they were, I just saw the Parrotmon flying into the sky. Their names are Koru and Roru. They mean everything to me. -Boru's eyes wrinkled up a little, starting to tear. -I am... so sorry. I know how it feels. -Sonia lowered her gaze in a sad manner. -Did you happen to see in what direction he flew into? -She then asked. -I... really can't remember. -The stripped pelted sighed right after. -I'm sorry. I was just so scared. -He added, clenching a fist. Frustration due to being unable to do anything to save his siblings was consuming Boru. -Look. -Sonia took out a map from one of the shelves and opened it over the table. It was clearly a map of the Backup Bayou, that actually showed where the mangrove they were at was located. -If I'm not wrong, he tends to fly in this direction. -He explained, pointing to the north-eastern side of the map. -I really don't know where he is going, but I bet he's coming from there too. -So it would be good to ambush him, right? But how do we make him appear? -Boru asked, looking at both Titania and Sonia. -Any idea, Mrs. Titania?

Titania looked to the circular little device and let an audible hmmm noise emit. "Does...it run off of batteries...? And who are your brothers? You said their names, I know..." The fairy inquired. And then! Sonia revealed that the search for some keys was rather worthless as these don't have locks. "...Uhhh huh. Okay. Noted!"
As the Falcomon laid down the details of the situation that this part of the Bayou was suffering from, Titania felt a plan--a crappy one, but a plan nonetheless, come to mind. "...This is going to suck but we could wait for him to appear and I could try fighting him. If, maybe, I can do enough to make him retreat, we could follow him." The fairy explained, moving to give Boru a reassuring pat on the head. "...I know it's not that good of a plan, but it's the best I can come up with. I want to find your brothers too. As for how to get him to appear...Perhaps a diversion. Maybe I could serve as that...? Unless you guys have any volunteers...But that's risky...Hnngh..."

-I don't think so... -Turning the old device to see its backside Boru just let go a sigh. -Do you think something bad might have happened to that girl? -Thinking the worst probably wasn't going to help now, but it was hard to avoid. -They are two more Psychemons, we three were raised alongside Jazz at Rustport Town. We were looking for her and Katherine, but then this stupid radar turned off and now they are wherever this Parrotmon took them.
It was nice for Boru to see how Titania and Sonia cared about his problem. Even when the Falcomon could relate at some level since she had lost some people too, Titania was just trying to help with no kind of interest behind her actions whatsoever, and that was something the Psychemon could really appreciate. Especially since it seemed like it would be really useful, she being a powerful Digimon. Just knowing she had agreed to help so easily definitely shocked him, but also made him very glad.
While he listened closely to Titania's ideas, Boru nodded with determination. It sounded like a risky plan, but did they have any other choice? He had to save his brothers and Sonia wanted to save the ones she loved. -B-But... -Even though a good idea, just one little thing seemed off with the fairy's plan.
-You're definitely our biggest source of attack power, Fairy. -Taking a look back at the map, Sonia explained. -It would be good if you appeared right when the Parrotmon doesn't see it coming. A surprise attack would most likely wound him more.
After listen to her talk about a possible volunteer and nodding again, Boru turned at Titania's. -That's right, Mrs. Titania, you should be our firepower, not our decoy, so I... - -I'll do it. -Interrupted mid-sentence, Boru turned to see the Red Otamamon they had just met before entering the shack. -Gero! -Sonia turned to see the frog, immediately protesting. -You can't do that! It's extremely dangerous. -The Tinkermon seems to be your firepower right? And you, Sonia, you are the one who has studied these attacks for the longest time. This team needs your strategy if they want to succeed. We can't take the chance of losing you if this doesn't work. -It didn't seem like Gero could be told otherwise, he was determined to putting his life on the line. -Plus, unlike the Psychemon, I'm smaller and sneaky, I can probably avoid being caught by that parrot the longest, and buy you some time to damage him enough. -Are you... sure, Gero? -Sonia asked, worried. -I really don't want to lose another member of our tribe! -I can't say I know them for long, but you seem to trust these two, right? You shouldn't think we're going to lose.
A dubious expression made its way through Sonia's countenance. -Does this plan sound good enough for you, Fairy? After all, you're the one who's going to do the fighting, mainly. -We should come up with a plan about where to place Mr. Gero, where he could be seen for the Parrotmon to try taking him but that doesn't allow him to snatch him that easily so we can make the necessary damage. -Boru suggested. The plan was scary, but the group wasn't planning on backing down now.

"...There's a number of factors that may play into why that doesn't work. But, I will say that humans have this strange ability to end up making everyone worry when in reality, they'll come back just fine. Have faith in your friend, Boru. As much faith as you can have in anyone."
It made sense that nobody wanted her to be the decoy. Titania was 90% sure none of these rookies could digivolve past that. Which was...okay. Sure. There could be something planned around that. Yeah. Turning to Gero, Titania looked at him with an intensity rivaled only by the brightness of the sun in the sky.
"I'm willing to go with this plan. But I want all of you to be okay with it, if that makes sense. I need your word. As to where to place Gero...Who among you knows the bayou the best? I've only passed through here before, admittedly...I think it should be a place where we can be nearby for when the Parrotmon comes in."

Unanimously, everyone around the shack turned at Sonia as Titania pronounced these words. It wasn't hard to see she was the one who knew the most about these section of the Backup Bayou.
-M-me? -Pointing at herself the bird tilted her head for a second, to then start thinking while she made a humming sound. -Yes! The swamp! -A bright idea had come to Sonia. -Where you found us? -Yes! Gero can move through the mud with no problem since he's a frog digimon. -A grin made its way to the Falcomon's countenance. -I'm sure that Parrotmon will have some trouble trying to get him out of there to catch him. -That's right. I can hide inside that swamp without much trouble. -The plan seemed to be building up as good as it could.
-I will lead everything from above while Mrs. Titania will strike that stupid bird and make him flee; then, we follow. -This plan was extremely dangerous, not only because of the danger it involved for each and every one of them, but for the hazard of losing Gero, another member of the tribe; which is why she was about to take the next decision. -Boru... The Psychemon's ears perked up as, even though he was scared, he had been waiting to know what would be his job inside this whole plan. -You're in charge of avoiding Gero to be taken, no matter what. -Sonia! that's not necessary. -The frog tried to protest quickly but was interrupted by Sonia. -I'm not taking any chances, Gero. I can't lose anyone else of our tribe, not after I lost... him. -At first determined, Sonia's expression turned into a sad one. The Red Otamamon, also showing a disheveled visage, simply nodded.
-That being said, I think that now that everyone knows what they have to do, I can come up with a much more detailed strategy. -Making her way to some shelves, the bird continued. -Having said this, I have noticed Parrotmon doesn't tend to appear during the daytime, and since we should be prepared for whatever we find after following him, it would be a good idea to use the time we have left for gathering some food and supplies. I'll stay here with Gero, our decoy, while we think about the details, and you two can go gather some food. Once you come back, I'll explain the final plan in detail. -Sonia took out some bags and handed them to Boru and Titania. -And again, I need you two to reassure you're up for this. I don't want to sound insistent but... I've seen this bird take most of my tribe away, and I know this will be extremely dangerous. But, if you really have decided to help us no matter what... then I can't thank you enough! -Sonia bowed.
-I will do it! I can't turn my back on my brothers anyways, I have to save them. -Boru nodded firmly, even though his legs were shaking a little.
Once the little chat inside the shack was over, Titania and Boru would make their way to look for some food inside the mangrove, just like Sonia asked them to. Meanwhile continuing their conversation about humans and Boru's search.
-Thank you, Mrs. Titania. I guess worrying isn't going to help much at this point. -A nod ensued. -I suppose the first step is to find my brothers so we can all look for Jazz and Katherine together. -Once again, Boru started browsing through his own backpack, taking out a very old map. -Is there any chance you know... the place this mal shows? Some digimon back at home told me to give this map to Katherine when I saw her but I can't really decipher it. -If Titania took a look at the fabric containing the chart, she would notice two things: First, if she had ever been in Terminus, she would realize this was actually a map for the lowers parts of the city; and second... well, Boru was holding it upside down.

It didn't really surprise Titania that everyone would nominate Sonia as the designated pathfinder of sorts. It made sense to her too. The swamp was ideal for the plan. Gero was in his ideal terrain. The Parrotmon would not be. Sonia could assist them as well from there and she could fight in the skies unimpeded. "Ah. So he's nocturnal...I wonder if he's adverse to bright lights. If it is a he...at least." That would be an amusing theory to test out.
Except this was serious. She nodded at Sonia. "It's not really in my data to lie, Sonia. Nor do I have anything to gain from lying. I'll help you and Boru to the best of my ability. Because that's what a queen does. That's what any good heroine does." Man, if dad could see her now.
Titania followed along with Boru after the chat had ended. She had accepted her role as...a guardian of sorts to the Psychemon, for now. "There's no point in worrying. There's...simply doing, at this point. I want to meet this Jazz and Katherine some day." Wait, a map? Titania stared at it for a few long moments, before she put two and two together. "A moment." She stated, before she took the map and flipped it right side up. "This is lower Terminus. It...It's really old, so...I'm assuming Katherine's some sort of connoisseur of ancient items. Either way, keep that close."

Just remembering Titania's words back at the shack, made Boru's eyes glimmer. A heroine, huh? She had definitely been one for him so far, saving him from the mud, agreeing to help Sonia and his brothers, where would he be without the fairy at this point? He was glad to have found her and felt some sort of admiration towards her.
-I'm sure you would get along great! Jazz is just like you, so brave and full of attitude. Sometimes I wish I would be as cool as you two are. -A sort of sad chuckle went out of Boru, as he uttered this last sentence. -T-Terminus? That's the city at the Digital Core right? the center of this world. -The Psychemon hadn't traveled much outside of Rustport, and he sure had never been in Terminus, but for the rumors he had heard around the desert, it was a huge city, with lots of things to do. -But if you can recognize this, it means you have been there, right!? How is it? Is it fun? -Some sort of excitement could be heard in the horned digimon's voice.
-Oh... -Some humming came right after. -O-Of course I knew that was upside down... hehe... -Boru scratched the back of his head, closing an eye in an apologetic manner. -... I didn't. -He then confessed. -Could you... -Again, browsing through his backpack, the Psychemon took out a red marker. -... write that somewhere? Right... here. Write that this map shows a location at lower Terminus. -Pointing at the upper right side of the map, where no kind of information was located, he continued. -That way I won't forget it. -One of Boru's biggest qualities was that he actually knew how clumsy he was, and he often was prepared for every further mistake he could make.
After walking for a while, and realizing the mangrove was even bigger than it seemed like at first, the duo reached a giant tree. Some fruits of different colors, sizes, and shapes could be seen hanging from the branches, while a giant pile of fruits could be found right at the base. -Hey! That seems like a lot of food. -Pointing at the pile with a smile, Boru got closer to it. -This is a good place for gathering food. Though I really don't know much about fruits since I've lived my whole life in the desert.

"Hey, everyone's got their time to be cool, in my honest opinion. Maybe that time's coming for you, sooner or later. So...Chin up, okay?" The fairy stated, before nodding a few times. "Mmhmm. It's at the very middle. I've been there many times in my life. I...uh...even met that special someone there, too. Er. Wait, no, more I went on my first actual date there. It's super fun, too. You could go there with your brothers when we find them!" The fairy suggested, a sincere smile making it's way onto her face. She felt like that was a good idea...
She took the marker and marked the information up on the map with a nod. "It's alright. We make mistakes sometimes. Some more than others. Like me." Titania shrugged before they stopped at the tree. Huh.
Food. She was kind of hungry... "...I'd fly up and pick some but there's some right here, so...I guess we could dig in." The fairy stated, going to grab a grape-colored fruit and chomping right into it.
She honestly didn't know how much she was able to take from that pile so she just settled for this one fruit. "What sort of food do you usually like, Boru?"

And even while these words coming from the fairy wouldn't change how Boru perceived himself, it was still awesome to see a heroine like Titania tell him that he could be someone cool one day too, even when he couldn't actually picture himself in a situation where that could happen. -Wow! It sounds like a an awesome place! I'm sure the fourth of us would have a blast in there! Well, and Kath too of course! -A smile was drawn on the Psychemon's face as he listened Titania talk about Terminus. He didn't feel sad when talking about Koru and Roru anymore, Titania made him feel that they were going to rescue him, no doubt.
-That's right! You mentioned her before. -Love: just one more of those many things Boru felt alien towards and that he considered were only for cool people. -How is your girlfriend like miss Titania? I bet she's as cool as you! What type of Digimon is she? -He then lowered his gaze, thinking better about the whole matter, some logical questions came to his head. -Shouldn't you two be together? Where is she right now? -The horned one asked, while he started browsing through the fruits.
-Well, my brothers and I, lead by our sister Jazz, ran some sort of gang back in Rustport before. -He then moved his hands dismissively, making sure the fairy didn't think ill of him. -B-But we weren't bad guys or anything like that! -The Psychemon rushed to explain. -We stole menial items from travelers and local stores without them noticing to then sell them to merchants and buy food for the poor baby digimon living on the streets. -Even when he did not regret this, Boru had come to the understanding that this was wrong. -I know that wasn't entirely right, and we don't do that anymore, we found a way to help the baby digimon otherwise. -He then tried to go back to the topic at hand. -What I'm trying to say is that we were used to eating the leftovers from the babies' food, so we didn't develop some special liking. I kinda like meat, though! -Taking a giant, red oval fruit, the stipped pelted stared at it before giving it a good bite.
-What about you, Mrs. Titania? What kind of food do you like? -He then started putting some of the fruits of the pile inside one of the bags that Sonia had given to them. -By the way, Sonia said that we could gather food around the mangrove for the supplies we're taking to our mission, so I guess we're allowed to take this. You're going to tell me if I'm picking any kind of fruit that tastes bad or is poisonous though! Since I don't know anything about fruits. -An awkward giggled ensued, as Boru scratched the back of his head.

"Mmmhmm." Titania gave another smile! "You five would definitely have a blast. Nothing will make me doubt that." The fairy paused briefly as Boru asked about Mizu. Well, there had to be a starting point for talk like that... "She's very sweet. Kind. Like a princess of the sea, more or less. She's a Betamon that lives in a library moving throughout the Net Plains. I'd be hanging out with her if I didn't feel like my current issues would weigh her and everyone else down."
The fairy fell silent for a few moments, before she spoke again. "...That sounds selfish of me." She managed, before she listened to Boru once more. "Ah, so...Like a little gang of Robin Hoods?" She didn't seem like she was judging them or anything. She was actually quite...interested! The fairy's mood rose with the mention that the gang inevitably found another way to help them, too. "Well, I'm much the same. I'm no picky eater but I have a...bad habit of picking fancy food. I do love fruit, though...And I can tell you right now that the ones here don't taste bad or anything. They're here, after all." Titania smirked!

Titania's positivity never failed to bring a smile into Boru's face. In all fairness, the concepts she brought to the table usually confused him a lot too. -A moving library...? -The Psychemon tilted his head, blinking. -That's like where you store books and such, right? -Was it hard to tell that the Psychemon had never read a single book in his whole life? probably not. -What do you mean it's moving then? Sort of startled by the idea, his head moved into Titania's next statement, even though he hated disagreeing with people, Boru felt like Titania deserved a genuine piece of his mind, after all of what she had done for him. -I'm sorry Mrs. Titania but... Isn't that what friends and lovers are for? To support each other in harsh times? Of course, sometimes we don't want to bring their mood down with our problems but... -The firmest look those completely inoffensive eyes could hold formed in Boru's gaze. -... I think we just hurt them more by not going to them when we feel sad or are in trouble! -Probably everything was much more complicated than how he saw it, but that was fine, though; Boru tended to simplify stuff to their minimal wingspan, that's how he managed to understand the little amount of stuff he could understand. -Of course, they don't taste bad! -A small, squeaky voice replied to Titania's statement. - These are the best fruits around the mangrove, I grew them myself! If Boru and Titania raised their heads, their eyes would catch a small, yellow bee-like digimon fluttering around the big tree in front of them. -You're welcome to take them, though. If you are here, I suppose you've been invited to the mangrove, so that means you're like family. -He added with a smile. -But just out of curiosity... just who are you guys? And what are you doing in here? -The Honeybeemon asked, lowering his height to around their level. -This must be one of the other three digimon living inside this mangrove Sonia mentioned. -Boru whispered to Titania, leaving clear that he was letting her do the talking.

"Indeed. A library is a place where you store books, yes, but it's also meant to be a repositor--...No, it's meant to be a place where you keep knowledge as a whole. In any form. And moving as in it's never in the same place you found it. It's always moving. Roving throughout the plains." The fairy explained, that smirk never leaving her face! Though it did soften a little as she continued her explanation.
The fairy had also almost...said something she may have regretted, but she thankfully managed to keep her composure. Boru meant well with his words. "...Yeah. That's...what they're for. And she knows what happened. What I and my tamer went through. I just...don't feel strong enough to go back there. I mean, that's what I want to say but...I don't know, Boru."
When confronted with a bee, Titania decided to take a munch of her fruit and answer truthfully. "Well, my name's Titania and this is Boru. We're here to stop that Parrotmon that's been harassing you guys and follow it somewhere so we can find the people it's kidnapped. Annnnd we've got a plan for it!"

Boy, was the concept of a place where you store books being able to wander through the world one of those things Boru couldn't simplify! Nor actually understand, really. Still, the Psychemon nodded as Titania explained, trying his best to imagine a moving library. "That's amazing!" He exclaimed fascinated, once the fairy had finished her explanation. "I would love to see that someday! Even though I'm not good with books" He then confessed, scratching the back of his head while holding his innocent smile. "Maybe you could recommend one for me?"
The stripped pelted digimon blinked as he heard Titania talk about the situation regarding her lover. This was actually the first time where he could sense some kind of doubt in her tone, and somehow... that really touched him. If the great Titania could feel doubtful now and then, then who couldn't? He wanted to tell her he was willing to help however she needed, and even though he didn't know of how much help he could be, he still did. "Mrs. Titania... If you need any help or advice dealing with this, or if you ever just need someone to talk about stuff, I..." Well, that was until he got interrupted for that bee digimon.
"Y-Yes!" Boru nodded. "Sonia brought us to do so." He added to Titania's statement. "We're just collecting some food before going to fight him."
"You... what?" The yellow digimon asked, sort of incredulous to the statement, but his smile never leaving his face. "Well, I'll be damned! That's crazy!" He continued, giggling right after. "But..." His countenance turned into a calmed one again, leaving the laughs behind, but still showing a joyful expression. "... if Sonia trusts you, after what happened to her... " Some melancholy could then be seen in his expression. "Wait here!" He promptly said, regaining his joyful attitude and flying up towards the top of the tree, where he grabbed a round, big, pink-colored fruit. "Use this! I recently discovered it has a pretty useful effect when you throw it towards someone, I think. I prefer not to explain what it does so you don't get angry at me if it doesn't work!" The bee said upon coming down.
"That's not very... trustworthy." Boru muttered, sweatdropping. The digimon laughed again, extending the fruit to the Psychemon. "Come on! Take it. I think it will be useful!" He insisted.
The Psychemon took the fruit and placed it in one of the bags Sonia had given to him."Well, Thank you."
"It's nothing." The creature replied, shaking his head. "I'm too much of a weakling to fight or do something against those guys myself, but... if when you go there, you see a small Fanbeemon, just... try to bring her back, okay?" He threw a warm smile at the duo. "Come on, I'll help you gather some fruits, I know which are the best!" He flew back to the top of the tree again to look for some more.
"These digimon had gone through so much. They had been separated from their friends and family but... they still try to show a smile and do their best..." Boru muttered to Titania, a sad expression on his face. Meanwhile, the Bee digimon picked the fruits from the top of the tree and let them fall so the Psychemon and Tinkermon caught them down below.
"My name is Ron, by the way! And I'm a Honeybeemon!" He yelled from up top, smiling.

"I could recommend plenty, really. There's...a lot of books there, so you'd need to narrow things down a little, okay?" She wasn't really kidding, either. It was called the Great Moving Library for a reason, you know! She fell quiet at Boru saying he was available for help if she needed anything.
That was nice. She guessed. The fae leveled a stare at the bee. That was something she was going to have to inquire Sonia about, truthfully. "...Tell me what the fruit does? Please? I can't really make use of it if I don't even know what to do with it." Titania replied towards the bee. "I won't get angry, promise." If it didn't work there'd probably be some other way to go about this parrotmon business.
How many of the denizens' friends did this avian menace steal...? Titania looked a little distant for a while before the fruit started falling. One bonked her on the head and she quickly got to catching the rest of Ron's pickings. "I'm Titania, nice to meet you!"
...This plan really had to succeed. It looked like a lot was at stake.
