Oh boy, where do I start...? I just bought this thing today since my friend thought it'd be a good idea to. If anyone outside of the world of Digimon read this, they'd think I was mentally insane. But I'm not.
Okay... so this craziness happened to me back in March of this year. My family had just moved into yet another new house. It was just like any other move we had in the past ten years, and I wasn't expecting to get attached to the place at all. It just seemed like the same old routine, and I felt like my life was going nowhere.
That's when I entered my new bedroom. Usually these things were supposed to be empty, right? But this one had a nice looking flat-screen TV in it! Initially I was just like 'Sweet! Free TV' like the stupid teen I was, but then it began... GLOWING! And before I knew it, I was staring a red metal dragon in the eyes!
Naturally, I freaked out and ran out of the house. Met a nice(?) little girl named Haley who helped me learn what these things were: Digimon. Digital Monsters.
I grew up watching things like Pokemon and YuGiOh, so if I was a kid then this would've been the best thing ever. But I was seventeen, so I was more confused than anything!
Thankfully, me and Shoutmon (that's the red dragon's name) ended up getting along really well! I met some cool people on my journeys in the Digital World, like Haru Toriya, Owen, Agumaru, Miyu, Chie, Johan, White Wolf and many others I can't think of at the top of my head.
But the one Tamer I have the most memories about? An American kid close to my age, named Leith. I met him when Shoutmon and I were chasing a rogue Elecmon throughout a mall. I'll explain the Rogues at some point, but not now. Anyways, he saw me run into this weird heavy metal shop while he was browsing shirts. Weren't really my style, but ah well, right? Anyways, he figures out I'm a Tamer due to my horrible secret keeping skills, and he actually offers to help out!
To make a long story short, there was a long fight in this one window-less area of the mall, forget what it's called. Shoutmon kicked butt, but Leith seemed... disappointed after it all. I hope I didn't make him mad or anything, because I think we're gonna be really close friends!
