Inventory: M16 Assassin-- a digital rifle originally assign to all Commandramon. However, this was modified since Vector's data was modified.
Personality: Unlike most Commandramon, programmed soldiers that follow orders without question-- a change in Commandramon had given him a shocking sense of free will. His mannerisms and behavior are no different than a majority of rookie digimon. He is fun-loving, a jokester, eager and mischevious at times. He loves to eat like any rookie should and has an awkward happy-go-lucky personality to try and brighten up a room-- even if he ends up making a total fool of himself. He also has a bit of a naughty side to him as he would use his skills and talents to do unbecoming things a digimon would do. For example, he would use his sniper scope to peep at people or use his camouflage to see girls in the baths. Though he doesn't appear to know the 'appeal' for doing it-- his behavior makes him very 'pervy'. He also occasionally hits on his partner and other female humans and digimon around. This is usually responded by a swift hit to the head-- normally done by Shino herself.
He can often use some questionable language at times, even crass, but aims to try and make it funny. Despite it, he is unquestionably loyal to Shino regardless of his antics. He will address her as "Yes, sir," or "Yes, ma'am," for military slogan-- but at times will call her "Shino-chi" to show his admiration of her. He still has a sense of his military programming, even adopting the use of Shino's preferred FPS gaming style: Sniper shooting.
He has an odd fixation to the old movie "The Wizard of Oz" how he wishes to have a 'heart' like the Tin-man had. Unbeknownst to him, the accident with Shino had given him exactly that-- setting him apart from cyborg type digimon that 'lack a heart'.
Personal History: Commandramon was one of many created and dedicated to the "D-Brigade", a group of machine digimon programmed as killing war machines for a devious purpose in the digital world, often destroying villages and carrying out orders without question. As scouts and low-level grunts, till they prove themselves, Commandramon was ordered to investigate the data of the human world via a MMO FPS game. Commandramon easily infiltrated the game and proceeded to hack the data of the gamers inside while disguised as an enemy character.
However, he encountered one player named "Artemis" and attempted to hack her data-- which unfortunately for the Commandramon was SHino. Skilled in hacking, she attempted to counter hack him and prevent his breech. The resulting attempts from both caused a power surge and forced Commandramon to bioemerge right out of her computer.
It was only after did Commandramon emerged-- a completely blank slate. He emerged with no memory of the D-Brigade or the orders they had given him. He was now free of their control and without any past of it. He only had seen the fight he had in the game-- and was impressed by Shino's gameplay as a sniper. The resulting wipe of his program not only caused a digivice to be produced but also rewrote many of Commandramon's abilities, setting him apart from many of his past species.
After time, Shino gave him the code name "Vector" as a nickname, named for his line of sight a sniper would have. Liking it, he happily accepts it and vowed to be Shino's loyal partner.

Hecate II: -- Commandramon alters his rifle to make it a functional, high-end sniper rifle. He is capable of using the scope and altered data to have it reach targets from an exceptional far range. Personal accuracy is increased for this attack by 30%, able to see far distances and aim accurately as a pro sniper. If prepared (charged) for one turn, it can penetrate a digimon's protective defense technique without resistance. (Charge = 1 turn preparing to shoot. No charge time needed for normal attack)
Eagle Eye-- Commandramon's eyes glow gold in color and he releases a radar sweep. He gains a 360-degree awareness of his surroundings and all directions within a 50-meter radius. The result also allows him to find enemies who are invisible or hidden. (Duration lasts 3 posts, cooldown 2 posts)
Present Grenade: The machine digimon also has an array of grenades that even he isn't 100% sure what they can do. Due to the hack on him, his grenades are glitched to do random results. Some explode, some produce a stink bomb, smoke screens, confetti, paint-- half of the time it more so surprises the enemy without harm. Either way, it stuns the enemy via a proper distraction for close range combat and deals mild damage via the eruption. (Stun=cannot use attacks 1 turn, cooldown 3 post after stun ends.)
Metamaterial Optical Camoflague: (Passive) Commandramon's skin texture is uniquely pixilated, meant to match the environment and blend into his surroundings. While he can be semi-invisible, allowing to blend into surroundings-- its true abilities come when in a different environment. Whatever environment he is in or a generated terrain effect, Commandramon's becomes 25% more resistant to the attribute of his surroundings. Ex: City = Metal, Ocean = Water, Forest = Wood, ext. (Passive defense attribute effect. Can also use it to hide from human view out of combat easily.)
Grappling Claw: Commandramon's 'parts' open to reveal a grappling hook and zip line. He can easily fire it at will to latch on to objects or buildings and use it to swing down, save from falls or zip to new locations to get into better position. (Non-combative Ability)
RAM Upgrade Plus/GIGAData Drain/NEMESIS.EXE: Gather's raw digital energy towards the body or maw of the user and designates a single target. The attack may be delivered through physical contact or range via several streams of data that fly towards a target. While delivering damage-- in addition the attack rewrites an enemy's very data, causing bugs in their programming. As a result, the attack automatically shuts down active buffs and status effects on an enemy. Active effects immediately enter their cooldowns, while passives are negated till the end of 2 posts. This technique has a 4 post cooldown after use. If this move is used again, the user will suffer damage as a result of 'corrupted data' in their system. It cannot be used to negate the effects used on higher-level enemies than it's user. This can also be used to copy or steal 'data' on specific targets, and store them in Shino's Digivice as a result for study (Plot ability).

Strike Fang -- The metal plates on Strikedramon burns with a white-hot color as his whole body becomes a mass of fire. He rockets towards an enemy and smashes into it with an explosive impact to burn the enemy to ash. Attack of this speed is 25% faster than normal.
Strike Claw: The plates on Strikedramon's arms glow as he aims them at an enemy. He launches a barrage of lasers from it, similar to Gargomon's Gatling Arms. A means of long-range and projectile weaponry. Can target multiple enemies at range. If focused on one target, it does 25% more damage.
Strike Laser: From every plate on his body glowing, he releases a burst of several lasers in several directions. The lasers are seeker-objects, that can target multiple enemies at once and strike down with keen precision. Targets a maximum of 5 targets. Accuracy is raised by 50%. (AOE effect, 2 post cooldown)
PREDATOR.EXE: Strikedrmon enters an excited state of fury and rage. Targeting all enemies within his field of 'vision'-- his body overflows with energy as his skin, tattoos and metal plates glow with a bright red color. Speed and Attack power increase by 50%, but he is considered in a berserk rage. If used while facing Virus-type Digimon, attacks done do an additional 25% more damage. Lasts for 4 posts, cooldown for 2 afterward.
Cybernetic Sensor: (Passive) The metallic headgear of Strikedramon shows no opening for eyes-- but the blindness doesn't hinder his sight but enhanced via cybernetics. Has a passive boost of 25% to his accuracy and reflexes. He can see invisible targets and he cannot be hindered by blinding or illusion techniques (of champion level or lower).
Fighting Dirty: (Passive) Strikedramon is an aggressive, hand-to-hand fighter. When he isn't burning, shooting or blowing stuff up-- he is capable of physical, dragon-like martial arts. And he isn't afraid to take cheap shots with unorthodox means-- like choke holds with his tail or hitting below the belt. Between that and cracking jokes-- whenever he deals damage via this ability, a small part of that damage heals him (like 5% of his health total by comparison).
