The scenario begins with everyone flying atop a small Blimpmon; the situation that leads to everyone being there is up to you. If you want to involve Amelie in any way with your character's reasons, feel free to. The vessel was initially in Whitewater and that's where everyone gathered before boarding.
Not very far from the first Blimpmon, another one had begun a small trip with the same destination; the Dark Area. Unlike the first group, the occupants of this blimp wouldn't have to worry about choosing their destination. It was none other than Ungireyid Citadel. What could be said about the settlement? That was something to be found out rather soon, at least given by the beeping sound that came out from any D-Terminal's in the room.
Subject: Ungireyid Citadel. This one seems to be the easiest settlement to engage in the Dark Area, but make no mistake; it's still a place that had to weather its two competitors for a length of time and survive their shenanigans. Intel reports point out that the Citadel's the nicer place to be in comparison, and that leads me to believe that they have some source of income, even if...pretty much everything about them is shrouded behind a veil of mystery. These guys are as reclusive as they come. What I can say is that they've shown willingness to negotiate, and even good will regarding sending our envoys to the Citadel. I can't say I know what they want, and it's up to you to find out how can you sway them to our side. Good luck! —Amelie
The shape of a massive black stone wall would be fairly obvious at a distance. With their destination being as near as it was, the time remaining to prepare anything —if that was their intent—, was rather scarce. Everyone should get ready! Hideo Kino Leon Talia and Tohru & Simba

This was the first time Hideo came back to the Dark Area since he first explored it. The place just felt so dead that the only people that he thought were there were humans who were dropped there, lost lonely digimon, and violent hunters. How anyone could live here was beyond him. He could barely believe it when he was told that there was any civilization in the Dark Area, let alone there being at least three settlements. When asked to help negotiate to make this place somewhat more peaceful, he couldn't resist jumping at the chance to make this place just somewhat more hospitable.
" I have no idea how we didn't see that when we first came here," his partner said, staring out the window at the massive black wall that would. " You mean how you didn't see it?" Hideo retorted, a small grin on his face. She looked back at her partner, all eight eyes accentuating the frown on her face. " You know what I meant." There was no way of knowing what they were going to encounter here - the people here were supposedly secretive after all - so Kuki had to be cautious. She had to assume the worst, and prepare for that. Her first priority was to making sure she knew where Hideo was and what he was doing at all times. And she'd already taken steps for this; under the guise of helping neaten his clothes, she'd stuck three small globs of web under the collar of his undershirt. As far as he knew, she'd somehow managed to do a better job keeping his collar down with pointy legs than he could with ten fingers. Three around the top like that would be easy to differentiate from the others she planned to place. Though she would need the chance to plant them. As far as she knew, there were four others that would be helping them out: a lone Leomon, and another human with two digimon by her side. She didn't know much about them yet - most of her attention during this ride was spent walking around the Blimpmon with Hideo. Mainly to make sure he didn't get lost. " Everyone ready?" the rookie asked, " 'cause unless that wall is thousands of meters high, we're gonna land soon." Amelie Leon Talia and Tohru & Simba
Relevant Passives (for probably the entire mission)
[PASSIVE] Spider's Thread(s): Any proper spider can weave webs, and Kumomon is no different. She can produce a steady supply (though not enough to utilize in a fight unless prepared beforehand) of webbing that can stick to the first thing they touch, then loses its sticky properties and becomes about as tough as rope; she can also create webbing that has no stickiness to it at all. This web has no maximum duration, though it is quite flammable and vulnerable to being cut.
[PASSIVE] All Webs Lead to Home: Kumomon is always aware of the location of her webs, and can gauge their general condition, size, shape, and if they're moving in any way. This has a range of one kilometer, with the sensitivity of her readings dropping with distance, starting from 50 meters away.

Leon had received a call to be a diplomat for a civilized city inside the Dark Area something that the beast man thought to be nothing but smoke and mirrors. Just what were these forces of wicked manipulation plotting in the darkness? He couldn’t keep mulling over the potential for the danger when there was so great a chance to progress diplomatically. ”I wonder what this civilized city is like? It’s really hard to believe.”Leon embarked on a journey to the blimpmon they were intended to take into the dark area. As the lion began his approach of the blimp he would note a DigiDestined, and his partner a spider-like Digimon a kumomon if he were to guess from the distance. The beast warrior would raise his hand and wave with a smile radiating across his face as he approached the group. ”Well hello there all the name is Leon pleasure to meet you guys!”Shortly after meeting with the group the lion then boarded the blimp that was set on sojourning to the Dark Area. Leon would make his way to a window and would look out with his arms crossed. This whole situation was one he wasn’t really too comfortable with but if he wanted to establish any sort of peace in the digital world a written negotiation between a city in the dark area would be invaluable. Thoughts of creating a peaceful world where he wouldn’t have to fight for survival would mean everything to him. Leon would then shake off his fear and would look around the blimp seeing the group of people who were sent with him for negotiations. The sight of the spiderlike Digimon being maternal towards her chosen child would bring a smile to his face. Thoughts of him at one point in his life cycle wanting to find a tamer flashed back into his mind. He was glad he changed his mind about such because he didn’t want to put an innocent human life on the line. The muscular feline would turn his attention to the monitor inside the blimpmon that showed their location. Just how much longer until they would be able to make history in the digital world, or at least try? The lion would sigh and would make his way to the corner of a wall, and quickly take a seat. To fight his nervousness he would draw his sword, and begin to polish it with a cloth. Hideo Kino Amelie Talia and Tohru & Simba

In a smooth, yet rapid motion, the Blimpmon began its descent at the foot of the Citadel; not very far from its threshold. Once completed, the digimon's doors would open in a swift, yet precise motion. The transport's occupants were free to disembark if they so wished. In a sense, it was somewhat interesting how the weather didn't feel as heavy or oppressive near Ungireyid, but neither the humans or the digimon would have a lot of time to think about it. Right now, they had to attend other matters. One of the many entrances that were beside the Citadel's main gate opened, revealing the small figure of a Baromon. At the sight of the group, he smiled while beckoning at them with his hands. "You must be the envoys from that new city!" He called, his voice not very audible due to the distance that probably separated the groups at the moment. "Come in! We have a lot of matters to discuss!"After they drew closer, the digimon would bow at them slightly. "Welcome to Ungireyid! My name's Baromon and I'm the city's chief diplomat. It's good to see you've made it in one piece!" His tone was uncharacteristically cheerful, but not quite in an annoying level. "I guess that you're the whole delegation? That's good. I'm itching to begin!"Doing a half turn, he began walking into the city. "But first! Would you like to see the sights? Or should we just find an adequate place to begin negotiating?"The offer seemed innocuous, but maybe there was more to it? Baromon's tone hadn't changed at all. It was fairly easy to guess who was approaching them by the sound of their voice. As far as they knew, the other human here was a girl, both doubted that her bunny partner would ever have a voice that deep, and there was no clanking of armor along the ground with each step. Kuki didn't have to guess who it was approaching them, as she could actually see it was the Leomon. Hideo turned to where he heard the champion's voice, waving towards him. With a good honest smile, he said, " It's good to meet you too, Mr. Leon!" Nice and formal - assuming that this guy had a deep voice because he was older. Which was what champion digimon were supposed to be, right? After all, they were also known as "adult" digimon. " My name's Hideo. And my partner here is Kuki." To that, his partner also waved towards the Leomon, though she stayed close to her own partner. Not out of fear or suspicion - more that she wanted to stay close to him, because only a moment after their introductions, the ship began to land. Better to make sure he didn't stumble when they reached their destination. And she didn't have a chance to get close to him to plant some webbing, because they were already landing. It was thankfully an easy landing, but no sooner did the doors open then they were they greeted by another champion-level digimon. Hideo and Kuki both waved to him as they exited the Blimpmon. Hideo was sure to make a good first impression on the main diplomat, waiting for Kuki to stop - to make sure they weren't too close or too far from him - before bowing to him. " Thank you for having us, Mr. Baromon. My name is Hideo Kino, and she's Kuki." Kuki didn't bow - mainly because it was harder for her to do so without hitting the ground. But also so she could keep on eye on everything around them. She was going to leave the talking to Hideo. Neither of them knew a single thing about this place, so why would they refuse the offer? " We wanna look around here, actually. It is our first time here. Would you be so kind as to show us around?" No real point in hiding that they knew next-to-nothing about this place: neither of them really knew how to fake familiarity for a secretive place. And there was little reason to doubt this guy wasn't genuine: he seemed pleasant enough. Hideo couldn't help but feel excited over this whole situation, a smile beaming on his face. Actually stepping foot into the city really made him feel like he was doing something important - historic, even. He was going to help make a change in this world, for the better! He just hoped the other human and her partners wouldn't be late. Leon Talia and Tohru & Simba Amelie
